The salts 3‐[(2,2,3,3‐tetrafluoropropoxy)methyl]pyridinium saccharinate, C9H10F4NO+·C7H4NO3S, (1), and 3‐[(2,2,3,3,3‐pentafluoropropoxy)methyl]pyridinium saccharinate, C9H9F5NO+·C7H4NO3S, (2), i.e. saccharinate (or 1,1‐dioxo‐1λ6,2‐benzothiazol‐3‐olate) salts of pyridinium with –CH2OCH2CF2CF2H and –CH2OCH2CF2CF3meta substituents, respectively, were investigated crystallographically in order to compare their fluorine‐related weak interactions in the solid state. Both salts demonstrate a stable synthon formed by the pyridinium cation and the saccharinate anion, in which a seven‐membered ring reveals a double hydrogen‐bonding pattern. The twist between the pyridinium plane and the saccharinate plane in (2) is 21.26 (8)° and that in (1) is 8.03 (6)°. Both salts also show stacks of alternating cation–anion π‐interactions. The layer distances, calculated from the centroid of the saccharinate plane to the neighbouring pyridinium planes, above and below, are 3.406 (2) and 3.517 (2) Å in (1), and 3.409 (3) and 3.458 (3) Å in (2).  相似文献

The synthesis, structure, and physical properties of ionic liquids (IL) bearing the novel [Al(O–C6H4–CN)4] ion as counterion to the commonly used [NR4]+, [PR4]+ and imidazolium ions are reported. Both the influence of the alkyl chain length as well as the functionalization with cyano groups is studied. These ILs are easily obtained by reaction of Ag[Al(O–C6H4–CN)4] with the corresponding ammonium, phosphonium, and imidazolium halides. The stability towards electrophilic cations was investigated. All prepared salts have a window for the liquid phase of ca. 200 °C and are thermally stable up to 450 °C. The solid‐state structures reveal only weak cation ··· anion and anion ··· anion interactions in accord with the observed low melting points (glass transition points).  相似文献

A series of fluorescent imidazolium‐based salts containing the cation [AnCH2MeIm]+ (in which An=anthracene and Im=the imidazolium cation) with Cl?, BF4?, PF6?, SO3CF3?, [N(CN)2]?, [N(SO2CF3)2]?, or PhBF3? anions have been prepared and characterized. X‐ray diffraction analysis of four of the salts reveals a number of C? H???X‐type (X=O, N, F) hydrogen bonds between the hydrogen atoms from the imidazolium ring and in some cases from the anthracene ring with the electronegative atoms of the anions. Additionally, C? H???π interactions can be found in all the salts analyzed by X‐ray diffraction, whereas π–π stacking is observed only in the salt containing the phenyltrifluoroborate anion. Fluorescence emission analysis in acetonitrile shows that the fluorescence of these salts varies significantly according to the nature of the anion, and correlates to the extent of ion pairing present in solution. Photodimerization of these salts was observed, and in one case a dimer has been isolated and characterized by X‐ray crystallography.  相似文献

The GeIV chlorometallate complexes, [EMIM]2[GeCl6], [EDMIM]2[GeCl6] and [PYRR]2[GeCl6] (EMIM=1‐ethyl‐3‐methylimidazolium; EDMIM=2,3‐dimethyl‐1‐ethylimidazolium; PYRR=N‐butyl‐N‐methylpyrrolidinium) have been synthesised and fully characterised; the first two also by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. The imidazolium chlorometallates exhibited significant C?H???Cl hydrogen bonds, resulting in extended supramolecular assemblies in the solid state. Solution 1H NMR data also showed cation–anion association. The synthesis and characterisation of GeII halometallate salts [EMIM][GeX3] (X=Cl, Br, I) and [PYRR][GeCl3], including single‐crystal X‐ray analyses for the homologous series of imidazolium salts, are reported. In these complexes, the intermolecular interactions are much weaker in the solid state and they appear not to be significantly associated in solution. Cyclic‐voltammetry experiments on the GeIV species in CH2Cl2 solution showed two distinct, irreversible reduction waves attributed to GeIV–GeII and GeII–Ge0, whereas the GeII species exhibited one irreversible reduction wave. The potential for the GeII–Ge0 reduction was unaffected by changing the cation, although altering the oxidation state of the precursor from GeIV to GeII does have an effect; for a given cation, reduction from the [GeCl3]? salts occurred at a less cathodic potential. The nature of the halide co‐ligand also has a marked influence on the reduction potential for the GeII–Ge0 couple, such that the reduction potentials for the [GeX3]? salts become significantly less cathodic when the halide (X) is changed Cl→Br→I.  相似文献

Sandwich compounds often exhibit various phase transitions, including those to plastic phases. To elucidate the general features of the phase transitions in metallocenium salts, the thermal properties and crystal structures of [Fe(C5Me5)2]X ([ 1 ]X), [Co(C5Me5)2]X ([ 2 ]X), and [Fe(C5Me4H)2]X ([ 3 ]X) have been investigated, where the counter anions (X) are Tf2N (=(CF3SO2)2N?), OTf (=CF3SO3?), PF6, and BF4. The Tf2N salts commonly undergo phase transitions from an ordered phase at low temperatures to an anion‐disordered phase, followed by a plastic phase and finally melt at high temperatures. All these salts exhibit a phase transition to a plastic phase, and the transition temperature generally decreases with decreasing cation size and increasing anion size. The crystal structures of these salts comprise an alternating arrangement of cations and anions. About half of these salts exhibit phase transitions at low temperatures, which are mostly correlated with the order–disorder of the anion.  相似文献

The structures of the proton‐transfer compounds of 4,5‐dichlorophthalic acid (DCPA) with the aliphatic Lewis bases triethylamine, diethylamine, n‐butylamine and piperidine, namely triethylaminium 2‐carboxy‐4,5‐dichlorobenzoate, C6H16N+·C8H3Cl2O4, (I), diethylaminium 2‐carboxy‐4,5‐dichlorobenzoate, C4H12N+·C8H3Cl2O4, (II), bis(butanaminium) 4,5‐dichlorobenzene‐1,2‐dicarboxylate monohydrate, 2C4H12N+·C8H2Cl2O42−·H2O, (III), and bis(piperidinium) 4,5‐dichlorobenzene‐1,2‐dicarboxylate monohydrate, 2C5H12N+·C8H2Cl2O42−·H2O, (IV), have been determined at 200 K. All compounds have hydrogen‐bonding associations, giving discrete cation–anion units in (I) and linear chains in (II), while (III) and (IV) both have two‐dimensional structures. In (I), a discrete cation–anion unit is formed through an asymmetric R12(4) N+—H...O2 hydrogen‐bonding association, whereas in (II), chains are formed through linear N—H...O associations involving both aminium H‐atom donors. In compounds (III) and (IV), the primary N—H...O‐linked cation–anion units are extended into a two‐dimensional sheet structure via amide–carboxyl N—H...O and amide–carbonyl N—H...O interactions. In the 1:1 salts (I) and (II), the hydrogen 4,5‐dichlorophthalate anions are essentially planar with short intramolecular carboxyl–carboxyl O—H...O hydrogen bonds [O...O = 2.4223 (14) and 2.388 (2) Å, respectively]. This work provides a further example of the uncommon zero‐dimensional hydrogen‐bonded DCPA–Lewis base salt and the one‐dimensional chain structure type, while even with the hydrate structures of the 1:2 salts with the primary and secondary amines, the low dimensionality generally associated with 1:1 DCPA salts is also found.  相似文献

Variation in the position of CF3 groups in several aromatic Group‐14 compounds was studied by 19F‐NMR spectroscopy. In these compounds RnECl4?n (n=1 or 2; E=Si, Ge, or Sn; R=2,4,6‐(CF3)3C6H2 (=Ar), 2,6‐(CF3)2C6H3 (=Ar′), or 2,4‐(CF3)2C6H3 (=Ar″)), Ar, Ar′, and Ar″ are all bulky, strongly electron‐withdrawing ligands. The 19F‐NMR studies of the variation in position of the CF3 substituents in these compounds as revealed by chemical shifts could be correlated with the electronegativities of the central elements E, and with intramolecular E–F interactions derived from single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction data. These interactions are considered to play an important role in the stabilization of these compounds.  相似文献

Different salts of the 2‐phenyl‐1,10‐phenanthrolin‐1‐ium cation, (pnpH)+, are obtained by reacting 2‐phenyl‐1,10‐phenanthroline (pnp), C18H12N2, (I), with a variety of anions, such as hexafluoridophosphate, C18H13N2+·PF6, (II), trifluoromethanesulfonate, C18H13N2+·CF3SO3, (III), tetrachloridoaurate, (C18H13N2)[AuCl4], (IV), and bromide (as the dihydrate), C18H13N2+·Br·2H2O, (V). Compound (I) crystallizes with Z′ = 2, with both independent molecules adopting a coplanar conformation. In (II)–(IV), a hydrogen bond exists between the cation and anion, while one of the lattice water molecules serves as a hydrogen‐bonded bridge between the cation and anion in (V). Reaction of (I) with HAuCl4 gives the salt complex (IV); however, reaction with KAuCl4 produces the monodentate complex trichlorido(2‐phenyl‐1,10‐phenanthroline‐κN10)gold(III), [AuCl3(C18H12N2)], (VI). Dichlorido(2‐phenyl‐1,10‐phenanthroline‐κ2N,N′)copper(II), [CuCl2(C18H12N2)], (VII), results from the reaction of CuCl2·2H2O and (I), in which the CuII center adopts a tetrahedrally distorted square‐planar geometry. The pendent phenyl ring twists to a bisecting position relative to the phenanthroline plane. The square‐planar PdII complex, bromido[2‐(phenanthrolin‐2‐yl)phenyl‐κ3C1,N,N′]palladium(II), [PdBr(C18H11N2)], (VIII), is obtained from the reaction of (I) with [PdCl2(cycloocta‐1,5‐diene)], followed by addition of bromine. A coplanar geometry for the pendent ring is adopted as a result of the tridentate bonding motif.  相似文献

The story of the outset and the growth of radical polyaddition of bisperfluoroisopropenyl derivatives [CF2?C(CF3)? R? C(CF3)? CF2] with several organic compounds possessing carbon–hydrogen bonds is described. The reaction afforded novel fluorinated polymers bearing such organic segments in polymer main chains as 1,4‐dioxane, diethyl ether, dimethoxyethane, 18‐crown‐6, triethylamine, glutaraldehyde, and alkanes which have never been supposed as direct starting compounds for preparation of polymers. The facile method for preparation of fluorinated hybrid polymers bearing alkylsilyl groups was developed with diethoxydimethylsilane and silsesquioxanes. Taking advantage of the high reactivity of the perfluoroisopropenyl group as a radical acceptor, self‐polyaddition and cyclopolymerization were investigated. Triethysilyl perfluoroisopropenyl ether [CF2? C(CF3)? O? Si(C2H5)3] was proved to be the most probable candidate for self‐polyaddition. Cyclopolymerization of perfluoroisopropenyl vinylacetate [CF2?C(CF3) OCO? CH2CH? CH2] was investigated to afford polymers possessing five‐membered‐ring units in main chains. The interconversion of the unstable fluorinated carbon radical and the stable hydrocarbon radical had an important role in the reaction. The radical addition reaction presented herein may be developed for preparation of a wide variety of novel fluorinated polymers and organic compounds possessing functional groups. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Solvothermal reactions of HgI2, 4,4′‐vinylenedipyridine, and HI in alcoholic solution (methanol, ethanol, or pentanol) gave rise to a family of organic‐inorganic hybrid complexes, formulated as [C14H16N2][I4]2– ( 1 ), [C16H20N2][HgI4] ( 2 ), and [C22H32N2][HgI4]4 ( 3 ). Single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction reveals that all three compounds are discrete structures, including the inorganic anion [I4]2– or [HgI4]2– and an organic cation, where the resulting organic cations were generated in situ alkylation reactions of 4,4′‐vinylenedipyridine with alcohols, with cleavage of the alcoholic C–O bond followed by a one‐step in situ N‐alkylation reaction of 4,4′‐vinylenedipyridine in acidic HI solution. X‐ray powder diffraction (XRD), 1H NMR and 13C NMR, energy‐dispersive X‐ray (EDS), IR, as well as UV/Vis/NIR spectroscopy, elemental analysis, and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) were used to characterize the complexes.  相似文献

The bis(silyl)triazene compound 2,6‐(Me3Si)2‐4‐Me‐1‐(N?N? NC4H8)C6H2 ( 4 ) was synthesized by double lithiation/silylation of 2,6‐Br2‐4‐Me‐1‐(N?N? NC4H8)C6H2 ( 1 ). Furthermore, 2,6‐bis[3,5‐(CF3)2‐C6H3]‐4‐Me‐C6H2‐1‐(N?N? NC4H8)C6H2 derivative 6 can be easily synthesized by a C,C‐bond formation reaction of 1 with the corresponding aryl‐Grignard reagent, i.e., 3,5‐bis[(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]magnesium bromide. Reactions of compound 4 with KI and 6 with I2 afforded in good yields novel phenyl derivatives, 2,6‐(Me3Si)2‐4‐MeC6H2? I and 2,6‐bis[3,5‐(CF3)2? C6H3]‐4‐MeC6H2? I ( 5 and 7 , resp.). On the other hand, the analogous m‐terphenyl 1,3‐diphenylbenzene compound 2,6‐bis[3,5‐(CF3)2? C6H3]C6H3? I ( 8 ) could be obtained in moderate yield from the reaction of (2,6‐dichlorophenyl)lithium and 2 equiv. of aryl‐Grignard reagent, followed by the reaction with I2. Different attempts to introduce the tBu (Me3C) or neophyl (PhC(Me)2CH2) substituents in the central ring were unsuccessful. All the compounds were fully characterized by elemental analysis, melting point, IR and NMR spectroscopy. The structure of compound 6 was corroborated by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction measurements.  相似文献

Bulkily substituted organodihydrogermylium and -stannylium cations [Ar*EH2]+ (E=Ge, Sn; Ar*=2,6-Trip2C6H3, Trip=2,4,6-triisopropylphenyl) were characterized as salts of the weakly coordinating perfluorinated alkoxyaluminate anion [Al{OC(CF3)3}4]. At room temperature, the stannylium cation liberates hydrogen to generate the low valent organotin cation [Ar*Sn]+. In contrast, the dihydrogermylium cation transfers the hydrogen atoms to an aryl moiety of the terphenyl ligand and oxidatively adds either hydrogen under an atmosphere of hydrogen or a sp2 CH unit of the 1,2-difluorobenzene solvent.  相似文献

New salts based on imidazolium, pyrrolidinium, phosphonium, guanidinium, and ammonium cations together with the 5‐cyanotetrazolide anion [C2N5]? are reported. Depending on the nature of cation–anion interactions, characterized by XRD, the ionic liquids (ILs) have a low viscosity and are liquid at room temperature or have higher melting temperatures. Thermogravimetric analysis, cyclic voltammetry, viscosimetry, and impedance spectroscopy display a thermal stability up to 230 °C, an electrochemical window of 4.5 V, a viscosity of 25 mPa s at 20 °C, and an ionic conductivity of 5.4 mS cm?1 at 20 °C for the IL 1‐butyl‐1‐methylpyrrolidinium 5‐cyanotetrazolide [BMPyr][C2N5]. On the basis of these results, the synthesized compounds are promising electrolytes for lithium‐ion batteries.  相似文献

The crystal structures of quinolinium 3‐carboxy‐4‐hydroxybenzenesulfonate trihydrate, C9H8N+·C7H5O6S·3H2O, (I), 8‐hydroxyquinolinium 3‐carboxy‐4‐hydroxybenzenesulfonate monohydrate, C9H8NO+·C7H5O6S·H2O, (II), 8‐aminoquinolinium 3‐carboxy‐4‐hydroxybenzenesulfonate dihydrate, C9H9N2+·C7H5O6S·2H2O, (III), and 2‐carboxyquinolinium 3‐carboxy‐4‐hydroxybenzenesulfonate quinolinium‐2‐carboxylate, C10H8NO2+·C7H5O6S·C10H7NO2, (IV), four proton‐transfer compounds of 5‐sulfosalicylic acid with bicyclic heteroaromatic Lewis bases, reveal in each the presence of variously hydrogen‐bonded polymers. In only one of these compounds, viz. (II), is the protonated quinolinium group involved in a direct primary N+—H⋯O(sulfonate) hydrogen‐bonding interaction, while in the other hydrates, viz. (I) and (III), the water molecules participate in the primary intermediate interaction. The quinaldic acid (quinoline‐2‐carboxylic acid) adduct, (IV), exhibits cation–cation and anion–adduct hydrogen bonding but no direct formal heteromolecular interaction other than a number of weak cation–anion and cation–adduct π–π stacking associations. In all other compounds, secondary interactions give rise to network polymer structures.  相似文献

The title compound, C21H22P+·BCl4?, is the first structurally characterized example of the [HP(o‐tolyl)3]+ cation, presented here with BCl4? as the counter‐ion. The cation has a near‐tetrahedral P atom and the BCl4? anion is near‐tetrahedral at boron. There are no unusually short cation–anion contacts.  相似文献

Compounds including the free or coordinated gas‐phase cations [Ag(η2‐C2H4)n]+ (n=1–3) were stabilized with very weakly coordinating anions [A]? (A=Al{OC(CH3)(CF3)2}4, n=1 ( 1 ); Al{OC(H)(CF3)2}4, n=2 ( 3 ); Al{OC(CF3)3}4, n=3 ( 5 ); {(F3C)3CO}3Al‐F‐Al{OC(CF3)3}3, n=3 ( 6 )). They were prepared by reaction of the respective silver(I) salts with stoichiometric amounts of ethene in CH2Cl2 solution. As a reference we also prepared the isobutene complex [(Me2C?CH2)Ag(Al{OC(CH3)(CF3)2}4)] ( 2 ). The compounds were characterized by multinuclear solution‐NMR, solid‐state MAS‐NMR, IR and Raman spectroscopy as well as by their single crystal X‐ray structures. MAS‐NMR spectroscopy shows that the [Ag(η2‐C2H4)3]+ cation in its [Al{OC(CF3)3}4]? salt exhibits time‐averaged D3h‐symmetry and freely rotates around its principal z‐axis in the solid state. All routine X‐ray structures (2θmax.<55°) converged within the 3σ limit at C?C double bond lengths that were shorter or similar to that of free ethene. In contrast, the respective Raman active C?C stretching modes indicated red‐shifts of 38 to 45 cm?1, suggesting a slight C?C bond elongation. This mismatch is owed to residual librational motion at 100 K, the temperature of the data collection, as well as the lack of high angular data owing to the anisotropic electron distribution in the ethene molecule. Therefore, a method for the extraction of the C?C distance in [M(C2H4)] complexes from experimental Raman data was developed and meaningful C?C distances were obtained. These spectroscopic C?C distances compare well to newly collected X‐ray data obtained at high resolution (2θmax.=100°) and low temperature (100 K). To complement the experimental data as well as to obtain further insight into bond formation, the complexes with up to three ligands were studied theoretically. The calculations were performed with DFT (BP86/TZVPP, PBE0/TZVPP), MP2/TZVPP and partly CCSD(T)/AUG‐cc‐pVTZ methods. In most cases several isomers were considered. Additionally, [M(C2H4)3] (M=Cu+, Ag+, Au+, Ni0, Pd0, Pt0, Na+) were investigated with AIM theory to substantiate the preference for a planar conformation and to estimate the importance of σ donation and π back donation. Comparing the group 10 and 11 analogues, we find that the lack of π back bonding in the group 11 cations is almost compensated by increased σ donation.  相似文献

The bis(trifluoromethanesulfonyl)imidate anion crystallizes with Rb as the title dioxane 1:2 solvate, Rb+·CF3SO2NSO2CF3·2C4H8O2, with the anion in a transoid conformation, as opposed to the cisoid form typically seen when there are significant cation–anion interactions. The RbI cation is eight‐coordinate, interacting with one anion in a chelating fashion and with two other anions through the remaining sulfonyl O atoms. The latter interactions link ion pairs through the formation of Rb2O2 dimers about inversion centers at (0, , 0) and (, , 0), forming extended columns which run parallel to the a axis of the unit cell. Rb–dioxane bridges crosslink these salt columns in the (010), (001) and (011) directions, resulting in a three‐dimensional network solid. One dioxane solvent molecule is disordered over two half‐occupancy sites.  相似文献

Five 2‐aroyl‐5‐bromobenzo[b]furan‐3‐ol compounds (two of which are new) and four new 2‐aroyl‐5‐iodobenzo[b]furan‐3‐ol compounds were synthesized starting from salicylic acid. The compounds were characterized by mass spectrometry and 1H NMR and 13C NMR spectroscopy. Single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction studies of four compounds, namely, (5‐bromo‐3‐hydroxybenzofuran‐2‐yl)(4‐fluorophenyl)methanone, C15H8BrFO3, (5‐bromo‐3‐hydroxybenzofuran‐2‐yl)(4‐chlorophenyl)methanone, C15H8BrClO3, (5‐bromo‐3‐hydroxybenzofuran‐2‐yl)(4‐bromophenyl)methanone, C15H8Br2O3, and (4‐bromophenyl)(3‐hydroxy‐5‐iodobenzofuran‐2‐yl)methanone, C15H8BrIO3, were also carried out. The compounds were tested for their in vitro cytotoxicity on the four human cancer cell lines KB, Hep‐G2, Lu‐1 and MCF7. Six compounds show good inhibiting abilities on Hep‐G2 cells, with IC50 values of 1.39–8.03 µM.  相似文献

We report a novel 1:1 cocrystal of β‐alanine with dl ‐tartaric acid, C3H7NO2·C4H6O6, (II), and three new molecular salts of dl ‐tartaric acid with β‐alanine {3‐azaniumylpropanoic acid–3‐azaniumylpropanoate dl ‐tartaric acid–dl ‐tartrate, [H(C3H7NO2)2]+·[H(C4H5O6)2], (III)}, γ‐aminobutyric acid [3‐carboxypropanaminium dl ‐tartrate, C4H10NO2+·C4H5O6, (IV)] and dl ‐α‐aminobutyric acid {dl ‐2‐azaniumylbutanoic acid–dl ‐2‐azaniumylbutanoate dl ‐tartaric acid–dl ‐tartrate, [H(C4H9NO2)2]+·[H(C4H5O6)2], (V)}. The crystal structures of binary crystals of dl ‐tartaric acid with glycine, (I), β‐alanine, (II) and (III), GABA, (IV), and dl ‐AABA, (V), have similar molecular packing and crystallographic motifs. The shortest amino acid (i.e. glycine) forms a cocrystal, (I), with dl ‐tartaric acid, whereas the larger amino acids form molecular salts, viz. (IV) and (V). β‐Alanine is the only amino acid capable of forming both a cocrystal [i.e. (II)] and a molecular salt [i.e. (III)] with dl ‐tartaric acid. The cocrystals of glycine and β‐alanine with dl ‐tartaric acid, i.e. (I) and (II), respectively, contain chains of amino acid zwitterions, similar to the structure of pure glycine. In the structures of the molecular salts of amino acids, the amino acid cations form isolated dimers [of β‐alanine in (III), GABA in (IV) and dl ‐AABA in (V)], which are linked by strong O—H…O hydrogen bonds. Moreover, the three crystal structures comprise different types of dimeric cations, i.e. (AA)+ in (III) and (V), and A+A+ in (IV). Molecular salts (IV) and (V) are the first examples of molecular salts of GABA and dl ‐AABA that contain dimers of amino acid cations. The geometry of each investigated amino acid (except dl ‐AABA) correlates with the melting point of its mixed crystal.  相似文献

The results on radical self‐polyaddition reactivity of two trialkylsilyl perfluoroisopropenyl ethers, triethysilyl perfluoroisopropenyl ether [CF2?C(CF3)OSi(C2H5)3] (FTEE) and dimethylphenylsilyl perfluoroisopropenyl ether [CF2?C(CF3)OSi(CH3)2C6H5] (DMPE), and two perfluoroisopropenyl carboxylates, 2‐butyroxypentafluoropropene [CF2?C(CF3)OCOC3H7] (BuFPP) and 2‐(methoxyacetoxy)pentafluoropropene [CF2?C(CF3)OCOCH2OCH3] (MFPP), are described. Radical self‐polyaddition of FTEE afforded a polymer as high as 1.87 × 104 in molecular weight in the presence of radical generators such as benzoyl peroxide and di‐tert‐butyl peroxide. DMPE gave only addition products with initiating radicals. BuFPP and MFPP scarcely yielded even addition products with radical. The mechanism that the self‐polyaddition of FTEE was initiated by the addition of radical onto the perfluoroisopropenyl group followed by a 1,5‐shift to afford a methyl radical that attacked the perfluoroisopropenyl group of another FTEE molecule is proposed. © 2003 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
