Dibromoisocyanurate-mediated reaction of 4-amino-3-cyanofuroxans with pseudonitroles of aliphatic, alicyclic, and heterocyclic series (including pseudonitroles bearing ethylcarboxyl or additional nitro group) resulted in 4-(nitroalkyl- and dinitroalkyl-ONN-azoxy)-3-cyanofuroxans. Subsequent chemical transformations gave 4-(1,3-dinitrooxy-2-nitropropyl-2-ONN-azoxy)-3-cyano- and 4-carbamoylfuroxans, as well as 4-(1,1-dinitroethyl-ONN-azoxy)-3-(1H-tetrazol-5-yl)furoxans.  相似文献

A four-step procedure to convert 4-(1-methyl-1-nitroethyl-1-ONN-azoxy)-3-cyanofuroxan into 3-(1-methyl-1-nitroethyl-1-ONN-azoxy)-4-aminofuroxan was developed. The pathways of transformation of the amino group of the synthesized compound into N-nitramino-, N-alkyl-N-nitramino-, N,N’-methylenediamino-, N,N’-methylene-N,N’-dinitramino-, and azo groups were studied.  相似文献

The effect of a number of quinoid compounds on methyl methacrylate polymerization initiated by azo-bis(isobutyronitrile) has been studied. It has been revealed that N-aryl-o-iminobenzoquinones, in contrast to o-benzoquinones, can provide radical polymerization of methyl methacrylate in controllable mode. The efficiency of the compounds as chain growth regulators has been found to depend on their composition and reaction conditions. It has been established that 4,6-di-tert-butyl-N-(2,6-diethylphenyl)-o-iminobenzoquinone and 4,6-di-tert-butyl-N-(2,6-diisopropylphenyl)-o-iminobenzoquinone under radical initiation conditions provide the synthesis of poly(methyl methacrylate) with wide-range molecular weight, retaining polydispersity indices about ~1.4–1.8 up to deep conversions.  相似文献

A series of the new tin(IV) complexes based on the 2-hydroxy-4-N-(phenyl)-3,6-di-tert-butyl-p-iminobenzoquinone ligand (LH) containing various hydrocarbon substituents R at the metal atom (R = Me, Et, n Bu, t Bu, and Ph) is synthesized. The structures of the synthesized compounds were determined by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, and 1H and 119Sn NMR spectroscopy. The X-ray diffraction analyses are carried out for the LSnPh3 (I) and L2SnEt2 (IV) complexes (CIF files CCDC no. 1557840 (I) and 1557839 (IV)). The main electrochemical characteristics in a solution are obtained for the whole series by cyclic voltammetry.  相似文献

A new approach to the synthesis of 4-amino-5-(tert-butyl-NNO-azoxy)-2-R-2H-1,2,3-triazole 1-oxides 1 was developed. Compounds 1 were obtained by reactions of 3-amino-4-(tert-butyl-NNO-azoxy)furoxan with aliphatic amines RNH2 (R = Me, Et, Pri, Bu, and But). 4-Amino-5-(tert-butyl-NNO-azoxy)-2-tert-butyl-2H-1,2,3-triazole 1-oxide was transformed under the action of acids into 4-amino-5-(tert-butyl-NNO-azoxy)-1-hydroxy-1H-1,2,3-triazole. Methylation of the latter with diazomethane mainly involves the O atom of the triazole oxide ring. Reduction of compounds 1 gave 4-amino-5-(tert-butyl-NNO-azoxy)-2-R-2H-1,2,3-triazoles and 4-amino-5-(tert-butyldiazenyl)-2-R-2H-1,2,3-triazoles (R = Me, Pri, and But). The structures of the compounds obtained were confirmed by 1H, 13C, and 14N NMR spectroscopy.  相似文献

(E)-2-[2,2-Bis(tert-butyl-NNO-azoxy)-1-(methylsulfinyl)vinyl]-1-isopropoxydiazene 1-oxide reacts with boron trifluoride etherate (BF3?Et2O) producing 2-tert-butyl-N-nitro-2H-tetrazolo-5-carboxamide 4-oxide and 2-tert-butyl-2H-tetrazolo-5-carbonitrile 4-oxide but not the expected 1,2,3,4-tetrazine 1,3-dioxide derivative. This reaction direction can be explained by cationic domino cyclization, the key stage of which is coupling of the oxodiazonium ion with the geminal MeS(O) group. Structure of N-nitrocarboxamide was confirmed by X-ray diffraction analysis.  相似文献

2-(2-propynylsulfanyl)-5,6,7,8-tetrahydrobenzo[b]thieno[2,3-d]pyrimidin-4(3H)-one with arylsulfenyl chlorides in chloroform gave products of anti-Markownikoff Ad E-addition. The use of nitromethane as solvent in the presence of lithium perchlorate additives favored intramolecular electrophilic cyclization into 1-arylsulfanyl-1,2,6,7,8,9-hexahydro-4H-benzo[4,5]thieno[3,2-e][1,3]thiazolo[3,2-a]-pyrimidin-5-one.  相似文献

The condensation of 1-amino-3,3-dimethyl-3,4-dihydronaphthalene-2-carbonitrile with chloroacetyl chloride afforded chloro-N-(2-cyano-3,3-dimethyl-3,4-dihydronaphthalen-1-yl)acetamide which underwent cyclization to 2-(chloromethyl)-5,5-dimethyl-5,6-dihydrobenzo[h]quinazolin-4(3H)-one. The latter reacted with various nucleophiles (alkali metal alkoxides, piperazine, 2-sulfanylethanol) to give 2-(alkoxymethyl)-, 2-(piperazin-1-ylmethyl)-, and 2-{[(2-hydroxyethyl)sulfanyl]methyl}-5,5-dimethyl-5,6-dihydrobenzo[h]quinazolin- 4(3H)-ones. The condensation of 2-(chloromethyl)benzo[h]quinazoline with 2-thioxo derivatives of quinazoline and benzo[h]quinazolines led to the formation of bis-quinazolines in which 5,5-dimethyl-5,6- dihydrobenzo[h]quinazolin-4(3H)-one fragment is linked to quinazoline or benzo[h]quinazoline system through a CH2S bridge.  相似文献

A new method for the synthesis of benzotetrazine-1,3-dioxides was developed, which involves the reaction of 2-(tert-butyl-NNO-azoxy)-N-nitroanilines with the Ac2O/H2SO4 system. This method was also used for the synthesis of [1,2,5]oxadiazolo[3,4-c]cinnoline-5-oxide from 3-nitramino-4-phenylfurazan. The suggested mechanism of these reactions involves the formation of the intermediate oxodiazonium ion, resulting from acetylation of the oxygen atom of the nitramine group, followed by protonation and ionic dissociation. Then the oxodiazonium ion enters the intramolecular reaction with the neighboring tert-butyl-NNO-azoxy or phenyl group to form the corresponding heterocyclic systems.  相似文献

Two series of new amide derivatives containing 2,6-diisobornylphenol moiety were synthesized based on 3,5-diisobornyl-4-hydroxybenzoic acid and 4-butylaminomethyl-2,6-diisobornylphenol. Toxicity, membrane-protective (MP) and antioxidant (AO) activity of the obtained compounds were evaluated using red blood cells of laboratory mice as the test object. The tests demonstrated the absence of hemolytic activity for all the synthesized derivatives and the presence of high MP and AO activity under conditions of acute H2O2-induced oxidative stress for (3,5-diisobornyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)(morpholino)methanone and N-n-butyl-N-(3,5-diisobornyl-4-hydroxybenzyl)acetamide. A comparison of the data of the newly obtained compounds and those of described earlier 2,6-diisobornylphenol derivatives with N- and O-containing fragments at position 4 (alkoxymethyl, carboxy, and aminomethyl derivatives) led to a conclusion that the most promising for further studies of pharmacological activity are compounds containing methoxycarbonyl, methoxymethyl, ethoxymethyl, morpholinomethyl, di-n-butylaminomethyl, (azepan-1-yl)methyl, or N-acetyl-N-alkylaminomethyl function, which provide low toxicity and high MP and AO activity.  相似文献

A nucleophilic addition reaction of 4-hydroxy-2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidine-1-oxyl (OH-TEMPO) to 3,6-di-tert-butyl-o-benzoquinone was used to obtain a new sterically hindered o-benzoquinone (1) containing 2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidineoxyl functional group, which was characterized by IR spectroscopy, mass spectrometry, elemental analysis, and X-ray diffraction. A one-electron reduction of 1 with potassium and thallium is an efficient method for the generation of earlier unknown heterospin biradicals 5a and 5b, respectively, containing nitroxide and o-semiquinone radical centers. Analysis of the hyperfine structure of the ESR spectra of biradicals 5a and 5b in solution showed that they belong to the group of heterospin biradicals with strong (J >> a) and fast exchange interaction between the radical centers.  相似文献

X-ray structural analysis has been performed for two complex compounds: Cu(en)2(o-HB)2H2O (I) (a = 16.873(4) Å, b = 8.713(2) Å, c = 14.803(3) Å, β = 91.15(2)°, V = 2175.8(8) Å3, C2/c, Z = 4, R(F) = 0.0263, 1516 reflections with I > 3σ (I)) and [Cu(en)2(OH2)2]2+(o-AB?)2 (II) (a = 7.488(5) Å, b = 22.122(8) Å, c = 7.856(5) Å, β = 118.77(2)°, V = 1140.7(11) Å3, P21/n, Z = 2, R(F) = 0.0432, 1684 reflections with I > 3σ(I)) synthesized under identical conditions (en is ethylenediamine, o-HB is o-hydroxybenzoate, and o-AB is o-aminobenzoate). Although the compounds were assumed to have similar structures and the Cu-Lig bond lengths and the cis and trans angles are acceptable for an octahedral structure, the geometric parameters of o-HB suggest that the copper atom has a plane square environment.  相似文献

The reaction of titanium tetra-tert-butoxide with tert-butyl hydroperoxide (1: 2) (C6H6, 20 C) involves the steps of formation of the titanium-containing peroxide (t-BuO)3TiOOBu-t and peroxytrioxide (t-BuO)3TiOOOBu-t. The latter decomposes with the release of oxygen, often in the singlet form, and also homolytically with cleavage of both peroxy bonds. The corresponding alkoxy and peroxy radicals were identified by ESR using spin traps. The title system oxidizes organic substrates under mild conditions. Depending on the substrate structure, the active oxidant species can be titanium-containing peroxide, peroxytrioxide, and oxygen generated by the system.  相似文献

The products of photolysis of N-substituted salicylic acid amides, viz., 2-hydroxy-3-tert-butyl-5-ethylbenzoic acid N-(4-hydroxy-3,5-di-tert-butylphenyl)amide (1) and 2-hydroxybenzoic acid N-[3-(4-hydroxy-3,5-di-tert-butylphenyl)prop-1-yl]amide (2), in heptane were studied by optical spectroscopy and stationary and nanosecond laser photolysis (Nd: YAG laser, 355 nm). It was shown by the method of partial deuteration of amides 1 and 2 that they exist in both the unbound state and as complexes with intraand intermolecular hydrogen bond. Amides 1 and 2 are subjected to photolysis, which results in the formation of a triplet state and phenoxyl radicals RO? presumably due to the absorption of the second photon by the excited singlet state. The formation of radical products due to N–H bond ionization was not observed. The main channel of decay of the triplet state and radicals RO? is triplet–triplet annihilation and recombination (k r ≈ 2.3?108 L mol–1 s–1), respectively. The UV irradiation of compounds 1 and 2 leads to the excitation of the amide groups, and no formation of radical products due to N–H bond ionization was observed.  相似文献

A series of 2-aryl-5-arylmethylidene-1,3-oxazol-5(4H)-ones and 2-aryl-5-arylmethylidene-N-methyl-3,5-dihydro-4H-imidazol-4-ones was synthesized as structural analogs of combret- astatin A-4 (a compound possessing antitumor activity). (5Z)-5-[(4-Methoxyphenyl)methyl-idene]-3-methyl-2-(4-methylphenyl)-3,5-dihydro-4H-imidazol-4-one was found to exhibit the highest cytotoxicity against cells of human A549 lung carcinoma line (EC50 = 6±0.8 μmol L?1).  相似文献
