2,2′‐Anhydro‐1‐(3′,5′‐di‐O‐acetyl‐β‐D‐arabinofuranosyl)uracil, C13H14N2O7, was obtained by refluxing 2′,3′‐O‐(methoxymethylene)uridine in acetic anhydride. The structure exhibits a nearly perfect C4′‐endo (4E) conformation. The best four‐atom plane of the five‐membered furanose ring is O—C—C—C, involving the C atoms of the fused five‐membered oxazolidine ring, and the torsion angle is only −0.4 (2)°. The oxazolidine ring is essentially coplanar with the six‐membered uracil ring [r.m.s. deviation = 0.012 (5) Å and dihedral angle = −3.2 (3)°]. The conformation at the exocyclic C—C bond is gauche–trans which is stabilized by various C—H...π and C—O...π interactions.  相似文献

The title compound {systematic name: 4‐amino‐5‐cyclopropyl‐7‐(2‐deoxy‐β‐D‐erythro‐pentofuranosyl)‐7H‐pyrrolo[2,3‐d]pyrimidine}, C14H18N4O3, exhibits an anti glycosylic bond conformation, with the torsion angle χ = −108.7 (2)°. The furanose group shows a twisted C1′‐exo sugar pucker (S‐type), with P = 120.0 (2)° and τm = 40.4 (1)°. The orientation of the exocyclic C4′—C5′ bond is ‐ap (trans), with the torsion angle γ = −167.1 (2)°. The cyclopropyl substituent points away from the nucleobase (anti orientation). Within the three‐dimensional extended crystal structure, the individual molecules are stacked and arranged into layers, which are highly ordered and stabilized by hydrogen bonding. The O atom of the exocyclic 5′‐hydroxy group of the sugar residue acts as an acceptor, forming a bifurcated hydrogen bond to the amino groups of two different neighbouring molecules. By this means, four neighbouring molecules form a rhomboidal arrangement of two bifurcated hydrogen bonds involving two amino groups and two O5′ atoms of the sugar residues.  相似文献

Methyl β‐d ‐galactopyranosyl‐(1→4)‐β‐d ‐xylopyranoside, C12H22O10, (II), crystallizes as colorless needles from water with positional disorder in the xylopyranosyl (Xyl) ring and no water molecules in the unit cell. The internal glycosidic linkage conformation in (II) is characterized by a ϕ′ torsion angle (C2′Gal—C1′Gal—O1′Gal—C4Xyl) of 156.4 (5)° and a ψ′ torsion angle (C1′Gal—O1′Gal—C4Xyl—C3Xyl) of 94.0 (11)°, where the ring atom numbering conforms to the convention in which C1 denotes the anomeric C atom, and C5 and C6 denote the hydroxymethyl (–CH2OH) C atoms in the β‐Xyl and β‐Gal residues, respectively. By comparison, the internal linkage conformation in the crystal structure of the structurally related disaccharide, methyl β‐lactoside [methyl β‐d ‐galactopyranosyl‐(1→4)‐β‐d ‐glucopyranoside], (III) [Stenutz, Shang & Serianni (1999). Acta Cryst. C 55 , 1719–1721], is characterized by ϕ′ = 153.8 (2)° and ψ′ = 78.4 (2)°. A comparison of β‐(1→4)‐linked disaccharides shows considerable variability in both ϕ′ and ψ′, with the range in the latter (∼38°) greater than that in the former (∼28°). Inter‐residue hydrogen bonding is observed between atoms O3Xyl and O5′Gal in the crystal structure of (II), analogous to the inter‐residue hydrogen bond detected between atoms O3Glc and O5′Gal in (III). The exocyclic hydroxymethyl conformations in the Gal residues of (II) and (III) are identical (gauche–trans conformer).  相似文献

The title compound, 1‐(2′,3′‐dideoxy‐β‐d ‐glycero‐pent‐2‐enofuranosyl)thymine 1‐methyl‐2‐pyrrolidone solvate, C10H12N2O4·C5H9NO, is an NMPO solvate of the anti‐AIDS agent D4T. In its crystal structure, both the pyrimidine and the furanose rings are planar and approximately perpendicular [82.1 (4)°]. The value of the torsion angle defining the orientation of the thymine with respect to the joined furane, χ = ?100.8 (4)°, and that of the torsion angle giving the orientation of the hydroxyl group linked to the furane ring, γ = 52.9 (5)°, show that the glycosylic link adopts the so‐called high‐anti conformation and the 5′‐hydroxyl group is in the +sc position. The NMPO solvate is linked to the nucleoside through a fairly strong hydrogen bond.  相似文献

Podand‐type ligands are an interesting class of acyclic ligands which can form host–guest complexes with many transition metals and can undergo conformational changes. Organic phosphates are components of many biological molecules. A new route for the synthesis of phosphate esters with a retained six‐membered ring has been used to prepare 2,2′‐[benzene‐1,2‐diylbis(oxy)]bis(5,5‐dimethyl‐1,3,2‐dioxaphosphinane) 2,2′‐dioxide, C6H4{O[cyclo‐P(O)OCH2CMe2CH2O]}2 or C16H24O8P2, (1), 2‐[(2′‐hydroxybiphenyl‐2‐yl)oxy]‐5,5‐dimethyl‐1,3,2‐dioxaphosphinane 2‐oxide, [cyclo‐P(O)OCH2CMe2CH2O](2,2′‐OC6H4–C6H4OH), (2), and oxybis(5,5‐dimethyl‐1,3,2‐dioxaphosphinane) 2,2′‐dioxide, O[cyclo‐P(O)OCH2CMe2CH2O]2, (3). Compound (1) is novel, whereas the results for compounds (2) and (3) have been reported previously, but we record here our results for compound (3), which we find are more precise and accurate than those currently reported in the literature. In (1), two cyclo‐P(O)OCH2CMe2CH2O groups are linked through a catechol group. The conformations about the two catechol O atoms are quite different, viz. one C—C—O—P torsion angle is −169.11 (11)° and indicates a trans arrangement, whereas the other C—C—O—P torsion angle is 92.48 (16)°, showing a gauche conformation. Both six‐membered POCCCO rings have good chair‐shape conformations. In both the trans and gauche conformations, the catechol O atoms are in the axial sites and the short P=O bonds are equatorially bound.  相似文献

The title compound [systematic name: 1‐(2‐deoxy‐β‐d ‐erythro‐pentofuranosyl)‐3‐iodo‐5‐nitro‐1H‐indole], C13H13IN2O5, exhibits an anti glycosylic bond conformation with a χ torsion angle of −114.9 (3)°. The furanose moiety shows a twisted C2′‐endo sugar pucker (S‐type), with P = 141.3° and τm = 40.3°. The orientation of the exocyclic C4′—C5′ bond is +ap (gauche, trans), with a γ torsion angle of 177.4 (2)°. The extended crystal structure is stabilized by hydrogen bonding and I...O contacts, as well as by stacking interactions. The O atoms of the nitro group act as acceptors, forming bifurcated hydrogen bonds within the ac plane. Additionally, the iodo substituent forms an interplanar contact with an O atom of the nitro group, and another contact with the O atom of the 5′‐hydroxy group of the sugar moiety within the ac plane is observed. These contacts can be considered as the structure‐determining factors for the molecular packing in the crystal structure.  相似文献

The crystal structure of 5‐fluoro‐1‐octanoyluracil [5‐fluoro‐1‐octanoylpyrimidine‐2,4(1H,3H)‐dione, C12H17FN2O3], a lipophilic prodrug of 5‐fluorouracil, is described. The 5‐fluoropyrimidine‐2,4(1H,3H)‐dione moiety is similar to the known structure of 1‐acetyl‐5‐fluorouracil. The 1‐octanoyl group and the 5‐fluorouracil moiety are essentially coplanar, with the octanoyl carbonyl group oriented towards the the ring C—H group and away from the nearer ring carbonyl group. The torsion angle C—N—C—O (from the ring CH group to the octanoyl carbonyl group) of 9.2 (2)° is similar to the corresponding torsion angles reported for 1‐acetyl‐5‐fluorouracil (17.3 and 1.6°) and 1,3‐diacetyl‐5‐fluorouracil (8.8°).  相似文献
