The compounds [(η6p‐cymene)RuCl2(4‐nitroaniline)] and [(η6p‐cymene)RuCl2(2‐halogen‐4‐nitroaniline)] were synthesized and characterized by various means. The [(η6p‐cymene)RuCl2(4‐nitroaniline)] and [(η6p‐cymene)RuCl2(2‐fluoro‐4‐nitroaniline)] compounds were determined by X‐ray diffraction, appearing in a distorted piano‐stool type of arrangement with similar bond lengths and angles around the ruthenium. The compounds exhibited moderate to strong in vitro cytotoxicity against A549 and MCF‐7 human cancer cells. Substitution of heavy halogen atom on the ortho position of para‐nitroaniline weakened the cytotoxicity against both of MCF‐7 and A549, except the cases of fluorine substitution for hydrogen atom regarding A549 and bromine substitution for chlorine atom regarding MCF‐7, which showed minor deviation.  相似文献

The structures of 4‐nitrobenzene‐1,2‐diamine [C6H7N3O2, (I)], 2‐amino‐5‐nitroanilinium chloride [C6H8N3O2+·Cl, (II)] and 2‐amino‐5‐nitroanilinium bromide monohydrate [C6H8N3O2+·Br·H2O, (III)] are reported and their hydrogen‐bonded structures described. The amine group para to the nitro group in (I) adopts an approximately planar geometry, whereas the meta amine group is decidedly pyramidal. In the hydrogen halide salts (II) and (III), the amine group meta to the nitro group is protonated. Compound (I) displays a pleated‐sheet hydrogen‐bonded two‐dimensional structure with R22(14) and R44(20) rings. The sheets are joined by additional hydrogen bonds, resulting in a three‐dimensional extended structure. Hydrohalide salt (II) has two formula units in the asymmetric unit that are related by a pseudo‐inversion center. The dominant hydrogen‐bonding interactions involve the chloride ion and result in R42(8) rings linked to form a ladder‐chain structure. The chains are joined by N—H...Cl and N—H...O hydrogen bonds to form sheets parallel to (010). In hydrated hydrohalide salt (III), bromide ions are hydrogen bonded to amine and ammonium groups to form R42(8) rings. The water behaves as a double donor/single acceptor and, along with the bromide anions, forms hydrogen bonds involving the nitro, amine, and ammonium groups. The result is sheets parallel to (001) composed of alternating R55(15) and R64(24) rings. Ammonium N—H...Br interactions join the sheets to form a three‐dimensional extended structure. Energy‐minimized structures obtained using DFT and MP2 calculations are consistent with the solid‐state structures. Consistent with (II) and (III), calculations show that protonation of the amine group meta to the nitro group results in a structure that is about 1.5 kJ mol−1 more stable than that obtained by protonation of the para‐amine group. DFT calculations on single molecules and hydrogen‐bonded pairs of molecules based on structural results obtained for (I) and for 3‐nitrobenzene‐1,2‐diamine, (IV) [Betz & Gerber (2011). Acta Cryst. E 67 , o1359] were used to estimate the strength of the N—H...O(nitro) interactions for three observed motifs. The hydrogen‐bonding interaction between the pairs of molecules examined was found to correspond to 20–30 kJ mol−1.  相似文献

N,N′‐Diethyl‐4‐nitrobenzene‐1,3‐diamine, C10H15N3O2, (I), crystallizes with two independent molecules in the asymmetric unit, both of which are nearly planar. The molecules differ in the conformation of the ethylamine group trans to the nitro group. Both molecules contain intramolecular N—H...O hydrogen bonds between the adjacent amine and nitro groups and are linked into one‐dimensional chains by intermolecular N—H...O hydrogen bonds. The chains are organized in layers parallel to (101) with separations of ca 3.4 Å between adjacent sheets. The packing is quite different from what was observed in isomeric 1,3‐bis(ethylamino)‐2‐nitrobenzene. 2,6‐Bis(ethylamino)‐3‐nitrobenzonitrile, C11H14N4O2, (II), differs from (I) only in the presence of the nitrile functionality between the two ethylamine groups. Compound (II) crystallizes with one unique molecule in the asymmetric unit. In contrast with (I), one of the ethylamine groups, which is disordered over two sites with occupancies of 0.75 and 0.25, is positioned so that the methyl group is directed out of the plane of the ring by approximately 85°. This ethylamine group forms an intramolecular N—H...O hydrogen bond with the adjacent nitro group. The packing in (II) is very different from that in (I). Molecules of (II) are linked by both intermolecular amine–nitro N—H...O and amine–nitrile N—H...N hydrogen bonds into a two‐dimensional network in the (10) plane. Alternating molecules are approximately orthogonal to one another, indicating that π–π interactions are not a significant factor in the packing. Bis(4‐ethylamino‐3‐nitrophenyl) sulfone, C16H18N4O6S, (III), contains the same ortho nitro/ethylamine pairing as in (I), with the position para to the nitro group occupied by the sulfone instead of a second ethylamine group. Each 4‐ethylamino‐3‐nitrobenzene moiety is nearly planar and contains the typical intramolecular N—H...O hydrogen bond. Due to the tetrahedral geometry about the S atom, the molecules of (III) adopt an overall V shape. There are no intermolecular amine–nitro hydrogen bonds. Rather, each amine H atom has a long (H...O ca 2.8 Å) interaction with one of the sulfone O atoms. Molecules of (III) are thus linked by amine–sulfone N—H...O hydrogen bonds into zigzag double chains running along [001]. Taken together, these structures demonstrate that small changes in the functionalization of ethylamine–nitroarenes cause significant differences in the intermolecular interactions and packing.  相似文献

A new polymorph (denoted polymorph II) of 3‐acetyl‐4‐hydroxy‐2H‐chromen‐2‐one, C11H8O4, was obtained unexpectedly during an attempt to recrystallize the compound from salt–melted ice, and the structure is compared with that of the original polymorph (denoted polymorph I) [Lyssenko & Antipin (2001). Russ. Chem. Bull. 50 , 418–431]. Strong intramolecular O—H...O hydrogen bonds are observed equally in the two polymorphs [O...O = 2.4263 (13) Å in polymorph II and 2.442 (1) Å in polymorph I], with a slight delocalization of the hydroxy H atom towards the ketonic O atom in polymorph II [H...O = 1.32 (2) Å in polymorph II and 1.45 (3) Å in polymorph I]. In both crystal structures, the packing of the molecules is dominated and stabilized by weak intermolecular C—H...O hydrogen bonds. Additional π–π stacking interactions between the keto–enol hydrogen‐bonded rings stabilize polymorph I [the centres are separated by 3.28 (1) Å], while polymorph II is stabilized by interactions between α‐pyrone rings, which are parallel to one another and separated by 3.670 (5) Å.  相似文献

The structures of ammonium 3,5‐dinitrobenzoate, NH4+·C7H3N2O6, (I), ammonium 4‐nitrobenzoate dihydrate, NH4+·C7H4NO4·2H2O, (II), and ammonium 2,4‐dichlorobenzoate hemihydrate, NH4+·C7H3Cl2O2·0.5H2O, (III), have been determined and their hydrogen‐bonded structures are described. All three salts form hydrogen‐bonded polymeric structures, viz. three‐dimensional in (I) and two‐dimensional in (II) and (III). With (I), a primary cation–anion cyclic association is formed [graph set R43(10)] through N—H...O hydrogen bonds, involving a carboxylate group with both O atoms contributing to the hydrogen bonds (denoted O,O′‐carboxylate) on one side and a carboxylate group with one O atom involved in two hydrogen bonds (denoted O‐carboxylate) on the other. Structure extension involves N—H...O hydrogen bonds to both carboxylate and nitro O‐atom acceptors. With structure (II), the primary inter‐species interactions and structure extension into layers lying parallel to (001) are through conjoined cyclic hydrogen‐bonding motifs, viz.R43(10) (one cation, an O,O′‐carboxylate group and two water molecules) and centrosymmetric R42(8) (two cations and two water molecules). The structure of (III) also has conjoined R43(10) and centrosymmetric R42(8) motifs in the layered structure but these differ in that the first motif involves one cation, an O,O′‐carboxylate group, an O‐carboxylate group and one water molecule, and the second motif involves two cations and two O‐carboxylate groups. The layers lie parallel to (100). The structures of salt hydrates (II) and (III), displaying two‐dimensional layered arrays through conjoined hydrogen‐bonded nets, provide further illustration of a previously indicated trend among ammonium salts of carboxylic acids, but the anhydrous three‐dimensional structure of (I) is inconsistent with that trend.  相似文献

Notwithstanding its simple structure, the chemistry of nitric oxide (NO) is complex. As a radical, NO is highly reactive. NO also has profound effects on the cardiovascular system. In order to regulate NO levels, direct therapeutic interventions include the development of numerous NO donors. Most of these donors release NO in a single high‐concentration burst, which is deleterious. N‐Nitrosated secondary amines release NO in a slow, sustained, and rate‐tunable manner. Two new precursors to sustained NO‐releasing materials have been characterized. N‐[2‐(3,4‐Dimethoxyphenyl)ethyl]‐2,4‐dinitroaniline, C16H17N3O6, (I), crystallizes with one independent molecule in the asymmetric unit. The adjacent amine and nitro groups form an intramolecular N—H…O hydrogen bond. The anti conformation about the phenylethyl‐to‐aniline C—N bond leads to the planes of the arene and aniline rings being approximately perpendicular. Molecules are linked into dimers by weak intermolecular N—H…O hydrogen bonds such that each amine H atom participates in a three‐center interaction with two nitro O atoms. The dimers pack so that the arene rings of adjacent molecules are not parallel and π–π interactions do not appear to be favored. N‐(4‐Methylsulfonyl‐2‐nitrophenyl)‐l ‐phenylalanine, C16H16N2O6S, (II), with an optically active center, also crystallizes with one unique molecule in the asymmetric unit. The l enantiomer was established via the configuration of the starting material and was confirmed by refinement of the Flack parameter. As in (I), there is an intramolecular N—H…O hydrogen bond between adjacent amine and nitro groups. The conformation of the molecule is such that the arene rings display a dihedral angle of ca 60°. Unlike (I), molecules are not linked via intermolecular N—H…O hydrogen bonds. Rather, the carboxylic acid H atom forms a classic, approximately linear, O—H…O hydrogen bond with a sulfone O atom. Pairs of molecules related by twofold rotation axes are linked into dimers by two such interactions. The packing pattern features a zigzag arrangement of the arene rings without apparent π–π interactions. These structures are compared with reported analogues, revealing significant differences in molecular conformation, intermolecular interactions, and packing that result from modest changes in functional groups. The structures are discussed in terms of potential NO‐release capability.  相似文献

The design and synthesis of metal–organic frameworks (MOFs) have attracted much interest due to the intriguing diversity of their architectures and topologies. However, building MOFs with different topological structures from the same ligand is still a challenge. Using 3‐nitro‐4‐(pyridin‐4‐yl)benzoic acid (HL) as a new ligand, three novel MOFs, namely poly[[(N,N‐dimethylformamide‐κO)bis[μ2‐3‐nitro‐4‐(pyridin‐4‐yl)benzoato‐κ3O,O′:N]cadmium(II)] N,N‐dimethylformamide monosolvate methanol monosolvate], {[Cd(C12H7N2O4)2(C3H7NO)]·C3H7NO·CH3OH}n, ( 1 ), poly[[(μ2‐acetato‐κ2O:O′)[μ3‐3‐nitro‐4‐(pyridin‐4‐yl)benzoato‐κ3O:O′:N]bis[μ3‐3‐nitro‐4‐(pyridin‐4‐yl)benzoato‐κ4O,O′:O′:N]dicadmium(II)] N,N‐dimethylacetamide disolvate monohydrate], {[Cd2(C12H7N2O4)3(CH3CO2)]·2C4H9NO·H2O}n, ( 2 ), and catena‐poly[[[diaquanickel(II)]‐bis[μ2‐3‐nitro‐4‐(pyridin‐4‐yl)benzoato‐κ2O:N]] N,N‐dimethylacetamide disolvate], {[Ni(C12H7N2O4)2(H2O)2]·2C4H9NO}n, ( 3 ), have been prepared. Single‐crystal structure analysis shows that the CdII atom in MOF ( 1 ) has a distorted pentagonal bipyramidal [CdN2O5] coordination geometry. The [CdN2O5] units as 4‐connected nodes are interconnected by L? ligands to form a fourfold interpenetrating three‐dimensional (3D) framework with a dia topology. In MOF ( 2 ), there are two crystallographically different CdII ions showing a distorted pentagonal bipyramidal [CdNO6] and a distorted octahedral [CdN2O4] coordination geometry, respectively. Two CdII ions are connected by three carboxylate groups to form a binuclear [Cd2(COO)3] cluster. Each binuclear cluster as a 6‐connected node is further linked by acetate groups and L? ligands to produce a non‐interpenetrating 3D framework with a pcu topology. MOF ( 3 ) contains two crystallographically distinct NiII ions on special positions. Each NiII ion adopts an elongated octahedral [NiN2O4] geometry. Each NiII ion as a 4‐connected node is linked by L? ligands to generate a two‐dimensional network with an sql topology, which is further stabilized by two types of intermolecular OW—HW…O hydrogen bonds to form a 3D supramolecular framework. MOFs ( 1 )–( 3 ) were also characterized by powder X‐ray diffraction, IR spectroscopy and thermogravimetic analysis. Furthermore, the solid‐state photoluminescence of HL and MOFs ( 1 ) and ( 2 ) have been investigated. The photoluminescence of MOFs ( 1 ) and ( 2 ) are enhanced and red‐shifted with respect to free HL. The gas adsorption investigation of MOF ( 2 ) indicates a good separation selectivity (71) of CO2/N2 at 273 K (i.e. the amount of CO2 adsorption is 71 times higher than N2 at the same pressure).  相似文献

A new crystal form of 2‐methyl‐6‐nitroaniline, C7H8N2O2, crystallizing with Z′ = 2 in the space group P21/c, has been identified during screening for salts and cocrystals. The different N—H...O hydrogen‐bonding synthons result in linear V‐shaped chains in the new polymorph, rather than the helical chain arrangement seen in the known form where Z′ = 1. The presence of a second component during crystallization appears to have determined the resultant crystal form of 2‐methyl‐6‐nitroaniline.  相似文献

1,3‐Bis(ethylamino)‐2‐nitrobenzene, C10H15N3O2, (I), and 1,3‐bis(n‐octylamino)‐2‐nitrobenzene, C22H39N3O2, (II), are the first structurally characterized 1,3‐bis(n‐alkylamino)‐2‐nitrobenzenes. Both molecules are bisected though the nitro N atom and the 2‐C and 5‐C atoms of the ring by twofold rotation axes. Both display intramolecular N—H...O hydrogen bonds between the amine and nitro groups, but no intermolecular hydrogen bonding. The nearly planar molecules pack into flat layers ca 3.4 Å apart that interact by hydrophobic interactions involving the n‐alkyl groups rather than by π–π interactions between the rings. The intra‐ and intermolecular interactions in these molecules are of interest in understanding the physical properties of polymers made from them. Upon heating in the presence of anhydrous potassium carbonate in dimethylacetamide, (I) and (II) cyclize with formal loss of hydrogen peroxide to form substituted benzimidazoles. Thus, 4‐ethylamino‐2‐methyl‐1H‐benzimidazole, C10H13N3, (III), was obtained from (I) under these reaction conditions. Compound (III) contains two independent molecules with no imposed internal symmetry. The molecules are linked into chains via N—H...N hydrogen bonds involving the imidazole rings, while the ethylamino groups do not participate in any hydrogen bonding. This is the first reported structure of a benzimidazole derivative with 4‐amino and 2‐alkyl substituents.  相似文献

The title compounds, C11H11BrO3, (I), and C11H11NO5, (II), respectively, are derivatives of 6‐hydroxy‐5,7,8‐trimethylchroman‐2‐one substituted at the 5‐position by a Br atom in (I) and by a nitro group in (II). The pyranone rings in both molecules adopt half‐chair conformations, and intramolecular O—H...Br [in (I)] and O—H...Onitro [in (II)] hydrogen bonds affect the dispositions of the hydroxy groups. Classical intermolecular O—H...O hydrogen bonds are found in both molecules but play quite dissimilar roles in the crystal structures. In (I), O—H...O hydrogen bonds form zigzag C(9) chains of molecules along the a axis. Because of the tetragonal symmetry, similar chains also form along b. In (II), however, similar contacts involving an O atom of the nitro group form inversion dimers and generate R22(12) rings. These also result in a close intermolecular O...O contact of 2.686 (4) Å. For (I), four additional C—H...O hydrogen bonds combine with π–π stacking interactions between the benzene rings to build an extensive three‐dimensional network with molecules stacked along the c axis. The packing in (II) is much simpler and centres on the inversion dimers formed through O—H...O contacts. These dimers are stacked through additional C—H...O hydrogen bonds, and further weak C—H...O interactions generate a three‐dimensional network of dimer stacks.  相似文献

Four crystal structures of 3‐cyano‐6‐hydroxy‐4‐methyl‐2‐pyridone (CMP), viz. the dimethyl sulfoxide monosolvate, C7H6N2O2·C2H6OS, (1), the N,N‐dimethylacetamide monosolvate, C7H6N2O2·C4H9NO, (2), a cocrystal with 2‐amino‐4‐dimethylamino‐6‐methylpyrimidine (as the salt 2‐amino‐4‐dimethylamino‐6‐methylpyrimidin‐1‐ium 5‐cyano‐4‐methyl‐6‐oxo‐1,6‐dihydropyridin‐2‐olate), C7H13N4+·C7H5N2O2, (3), and a cocrystal with N,N‐dimethylacetamide and 4,6‐diamino‐2‐dimethylamino‐1,3,5‐triazine [as the solvated salt 2,6‐diamino‐4‐dimethylamino‐1,3,5‐triazin‐1‐ium 5‐cyano‐4‐methyl‐6‐oxo‐1,6‐dihydropyridin‐2‐olate–N,N‐dimethylacetamide (1/1)], C5H11N6+·C7H5N2O2·C4H9NO, (4), are reported. Solvates (1) and (2) both contain the hydroxy group in a para position with respect to the cyano group of CMP, acting as a hydrogen‐bond donor and leading to rather similar packing motifs. In cocrystals (3) and (4), hydrolysis of the solvent molecules occurs and an in situ nucleophilic aromatic substitution of a Cl atom with a dimethylamino group has taken place. Within all four structures, an R22(8) N—H...O hydrogen‐bonding pattern is observed, connecting the CMP molecules, but the pattern differs depending on which O atom participates in the motif, either the ortho or para O atom with respect to the cyano group. Solvents and coformers are attached to these arrangements via single‐point O—H...O interactions in (1) and (2) or by additional R44(16) hydrogen‐bonding patterns in (3) and (4). Since the in situ nucleophilic aromatic substitution of the coformers occurs, the possible Watson–Crick C–G base‐pair‐like arrangement is inhibited, yet the cyano group of the CMP molecules participates in hydrogen bonds with their coformers, influencing the crystal packing to form chains.  相似文献

The structures of the title compounds, C15H13N3O4, (I), and C16H15N3O5 [IUPAC name: ethyl 6‐amino‐5‐cyano‐2‐methyl‐4‐(3‐nitrophenyl)‐4H‐pyrano‐3‐carboxylate], (II), are very similar, with the heterocyclic rings adopting boat conformations. The pseudo‐axial m‐nitrophenyl substituents are rotated by 84.0 (1) and 98.7 (1)° in (I) and (II), respectively, with respect to the four coplanar atoms of the boat. The dihedral angles between the phenyl rings and nitro groups are 12.1 (2) and 8.4 (2)° in (I) and (II), respectively. The two compounds have similar patterns of intermolecular N—H?O and N—H?N hydrogen bonding, which link molecules into infinite tapes along b .  相似文献

Crystal structures are reported for three fluoro‐ or chloro‐substituted 1′‐deoxy‐1′‐phenyl‐β‐D‐ribofuranoses, namely 1′‐deoxy‐1′‐(2,4,5‐trifluorophenyl)‐β‐D‐ribofuranose, C11H11F3O4, (I), 1′‐deoxy‐1′‐(2,4,6‐trifluorophenyl)‐β‐D‐ribofuranose, C11H11F3O4, (II), and 1′‐(4‐chlorophenyl)‐1′‐deoxy‐β‐D‐ribofuranose, C11H13ClO4, (III). The five‐membered furanose ring of the three compounds has a conformation between a C2′‐endo,C3′‐exo twist and a C2′‐endo envelope. The ribofuranose groups of (I) and (III) are connected by intermolecular O—H...O hydrogen bonds to six symmetry‐related molecules to form double layers, while the ribofuranose group of (II) is connected by O—H...O hydrogen bonds to four symmetry‐related molecules to form single layers. The O...O contact distance of the O—H...O hydrogen bonds ranges from 2.7172 (15) to 2.8895 (19) Å. Neighbouring double layers of (I) are connected by a very weak intermolecular C—F...π contact. The layers of (II) are connected by one C—H...O and two C—H...F contacts, while the double layers of (III) are connected by a C—H...Cl contact. The conformations of the molecules are compared with those of seven related molecules. The orientation of the benzene ring is coplanar with the H—C1′ bond or bisecting the H—C1′—C2′ angle, or intermediate between these positions. The orientation of the benzene ring is independent of the substitution pattern of the ring and depends mainly on crystal‐packing effects.  相似文献

Two polymorphs of (E,E)‐N,N′‐bis(4‐nitrobenzylidene)benzene‐1,4‐diamine, C20H14N4O4, (I), have been identified. In each case, the molecule lies across a crystallographic inversion centre. The supramolecular structure of the first polymorph, (I‐1), features stacking based on π–π interactions assisted by weak hydrogen bonds involving the nitro groups. The second polymorph, (I‐2), displays a perpendicular arrangement of molecules linked via the nitro groups, combined with weak C—H...O hydrogen bonds. Both crystal structures are compared with that of the carbon analogue (E,E)‐1,4‐bis[2‐(4‐nitrophenyl)ethenyl]benzene, (II).  相似文献

The structures of two hydrated salts of 4‐aminophenylarsonic acid (p‐arsanilic acid), namely ammonium 4‐aminophenylarsonate monohydrate, NH4+·C6H7AsNO3·H2O, (I), and the one‐dimensional coordination polymer catena‐poly[[(4‐aminophenylarsonato‐κO)diaquasodium]‐μ‐aqua], [Na(C6H7AsNO3)(H2O)3]n, (II), have been determined. In the structure of the ammonium salt, (I), the ammonium cations, arsonate anions and water molecules interact through inter‐species N—H...O and arsonate and water O—H...O hydrogen bonds, giving the common two‐dimensional layers lying parallel to (010). These layers are extended into three dimensions through bridging hydrogen‐bonding interactions involving the para‐amine group acting both as a donor and an acceptor. In the structure of the sodium salt, (II), the Na+ cation is coordinated by five O‐atom donors, one from a single monodentate arsonate ligand, two from monodentate water molecules and two from bridging water molecules, giving a very distorted square‐pyramidal coordination environment. The water bridges generate one‐dimensional chains extending along c and extensive interchain O—H...O and N—H...O hydrogen‐bonding interactions link these chains, giving an overall three‐dimensional structure. The two structures reported here are the first reported examples of salts of p‐arsanilic acid.  相似文献

Three new one‐ (1D) and two‐dimensional (2D) CuII coordination polymers, namely poly[[bis{μ2‐4‐amino‐3‐(pyridin‐2‐yl)‐5‐[(pyridin‐3‐ylmethyl)sulfanyl]‐1,2,4‐triazole}copper(II)] bis(methanesulfonate) tetrahydrate], {[Cu(C13H12N5S)2](CH3SO3)2·4H2O}n ( 1 ), catena‐poly[[copper(II)‐bis{μ2‐4‐amino‐3‐(pyridin‐2‐yl)‐5‐[(pyridin‐4‐ylmethyl)sulfanyl]‐1,2,4‐triazole}] dinitrate methanol disolvate], {[Cu(C13H12N5S)2](NO3)2·2CH3OH}n ( 2 ), and catena‐poly[[copper(II)‐bis{μ2‐4‐amino‐3‐(pyridin‐2‐yl)‐5‐[(pyridin‐4‐ylmethyl)sulfanyl]‐1,2,4‐triazole}] bis(perchlorate) monohydrate], {[Cu(C13H12N5S)2](ClO4)2·H2O}n ( 3 ), were obtained from 4‐amino‐3‐(pyridin‐2‐yl)‐5‐[(pyridin‐3‐ylmethyl)sulfanyl]‐1,2,4‐triazole with pyridin‐3‐yl terminal groups and from 4‐amino‐3‐(pyridin‐2‐yl)‐5‐[(pyridin‐4‐ylmethyl)sulfanyl]‐1,2,4‐triazole with pyridin‐4‐yl terminal groups. Compound 1 displays a 2D net‐like structure. The 2D layers are further linked through hydrogen bonds between methanesulfonate anions and amino groups on the framework and guest H2O molecules in the lattice to form a three‐dimensional (3D) structure. Compound 2 and 3 exhibit 1D chain structures, in which the complicated hydrogen‐bonding interactions play an important role in the formation of the 3D network. These experimental results indicate that the coordination orientation of the heteroatoms on the ligands has a great influence on the polymeric structures. Moreover, the selection of different counter‐anions, together with the inclusion of different guest solvent molecules, would also have a great effect on the hydrogen‐bonding systems in the crystal structures.  相似文献

Four structures of oxoindolyl α‐hydroxy‐β‐amino acid derivatives, namely, methyl 2‐{3‐[(tert‐butoxycarbonyl)amino]‐1‐methyl‐2‐oxoindolin‐3‐yl}‐2‐methoxy‐2‐phenylacetate, C24H28N2O6, (I), methyl 2‐{3‐[(tert‐butoxycarbonyl)amino]‐1‐methyl‐2‐oxoindolin‐3‐yl}‐2‐ethoxy‐2‐phenylacetate, C25H30N2O6, (II), methyl 2‐{3‐[(tert‐butoxycarbonyl)amino]‐1‐methyl‐2‐oxoindolin‐3‐yl}‐2‐[(4‐methoxybenzyl)oxy]‐2‐phenylacetate, C31H34N2O7, (III), and methyl 2‐[(anthracen‐9‐yl)methoxy]‐2‐{3‐[(tert‐butoxycarbonyl)amino]‐1‐methyl‐2‐oxoindolin‐3‐yl}‐2‐phenylacetate, C38H36N2O6, (IV), have been determined. The diastereoselectivity of the chemical reaction involving α‐diazoesters and isatin imines in the presence of benzyl alcohol is confirmed through the relative configuration of the two stereogenic centres. In esters (I) and (III), the amide group adopts an anti conformation, whereas the conformation is syn in esters (II) and (IV). Nevertheless, the amide group forms intramolecular N—H...O hydrogen bonds with the ester and ether O atoms in all four structures. The ether‐linked substituents are in the extended conformation in all four structures. Ester (II) is dominated by intermolecular N—H...O hydrogen‐bond interactions. In contrast, the remaining three structures are sustained by C—H...O hydrogen‐bond interactions.  相似文献

The molecular dimensions of both 2‐amino‐6‐(N‐methylanilino)pyrimidin‐4(3H)‐one, C11H12N4O, (I), and 2‐amino‐6‐(N‐methylanilino)‐5‐nitropyrimidin‐4(3H)‐one, C11H11N5O3, (II), are consistent with considerable polarization of the molecular–electronic structures. The molecules of (I) are linked into a three‐dimensional framework by a combination of one N—H...N hydrogen bond, two independent N—H...O hydrogen bonds and one C—H...π(arene) hydrogen bond. The molecules of (II) are linked into ribbons containing three types of edge‐fused ring by the combination of two independent three‐centre N—H...(O)2 hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The slow evaporation of analytical NMR samples resulted in the formation of crystals of (E)‐2‐({[4‐(dimethylamino)phenyl]imino}methyl)‐4‐nitrophenol, C15H15N3O3, (I), and (E)‐2‐({[4‐(diethylamino)phenyl]imino}methyl)‐4‐nitrophenol, C17H19N3O3, (II). Despite the small structural difference between these two N‐salicylideneaniline derivatives, they show different space groups and diverse molecular packing. The molecules of both compounds are close to being planar due to an intramolecular O—H...N hydrogen bond. The 4‐alkylamino‐substituted benzene ring is inclined at an angle of 13.44 (19)° in (I) and 2.57 (8)° in (II) with respect to the 4‐nitro‐substituted phenol ring. The structures of 5‐(2‐hydroxyethyl)‐2‐[(pyridin‐2‐yl)amino]‐1,3‐thiazolidin‐4‐one, C10H11N3O2S, (I), and ethyl 4‐[(4‐oxo‐1,3‐thiazolidin‐2‐yl)amino]benzoate, C12H12N2O3S, (II), which are identical to the entries with refcodes GACXOZ [Váňa et al. (2009). J. Heterocycl. Chem. 46 , 635–639] and HEGLUC [Behbehani & Ibrahim (2012). Molecules, 17 , 6362–6385], respectively, in the Cambridge Structural Database [Allen (2002). Acta Cryst. B 58 , 380–388], have been redetermined at 130 K. This structural study shows that both investigated compounds exist in their crystal structures as the tautomer with the carbonyl–imine group in the five‐membered heterocyclic ring and an exocyclic amine N atom, rather than the previously reported tautomer with a secondary amide group and an exocyclic imine N atom. The physicochemical and spectroscopic data of the two investigated compounds are the same as those of GACXOZ and HEGLUC, respectively. In the thiazolidin‐4‐one system of (I), the S and chiral C atoms, along with the hydroxyethyl group, are disordered. The thiazolidin‐4‐one fragment takes up two alternative locations in the crystal structure, which allows the molecule to adopt R and S configurations. The occupancy factors of the disordered atoms are 0.883 (2) (for the R configuration) and 0.117 (2) (for the S configuration). In (I), the main factor that determines the crystal packing is a system of hydrogen bonds, involving both strong N—H...N and O—H...O and weak C—H...O hydrogen bonds, linking the molecules into a three‐dimensional hydrogen‐bond network. On the other hand, in (II), the molecules are linked via N—H...O hydrogen bonds into chains.  相似文献
