The CdII three‐dimensional coordination poly[[[μ4‐1,4‐bis(1,2,4‐triazol‐1‐yl)but‐2‐ene]bis(μ3‐5‐carboxybenzene‐1,3‐dicarboxylato)dicadmium(II)] dihydrate], {[Cd2(C9H4O6)2(C8H10N6)]·2H2O}n , (I), has been synthesized by the hydrothermal reaction of Cd(NO3)2·4H2O, benzene‐1,3,5‐tricarboxylic acid (1,3,5‐H3BTC) and 1,4‐bis(1,2,4‐triazol‐1‐yl)but‐2‐ene (1,4‐btbe). The IR spectrum suggests the presence of protonated carboxylic acid, deprotonated carboxylate and triazolyl groups. The purity of the bulk sample was confirmed by elemental analysis and X‐ray powder diffraction. Single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis reveals that the CdII ions adopt a five‐coordinated distorted trigonal–bipyramidal geometry, coordinated by three O atoms from three different 1,3,5‐HBTC2− ligands and two N atoms from two different 1,4‐btbe ligands; the latter are situated on centres of inversion. The CdII centres are bridged by 1,3,5‐HBTC2− and 1,4‐btbe ligands into an overall three‐dimensional framework. When the CdII centres and the tetradentate 1,4‐btbe ligands are regarded as nodes, the three‐dimensional topology can be simplified as a binodal 4,6‐connected network. Thermogravimetric analysis confirms the presence of lattice water in (I). Photoluminescence studies imply that the emission of (I) may be ascribed to intraligand fluorescence.  相似文献

The title coordination polymer, poly[[aqua(μ5‐1,1′‐biphenyl‐2,2′,5,5′‐tetracarboxylato)bis[μ2‐1,4‐bis(1H‐imidazol‐1‐yl)benzene]dicadmium(II)] dihydrate], {[Cd2(C16H6O8)(C12H10N4)2(H2O)]·2H2O}n, was crystallized from a mixture of 1,1′‐biphenyl‐2,2′,5,5′‐tetracarboxylic acid (H4bpta), 1,4‐bis(1H‐imidazol‐1‐yl)benzene (1,4‐bib) and cadmium nitrate in water–dimethylformamide. The crystal structure consists of two crystallographically independent CdII cations, with one of the CdII cations possessing a slightly distorted pentagonal bipyramidal geometry. The second CdII centre is coordinated by carboxylate O atoms and imidazole N atoms from two separate 1,4‐bib ligands, displaying a distorted octahedral CdN2O4 geometry. The completely deprotonated bpta4− ligand, exhibiting a new coordination mode, bridges five CdII cations to form one‐dimensional chains viaμ3‐η1212 and μ2‐η1100 modes, and these are further linked by 1,4‐bib ligands to form a three‐dimensional framework with a (42.64)(4.62)(43.65.72) topology. The structure of the coordination polymer is reinforced by intermolecular hydrogen bonding between carboxylate O atoms, aqua ligands and crystallization water molecules. The solid‐state photoluminescence properties were investigated and the complex might be a candidate for a thermally stable and solvent‐resistant blue fluorescent material.  相似文献

In the title mixed‐ligand metal–organic polymeric compound, {[Cd(C14H8O6S)(C16H16N2)]·3H2O}n, the asymmetric unit contains a crystallographically unique CdII atom, one doubly deprotonated 4,4′‐sulfonyldibenzoic acid (H2SDBA) ligand, one 3,4,7,8‐tetramethyl‐1,10‐phenanthroline (TMPHEN) molecule and three solvent water molecules. Each CdII centre is six‐coordinated by two O atoms from a chelating carboxylate group of a SDBA2− ligand, two O atoms from monodentate carboxylate groups of two different SDBA2− ligands and two N atoms from a chelating TMPHEN ligand. There are two coordination patterns for the carboxylate groups of the SDBA2− ligand, with one in a μ1‐η11 chelating mode and the other in a μ2‐η11 bis‐monodentate mode. Single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis revealed that the title compound is a one‐dimensional double‐chain polymer containing 28‐membered rings based on the [Cd2(CO2)2] rhomboid subunit. More interestingly, a chair‐shaped water hexamer cluster is observed in the compound.  相似文献

In the title compound, catena‐poly[[[N,N′‐bis(pyridin‐3‐ylmethyl)‐[1,1′‐biphenyl]‐4,4′‐dicarboxamide]chloridozinc(II)]‐μ‐[1,1′‐biphenyl]‐4,4′‐dicarboxylato‐[[N,N′‐bis(pyridin‐3‐ylmethyl)‐[1,1′‐biphenyl]‐4,4′‐dicarboxamide]chloridozinc(II)]‐μ‐[N,N′‐bis(pyridin‐3‐ylmethyl)‐[1,1′‐biphenyl]‐4,4′‐dicarboxamide]], [Zn2(C14H8O4)Cl2(C26H22N4O2)3]n, the ZnII centre is four‐coordinate and approximately tetrahedral, bonding to one carboxylate O atom from a bidentate bridging dianionic [1,1′‐biphenyl]‐4,4′‐dicarboxylate ligand, to two pyridine N atoms from two N,N′‐bis(pyridin‐3‐ylmethyl)‐[1,1′‐biphenyl]‐4,4′‐dicarboxamide ligands and to one chloride ligand. The pyridyl ligands exhibit bidentate bridging and monodentate terminal coordination modes. The bidentate bridging pyridyl ligand and the bridging [1,1′‐biphenyl]‐4,4′‐dicarboxylate ligand both lie on special positions, with inversion centres at the mid‐points of their central C—C bonds. These bridging groups link the ZnII centres into a one‐dimensional tape structure that propagates along the crystallographic b direction. The tapes are interlinked into a two‐dimensional layer in the ab plane through N—H...O hydrogen bonds between the monodentate ligands. In addition, the thermal stability and solid‐state photoluminescence properties of the title compound are reported.  相似文献

A twofold interpenetrating three‐dimensional CdII coordination framework, [Cd(C8H3NO6)(C14H14N4)]n, has been prepared and characterized by IR spectroscopy, elemental analysis, thermal analysis and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. The asymmetric unit consists of a divalent CdII atom, one 1,3‐bis(2‐methyl‐1H‐imidazol‐1‐yl)benzene (1,3‐BMIB) ligand and one fully deprotonated 5‐nitrobenzene‐1,3‐dicarboxylate (NO2‐BDC2−) ligand. The coordination sphere of the CdII atom consists of five O‐donor atoms from three different NO2‐BDC2− ligands and two imidazole N‐donor atoms from two different 1,3‐BMIB ligands, forming a distorted {CdN2O5} pentagonal bipyramid. The NO2‐BDC ligand links three CdII atoms via a μ1‐η11 chelating mode and a μ2‐η21 bridging mode. The title compound is a twofold interpenetrating 3,5‐connected network with the {42.65.83}{42.6} topology. In addition, the compound exhibits fluorescence emissions in the solid state at room temperature.  相似文献

With the rapid development of metal–organic frameworks (MOFs), a variety of MOFs and their derivatives have been synthesized and reported in recent years. Commonly, multifunctional aromatic polycarboxylic acids and nitrogen‐containing ligands are employed to construct MOFs with fascinating structures. 4,4′,4′′‐(1,3,5‐Triazine‐2,4,6‐triyl)tribenzoic acid (H3TATB) and the bidentate nitrogen‐containing ligand 1,3‐bis[(imidazol‐1‐yl)methyl]benzene (bib) were selected to prepare a novel ZnII‐MOF under solvothermal conditions, namely poly[[tris{μ‐1,3‐bis[(imidazol‐1‐yl)methyl]benzene}bis[μ3‐4,4′,4′′‐(1,3,5‐triazine‐2,4,6‐triyl)tribenzoato]trizinc(II)] dimethylformamide disolvate trihydrate], {[Zn3(C24H12N3O6)2(C14H14N4)3]·2C3H7NO·3H2O}n ( 1 ). The structure of 1 was characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction, IR spectroscopy and powder X‐ray diffraction. The properties of 1 were investigated by thermogravimetric and fluorescence analysis. Single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction shows that 1 belongs to the monoclinic space group Pc. The asymmetric unit contains three crystallographically independent ZnII centres, two 4,4′,4′′‐(1,3,5‐triazine‐2,4,6‐triyl)tribenzoate (TATB3?) anions, three complete bib ligands, one and a half free dimethylformamide molecules and three guest water molecules. Each ZnII centre is four‐coordinated and displays a distorted tetrahedral coordination geometry. The ZnII centres are connected by TATB3? anions to form an angled ladder chain with large windows. Simultaneously, the bib ligands link ZnII centres to give a helical Zn–bib–Zn chain. Furthermore, adjacent ladders are bridged by Zn–bib–Zn chains to form a fascinating three‐dimensional self‐penetrated framework with the short Schläfli symbol 65·7·813·9·10. In addition, the luminescence properties of 1 in the solid state and the fluorescence sensing of metal ions in suspension were studied. Significantly, compound 1 shows potential application as a fluorescent sensor with sensing properties for Zr4+ and Cu2+ ions.  相似文献

The asymmetric unit of {[4,7‐bis(2‐aminoethyl)‐1,4,7‐triazacyclononan‐1‐yl]acetato}zinc(II) triaqua{μ‐[4,7‐bis(2‐aminoethyl)‐1,4,7‐triazacyclononan‐1‐yl]acetato}lithium(I)zinc(II) chloride diperchlorate, [Zn(C12H26N5O2)][LiZn(C12H26N5O2)(H2O)3]Cl(ClO4)2, obtained from the reaction between the lithium salt of 4,7‐bis(2‐aminoethyl)‐1,4,7‐triazacyclononane‐1‐acetate and Zn(ClO4)2, contains two ZnII complexes in which each ZnII ion is six‐coordinated by five N‐atom donors and one O‐atom donor from the ligand. One carboxylate O‐atom donor is not involved in coordination to a ZnII atom, but coordinates to an Li+ ion, the tetrahedral geometry of Li+ being completed by three water molecules. The two complexes are linked via a hydrogen bond between a primary amine N—H group and the carboxylate‐O atom not involved in coordination to a metal.  相似文献

The CoII atom in bis(5‐aminotetrazole‐1‐acetato)tetraaquacobalt(II), [Co(C3H4N5O2)2(H2O)4], (I), is octahedrally coordinated by six O atoms from two 5‐aminotetrazole‐1‐acetate (atza) ligands and four water molecules. The molecule has a crystallographic centre of symmetry located at the CoII atom. The molecules of (I) are interlinked by hydrogen‐bond interactions, forming a two‐dimensional supramolecular network structure in the ac plane. The CdII atom in catena‐poly[[cadmium(II)]‐bis(μ‐5‐aminotetrazole‐1‐acetato], [Cd(C3H4N5O2)2]n, (II), lies on a twofold axis and is coordinated by two N atoms and four O atoms from four atza ligands to form a distorted octahedral coordination environment. The CdII centres are connected through tridentate atza bridging ligands to form a two‐dimensional layered structure extending along the ab plane, which is further linked into a three‐dimensional structure through hydrogen‐bond interactions.  相似文献

In the title compound, [Cu2(C19H24N2O4)2(H2O)2]·2H2O, the asymmetric unit consists of one half of the bis{μ‐6,6′‐dimethoxy‐2,2′‐[propane‐1,2‐diylbis(iminomethylene)]diphenolato}bis[aquacopper(II)] complex and two water molecules. Two CuII centres are bridged through a pair of phenolate groups, resulting in a complex with a centrosymmetric structure, with the centre of inversion at the middle of the Cu2O2 plane. The Cu atoms are in a slightly distorted square‐pyramidal coordination environment (τ = 0.07). The average equatorial Cu—O bond length and the axial Cu—O bond length are 1.928 (3) and 2.486 (3) Å, respectively. The Cu—O(water) bond length is 2.865 (4) Å, so the compound could be described as having a weakly coordinating water molecule at each CuII ion and two solvent water molecules per dimetallic unit. The Cu...Cu distance and Cu—O—Cu angle are 3.0901 (10) Å and 87.56 (10)°, respectively. The molecules are linked into a sheet by O—H...O and C—H...O hydrogen bonds parallel to the [001] plane.  相似文献

In the title PbII coordination polymer, [Pb(C16H10O4)(C14H8N4)(C3H7NO)]n, each PbII atom is eight‐coordinated by two chelating N atoms from one pyrazino[2,3‐f][1,10]phenanthroline (L) ligand, one dimethylformamide (DMF) O atom and five carboxylate O atoms from three different 4,4′‐ethylenedibenzoate (eedb) ligands. The eedb dianions bridge neighbouring PbII centres through four typical Pb—O bonds and one longer Pb—O interaction to form a two‐dimensional structure. The C atoms from the L and eedb ligands form C—H...O hydrogen bonds with the O atoms of eedb and DMF ligands, which further stabilize the structure. The title compound is the first PbII coordination polymer incorporating the L ligand.  相似文献

The complex [Ba3(sip)2(H2O)9] · H2O ( 1 ) (NaH2sip = 5‐sulfoisophthalic acid sodium) was synthesized and characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. Structural determination reveals that the asymmetric unit in 1 contains two crystallographically independent BaII atoms. The Ba1 atom is eight‐coordinate with distorted monocapped pentagonal bipyramidal arrangement, whereas the Ba2 atom is ten‐coordinated with bicapped tetragonal prismatic arrangement. The two carboxylate groups of sip3– adopt different coordination modes, μ2‐η11‐bridging, and μ2‐η21‐bridging. The sulfonate group coordinates to three different BaII atoms in a tridentate μ3 mode to generate a ladder‐like one‐dimensional chain. The chains are connected by μ2‐η11‐bridging carboxylate groups to form a wave‐like two‐dimensional network, which are further linked by sip3– anions to generate a three‐dimensional structure. The thermal stability and luminescence properties of complex 1 were also investigated.  相似文献

In the structures of the CdII pseudohalide coordination polymer poly[[diaquabis[μ2‐3,3′‐bis(1,2,4‐triazol‐4‐yl)‐1,1′‐biadamantane‐κ2N1:N1′]cadmium(II)] dithiocyanate dihydrate], {[Cd(C24H32N6)2(H2O)2](NCS)2·2H2O}n, (I), and the isomorphous selenocyanate analogue, {[Cd(C24H32N6)2(H2O)2](NCSe)2·2H2O}n, (II), the CdII cations occupy inversion centres and have octahedral CdN4O2 environments, completed by four N atoms of the organic ligands [Cd—N = 2.316 (2) and 2.361 (2) Å for (I), and 2.313 (3) and 2.372 (3) Å for (II)] and two trans‐coordinated aqua ligands [Cd—O = 2.3189 (15) Å for (I) and 2.323 (2) Å for (II)]. In each compound, the ligand displays a bidentate N1:N1′‐bridging mode, connecting the metal centres at a distance of 14.66 Å into two‐dimensional nets of (4,4)‐topology, while the uncoordinated thio(seleno)cyanate anions reside inside the net cavities. Hydrogen bonding between the water molecules, anions and 1,2,4‐triazole N atoms supports the tight packing, with an interlayer distance of 6.09 Å.  相似文献

Self‐assembly of CuCl2, NdCl3, 5‐bromosalicylaldehyde and glycylglycine yields the ion‐pair copper(II)–neodymium(III) complex, poly[[decaaquabis[μ3‐2‐({2‐[(5‐bromo‐2‐oxidobenzylidene)amino]acetyl}azanidyl)acetato]bis[μ2‐2‐({2‐[(5‐bromo‐2‐oxidobenzylidene)amino]acetyl}azanidyl)acetato]tetracopper(II)dineodymium(III)] bis{[2‐({2‐[(5‐bromo‐2‐oxidobenzylidene)amino]acetyl}azanidyl)acetato]cuprate(II)} tetradecahydrate], {[Cu4Nd2(C11H8BrN2O4)4(H2O)10][Cu(C11H8BrN2O4)]2·14H2O}n. The anion is planar and mononuclear, showing an approximately square‐planar coordination of the metal atom, while the cation is a hexanuclear centrosymmetric transition metal–lanthanide (Cu–Nd) heterometallic complex, with the independent copper cations in square‐planar and square‐pyramidal coordinations. The asymmetric unit comprises one half of this cation, one anion and seven solvent water molecules. The positions of the six metal centres in the cation reproduce a Chinese knot arrangement. The dipeptidic Schiff base releases three H atoms and can act as a tetradentate, a pentadentate or a hexadentate ligand. Longer interactions between the pentadentate ligands and the Jahn–Teller CuII cation link the hexanuclear aggregates into cationic chains in the [010] direction in which 14‐ and 22‐membered subloops occur. Extensive hydrogen bonding in three dimensions involves both the coordinated and the solvent water molecules.  相似文献

In the title mixed‐ligand metal–organic polymeric compound, [Cd(C10H8O4)(C8H12N6)]n or [Cd(PBEA)(BTB)]n [H2PBEA is benzene‐1,4‐diacetic acid and BTB is 1,4‐bis(1,2,4‐triazol‐1‐yl)butane], the asymmetric unit contains one CdII ion, one BTB molecule and one PBEA2− anion. The CdII ion is in a slightly distorted pentagonal–bipyramidal geometry, coordinated by five carboxylate O atoms from three distinct PBEA2− anions and by two BTB N atoms. There are two coordination patterns for the carboxylate groups of the PBEA2− ligand, one being a μ1‐η11 chelating mode and the other a μ2‐η21 bridging mode, while the BTB molecule shows a transtranstrans conformation. The crystal structure is constructed from the secondary building unit (SBU) [Cd2(CO2)4N2O2], in which the two metal centres are held together by two PBEA2− linkers. The SBU is connected by BTB and PBEA2− bridges to form a two‐dimensional grid‐like (4,4) layer with meshes of dimensions 14.69 × 11.28 Å.  相似文献

Coordination polymers (CPs) built by coordination bonds between metal ions/clusters and multidentate organic ligands exhibit fascinating structural topologies and potential applications as functional solid materials. The title coordination polymer, poly[diaquabis(μ4‐biphenyl‐3,4′,5‐tricarboxylato‐κ4O3:O3′:O4′:O5)tris[μ2‐1,4‐bis(1H‐imidazol‐1‐yl)benzene‐κ2N3:N3′]dicopper(II)dicopper(I)], [CuII2CuI2(C15H7O6)2(C12H10N4)3(H2O)2]n, was crystallized from a mixture of biphenyl‐3,4′,5‐tricarboxylic acid (H3bpt), 1,4‐bis(1H‐imidazol‐1‐yl)benzene (1,4‐bib) and copper(II) chloride in a water–CH3CN mixture under solvothermal reaction conditions. The asymmetric unit consists of two crystallographically independent Cu atoms, one of which is CuII, while the other has been reduced to the CuI ion. The CuII centre is pentacoordinated by three O atoms from three bpt3− ligands, one N atom from a 1,4‐bib ligand and one O atom from a coordinated water molecule, and the coordination geometry can be described as distorted trigonal bipyramidal. The CuI atom exhibits a T‐shaped geometry (CuN2O) coordinated by one O atom from a bpt3− ligand and two N atoms from two 1,4‐bib ligands. The CuII atoms are extended by bpt3− and 1,4‐bib linkers to generate a two‐dimensional network, while the CuI atoms are linked by 1,4‐bib ligands, forming one‐dimensional chains along the [20] direction. In addition, the completely deprotonated μ4‐η1111 bpt3− ligands bridge one CuI and three CuII cations along the a (or [100]) direction to form a three‐dimensional framework with a (103)2(10)2(42.6.102.12)2(42.6.82.10)2(8) topology via a 2,2,3,4,4‐connected net. An investigation of the magnetic properties indicated a very weak ferromagnetic behaviour.  相似文献

Two CoII‐based coordination polymers, namely poly[(μ4‐biphenyl‐2,2′,5,5′‐tetracarboxylato){μ2‐1,3‐bis[(1H‐imidazol‐1‐yl)methyl]benzene}dicobalt(II)], [Co2(C16H6O8)(C14H14N4)2]n or [Co2(o,m‐bpta)(1,3‐bimb)2]n ( I ), and poly[[aqua(μ4‐biphenyl‐2,2′,5,5′‐tetracarboxylato){1,4‐bis[(1H‐imidazol‐1‐yl)methyl]benzene}dicobalt(II)] dihydrate], {[Co2(C16H6O8)(C14H14N4)2(H2O)2]·4H2O}n or {[Co2(o,m‐bpta)(1,4‐bimb)2(H2O)2]·4H2O}n ( II ), were synthesized from a mixture of biphenyl‐2,2′,5,5′‐tetracarboxylic acid, i.e. [H4(o,m‐bpta)], CoCl2·6H2O and N‐donor ligands under solvothermal conditions. The complexes were characterized by IR spectroscopy, elemental analysis, single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction and powder X‐ray diffraction analysis. The bridging (o,m‐bpta)4? ligands combine with CoII ions in different μ4‐coordination modes, leading to the formation of one‐dimensional chains. The central CoII atoms display tetrahedral [CoN2O2] and octahedral [CoN2O4] geometries in I and II , respectively. The bis[(1H‐imidazol‐1‐yl)methyl]benzene (bimb) ligands adopt trans or cis conformations to connect CoII ions, thus forming two three‐dimensional (3D) networks. Complex I shows a (2,4)‐connected 3D network with left‐ and right‐handed helical chains constructed by (o,m‐bpta)4? ligands. Complex II is a (4,4)‐connected 3D novel network with ribbon‐like chains formed by (o,m‐bpta)4? linkers. Magnetic studies indicate an orbital contribution to the magnetic moment of I and II due to the longer Co…Co distances. An attempt has been made to fit the χMT results to the magnetic formulae for mononuclear CoII complexes, the fitting indicating the presence of weak antiferromagnetic interactions between the CoII ions.  相似文献

The ZnII compounds, μ‐4,4′‐ethylenedibenzoato‐bis[acetatoaqua(dipyrido[3,2‐a:2′,3′‐c]phenazine)zinc(II)] dihydrate, [Zn2(C2H3O2)2(C16H10O4)(C18H10N4)2(H2O)2]·2H2O, (I), and catena‐poly[[[aqua(pyrazino[2,3‐f][1,10]phenanthroline)zinc(II)]‐μ‐4,4′‐ethylenedibenzoato] N,N‐dimethylformamide hemisolvate], {[Zn(C16H10O4)(C14H8N4)(H2O)]·0.5C3H7NO}n, (II), display very different structures because of the influence of the N‐donor chelating ligands. In (I), the coordination geometry of each ZnII centre is distorted octahedral, involving two N atoms from one dipyrido[3,2‐a:2′,3′‐c]phenazine (L1) ligand, and four O atoms from one bis‐chelating acetate anion, one bridging 4,4′‐ethylenedibenzoate (bpea) ligand and one water molecule. Adjacent ZnII atoms are bridged by one bpea ligand to form a dinuclear complex, and the dinuclear species is centrosymmetric. Two types of π–π interactions between neighbouring dinuclear species have been found: one is between the L1 ligands, and the second is between the L1 and bpea ligands. In this way, an interesting two‐dimensional supramolecular layer is formed. The layers are further linked by O—H...O and O—H...N hydrogen bonds, generating a three‐dimensional supramolecular network. In (II), each ZnII atom is square‐pyramidally coordinated by two N atoms from one pyrazino[2,3‐f][1,10]phenanthroline ligand, three O atoms from two different bpea ligands and one water molecule. The two bpea dianions are situated across inversion centres. The bpea dianions bridge neighbouring ZnII centres, giving a one‐dimensional chain structure in the ab plane. As in (I), two types of π–π interactions between neighbouring chains complete a three‐dimensional supramolecular structure. The results indicate that the structures of the N‐donor chelating ligands are the dominant factors determining the final supramolecular structures of the two compounds.  相似文献

Colourless crystals of the title compound, [Cd2(C7H4IO2)4(C12H10N2)(H2O)2]n, were obtained by the self‐assembly of Cd(NO3)2·4H2O, 1,2‐bis(pyridin‐4‐yl)ethene (bpe) and 4‐iodobenzoic acid (4‐IBA). Each CdII atom is seven‐coordinated in a pentagonal–bipyramidal coordination environment by four carboxylate O atoms from two different 4‐IBA ligands, two O atoms from two water molecules and one N atom from a bpe ligand. The CdII centres are bridged by the aqua molecules and bpe ligands, which lie across centres of inversion, to give a two‐dimensional net. Topologically, taking the CdII atoms as nodes and the μ‐aqua and μ‐bpe ligands as linkers, the two‐dimensional structure can be simplified as a (6,3) network.  相似文献
