The title complex, [Cu(C11H14BrN2O)(NCS)]n, is an interesting thiocyanate‐bridged polynuclear copper(II) compound, which crystallizes with two independent molecules in the asymmetric unit. Each CuII atom is five‐coordinate in a square‐pyramidal configuration, with one O and two N atoms of one Schiff base ligand and one terminal N atom of a bridging thiocyanate ligand defining the basal plane, and one terminal S atom of another bridging thiocyanate ligand occupying the apical position. The {4‐bromo‐2‐[2‐(dimethylamino)ethyliminomethyl]phenolato}copper(II) units are linked by the bridging thiocyanate ligands, forming polymeric chains running along the a axis. There are weak intermolecular C—H⋯O and C—H⋯S hydrogen bonds between the chains in the crystal structure. 相似文献

The Zn atom in dichloro[(3,5‐dimethyl‐1H‐pyrazol‐1‐yl)methane]zinc(II), [ZnCl2(C11H16N4)], (I), is tetrahedrally coordinated by two N atoms from one bis(3,5‐dimethylpyrazolyl)methane ligand and two terminal Cl atoms. The molecule has no crystallographic symmetry. One H atom of the CH2 group of the bis(3,5‐dimethylpyrazolyl)methane ligand interacts with a Cl atom of an adjacent molecule to yield intermolecular C—H⋯Cl contacts, thereby forming a one‐dimensional zigzag chain extending along the b axis. On the other hand, in di‐μ‐chloro‐bis{chloro[(3,5‐dimethyl‐1H‐pyrazol‐1‐yl)methane]cadmium(II)}, [Cd2Cl4(C11H16N4)2], (II), each of the two crystallographically equivalent Cd atoms is pentacoordinated by two N atoms from one bis(3,5‐dimethylpyrazolyl)methane ligand, and by one terminal and two bridging Cl− anions. The molecule has a crystallographic centre of symmetry located at the mid‐point of the Cd⋯Cd line. One H atom of the CH2 group of the bis(3,5‐dimethylpyrazolyl)methane ligand interacts with a Cl atom of an adjacent molecule to produce pairwise intermolecular C—H⋯Cl contacts, thereby affording chains of molecules running along the c axis. 相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound, [CoCl(C18H37N4O2){ZnCl3}], has been determined by X‐ray diffraction.C‐meso‐5,5,7,12,12,14‐Hexamethyl‐1,4,8,11‐tetraazacyclotetradecane‐N‐acetate acts as a bridging ligand to coodinate with CoIII and ZnII ions. The CoIII ion is six‐coordinate in a nearly octahedral environment provided by one Cl atom, four N atoms of the bridging ligand, and one O atom. The asymmetric unit of the title compound, [Zn(C7H5O3)2(C10H8N2)], contains one monomeric zinc complex. The Zn atom is coordinated to one 2,2′‐bipyridyl ligand via both N atoms and to two salicylate anions (Hsal−) in a bidentate chelating manner involving carboxylate O‐atom coordination. The complex exhibits a distorted octahedral geometry about the ZnII atom, with the `apical' positions occupied by one of the two N atoms of the bipyridyl ligand and an O atom from one Hsal− ligand; the Zn atom is 0.168 (1) Å out of the `basal' plane. Two intramolecular six‐membered hydrogen‐bonded rings are present, generated from interactions between the carboxyl and hydroxyl groups of the salicylate ligands. The crystal packing is governed by weak C—H⋯O and C—H⋯π interactions. 相似文献

In catena‐poly[[(di‐2‐pyridylamine‐κ2N,N′)silver(I)]‐μ‐nicotinato‐κ2N:O], [Ag(C6H4NO2)(C10H9N3)]n, the AgI atom is tetracoordinated by two N atoms from the di‐2‐pyridylamine (BPA) ligand [Ag—N = 2.3785 (18) and 2.3298 (18) Å] and by one N atom and one carboxylate O atom from nicotinate ligands [Ag—N = 2.2827 (15) Å and Ag—O = 2.3636 (14) Å]. Bridging by nicotinate N and O atoms generates a polymeric chain structure, which extends along [100]. The carboxyl O atom not bonded to the Ag atom takes part in an intrachain C—H⋯O hydrogen bond, further stabilizing the chain. Pairs of chains are linked by N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds to generate ribbons. There are no π–π interactions in this complex. In catena‐poly[[(di‐2‐pyridylamine‐κ2N,N′)silver(I)]‐μ‐2,6‐dihydroxybenzoato‐κ2O1:O2], [Ag(C7H5O4)(C10H9N3)]n, the AgI atom has a distorted tetrahedral coordination, with three strong bonds to two pyridine N atoms from the BPA ligand [Ag—N = 2.286 (5) and 2.320 (5) Å] and to one carboxylate O atom from the 2,6‐dihydroxybenzoate ligand [Ag—O = 2.222 (4) Å]; the fourth, weaker, Ag‐atom coordination is to one of the phenol O atoms [Ag⋯O = 2.703 (4) Å] of an adjacent moiety, and this interaction generates a polymeric chain along [100]. Pairs of chains are linked about inversion centers by N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds to form ribbons, within which there are π–π interactions. The ribbons are linked about inversion centers by pairs of C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds and additional π–π interactions between inversion‐related pairs of 2,6‐dihydroxybenzoate ligands to generate a three‐dimensional network. 相似文献

In the title PbII coordination polymer, [Pb(C16H10O4)(C14H8N4)(C3H7NO)]n, each PbII atom is eight‐coordinated by two chelating N atoms from one pyrazino[2,3‐f][1,10]phenanthroline (L) ligand, one dimethylformamide (DMF) O atom and five carboxylate O atoms from three different 4,4′‐ethylenedibenzoate (eedb) ligands. The eedb dianions bridge neighbouring PbII centres through four typical Pb—O bonds and one longer Pb—O interaction to form a two‐dimensional structure. The C atoms from the L and eedb ligands form C—H...O hydrogen bonds with the O atoms of eedb and DMF ligands, which further stabilize the structure. The title compound is the first PbII coordination polymer incorporating the L ligand. 相似文献

The molecule has a crystallographic center of symmetry located at the mid‐point of the Cu·Cu line. The crystal structure of the title compound, [Cu(C2N3)2(C10H8N2)]n, is formed by neutral zigzag chains of the [–NC–N–CN–Cu{(bpy)N(CN)2}–NC–N–CN–] type running along the c axis (bpy is 2,2′‐bipyridine). The Cu atoms in the chains are pentacoordinated in the form of a distorted tetragonal pyramid, with a CuN5 chromophore. The coordination sites are occupied by two N atoms of one bpy molecule in the basal plane [Cu—N 2.018 (4) and 2.025 (2) Å] and by three terminal N atoms of two dicyanamide ligands. One of the dicyanamide ligands is coordinated in a monodentate fashion through a nitrile N atom in the basal plane [Cu—N 1.963 (4) Å]. The second acts as an end‐to‐end bridging ligand to a neighbouring Cu atom and is coordinated by one nitrile N atom in the basal plane [Cu—N 2.001 (2) Å], while the second nitrile N atom occupies the apical position [Cu—N 2.159 (2) Å] and originates from the bridge connecting another Cu atom. The shortest intrachain Cu?Cu distance is 8.212 (1) Å, as a consequence of the large bridging ligand, whereas the minimum interchain distance between Cu atoms is only 5.77 (7) Å, because of the interdigitation of the chains. 相似文献

Adjacent Cd atoms are linked by the pyridyl N atom and the bidentate carboxylate functional group of a 2‐chloronicotinate ligand, forming a one‐dimensional infinite chain along the b axis. The title compound, [Zn(C7H4NO4)2(C12H8N2)(H2O)], has been synthesized. X‐Ray analysis reveals that it is a neutral zinc(II) mononuclear carboxylate complex based on mixed N‐ and O‐donor ligands. The Zn atom is five‐coordinate in a distorted trigonal–bipyramidal coordination environment involving two O atoms of two monodentate 2‐nitrobenzoate molecules, two N atoms of a 1,10‐phenanthroline molecule and one O atom of a water molecule. The crystal structure of the title compound, [CoCl‐(C16H26N6)]ClO4, consists of discrete [CoCl(C16H26N6)]+ cations and perchlorate anions. The five‐coordinate CoII atom has four nitrogen donors from the new mesocyclic ligand 1,5‐bis(1‐methyl‐1H‐imidazol‐2‐ylmethyl)‐1,5‐diazacyclooctane [Co—N 2.046 (3)–2.214 (4) Å], and a chloride anion at the apical site [Co—Cl 2.3184 (13) Å]. The coordination geometry of the complex is essentially square pyramidal. The mesocyclic ligand takes a boat–chair configuration and the two imidazole pendants are not coplanar. The dihedral angle between the two imidazole planes is 15.97°. An H atom from the 1,5‐diazacyclooctane group effectively blocks the axial coordination site opposite the Cl ligand. 相似文献

The novel μ‐oxo‐diiron complex [Fe2O(BPHPA)2](ClO4)4 [BPHPA is (6‐hydroxymethyl‐2‐pyridylmethyl)bis(2‐pyridylmethyl)amine, C19H20N4O], contains a binuclear centrosymmetric [Fe2O(BPHPA)2]4+ cation (the bridging O atom lies on an inversion centre) and four perchlorate anions. Each iron ion is coordinated by four N atoms [Fe—N = 2.117 (5)–2.196 (5) Å] and one O atom [Fe—O = 2.052 (5) Å] from a BPHPA ligand, and by one bridging oxo atom [Fe—O = 1.7896 (9) Å], forming a distorted octahedron. In the title complex, [Ag2(C7H4NO4)2(C16H16S2)], each AgI atom is trigonally coordinated by one S atom of a 2,11‐dithia[3.3]paracyclophane (dtpcp) ligand, and by one N and one O atom of a 6‐carboxypyridine‐2‐carboxylate ligand. Dtpcp acts as a bidentate ligand, bridging two inversion‐related AgI atoms to give a dinuclear silver(I) compound. The dinuclear moieties are interconnected via O—H·O hydrogen bonds to form a two‐dimensional zigzag sheet. The MnII atom, 4,4‐bipy ligand and 1,4‐BDOA2− group occupy different inversion centres. Adjacent MnII atoms are bridged by 1,4‐BDOA2− groups and 4,4‐bipy ligands, forming a two‐dimensional network with Mn⋯Mn separations of 11.592 (2) and 11.699 (2) Å. The title mononuclear complex, [Ni(C5H2N2O4)(C3H4N2)2(H2O)2] or [Ni(HOr)(im)2(H2O)2] (im is imidazole and H3Or is orotic acid, or 2,6‐dioxo‐1,2,3,6‐tetrahydropyrimidine‐4‐carboxylic acid), has been synthesized and the crystal structure determination is reported. The NiII ion in the complex has a distorted octahedral coordination geometry comprised of one deprotonated pyrimidine N atom and the adjacent carboxylate O atom of the orotate ligand, two tertiary imidazole N atoms and two aqua ligands. An extensive three‐dimensional network of OW—H⋯O and N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds, and π–π and π–ring interactions are responsible for crystal stabilization. 相似文献
