The reaction of 4-oxo-1-benzopyran-2-carboxylic acid ( I ) with carbodi-imides 2 yield N-acylureas 3 . These N-acylureas are easly cyclised in ethanol to yield the corresponding spiro-4-oxo-1-benzopyrans 4 .  相似文献

The reaction of 3,4-diamino-5-oxo-4,5-dihydro-l,2,4-triazine or its 6-methyl or 6-phenyl substituted derivatives and ethyl acetoacetate gave three compounds: 4,7-dioxo-9-methyl-1,4,6,7-tetrahydro-as-triazino[4,3-b]-1,2,4-triazepine in poor yield, isomeric 4,9-dioxo-7-methyl-1,4,8,9-tetrahydro-as -triazino[4,3-b]-1,2,4-triazepine and by competitive cyclisation, 2-methyl-7-oxo-3,7-dihydro-s-triazolo[3,2-c]-1,2,4-triazine. By condensation of 3-methylamino-4-amino-5-oxo-4,5-dihydro-1,2,4-triazine with ethyl acetoacetate, the formation of 4,9-dioxo-7,10-dimethyl-4,8,9,10-tetrahydro-as-triazino[4,3-b]-1,2,4-triazepine was strongly favored.  相似文献

Synthesis of Evernin Two syntheses of the depside evernin 6 are described. Condensation of methyl acetoacetate and methyl crotonate followed by aromatization and reduction with Raney-Ni led to methyl orsellinate (3) . The condensation of everninic acid (4) , obtained by partial methylation of 3 and saponification of the methyl ester, with methyl 2, 4-dihydroxy-3, 6-dimethylbenzoate (methyl β-orcin carboxylate) (5) in presence of cyclohexylcarbodiimide gave evernin ( 6 ). In a second syntheis methyl dihydroorsellinate (1) was regiospecifically converted into its 4-methyl enol ether and aromatized via the benzene selenenyl derivative to yield methyl evernate (7) . Benzylation followed by saponification gave the free acid 8 . Methyl β-orcin carboxylate (5) was synthesized in an analogous way from methyl 3,6-dimethyl-2,4-dioxocyclohexanecarboxylate. Condensation of 8 with the methyl ester 5 by treatment with trifluoroacetic anhydride in toluene yielded 9 , which could be converted into evernin ( 6 ) by hydrogenolysis of the benzyl ether.  相似文献

The mass spectrometric fragmentation of a series of diols having the general formula HO? (CH2)n? OH with n = 2-11 has been studied. Extensive labelling of n-butane-1,4 diol and n-hexane-1,6 diol with deuterium allows fragmentation modes to be proposed. The labelling reveals that intramolecular exchange of H atoms often precedes the fragmentation and becomes more important when the length of the chain increases.  相似文献

Synthesis and reactions of 5,6-dideoxy-6-halogeno-α-D-xylo-hept-5-eno-furanurononitriles The 5,6-dideoxy-6-chloro-, 6-iodo- and 6-fluoro-3-O-methyl-α-D -xylo-hept-5-eno-furanurononitriles have been prepared, their properties described as well as the methods used for the assignment of the configuration of the geometrical isomers. Some new reactions of the 6-bromo analog ( 1 ) of these compounds are reported. For example, when reacted with 2-mercaptoethanol or N,N′-dimethyl-ethylenediamine in the presence of NaOH, 1 gave the corresponding six-membered ring, stereo-isomers of an oxathiane or of a perhydrodiazine respectively. When the base used was Et3N and the binucleophile the N-methyl-ethanolamine or the N,N′-dimethyl-ethylene-diamine the major product was a cyano-enamine which could be hydrolysed to a β-cyanoketone or cyclized to a five-membered ring, an oxazolidine or an imidazolidine respectively.  相似文献

Acylation of N-substituted exo-2-hydroxy-5-oxo-4-oxatricyclo[4.2.1.03,7]nonane-endo-9-carboxamides on heating in boiling glacial acetic acid gave the corresponding trans-diacetoxy imides of the norbornane series. The effect of the reaction time on the product composition was studied in the reaction with exo-2-hydroxy-N-(4-methylphenyl)-5-oxo-4-oxatricyclo[4.2.1.03,7]nonane-endo-9-carboxamide. The structure of the resulting norbornane-2,3-dicarboximides was confirmed by IR, 1H NMR, and mass spectra, and the structure of N-(2,5-dimethylphenyl)-exo-2,endo-3-diacetoxybicyclo[2.2.1]heptan-endo-5,endo-6-dicarboximide was additionally proved by X-ray analysis.  相似文献

The regioselective reaction of N1-benzyl-N2-(4-nitrophenyl)ethanediamide with dialkyl acetylenedicarboxylates or alkyl propiolates in the presence of triphenylphosphine leads to dialkyl 4-benzylamino-1-(4-nitrophenyl)-5-oxo-2,5-dihydro-1H-pyrrole-2,3-dicarboxylates or alkyl 4-benzylamino-1-(4-nitrophenyl)-2-oxo-5-pyrrolidinecarboxylates in good yields.  相似文献

Under the conditions of the Schmidt reaction the thienobenzothiepinones 1 , 2 and 13 involve a rearrangement respectively in N-benzythieno[2,3-d]isothiazolin-3-one ( 5 ) and benzoisthiazolin-3-one ( 6 ). A mechanism for this rearrangement is proposed.  相似文献

Acid-catalyzed reactions of N-(carboxyalkyl)ureas with 1,3-dialkyl-4,5-dihydroxy-4,5-diphenylimidazolidine-2-thiones in methanol or propan-2-ol led to the formation of previously unknown ω-(4,6-dialkyl-2-oxo-3a,6a-diphenyl-5-thioxooctahydroimidazo[4,5-d]imidazol-1-yl)alkanoic acids and their methyl and isopropyl esters. The structure of some esters was proved by X-ray analysis. Methyl (4,6-diethyl-2-oxo-3a,6adiphenyl-5-thioxooctahydroimidazo[4,5-d]imidazol-1-yl)acetate showed anxiolytic effect.  相似文献

Spin-Labeled Nucleosides Analogs A series of 5′-deoxy-5′-hydroxylamino derivatives of adenosine and uridine have been prepared by reduction of the corresponding oxime or nitrone. ‘Second generation’ 3′-deoxy-3′-N-aryl(or N-alkyl) hydroxylamino-β-D -xylofuranosyluracils have also been synthesized by a one-pot reaction including the following elementary steps: deblocking of the starting material, reduction of the 3′-deoxy-3′-oximinouridine, condensation of the resulting hydroxylamine with an aldehyde, reduction of the nitrone formed. The deoxy-hydroxylaminonucleosides oxidized spontaneously in the air (or in presence of traces of PbO2) to give the corresponding nitroxide free radicals, ESR spectra of which furnished useful informations on their structures. Some of these modified nucleosides bore notable cytotoxic or antiviral activities.  相似文献

Reaction of 2-t-butylthiobenzaldehyde with N-(2-dialkylaminoethyl)-cyanacetamides followed by heating of the resulting 3-(2-t-butylthiophenyl)-2-cyanoacrylamides in polyphosphoric acid leads to the formation of 3-carboxamido-2-imino-2H-benzo[b][l]thiopyrann intermediates which afford thiocoumarins on hydrolysis. The 2-(1-aziridinyl)tetrahydropyrans cannot be obtained by aminolysis of the 2-dialkylaminotetrahydropyrans. These compounds are synthesized by the Hofmann reaction between 2-chlorotetrahydropyrans and ethylenimine. The effect of acetic anhydride on the 2-(1-aziridinyl) and 2-dialkylaminotetrahydropyrans was studied. The 2-dimethylaminotetrahydropyrans were converted into 2-acetoxytetrahydropyrans and dimethylacetamide by cleavage of the carbon-nitrogen bond. Ring opening of the oxygen heterocycle gives the corresponding dialkylacetamides and polymerised products. The 2-(1-aziridinyl)tetrahydropyrans allow the synthesis of the N-(2-tetrahydropyrannyl)-N-(2-acetoxy-ethyl)acetamides. Acetic anhydride ring opens the nitrogen heterocycle.  相似文献

5-(4-Chlorophenyl)- and 5-phenylfuran-2(3H)-ones reacted with guanidine carbonate at the methylene group in the unsaturated lactone molecule, leading to the formation of 4-(2-aryl-5-oxo-2,5-dihydrofuran-2-yl)-5-aryltetrahydrofuran-2-ones, while 5-(4-methylphenyl)furan-2(3H)-one under analogous conditions gave rise to N,N′-bis[4-(4-methylphenyl)-4-oxobutanoyl]guanidine. The reactions of 5-arylfuran-2(3H)- ones with thioacetamide afforded 4-aryl-N-{1-[5-aryl-2-oxo-2,3-dihydrofuran-3-ylidene]ethyl}-4-oxobutanamides. The corresponding N-(4-aryl-4-oxobutanoyl)thioureas were obtained by heating 5-arylfuran-2(3H)-ones with thiourea.  相似文献

The reaction of N-methylmorpholinium 5-alkoxy-carbonyl-4-aryl-3-cyano-2-oxo-1,4,5,6-tetrahydropyridine-2-thiolates with primary amines and formaldehyde under mild conditions afforded 7-substituted alkyl 9-aryl-5-cyano-2-oxo-4-thioxo-3,7-diazabicyclo[3.3.1]nonane-1-carboxylates in fair to good yields (52–74%). The photolysis of benzene or alcoholic solutions of N-acetyl-and N,N-diacetylbenzimidazolones gave mixtures of ortho- and para-rearrangements products accompanied to some extent with de-N-acylation. The structures of dichloro{2‐[(5‐methyl‐1H‐pyrazol‐3‐yl‐κN2)methyl]‐1H‐1,3‐benzimidazole‐κN3}copper(II), [CuCl2(C12H12N4)], and di‐μ‐chloro‐bis(chloro{2‐[(5‐methyl‐1H‐pyrazol‐3‐yl‐κN2)methyl]‐1H‐1,3‐benzimidazole‐κN3}­cadmium(II)), [Cd2Cl4(C12H12N4)2], show that these compounds have the structural formula [ML(Cl)2]n, where L is 2‐[(5‐methylpyra­zolyl)methyl]benzimidazole. When M is copper, the complex is a monomer (n = 1), with a tetrahedral coordination for the Cu atom. When M is cadmium (n = 2), the complex lies about an inversion centre giving rise to a centrosymmetric dimer in which the Cd atoms are bridged by two chloride ions and are pentacoordinated.  相似文献

The treatment of 2-coumaranone with the Vilsmeier reagent affords three products: 2-chloro-3-benzofurancarboxaldehyde ( 3 ), 3-dimethylaminomethylene-2-(3H)benzofuranone ( 4 ), and 3-dimethylaminomethylene-2,3-dihydro-2-oxo-6-benzofurancarboxaldehyde ( 5 ). Both 4 and 5 are isolated as a mixture of E and Z isomers. The reaction of 3 with the anion of N-methylmethanesulfonamide affords the title compound 1-methyl-1H-benzofuro[2,3-c][1,2]-thiazine 2,2-dioxide ( 6 ). Spectral data is also discussed.  相似文献

Reactions of ethyl 1-alkyl-5-benzoyl-6-methylsulfanyl-2-oxo-1,2-dihydropyridine-3-carboxylates with nitrogen-containing 1,4- and 1,5-binucleophiles (o-phenylenediamine, o-aminobenzenethiol, ethane-1,2-diamine, and propane-1,3-diamine) involved recyclization, leading to the formation of fused N-alkyl-5-benzoyl- 2-oxo-1,2-dihydropyridine-3-carboxamides, diethyl 6,6′-oxybis(1-alkyl-5-benzoyl-2-oxo-1,2-dihydropyridine-3-carboxylates), and diethyl 6,6′-[ethane-1,2-diyl(or propane-1,3-diyl)diimino]bis(1-alkyl-5-benzoyl-2-oxo-1,2-dihydropyridine-3-carboxylates), depending on the reactant ratio. The sequence of formation of intermediate recyclization products was determined.  相似文献
