The emergence of two-dimensional conjugated metal–organic frameworks (2D c-MOFs) with pronounced electrical properties (e.g., high conductivity) has provided a novel platform for efficient energy storage, sensing, and electrocatalysis. Nevertheless, the limited availability of suitable ligands restricts the number of available types of 2D c-MOFs, especially those with large pore apertures and high surface areas are rare. Herein, we develop two new 2D c-MOFs (HIOTP-M, M=Ni, Cu) employing a large p-π conjugated ligand of hexaamino-triphenyleno[2,3-b:6,7-b′:10,11-b′′]tris[1,4]benzodioxin (HAOTP). Among the reported 2D c-MOFs, HIOTP-Ni exhibits the largest pore size of 3.3 nm and one of the highest surface areas (up to 1300 m2 g−1). As an exemplary application, HIOTP-Ni has been used as a chemiresistive sensing material and displays high selective response (405 %) and a rapid response (1.69 min) towards 10 ppm NO2 gas. This work demonstrates significant correlation linking the pore aperture of 2D c-MOFs to their sensing performance.  相似文献

The electronic conductivity (EC) of metal–organic frameworks (MOFs) is sensitive to strongly oxidizing guest molecules. Water is a relatively mild species, however, the effect of H2O on the EC of MOFs is rarely reported. We explored the effect of H2O on the EC in the MOFs (NH2)2-MIL-125 and its derivatives with experimental and theoretical investigations. Unexpectedly, a large EC increase of 107 on H2SO4@(NH2)2-MIL-125 by H2O was observed. Brønsted acid–base pairs formed with the −NH2 groups, and H2SO4 played an important role in promoting the charge transfer from H2O to the MOF. Based on H2SO4@(NH2)2-MIL-125, a high-performance chemiresistive humidity sensor was developed with the highest sensitivity, broadest detection range, and lowest limit of detection amongst all reported sensing materials to date. This work not only demonstrated that H2O can remarkably influence the EC of MOFs, but it also revealed that post-modification of the structure of MOFs could enhance the influence of the guest molecule on their EC to design high-performance sensing materials.  相似文献

Detection of a trace amount of NO2 at room temperature has very important applications in air quality monitoring,protection of human health and medical diagnose.However,the existing NO2 sensors often suffer from low sensitivity when the concentration at the ppb-level.Here,we report a new kind of materials based on graphdiyne(GDY)for highly sensitive detection of ppb-level(ppb:part per billion)NO2 at room temperature.After thermal treatment of the as-prepared GDY at 600℃under argon atmosphere for 2 h(the obtained sample denoted as GDY-600),the prepared sensor with GDY-600 displays excellent sensitivity with a response value of 6.2%towards 250 ppb NO2 at room temperature,which is better than most of reported sensing materials.In addition,the sensor exhibits significantly high selectivity to NO2 against typical interfering gases including CO,CO2,NH3,H2,H2S and toluene.Moreover,the sensor shows remarkable stability after repetitive measurements.The superior sensing performance of GDY-600 can be ascribed to the highly π-conjugated structure with special acetylenic bonds and abundant oxygen-containing functional groups,which are all beneficial for the gas adsorption and redox reaction on the surface.  相似文献

A series of Co3O4-loaded SnO2 nanocomposite thick films were prepared by grinding, screen-printing and sintering at 700 ±C for 3 h. XRD data showed the nanocomposite thick films were rutile structure of SnO2 and cubic Co3O4. The composite films were found to exhibit good response to alcohol and acetone at 300 ±C. The film went through a sharp sensitivity maximum at 5 mol%CoO4=3 with a change in Co3O4 content. At 300 ±C, the maximum sensor response to alcohol and acetone, each 1000 ppm in air, was 301 and 235, respectively, which was about 7 and 5 times as large as that of the pure SnO2 respectively. The selectivity to alcohol and acetone over H2 and CO also was promoted by the addition of Co3O4 to SnO2. The mechanism of such strong promotion of sensor response (electronic sensitization) is discussed.  相似文献

Nanocrystalline tin oxide samples were prepared by using Sn2 (NH4 )2 (C2O4)3 as the precursor. The thermal decompositions were respectively conducted at 250,450 and 650 ℃. TG-DTA, XRD, TEM, FTIR were used to characterize the samples. The indirect heating sensors by using these materials as sensitive bodies were fabricated on an alumina tube with Au electrodes and platinum wires. Sensing properties of these sensors were investigated. It was found that the tin oxide sample obtained by thermal decomposition at 450 ℃ has a higher sensitivity to C2H5OH and a higher selectivity to hexane and ammonia than those obtained via the conventional precipitate method and the working temperatures needed were greatly decreased.  相似文献

Concentrated aqueous solutions of magnesium chloride and calcium nitrate, respectively, allow on addition of the potassium salt of tetrathiosquarate, K2C4S4 · H2O, the isolation of the earth alkaline salts MgC4S4 · 6 H2O ( 1 ) and CaC4S4 · 4 H2O ( 2 ) as orange and red crystals. The crystal structure determinations ( 1 : monoclinic, C2/c, a = 17.2280(7), b = 5.9185(2), c = 13.1480(4) Å, β = 104.730(3)°, Z = 4; 2 : monoclinic, P21/m, a = 7.8515(3), b = 12.7705(5), c = 10.6010(4) Å, β = 93.228(2)°, Z = 4) show the presence of C4S42? ions with almost undistorted D4h symmetry having average C–C and C–S bond lengths of 1.451Å and 1.659Å for 1 and 1.451Å and 1.655Å for 2 . The structure of 1 contains discrete, octahedral [Mg(H2O)6]2+ complexes. Several O–H····O and O–H····S bridges with H····O and H····S distances of less than 2.50Å connect cations and anions. The structure of 2 is built of concatenated, edge‐sharing Ca(H2O)6S2 polyhedra. The Ca2+ ions have the coordination number eight, C4S42? act as a chelating ligands towards Ca2+ with Ca–S distances of 3.14Å. The infrared and Raman spectra show bands typical for the molecular building units of the two compounds.  相似文献

[(C2H5)4N]2{Fe4S4[S2CN(C2H5)2]4}单晶样品在Nicolet-R3四圆衍射仪上收集X射线衍射数据. 分析结果给出其晶胞参数: a=22.125(6), b=11.313(3),c=25.053A; β=118.05(2)°; V=5534.19A^3, Z=4, 空间群Cc. 衍射数据经过Lρ因子和经验吸收效应校正. 分子中铁原子的位置从三维Patterson图上得到. 接着经过若干轮Fourier和差Fourier电子云密度合成, 发现全部其余非氢原子的坐标.氢原子位置根据理论模型计算. 结构修正最后收敛至R=0.073, Rw=0.069. 标题化合物是由[(C2H5)4N]^+和{FeS4[S2CN(C2H5)2]}^2^-组成的离子型化合物. 结构的主要特点表现在阴离子上, 而在阴离子中含有类立方烷型簇核Fe4S4. 该簇核中每个铁原子与五个硫原子配位, 其配位多面体构型均为畸变的四方锥.  相似文献

用 HgI2 和 4,5-亚乙基二硫杂-1,3-二硫杂-2-硫酮 (C5H4S5)反应,合成一种二核汞配合物[Hg(C5H4S5)I2]2 1。X 射线衍射结果表明,晶体属于单斜晶系,C2/c 空间群,晶胞参数 a =21.6847(1),b = 8.5125(4),c = 15.6699(8),a=112.7850(1)°,V=2666.8(2) ?3。Mr = 1357.54,Z = 4,Dx = 3.381 g/cm3,ì = 16.913 cm–1,F(000) = 2400,R=0.0639,wR=0.1711,S=1.052。配合物 1 具有二聚体结构,2 个汞原子通过 2 个碘原子桥联,形成 1 个 Hg2I2菱形平面,汞原子周围的配位是四面体结构,通过分子间的硫…硫作用和碘…硫作用,形成准二维超分子网络。 S S S H g I I S S S S I I H g S  相似文献

Concentrated aqueous solutions of strontium chloride and barium chloride, respectively, allow on addition of the potassium salt of tetrathiosquarate, K2C4S4·H2O, the isolation of the earth alkaline salts SrC4S4·4 H2O ( 1 ) and Ba4K2(C4S4)5·16 H2O ( 2 ), both as dark red crystals. The crystal structure determinations ( 1 : orthorhombic, Pnma, a = 8.149(1), b = 12.907(2), c = 10.790(2) Å, Z = 4; 2 : orthorhombic, Pbca, a = 15.875(3), b = 21.325(5), c = 16.119(1) Å, Z = 4) show the presence of C4S42− ions with only slightly distorted D4h symmetry having average C–C and C–S bond lengths of 1.41Å and 1.681Å for 1 and 1.450Å and 1.657Å for 2 . The structure of 1 contains concatenated edge‐sharing Sr(H2O)6S2 polyhedra. The Sr2+ ions are in eight‐fold coordination with Sr–O distances of 2.50–2.72Å and Sr–S distances of 3.21Å, (C4S4)2− acts as a chelating ligand towards Sr2+. The structure is closely related to the previously reported Ca2+ containing analogue, which is of lower symmetry belonging to the monoclinic crystal system. A supergroup‐subgroup relation between the space groups of both structures is present. The structure of 2 is made up of Ba2+ and K+ ions in eight and nine‐fold coordination by H2O molecules and (C4S4)2− ions which act as chelating ligands towards one cation and bridging between two cations. The coordination polyhedra of the cations are connected by common edges and corners in two dimensions to layers which are connected by tetrathiosquarate ions to a three‐dimensional network. The infrared and Raman spectra show bands typical for the molecular building units of the two compounds.  相似文献

共沉淀法制备CeZrYLa+LaAl 复合氧化物载体, 等体积浸渍法制备了Pt 催化剂, 用于研究理论空燃比天然气汽车(NGVs)尾气净化反应中CH4与NO的反应规律. 并考察了10% (体积分数, φ)H2O和计量比O2对CO2存在时的CH4+NO反应的影响. 结果表明: 对于不同条件下的NO+CH4反应, 主要生成N2和CO2, 高温区有CO生成. 低温区无O2时可以生成N2O, 有O2时可以生成NO2; 添加10% (φ)的H2O后, CH4 转化活性降低, NO转化活性基本不变, 这是由于H2O减弱了CH4与CO2的重整反应, 但是对CH4与NO的反应基本没有影响; 添加计量比的O2后, CH4转化活性提高, 而NO转化活性降低, 这是由于O2和NO之间存在竞争吸附, CH4被O2氧化为主要反应, 从而减弱了NO的转化; 同时添加计量比的O2和10% (φ) H2O, CH4与CO2的重整反应受到抑制,CH4与NO的反应、甲烷蒸汽重整反应和甲烷被O2氧化反应同时发生, CH4和NO的转化活性均提高.  相似文献

The title compound has been prepared and characterized by elemental analysis,infrared and FT-Raman spectra, and thermal analysis. The crystal and molecular structures of bis(N'-ethyl-N-piperazinly-carbodithioato-S,S') nickel(Ⅱ) complex (Ni(S2CNC4H8NC2H5)2) were determined by X-ray diffraction methods. The crystal crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group P1 with a = 0.66770(15), b = 0.85066(12), c = 0.8973(2) nm, α = 84.97(2), β =78.71 (2), γ =80.12(2)°, Mr = 437.34, V = 0.49160(17) nm3, Z = 1, Dc = 1.477 g/cm3, F(000) = 230, R = 0.0422and wR = 0.1290. In the structure, the central Ni atom is coordinated in a slightly distorted square plane by four S atoms from two bidentate S2CNC4H8NC2H5 ligands with the four Ni-S bond distances in the range of 0.22065(10)~0.22076(9) nm. The IR and FT-Raman spectral data are in agreement with the structural data. Thermal analysis indicates that the title compound decomposes completely at the temperature of 799.88 ℃, leaving NiS.  相似文献

The title compound has been prepared and characterized by elemental analyses, infrared and raman spectra, and thermal analyses. The crystal structure of Bis [di(N′-ethyl-N-piperazinly-carbodithioato-S,S′) Zinc(Ⅱ)] complexes, [Zn2(S2CNC4H8NC2H5)4], was determined by X-ray diffraction methods. The compound crystallizes in Monoclinic system, space group P21/c, with lattice and some related parameters a=0.886(18), b=1.955(4), c=1.196(2) nm, β=106.03(3)°, V=1.991 3(7) nm3, Z=2, Mr=888.12, Dc=1.481 g·cm-3, F(000)=928, R=0.054 3 and wR=0.227 6. In crystal structure of the binuclear zinc complexes is built up of centro-symmetric dimeric entities. The coordination sphere of zinc(Ⅱ) ions is best described as a distorted tetragonal-pyramid. The IR spectral data are in agreement with the structural data. The thermal analytical data indicate that it decomposed completely at the temperature of 652.5 ℃, leaving Zn. CCDC: 286177.  相似文献

用450W高压汞灯照射H3PMo12O40·5H2O和(Bu4N)Br(TBA)的DMF(N,N-二甲基甲酰胺)溶液,合成了12-钼磷酸四丁基铵杂多蓝(Bu4N)4[PMo12O40]·2DMF·H2O,用元素分析,IR,固体漫反射电子光谱,ESR,XPS和CV等进行了表征。晶体结构分析表明,标题化合物属单斜晶系,空间群P21/c,晶胞参数a=14.124(3),b=17.481(4),c=22.744(5)A,β=101.66(3)°,V=5500(2)A3,C70H160Mo12N6O43P,Mr=2956.29,Z=2,Dc=1.785g/cm3,F(000)=2970,μ(MoKα)=1.412mm-1,R=0.0638,wR=0.1975。标题化合物是由4个四丁基铵阳离子、1个12-钼磷混合价杂多阴离子[PMo12O40]4-、2个DMF分子和1个水分子构成。  相似文献

Herein, a 2-fold interpenetrated metal-organic framework (MOF) Zn-BPZ-TATB with accessible N/O active sites in nonpolar pore surfaces was reported for one-step C2H4 purification from C2H6 or C3H6 mixtures as well as recovery of C3H6 from C2H6/C3H6/C2H4 mixtures. The MOF exhibits the favorable C2H6 and C3H6 uptakes (>100 cm3 g−1 at 298 K under 100 kPa) as well as selective adsorption of C2H6 and C3H6 over C2H4. The C3H6- and C2H6-selective feature were investigated detailedly by experimental tests as well as sorption kinetic studyies. Molecular modelling revealed the multiple interactions between C3H6 or C2H6 molecules and methyl groups as well as triazine rings in pores. Zn-BPZ-TATB not only can directly generate 323.4 L kg−1 and 15.4 L kg−1 of high-purity (≥99.9 %) C2H4 from C3H6/C2H4 and C2H6/C2H4 mixtures, but also provide a large high-purity (≥99.5 %) C3H6 recovery capacity of 60.1 L kg−1 from C3H6/C2H4 mixtures. More importantly, the high-purity C3H6 (≥99.5 %) and C2H4 (≥99.9 %) with the productivities of 38.2 and 12.7 L kg−1 can be simultaneously obtained from C2H6/C3H6/C2H4 mixtures through a single adsorption/desorption cycle.  相似文献

建立基于光纤传感技术结合微顺序注射-阀上实验室荧光猝灭测定肠灌流液中H2S含量方法。本研究进行单因素考察,确定以100μL 0.1mol/L Na OH溶液为载液,荧光素汞浓度为5.0×10#5mol/L、体积50μL、进样体积50μL、流通池检测流速25μL/s,根据H2S猝灭荧光素汞521 nm处荧光,对样品中H2S浓度进行测定。本方法检测H2S的浓度范围为5.0×10#6~8.0×10#5mol/L,检出限为5.4×10#7mol/L。测定肠灌流液中H2S含量为3.8×10#5mol/L,RSD=3.1%(n=3)。本方法能有效在线测定样品中H2S含量,为实时在线测定生物样品中的H2S含量奠定基础。  相似文献

Cs Rb V catalyst for H 2SO 4 production at low temperature was prepared by use of metallurgical waste liquid (MWL) containing alkali metal salts. The result showed that X (SO 2)=24 8% on the catalyst prepared directly with MWL can be reached at 410 ℃, and if n (Na)/ n (V) has been adjusted properly, X (SO 2) can be increased to 35 6% at the same tempertaure. When MWL has been refined and mixed with other liquid material, it can make the catalyst activity at low temperature even higher. From the DTA result of the catalyst prepared from the refined liquid, it is found that both the endothermic apices and exothermic apices shift to low temperature obviously, indicating that the catalyst possesses higher activity at low temperature.  相似文献

Two new dibenzyltin bisditiocarbamates(PhCH2)2 Sn(S2CNEt2)2(1) and (PhCH2)2 Sn(S2CNC4H8)2(2) were synthesized by the reaction of dibenzyltin dichloride with dithiocarbamates and characterized by elemental analysis ,IR,^1H NMR and MS spectra.The crystal structures were determined by X-ray single crystal diffraction analysis.In both complexes,the tin atom is six-coordinated in a distorted octahedral configuration.In the crystals of 1,the molecular packing in unit cell reveals that the two adjacent molecules are symmetrically linked to each other in dimers by two Sn S interactions of 0.3816nm.In the crystals of 2,the molecules are packed in the unit cell in one-dimensional chain structure linked by weaker intermolecular S S conmtacts.  相似文献

In this work, samples consisting of BiVO4 with exposed (040) facets coupled with Bi2S3 (Bi2S3/BiVO4) were prepared through a one-pot hydrothermal method, using ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid as directing agent and L-cysteine as sulfur source and soft template. X-ray diffraction, field emission scanning electron microscopy, and high-resolution transmission electron microscopy measurements indicated that the Bi2S3 content had a significant influence on the growth of (040) and (121) facets as well as on the morphology of the Bi2S3/BiVO4 samples. When the Bi2S3 content reached 1 mmol, the Bi2S3/BiVO4 samples exhibited a peony-like morphology. The results of transient photocurrent tests and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy measurements confirmed that a more effective charge separation and a faster interfacial charge transfer occurred in Bi2S3/BiVO4 than BiVO4. The enhanced photocatalytic activity of the Bi2S3/BiVO4 samples could be attributed to the improved absorption capability in the visible light region and the enhanced electron-hole pair separation efficiency due to the formation of the Bi2S3/BiVO4 heterostructure. In addition, the Bi2S3/BiVO4 samples showed relative stability and reusability. The simple method presented in this work could be used to fabricate composite photocatalysts with high activity for different applications, such as photocatalytic degradation of organic pollutants, photocatalytic splitting of water, and photocatalytic reduction of carbon dioxide.  相似文献

在干燥氮气气氛下,以无水乙醇为溶剂,制备了低水合氯化钕与二乙氨基荒酸二乙铵(D-DDC)配合物,确定其组成为Et2NH2[Nd(S2CNEt2)4].单晶结构分析表明,配合物中4个二乙氨基荒酸根各通过2个硫原子与钕离子成键形成八配位十二面体阴离子,并与二乙铵阳离子形成缔合型分子.晶体属单斜晶系,空间群P21/n,a=1.37517(14)nm,b=2.1146(2)nm,c=1.44641(15)nm,β=102.028(2)°,Z=4.用微量热法测定了298.15K下水合氯化钕和D-DDC在无水乙醇中的溶解焓及二乙氨基荒酸钕液相生成反应焓变分别为(-17.89±0.096),(50.280±0.151)和(-10.116±0.065)kJ/mol,求得固相生成反应焓变.  相似文献
