Chiral phosphoric acid-catalyzed enantioselective Friedel-Crafts reaction of indoles with ethyl glyoxylate imines was developed. With 10 mol % of the catalyst, the Friedel-Crafts reactions between a wide range of indoles and imines have been carried out, affording optically active (3-indolyl)glycine derivatives with excellent yields and high enantioselectivities (up to 87% ee).  相似文献

Pyrimidines and pyrimidine bearing indole derivatives are very important species in organic chemistry due to their wide use as bioactive compounds with a broad range of good biological activities. Due to the wide spread of different species of bacteria and fungi nowadays, in the present work, a novel series of indolyl‐pyrimidines (2–13) were synthesized starting from 3‐chloro‐1H‐indole‐2‐carbaldehyde (1) . Elemental analysis, IR, 1H‐NMR, 13C‐NMR, and mass spectral data elucidated the structure of newly synthesized compounds. All compounds were screened for their in vitro antibacterial and antifungal activity, and they demonstrated promising results; all the new compounds synthesized from compound (1) , which allowed reactions with thiourea and ethyl cyanoacetate, gave the target compound (2) , which was used as a precursor for the synthesis of indolylthiazolopyrimidine derivatives (3–8) by reactions with halocarbonyl compounds such as chloroacetone, phancyl bromide, and chloroacetic acid through alkylation of the mercapto group followed by cyclization through a nucleophilic attack. When compound (2) subjected to react with hydrazine hydrate gave 4‐indolyl‐2‐hydrazinopyrimidine (5) , the latter compound, when allowed to react with ethyl chloroacetate or diethyloxalate, gave indolylpyrimidotriazine derivatives (10 , 11) ; in contrast, when the compound reacted with acetic anhydride or formic acid, it gave triazolopyrimidine derivatives (12, 13) .  相似文献

We have synthesized a homologous series of azoesters consisting of a coumaryl moiety as the end group. Eleven derivatives of this series exhibit mesomorphism. The nematic mesophase is exhibited from ethyl homologue onward, while the smectic phase commences at the pentyl derivative and is exhibited along with the nematic phase up to the hexadecyl derivative. The N-I transition temperatures curves show the usual odd-even effect. All the compounds in this series are thermally stable and exhibit a wide mesomorphic range of nearly 120°C. Their thermal stabilities and other characteristics are discussed.  相似文献

Methyl o-hydroxybenzoylpyruvate heated with N,N-dimethylethylenediamine and aromatic aldehydes affords in a high yield 5-aryl-3-hydroxy-4-(2-hydroxyphenyl)-1-[2-(dimethylamino)ethyl]-1,5-dihydro-2H-pyrrol-2-ones, which easily split off water at boiling in acetic acid and are converted into 1-aryl-2-[(2-dimethylamino)ethyl]-1,2-dihydrochromeno[2,3-c]pyrrol-3,9-diones. The developed route of synthesis provides a wide range of derivatives of 1-aryl-2-[ω-(dialkylamino)alkyl]-1,2-dihydrochromeno[2,3-c]pyrrole-3,9-diones.  相似文献

In this paper, separations of organic compounds, such as, n-alkanes, alcohols, ethyl asters of C(1)-C(8) carboxylic acid, halogen derivatives, position-isomers of the replacement aromatic hydrocarbon, optical isomers of ethyl lactate and isoamyl alcohol, etc. were studied using 4'-cholestenoxycarbonyl-benzo-15-crown-5 liquid crystal crown ether (CH-B-15-C-5) as stationary phase in gas-solid chromatography (GSC), general gas-liquid chromatography (GLC) and crown ether liquid crystal gas-liquid chromatography (CL-GLC). Also, the chromatographic characteristics, such as the chemical stability, thermal stability, selectivity, polarity and operating temperature range, of the CH-B-15-C-5 as stationary phase for GSC, GLC and CL-GLC systems were studied. The results showed that the polarity of this chromatographic column is mean-weak; the chemical and thermal stabilities and the selectivity are good and the operating temperature range is wide. The results of separations of organic compounds are satisfactory.  相似文献

A range of organotin compounds has been ethylated using the reagent sodium tetraethylborate in a simple one-step procedure. Analysis of the volatile, fully alkylated derivatives has been achieved by GC AA with confirmation of the identity of the resulting ethylated derivatives by GC MS. Conditions for the GC AA and GC MS analysis of the organometallic ethyl derivatives are given.  相似文献

A highly enantioselective Friedel-Crafts reaction catalyzed by a chiral phosphoric acid was developed. N-Boc-protected ethyl trifluoropyruvate imine was activated by 6 mol % of catalyst and reacted with a wide variety of indole derivatives to afford quaternary α-amino acids in excellent yields (up to 99%) and high enantioselectivities (up to 98:2 er).  相似文献

A series of new coumarin derivatives has been synthesized by condensation of 4-chloro-3-nitrocoumarin and the appropriate arylamine and sulfonamide in ethyl acetate in the presence of triethylamine. The synthesized compounds were screened for their in vitro antimicrobial activity against thirteen strains of bacteria and three fungal/yeast strains using disk diffusion assays. They were shown to possess a wide range of activities from almost completely inactive compounds to medium active ones. (4-[(5-Chloropyridin-2-yl)amino]-3-nitro-2H-chromen-2-one) showed similar activity against Klebsiella pneumoniae as tetracycline.  相似文献

A series of novel imidazo[1,2- a ]pyrimidine containing tri/tetrasubstituted imidazole derivatives (1-10) has been synthesized via sequential two-step, one-pot, multicomponent reaction using imidazo[1,2- a ]pyrimidine-2-carbaldehyde, benzil, primary amines, and ammonium acetate catalyzed by p -toluenesulfonic acid under microwave-assisted conditions. The results showed that target compounds can be obtained from a wide range of primary amines bearing different functional groups with moderate to good yields (46%-80%) under optimum reaction conditions. This method provides a green protocol for imidazo[1,2- a ]pyrimidine containing tri/tetrasubstituted imidazole derivatives due to ethyl alcohol as a green solvent, microwave irradiation as a greener heating method and one-pot multicomponent reaction as a green technique. The synthesized compounds have been elucidated using various spectroscopic tools such as FT-IR, 1H NMR, 13 C NMR, and MS.  相似文献

A facile and efficient one-pot synthesis of 1,4-disubstituted 3-amino-2-pyridone derivatives via three-component reactions of readily available alkynyl aldehydes, amines, and ethyl 2-((diphenylmethylene)amino)acetate has been developed. The alkynyl aldehyde substrates and the amine partners can be flexibly varied to achieve a range of 3-amino-2-pyridone derivatives, which could exert interesting chemical and biological properties. The reaction mechanism for the formation of 3-amino-2-pyridone derivatives is briefly explained.  相似文献

Mesomorphic derivatives prepared from ethyl esters of 2-methylcyclohex-2-ene-4-one-1-carboxylic and cis-2,6-dimethylcyclohex-2-ene-4-one-1-carboxylic acids have been synthesized. It has been shown that the compounds obtained are characterized by a lower nematic—isotropic transition temperature (10-20°C) and a considerably narrower nematic range in comparison with the analogous derivatives of 4-alkylcyclohex-3-ene-carboxylic and trans-4-alkylcyclohexane-carboxylic acid.  相似文献

The Heck reaction of aryl halides with functionalised alk-1-enes should be a powerful method for the synthesis of functionalised (E)-1-arylalk-1-ene derivatives. The major problem of this reaction is the palladium-catalysed migration of the carbon-carbon double bond along the alkyl chain when there are no substituents on the C3 carbon of the alk-1-enes. We observed that for the arylation of ethyl pent-4-enoate, ethyl 2-methylpent-4-enoate or dimethyl allylmalonate this migration could be partially or completely controlled using appropriate reaction conditions. The ramification on the alkyl chain and the substituents on the aryl halide have also an important influence on this migration. Moreover, the cis,cis,cis-1,2,3,4-tetrakis(diphenylphosphinomethyl)cyclopentane/1/2[PdCl(C3H5)]2 system catalyses this reaction with a wide range of aryl bromides using very high ratio substrate/catalyst in good yields.  相似文献

In this paper, a simple method is introduced for the synthesis of novel 4-substituted-3-thioxo-3,4-dihydrobenzo[e][1,3]thiazepin-5(1H)-one derivatives. The synthesis is based on a two-step reaction of 2-methylbenzoic acid, an amine, and carbon disulfide. In the first step, 2-methylbenzoic acid reacts with sulfuric acid in ethanol, followed by the reaction with N-bromosuccinimide to produce ethyl 2-(bromomethyl)benzoate. Amine and carbon disulfide react in a separate flask in basic medium to give carbamodithioate salt. Carbamodithioate and ethyl 2-(bromomethyl)benzoate react together in dimethylformamide to produce the desired 4-substituted-3-thioxo-3,4-dihydrobenzo[e][1,3]thiazepin-5(1H)-one derivatives. The method is simple and fast and is applicable to a wide variety of substrates and gives the desired products in high isolated yields.  相似文献

4-Carboxycamphor, easily obtainable starting from camphor, is used as a versatile precursor in high-yielding syntheses of a wide range of cyclopentanecarboxylic acids using just a few steps. Regioselective bromination of 4-carboxy- and 4-methoxycarbonyl-3-bromocamphors leads to 10-bromomethyl derivatives in good yields. Grob-type fragmentation reactions proceed smoothly for 10-bromocamphor-4-carboxylic acid, 10-bromocamphorquinone-4-carboxylic acid and 3,4-dibromocamphor with the formation of unsaturated cyclopentanecarboxylic acids. Detailed studies of bromination and rearrangement reactions of brominated camphor-4-carboxylic acid and its derivatives, reported herein, highlight the unique chemistry of substituted camphor and offer easy access to a wide range of 2,2-dimethyl-3-methylenecyclopentanecarboxylic acid derivatives.  相似文献

The unique combination of Zn/LiCl allowed generation of reactive zinc enolate from ethyl dibromofluoroacetate. Developed a convenient and mild one pot synthesis of cyclopentenone derivatives using 1-acetyl-1-cyclohexene and wide range of aldehydes.
