In this article, the potential of carbon nanocones/disks as coating for solid-phase microextraction has been evaluated for the first time. The nanostructures were immobilized on a stainless steel needle by means of an organic binder. The fiber coating obtained was ca. 50 μm of thickness and 35 mm in length. The evaluation of the sorbent capacity was carried out through the determination of toluene, ethylbenzene, xylene isomers and styrene in water samples following the headspace sampling modality (15 min, 30 °C). The fiber was then transferred to a 10 mL vial which was sealed and heated at 110 °C for 15 min in the headspace module of the instrument to achieve the thermal desorption of the analytes. Then 2.5 mL of the headspace generated were injected in the gas chromatograph-mass spectrometer for analytes separation and quantitation. The detection and quantitation limits obtained for 10 mL of sample were 0.15 and 0.5 ng mL−1 (0.6 and 2 ng mL−1 for toluene). The optimized procedure was applied to the determination of the selected volatile compounds in waters collected from different locations. The recovery values obtained (average recovery ca. 92%) demonstrated the usefulness of the carbon nanocones/disks as sorbent material in solid-phase microextraction.  相似文献

A conducting copolymer of pyrrole and phenol was electrochemically synthesized on steel frits as a sorbent. The applicability of the frit was assessed for the solid-phase extraction of trace amounts of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in aqueous samples followed by HPLC–UV. The coating produced was very adherent and the scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX) and FTIR spectrum for the coated frit were studied. The effects of various parameters on the efficiency of the solid-phase extraction process, such as the sample loading rate, elution solvent type, salt effect, volume and flow rate of sample and elution solvent were investigated. Under the optimal conditions, the calibration curves were obtained in the range of 0.1–500 ng mL−1 (r2 > 0.98) and the LODs (S/N = 3) were obtained in the range of 0.01–0.08 ng mL−1. Relative standard deviations (RSDs) for intra- and inter-day precision were 2.7–10.2% and 3.6–11.4%, respectively. The recoveries (8 and 40 ng mL−1) ranged from 79% to 115%. The simplicity of experimental procedure, short sample analysis, high extraction efficiency, and the use of low-cost adsorbent show the potential of this method for routine analysis of PAHs in real samples.  相似文献

An immunoaffinity (IA) sorbent with antibody fragments was prepared for the analysis of opioid peptides by on-line immunoaffinity solid-phase extraction capillary electrophoresis–mass spectrometry (IA-SPE-CE–MS). The antibody fragmentation was evaluated by MALDI-TOF-MS. Fab′ fragments obtained from a polyclonal IgG antibody against Endomorphins 1 and 2 (End1 and End2) were covalently attached to succinimidyl silica particles to prepare the IA sorbent. An IA-SPE-CE–MS methodology was established analyzing standard solutions of End1 and End2 and acceptable repeatability, linearity ranges and LODs (0.5 and 5 ng mL−1, respectively) were obtained. The LOD of End1 was slightly better than that previously obtained using an IA sorbent with intact antibodies (1 ng mL−1). In human plasma samples, End1 and End2 could be detected at 1 and 50 ng mL−1, respectively, which meant an improvement of 100 and 2-fold with regard to the LODs using an IA sorbent with intact antibodies (100 ng mL−1).  相似文献

An on-line solid-phase extraction (SPE)-HPLC method was developed for simultaneous screening of nicardipine and amlodipine in human plasma. A short monolithic poly(glycidyl methacrylate-co-ethylene glycol dimethacrylate) [p(GMA-EDMA)]-based weak cation-exchange (WCX) column was prepared and employed as the selective extraction sorbent, which exhibited good permeability and biocompatibility. During the on-line SPE protocol, high-abundance proteins (human serum albumin, immunoglobulin G, immunoglobulin A and transferrin) and most matrixes in plasma were fast removed while nicardipine and amlodipine were effectively trapped on this monolithic column. Furthermore, the monolithic WCX sorbent could be continuously reused more than 300 times without obvious changes in analytes extraction and proteins cleanup. The proposed method was linear over a range of 0.5-50.0 ng mL−1 for both analytes with a linear regression coefficient greater than 0.998, and the limit of detection (LOD) for each analyte was 0.2 ng mL−1. Validation assays also demonstrated acceptable precision and adequate recovery for simultaneous quantitative screening of nicardipine and amlodipine in human plasma. Real plasma samples from hypertensive patients receiving a dosing of 5 mg antagonists were examined by using the proposed method. Results indicated that the on-line SPE-HPLC method could be applied for simultaneously monitoring of nicardipine and amlodipine in clinical plasma samples.  相似文献

A porous polysulfone microcapsule containing organic modified montmorillonite and magnetic nanoparticles (OMMT-Fe3O4@PSF) has been successfully prepared by a phase-inversion method and evaluated as a magnetic solid-phase extraction (MSPE) sorbent for clean-up and enrichment of 4-chlorophenol (4-CP) and 2-chlorophenol (2-CP) in aqueous samples. Compared with a microcapsule containing the conventional extraction sorbent C18 (C18-Fe3O4@PSF), OMMT-Fe3O4@PSF had much lower cost, a faster adsorption rate, and superior uptake amounts for the investigated analytes. The proposed microcapsule has been developed for the extraction of 4-CP and 2-CP from environmental water samples and their analysis by high-performance liquid chromatography with UV detection (HPLC-UV). Various parameters, such as pH, extraction time, the mass of sorbent, and the desorption conditions, have been evaluated and the calibration curves of the chlorophenols were linear (R2 ≥ 0.9985) in the range from 1.01 to 104.5 ng mL−1. The limits of detection at a signal-to-noise (S/N) ratio of 3 were 0.22 and 0.17 ng mL−1 and the limits of quantification calculated at S/N = 10 were 1.52 and 1.07 ng mL−1 for 2-CP and 4-CP, respectively. The recoveries of 2-CP and 4-CP from natural water and the treated wastewater samples were in the range of 84.4-115% with relative standard deviations (RSDs) lower than 7.0%. The results have demonstrated the suitability of the MSPE approach for the analysis of trace chlorophenols in aqueous samples.  相似文献

In this work a fast, automatic solid-phase extraction procedure hyphenated to HPLC-UV is proposed for screening of priority phenolic pollutants in waters at ng mL−1 levels. A flow through column, containing polystyrene-divinylbenzene sorbent, was incorporated to a multisyringe flow injection system (MSFIA), where the sample loading and analyte elution were carried out after computer control. The MSFIA system also directed the eluent to fill the injection loop of the chromatograph, coupling the sample preparation to its determination. High enrichment factors were attained for phenol and ten of its derivatives (mean value 176 for 50 mL of sample), with LOD values lower than 1 ng mL−1 for the maximum volume of sample used (100 mL). For all analytes, mean recoveries between 89 and 103% were obtained for different water matrices. Certified reference material and a contaminated soil (RTC-CRM 112) were also tested successfully. The determination frequency was 4-10 h−1, providing an automatic, fast and reliable tool for water quality and environmental monitoring.  相似文献

A multi-class, multi-residue method for the analysis of 13 novel flame retardants, 18 representative pesticides, 14 polychlorinated biphenyl (PCB) congeners, 16 polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), and 7 polybrominated diphenyl ether (PBDE) congeners in catfish muscle was developed and evaluated using fast low pressure gas chromatography triple quadrupole tandem mass spectrometry (LP-GC/MS–MS). The method was based on a QuEChERS (quick, easy, cheap, effective, rugged, safe) extraction with acetonitrile and dispersive solid-phase extraction (d-SPE) clean-up with zirconium-based sorbent prior to LP-GC/MS–MS analysis. The developed method was evaluated at 4 spiking levels and further validated by analysis of NIST Standard Reference Materials (SRMs) 1974B and 1947. Sample preparation for a batch of 10 homogenized samples took about 1 h/analyst, and LP-GC/MS–MS analysis provided fast separation of multiple analytes within 9 min achieving high throughput. With the use of isotopically labeled internal standards, recoveries of all but one analyte were between 70 and 120% with relative standard deviations less than 20% (n = 5). The measured values for both SRMs agreed with certified/reference values (72–119% accuracy) for the majority of analytes. The detection limits were 0.1–0.5 ng g−1 for PCBs, 0.5–10 ng g−1 for PBDEs, 0.5–5 ng g−1 for select pesticides and PAHs and 1–10 ng g−1 for flame retardants. The developed method was successfully applied for analysis of catfish samples from the market.  相似文献

A novel micro-extraction procedure was developed through the use of an electrospun polymer nanofiber as a solid-phase extraction (SPE) sorbent to directly extract trazodone from human plasma. The target compound was then monitored by a high performance liquid chromatography with ultraviolet detector (HPLC-UV) system. Parameters of influencing the extraction efficiency, such as fiber diameter, fiber packing amount, eluted solvent, pH and ionic strength were investigated. Under the optimized conditions, a linear response for trazodone over the range of 20-2000 ng mL−1 was achieved with a γ2 value of 0.9996. The precision of the method was examined with relative standard deviations of 5.7, 2.7, 2.2% corresponding to 50, 200, and 500 ng mL−1, respectively, of trazodone spiked into 0.1 mL of plasma samples. The extraction recoveries of 58.3-75.2% and the relative recoveries of 94.6-105.5% were obtained. The limit of detection (LOD) was determined to be 8 ng mL−1. A 15 min of HPLC gradient was successfully applied to determine trazodone from human plasma. Due to its simplicity, selectivity and sensitivity, the method may be applied to pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic studies of drugs.  相似文献

A novel solid phase microextraction (SPME) fiber was fabricated by electrospinning method in which a polymeric solution was converted to nanofibers using high voltages. A thin stainless steel wire was coated by the network of polymeric nanofibers. The polymeric nanofiber coating on the wire was mechanically stable due to the fine and continuous nanofibers formation around the wire with a three dimensional structure. Polyamide (nylon 6), due to its suitable characteristics was used to prepare the unbreakable SPME nanofiber. The scanning electron microscopy (SEM) images of this new coating showed a diameter range of 100–200 nm for polyamide nanofibers with a homogeneous and porous surface structure. The extraction efficiency of new coating was investigated for headspace solid-phase microextraction (HS-SPME) of some environmentally important chlorophenols from aqueous samples followed by gas chromatography–mass spectrometry (GC–MS) analysis. Effect of different parameters influencing the extraction efficiency including extraction temperature, extraction time, ionic strength and polyamide amount were investigated and optimized. In order to improve the chromatographic behavior of phenolic compounds, all the analytes were derivatized prior to the extraction process using basic acetic anhydride. The detection limits of the method under optimized conditions were in the range of 2–10 ng L−1. The relative standard deviations (RSD) (n = 3) at the concentration level of 1.7–6.7 ng mL−1 were obtained between 1 and 7.4%. The calibration curves of chlorophenols showed linearity in the range of 27–1330 ng L−1 for phenol and monochlorophenols and 7–1000 ng L−1 for dichloro and trichlorophenols. Also, the proposed method was successfully applied to the extraction of phenol and chlorophenols from real water samples and relative recoveries were between 84 and 98% for all the selected analytes except for 2,4,6 tricholophenol which was between 72 and 74%.  相似文献

A new dispersive micro solid-phase extraction method which uses single-walled carbon nanohorns (SWNHs) as sorbent is proposed. The procedure combines the excellent sorbent properties of the nanoparticles with the efficiency of the dispersion of the material in the sample matrix. Under these conditions, the interaction with the analytes is maximized. The determination of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons was selected as model analytical problem. Two dispersion strategies were evaluated, being the functionalization via microwave irradiation better than the use of a surfactant. The extraction was accomplished by adding 1 mL of oxidized SWHNs (o-SWNHs) dispersion to 10 mL of water sample. After extraction, the mixture was passed through a disposable Nylon filter were the nanoparticles enriched with the PAHs were retained. The elution was carried out with 100 μL of hexane. The limits of detection achieved were between 30 and 60 ng L−1 with a precision (as repeatability) better than 12.5%. The recoveries obtained for the analytes in three different water samples were acceptable in all instances. The performance of o-SWNHs was favourably compared with that provided by carboxylated single-walled carbon nanotubes and thermally treated carbon nanocones.  相似文献

Hemimicelles of tetradecanoate chemisorbed onto magnetic nanoparticles (MNPs) are here proposed as a sorbent for the single-step extraction and cleanup of bisphenol A (BPA) in soft drinks. The purpose of this work was to develop a simple, rapid and low-cost sample treatment suitable to assess the human exposure to BPA from this type of high consumption food. The nanoparticles were easily coated by mixing commercially available magnetite of 20–30 nm mean particle diameter with tetradecanoate at 85 °C for 30 min. The extraction/cleanup procedure involved stirring the samples (3 mL) with 200 mg of tetradecanoate-coated MNPs for 20 min, isolating the sorbent with a Nd–Fe–B magnet and eluting BPA with methanol. The extraction efficiency was not influenced by salt concentrations up to 1 M and pH values over the range 4–9. No cleanup of the extracts was needed, and the method proved matrix-independent. The extracts were analyzed by liquid chromatography, electrospray ionization tandem mass spectrometry. Quantitation was performed by internal standard calibration using BPA-13C12. The limit of quantitation obtained for the method, 0.03 ng mL−1, was below the usual range of concentrations reported for BPA in soft drinks (0.1–3.4 ng mL−1). The proposed method was successfully applied to the determination of BPA in different samples acquired from various supermarkets in southern Spain; the concentrations found ranged from 0.066 to 1.08 ng mL−1. Recoveries from samples spiked with 0.33 ng mL−1 of BPA ranged from 91% to 105% with relative standard deviations from 3% to 8%.  相似文献

The determination of a group of eighteen pollutants in waters, including polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and substituted phenols, is conducted in direct-immersion solid-phase microextraction (SPME) using the polymeric ionic liquid (PIL) poly(1-vinyl-3-hexadecylimidazolium) bis[(trifluoromethyl)sulfonyl]imide as a novel coating material. The performance of the PIL fiber coating in the developed IL-SPME-gas chromatography (GC)–mass spectrometry (MS) method is characterized by average relative recoveries of 92.5% for deionized waters and 90.8% for well waters, average precision values (as relative standard deviations, RSD%) of 11% for deionized waters and 12% for well waters, using a spiked level of 5 ng mL−1. The detection limits oscillate from 0.005 ng mL−1 for fluoranthene to 4.4 ng mL−1 for 4-chloro-3-methylphenol, when using an extraction time of 60 min with 20 mL of aqueous sample. The extraction capabilities of the PIL fiber have been compared with the commercial SPME coatings: polydimethylsyloxane (PDMS) 30 μm, PDMS 100 μm and polyacrylate (PA) 85 μm. The PIL fiber is superior to the PDMS 30 μm for all analytes studied. A qualitative study was also carried out to compare among the nature of the coating materials by normalizing the coating thickness. The PIL material was shown to be more efficient than the PDMS material for all analytes studied. The PIL coating was also adequate for nonpolar analytes whereas the PA material was more sensitive for polar compounds.  相似文献

We present a comparison of two sensitive methods, HPLC with fluorescence detector (HPLC/FLD) and UPLC with electrospray tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC/MS/MS), for the determination of indoleamine neurotransmitters (NTs) and their metabolites in sea lamprey plasma samples. Liquid–liquid extraction (LLE) and solid-phase extraction (SPE) were also tested for recovery and matrix effect. The recoveries of SPE determined by HPLC/FLD and UPLC/MS/MS ranged from 75 to 123% and 78 to 105%, respectively, while the recoveries of LLE ranged from 45 to 73% and 48 to 75%, respectively. SPE combined with HPLC/FLD and UPLC/MS/MS to determine the target analytes in plasma samples were validated of the sensitivity, reproducibility, accuracy and precision. Both methods exhibited excellent linearity in the range of 0.2–50 ng mL−1 for all analytes. The limits of detection (LOD) varied from 0.04 ng mL−1 to 0.13 ng mL−1 for HPLC/FLD method and 0.003 ng mL−1 to 0.02 ng mL−1 for UPLC/MS/MS method. The inter-day accuracy ranged from 82.5 to 127.0% for HPLC/FLD and 93.0 to 113.0% for UPLC/MS/MS. The inter-day precision ranged from 9.9 to 32.3% for HPLC/FLD and 5.4 to 13.2% for UPLC/MS/MS. These results demonstrated that the values obtained by both methods were within the satisfactory range and the UPLC/MS/MS method provided more accurate and precise measurements than HPLC/FLD method. The comparison is of great importance to determine the available detectors, considering the complexity and expensiveness versus quality parameters. These two methods were applied to the analysis of four important indoleamine neurotransmitter analytes (5-hydroxytryptamine, 5-hydroxyindole-3-acetic acid, tryptamine and melatonin) in sea lamprey plasma samples.  相似文献

A simple, rapid and sensitive method based on microextraction in packed syringe (MEPS), in combination with gas chromatography–mass spectrometry (GC–MS) was developed. Polyaniline (PANI) nanowires network was synthesized and used as sorbent of MEPS for the multiresidue determination of selected analytes from triazine, organochlrorine and organophosphorous pesticides in aqueous samples. The PANI nanowires network was prepared using soft template technique and its characterization was studied by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The presence of micelles in this methodology showed to be an important parameter in shaping the growing polymer. Hexadecyltrimethylammonium bromide (HTAB) was used as structure directing agent in PANI preparation procedure and this was led to the formation of nanowires with diameters ranging from 35 nm to 45 nm. The synthesized PANI nanowires network showed higher extraction capability in comparison with the bulk PANI. Important parameters influencing the extraction and desorption processes including desorption solvent, elution volume, draw–eject cycles of sample, draw–eject mode, pH effect and amount of sorbent were optimized. Limits of detection were in the range of 0.07–0.3 ng mL−1 using time scheduled selected ion monitoring (SIM) mode. The linearity of method was in the range from 0.5–200 ng mL−1 to 0.2–1000 ng mL−1. The method precision (RSD %) with three replicates were in the range of 5.3–18.4% at the concentration level of 5 ng mL−1. The developed method was successfully applied to the Zayandeh-rood river water samples and the matrix factor obtained for the spiked real water samples were in the range of 0.79–0.94.  相似文献

A simple and rapid method based on solid-phase micro extraction (SPME) technique followed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry with selected ion monitoring (GC-MS, SIM) was developed by the simultaneous determination of 16 pesticides of seven different chemical groups [Six organophosphorus (trichlorfon, diazinon, methyl parathion, malathion, fenthion and ethyon), three pyrethroids (bifenhin, permethrin, cypermethrin), two imidazoles (imazalil and prochloraz), two strobilurins (azoxystrobin and pyraclostrobin), one carbamate (carbofuran), one tetrazine (clofentezine), and one triazole (difenoconazole)] in water. The pesticides extraction was done with direct immersion mode (DI-SPME) of the polyacrilate fiber (PA 85 µm). The extraction temperature was adjusted to 50 °C during 30 min, while stirring at 250 rpm was applied. After extraction, the fiber was introduced in the GC injector for thermal desorption for 5 min. at 280 °C. The method was validated using ultra pure water samples fortified with pesticides at different concentration levels and shows good linearity in the concentrations between 0.05 and 250.00 ng mL− 1. The LOD and LOQ ranged, from 0.02 to 0.30 ng mL− 1 and 0.05 to 1.00 ng mL− 1, respectively. Intra-day and inter-day precisions were determined in two concentration levels (5.00 and 50.00 ng mL− 1). Intra-day relative standard deviation (%R.S.D.) ranged between 3.6 and 13.6%, and inter-day (%R.S.D.) ranged between 6.3 and 18.5%. Relative recovery tests were carried out spiking the ultra pure sample with standards in three different concentration levels 0.20, 5.00 and 50.00 ng mL− 1. The recovery at 0.20 ng mL− 1 level varied from 86.4 ± 9.4% to 108.5 ± 10.5%, at 5.00 ng mL− 1 level varied from 77.5 ± 10.8% to 104.6 ± 9.6% and at 50.00 ng mL− 1 level varied from 70.2 ± 4.6% to 98.4 ± 8.5%. The proposed SPME method was applied in twenty-six water samples collected in the “Platô de Neópolis”, State of Sergipe, Brazil. Methyl parathion was detected in five samples with an average concentration of 0.17 ng mL− 1 and bifenthrin, pyraclostrobin and azoxystrobin residues were found in three samples with average concentrations of 2.28, 3.12 and 0.15 ng mL− 1, respectively.  相似文献

A pyrrole-based conductive polymer was prepared and applied as new sorbent for on-line solid-phase extraction (SPE) of phenol and chlorophenols from water samples. Polypyrrole (PPy) was synthesized by chemical oxidation of the monomer in non-aqueous solution. The efficiency of this polymer for extraction of phenol and chlorophenols was evaluated using 35 mg of PPy as the sorbent in an on-line SPE system coupled to reversed-phase liquid chromatography with UV detection. The mobile phase were mixture of phosphate buffer-acetonitrile and compounds were eluted by the mobile phase using a six-port switching valve. High volumes of water, up to 160 ml, could be preconcentrated without the loss of phenols, except for the more polar ones. The R.S.D. for a river water sample spiked with phenol and chlorophenols at sub-ppb level was lower than 7% (n=5) and detection limits of 15-100 and 35-150 ng l−1 for tap and river water were obtained, respectively.  相似文献

Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) are common environmental pollutants in both living and working environments. The aim of this study was the development of a headspace solid-phase microextraction gas chromatography-isotope dilution mass spectrometry (HS-SPME/GC-IDMS) method for the simultaneous quantification of 13 PAHs in urine samples. Different parameters affecting PAHs extraction by HS-SPME were considered and optimized: type/thickness of fiber coatings, extraction temperature/time, desorption temperature/time, ionic strength and sample agitation. The stability of spiked PAHs solutions and of real urine samples stored up to 90 days in containers of different materials was evaluated. In the optimized method, analytes were absorbed for 60 min at 80 °C in the sample headspace with a 100 μm polydimethylsiloxane fiber. The method is very specific, with linear range from the limit of quantification to 8.67 × 103 ng L−1, a within-run precision of <20% and a between-run precision of <20% for 2-, 3- and 4-ring compounds and of <30% for 5-ring compounds, trueness within 20% of the spiked concentration, and limit of quantification in the 2.28-2.28 × 101 ng L−1 range. An application of the proposed method using 15 urine samples from subjects exposed to PAHs at different environmental levels is shown.  相似文献

A solid-phase extraction (SPE) using multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) as adsorbent coupled with gas chromatography–mass spectrometry (GC–MS) method was developed for the determination of 16 polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in environmental water samples. Several condition parameters, such as extraction adsorbents, elution solvents and volumes, and sample loading flow rate and volume were optimized to obtain high SPE recoveries and extraction efficiency. 150 mg MWCNTs as sorbent presented high extraction efficiency of 16 PAHs due to the large specific surface area and high adsorption capacity of MWCNTs compared with the commercial C18 column (250 mg/2 mL). The calibration curves of 16 PAHs extracted were linear in the range of 20–5000 ng L−1, with the correlation coefficients (r2) between 0.9848 and 0.9991. The method attained good precisions (relative standard deviation, RSD) from 1.2% to 12.1% for standard PAHs aqueous solutions; method recoveries ranged in 76.0–125.5%, 74.5–127.0%, and 70.0–122.0% for real spiked samples from river water, tap water and seawater, respectively. Limits of detection (LODs, S/N = 3) of the method were determined from 2.0 to 8.5 ng L−1. The optimized method was successfully applied to the determination of 16 PAHs in real environmental water samples.  相似文献

This study proposes a method for identifying 1,3-dichloro-2-propanol and 3-chloro-1,2-propandiol in aqueous matrices by using headspace on-fiber derivatization following solid-phase microextraction combined with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. The optimized SPME experimental procedures for extracting 1,3-dichloro-2-propanol and 3-chloro-1,2-propandiol in aqueous solutions involved a 85 μm polyacrylate-coated fiber at pH 6, a sodium chloride concentration of 0.36 g mL−1, extraction at 50 °C for 15 min and desorption of analytes at 260 °C for 3 min. Headspace derivatization was conducted in a laboratory-made design with N-methyl-N-(trimethylsilyl)-trifluoroacetamide vapor following solid-phase microextraction by using 3 μL N-methyl-N-(trimethylsilyl)-trifluoroacetamide at an oil bath temperature of 230 °C for 40 s. This method had good repeatability (R.S.D.s ≤ 19%, n = 8) and good linearity (r2 ≥ 0.9972) for ultrapure water and soy sauce samples that were spiked with two analytes. Detection limits were obtained at the ng mL−1. The result demonstrated that headspace on-fiber derivatization following solid-phase microextraction was a simple, fast and accurate technique for identifying trace 1,3-dichloro-2-propanol and 3-chloro-1,2-propandiol in soy sauce.  相似文献

An isocratic high-performance liquid chromatographic method has been developed for the measurement of serotonin, 5-hydroxyindolacetic and homovanillic acids in dried blood spots and in platelet poor and rich plasma samples. Analyses were carried out on a C18 reversed-phase column using a mobile phase composed of 13% methanol and 87% aqueous citrate buffer, containing octanesulfonic and ethylendiaminotetracetic acids. Coulometric detection was used, setting the guard cell at +0.100 V, the first analytical cell at −0.200 V and the second analytical cell at +0.400 V. For the pre-treatment of biological samples a novel solid-phase extraction procedure, based on mixed-mode reversed-phase – strong anion exchange Oasis cartridges, was implemented. Extraction yields of the analytes from all these matrices were satisfactory, being always higher than 89.0%. The calibration curve was linear over the on-column concentration range of 0.1–22.5 ng mL−1 for serotonin and 5-hydroxyindolacetic acid and of 0.25–22.5 ng mL−1 for homovanillic acid. The sensitivity was good with a limit of detection of 0.05 ng mL−1 for serotonin and 5-hydroxyindolacetic acid and 0.12 ng mL−1 for homovanillic acid. Results were also satisfactory in terms of precision, selectivity and accuracy. The analytical method was successfully applied to human platelet poor and rich plasma samples and to dried blood spots from volunteers and psychiatric patients.  相似文献
