Silyl-substituted 1,3-butadienes are useful building blocks and are readily applied in several types of reactions such as Diels-Alder reaction, ene reaction and allylation. They can also participate in different tandem reactions such as Diels-Alder/allylation, ene/allylation, ene/allylation/Diels-Alder reaction, ene/allylation/ene reaction and ene/allylation/Diels-Alder/allylation reaction. This feature article reviews the synthesis of silyl-substituted 1,3-butadienes, and their applications in the reaction types mentioned above, involving a tandem Diels-Alder/ene/allylation process. This article also introduces some reactions of alkenylsilanes and allylsilanes for comparison and discussion about the tandem reaction. The tandem reactions described in this article are a powerful tool to construct complicated multicyclic compounds with high selectivity and high efficiency.  相似文献

Rates of Diels-Alder cycloadditions of anthracenes with methyl vinyl ketone (MVK) are accelerated significantly by the presence of scandium triflate [Sc(OTf)3]. Sc(OTf)3 also promotes photoinduced electron-transfer reactions from various electron donors to MVK significantly. Comparison of the promoting effect of Sc(OTf)3 in photoinduced electron-transfer reactions of MVK with the catalytic effect of Sc(OTf)3 in the Diels-Alder reaction of 9,10-dimethylanthracene with MVK has revealed that the MVK-Sc(OTf)3 complex is a reactive intermediate in both the Diels-Alder and photoinduced electron-transfer reactions. The observed second-order rate constants of the Sc(OTf)3-catalyzed Diels-Alder reactions of anthracenes with MVK are by far larger than those expected from the observed linear Gibbs energy relation for the Diels-Alder reactions of anthracenes with stronger electron acceptors than MVK, which are known to proceed via electron transfer. This indicates that the Sc(OTf)3-catalyzed Diels-Alder reactions of anthracenes with MVK does not proceed via an electron-transfer process from anthracences to the MVK-Sc(OTf)3 complex.  相似文献

6-(3-Indolyl)quinolinequinone derivatives gave regioselective Diels-Alder reactions with a variety of dienophiles, yielding polycyclic carbazole derivatives. One-pot reactions, proceeding through a cascade of reactions including regioselective Michael and Diels-Alder steps, gave heptacyclic derivatives starting from indoles and 2,5,8(1H)-quinolinetriones. Double Diels-Alder reactions of 6-(3-indolyl)quinolinequinones and dihalobenzoquinones gave eleven-cycle products in one step.  相似文献

In Diels-Alder reactions of 1-acyloxydienes, the 1-O-methylmandeloxy group has the distinct advantage of serving dual functions. Not only is it an effective chiral auxiliary for Diels-Alder stereocontrol, but also it provides rather reliable determination of the absolute stereochemistry of the Diels-Alder adduct, via the Dale-Mosher NMR model, subject only to the ability to resolve the proper NMR resonances. Study of the Diels-Alder reactions of such chiral 1-acyloxydienes has led us to a transition structure model which uniquely explains the origin of the observed stereoselectivities and is supported by experimental evidence, including X-ray structures showing the conformations of three Diels-Alder adducts. The model may also have wider applicability in conformational analysis and control of selectivity in other reactions.  相似文献

A series of dendritic ligands with a 2,2'-bipyridine core was synthesized through the coupling of 4,4'-dihydroxy-2,2'-bipyridine with poly(aryl ether) dendrons. The corresponding dendritic Cu(OTf)2 catalysts were used for Diels-Alder and three-component condensation reactions. The dendritic Cu(OTf)2-catalyzed Diels-Alder reaction proceeded smoothly, and these dendritic catalysts could be recycled without deactivation by reprecipitation. Three-component condensation reactions such as Mannich-type reactions also proceeded not only in dichloromethane but also in water. Furthermore, a positive dendritic effect on chemical yields was observed in both Diels-Alder reactions and aqueous-media three-component condensation reactions.  相似文献

Enantiomerically pure 2-p-tolylsulfinylmaleates 1, 2 and 3 have been readily prepared by Knoevenagel reaction between (S)-menthyl p-toluenesulfinate and glyoxylic acid. Their asymmetric Diels-Alder reactions with cyclopentadiene have been studied under a wide range of uncatalyzed and catalyzed conditions and the stereochemical results have been explained by assuming a steric control approach, in term of S-cis or S-trans favoured conformations. Uncatalyzed Diels-Alder reactions of 1 and some Lewis acid catalyzed Diels-Alder reactions of 2 show high facial and endo selectivities. The facial selectivity of dienophile 2 highly depends on the Lewis acid, whereas reactivity of 1 and 3 is very sensitive to the solvent. These sulfinylmaleates 1, 2 and 3 act as synthetic equivalents of chiral acetylenedicarboxylates in Diels-Alder reactions after basic elimination of the sulfinylic moiety in the resulting adducts.  相似文献

Recent interest in ionic liquids has developed various uses for them, including some applications by synthetic chemists. Ionic liquids have joined the potential list of non-traditional solvents for Diels-Alder reactions. We report here our own efforts to examine the rates and selectivities of carbon Diels-Alder reactions. Our investigations show that excellent diastereoselective and enantioselective carbon Diels-Alder reactions can be achieved in imidazolium ionic solvents at room temperature.  相似文献

A new chiral auxiliary was designed and easily prepared from a Diels-Alder cycloadduct of an enantiomerically pure anthracene with maleimide. Excellent diastereoselectivities in Diels-Alder reactions, conjugate additions, and aldol reactions employing these auxiliaries are now reported.  相似文献

An ene-yne cross methasis of silyl-substituted alkynes and alkenes has been developed as a route to 4-aryl- and 4-alkyl-2-silyl-substituted 1,3-dienes. The dienes prepared were used to affect highly diastereoselective Diels-Alder reactions and then the silicon-substituted Diels-Alder cycloadducts were used in Hiyama cross-coupling reactions. The cross-coupling reactions enable these silicon dienes to be used as synthons for a variety of other dienes one might prepare and need access to. Two of the silicon-substituted Diels-Alder cycloadducts and one of the Hiyama cross-coupling products were also characterized by X-ray crystallography.  相似文献

The enantioselective Diels-Alder reaction is one of the most important reactions for the synthesis of complex molecules. It provides access to chiral six-membered carbocyclic compounds containing up to four stereogenic centers in a single step. Asymmetric catalysis in the Diels-Alder reaction has mainly been realized using chiral Lewis acids. In this perspective, we describe several cases of chiral Br?nsted-acid and Br?nsted-base catalyzed Diels-Alder reactions, providing an overview of this rapidly growing field.  相似文献

Catalytic asymmetric hetero Diels-Alder (HDA) reactions using a chiral zirconium complex have been developed. The reactions of aldehydes with Danishefsky's dienes proceeded smoothly to afford the corresponding pyranone derivatives in high yields with high diastereo- and enantioselectivities in the presence of a chiral zirconium complex, which was prepared from zirconium tert-butoxide, (R)-3,3'-diiodobinaphthol or its derivative, a primary alcohol, and a small amount of water. It is noted that 2,3-trans-pyranone derivatives were obtained with remarkably high diastereo- and enantioselectivities in the reaction with 4-methyl Danishefsky's diene. This is the first example of catalytic asymmetric trans-selective hetero Diels-Alder reactions of aldehydes. Furthermore, asymmetric HDA reactions with 4-benzyloxy Danishefsky's dienes were conducted to afford 2,3-cis-pyranone derivatives in high selectivities. Isolation of an intermediate of this asymmetric hetero Diels-Alder reaction indicated that the reaction proceeded in a stepwise cycloaddition pathway. Finally, these catalytic, asymmetric hetero Diels-Alder reactions were successfully applied to concise syntheses of biologically important natural pyranone derivatives, (+)-Prelactone C and (+)-9-deoxygoniopypyrone.  相似文献

Diels-Alder reactions of vinylazepines with N-phenylmaleimide afforded exclusively the exo cycloadduct, while high endo stereoselectivity was observed, as previously reported, in analogous reactions of vinylpiperideines. This curious contrast was confirmed by X-ray analysis of cycloadducts not susceptible to epimerization. The stereoselectivity of Diels-Alder reactions of vinylazepines, vinylpiperideines, and vinylcycloalkenes exhibits surprising divergence depending on the detailed diene structure, and DFT calculations (Becke3LYP) were undertaken to shed light on these observations. The model calculations correctly predict the major stereoisomers in these reactions, though they tend to significantly underestimate the stereoselectivity. The results suggest some general considerations in predicting or controlling the stereochemistry of this class of Diels-Alder reactions.  相似文献

A concise total synthesis of xestodecalactone A, utilizing a Diels-Alder strategy is described. The focal Diels-Alder reaction relied on an "ynoate" dienophile to rapidly assemble the required resorcylinic acid scaffold. During this study, Diels-Alder cycloaddition reactions involving 1,3-disubstituted nonequivalent allene dienophiles were studied, and some surprising results were encountered.  相似文献

New chiral sulfoxide-1,3-oxazoline ligands have been developed as chiral ligands for Lewis acid-catalyzed asymmetric Diels-Alder reactions. The use of chiral sulfinyl 1,3-oxazoline ligands in copper(II)-catalyzed asymmetric Diels-Alder reactions provided an endo cycloadduct as a major product with moderate enantioselectivity. Catalyzed Diels-Alder reactions are examined by a simple perturbational treatment. Two hypotheses are made in the calculations: (1) the mechanisms of catalyzed and non-catalyzed Diels-Alder reactions are essentially the same, i.e., both are concerted, but not necessarily synchronous, frontier-controlled reactions; (2) the principal function of a Lewis acid in the reaction mixture is the complexation of a carbonyl or a nitrile groups by the catalyst. The agreement between theoretical predictions and experimental results is excellent.  相似文献

采用密度泛函理论方法在B3LYP/6-31G(d)水平上研究了Lewis碱稳定的硼代苯与一些亲二烯体的两种可能的Diels-Alder反应的微观机理和势能剖面, 并研究了反应的溶剂效应和取代基效应. 计算结果表明, 一部分反应以直接的近同步的协同方式进行, 而在另一部分反应中, 两个反应物分子先形成分子间复合物, 然后再经过协同的过渡态生成产物. 与气相中相比, 二氯甲烷溶剂使所研究的大部分反应的活化能垒有所增加. 在乙炔或乙烯分子中分别引入吸电子基团CO2Me或CN能显著降低反应的活化能垒. 形成一个C—B键的杂Diels-Alder反应都比相应的Diels-Alder反应在热力学和动力学上容易进行, 这与实验结果一致.  相似文献
