Time dependences of the azimuthal component of the torque T φ(t) acting on magnetization are calculated to understand the nature of the delayed magnetization acceleration effect observed during the 90° pulsed magnetization of real ferrite–garnet films, in which biaxial anisotropy exists alongside with in-plane anisotropy. A calculation technique based on analyzing an operating point trajectory is used. Calculations show that if the effective anisotropy field H K2 is comparable to the magnetizing pulse amplitude H ma, abruptly ascending regions at characteristic times t* in curves T φ(t) arise, in the limit of which nonlinear magnetization oscillations formed. The shape of these regions depends weakly on the magnetizing pulse front duration τf. This explains the reason of the weak dependence of the nonlinear magnetization oscillations on duration of the magnetizing pulse front. Calculations also show that the main features of the delayed acceleration effect are less clear upon an increase of the pulse amplitude: the behavior of curves T φ(t) becomes smoother near times t*, and an increase in the pulse front duration is accompanied by a stronger drop in the intensity of magnetization oscillations.  相似文献

The undulatory behavior in the velocity dependence of the total elastic cross-sectionQ(v) for atom-atom-scattering can be calculated by the semiclassical approximation. In a previous paper J numerical values of the classical deflection function, which are necessary to evaluate the amplitude of the extrema inQ(v), were reported for a Kihara-potential as a function of the reduced energyK and the potential parameter α. The present paper gives the correspondent reduced maximum phase shiftsη 0 * (K,α), which determine the location of the extrema. The results for the Kihara-potential are compared with similar calculations for a Lennard-Jones-(n, 6)-potential.  相似文献

The dynamical equation for the order parameter of the metal-semiconductor phase transition, as well as the kinetic equation for the density of nonequilibrium electron-hole pairs of a Peierls system in a light field, has been derived. An expression for the time τ of the nonthermal photoinduced semiconductor-metal phase transition has been obtained from these equations for the case of an ultrashort light pulse. It has been shown that, to initiate the phase transition, the energy density W of the light pulse must be higher than the critical value W c. The W c, τ, and optical absorption coefficient γ0 that are calculated in the framework of the proposed model are in agreement with the experimental data (W c ≈ 12 mJ/cm2, τ ≈ 75 fs, and γ0 ≈ 105 cm?1) on the irradiation of a vanadium dioxide film by a laser pulse with a duration of τp ≈ 15 fs, a photon energy of ?θ0 = 1.6 eV, and an energy density of W = 50 mJ/cm2.  相似文献

T l -values and absorption cross sections for protons and neutrons are calculated with optical potentials, which have been fitted to experimental scattering data. Values are given forZ=10, 20, 30, 50, 70, 90, and energies between 0.1 und 25 MeV. For protons we used the local optical potential ofPerey and for neutrons the nonlocal optical potential ofPerey andBuck. The results are compared with those of other optical potentials. In addition it is shown, that the spin-orbit-interaction leads toT l j -values which sometimes differ appreciably depending whetherj equalsl+1/2 orl?1/2.  相似文献

The collisionless vibrational excitation of a polyatomic molecule in an IR laser radiation field has been theoretically studied. It has been shown that (i) the degree of vibrational excitation (namely, number 0000 of vibrational quanta of a molecular mode near-resonant with the IR laser field that are absorbed by the molecule) is low if laser pulse intensity P (energy flux density in the laser beam) is lower than a certain critical value P cr; (ii) the degree of excitation abruptly increases after crossing the boundary where P = P cr; (iii) this effect is attributed to two properties inherent in polyatomic molecules, namely, the anharmonicity of the vibrational mode interacting with the laser field and the energy exchange with other modes; and (iv) at P > P cr, number 00000 is determined only by energy density Φ = PτP, where τP is the laser pulse duration, 00000 monotonically increases with increasing Φ. The model is in good agreement with the experimental data.  相似文献

The generation of coherent optical phonons in a polycrystalline antimony film sample has been investigated using femtosecond electron diffraction method. Phonon vibrations have been induced in the Sb sample by the main harmonic of a femtosecond Ti:Sa laser (λ = 800 nm) and probed by a pulsed ultrashort photoelectron beam synchronized with the pump laser. The diffraction patterns recorded at different times relative to the pump laser pulse display oscillations of electron diffraction intensity corresponding to the frequencies of vibrations of optical phonons: totally symmetric (A 1g ) and twofold degenerate (E g ) phonon modes. The frequencies that correspond to combinations of these phonon modes in the Sb sample have also been experimentally observed.  相似文献

The anomalous behavior of the isochoric heat capacity of a mixture of methane, pentane and heptane is studied experimentally in the vicinity of the liquid-vapor critical point in the cases when (a) the critical temperature T c approaches the tricritical point T TCP and (b) the critical temperature approaches the upper critical end point T U . It is shown that in all cases, the singular part of the heat capacity of the mixture has the form Csing=A¦τ¦, where τ=(T ? T c )/T c and α≈0.11. When T c T U , amplitude A of the heat capacity anomaly is found to be approximately constant. At the same time, the amplitude of the anomaly tends to zero in the vicinity of the tricritical point: A∝¦τc¦ε, where τc=(T c ? T TCP )/T TCP and ε=1.6?1.7. The inevitable vanishing of this mode of the heat capacity anomaly leads to a negative value of the critical index \(\tilde \alpha\) characterizing the heat capacity anomaly at the tricritical point, while the tricritical point theory and the isomorphism hypothesis predict \(\tilde \alpha = 0.5\).  相似文献

The theory ofKraichnan is applied to quasi-stationary isotropic hydromagnetic turbulence. The average infinitesimal-impulse-response functionsg(k, τ), g m (k, τ) and the time-correlationsr(k, τ), r m (k, τ) are evaluated by the non-local direct-interaction approximation within the inertial range. For the range of ohmic but no viscous dissipation it is found that the magnetic energy spectrumE m (k) obeys aE(k)k ?2-law in accordance with results ofGolitsyn andMoffatt.  相似文献

The minimum interval of event horizon area of Rerssner-Nordström black hole was calculated via using the loop quantum gravity theory. Based on the first law of black hole thermodynamics, the real part of quasi-normal modes frequency of the black hole was calculated. The expression of asymptotically quasi-normal mode frequency of Rerssner-Nordström black hole was deduced strictly. By analyzing the value of the minimum spin j m i n , the two families of quasi-normal mode spectra of the charged black hole were obtained for j m i n = 1/2 and j m i n = 1 respectively. Our conclusion is in complete agreement with the analytical results of Hod. Our results provide the theoretical basis for the source of the real part of the quasi-normal mode frequency of the black hole.  相似文献

Coherent optical phonons of A1k and Ek symmetry in antimony have been studied using the femtosecond pump–probe technique. By varying the pump-pulse duration and keeping the probe duration constant, it was shown that the amplitude of coherent phonons of both symmetries exponentially decreases with increasing pulse width. It was found that the amplitude decay rate for the fully symmetric phonons with larger frequency is greater than that of the doubly degenerate phonons, whereas the frequency and lifetime for coherent phonons of both symmetries do not depend on the pump-pulse duration. Based on this data, the possibility of separation between dynamic and kinematic contributions to the generation mechanism of coherent phonons is discussed.  相似文献

Thin free-standing films of a compound with the smectic-C A * and smectic-C α * phases were investigated by means of depolarized microscopy and optical reflectivity. In thin films, the smectic phase sequence C A * ?Cα/*?A is replaced by a series of temperature-and field-induced transitions into states with the coplanar orientation of molecular tilt planes. Transitions are accompanied by a change in the direction of the electric polarization with respect to the tilt plane of molecules. The coplanar structure of these states is consistent with the Ising model.  相似文献

The semiclassical approximation can be used to calculate the extrema in the energy dependence of the total cross section for collisions between neutral atoms and molecules. For this treatment, the classical deflection functionΘ(β) must be known in the region nearβ 0, where it passes smoothly through 0° (glory scattering). The Ostwald ripening in metallic alloys and quasi-zero-dimensional semiconductor structures is investigated under conditions of mixed dislocation-matrix diffusion, when none of the terms j d and j v in the expression for the total diffusion flux can be ignored. The size distribution functions and time dependences of the maximum size r g and critical (average) size r k(〈r〉) of particles for different ratios x between the fluxes are obtained. It is demonstrated that mixed dislocation-matrix diffusion can occur in the course of the formation of CdS quantum dots prepared through chemical deposition.  相似文献

Dielectric relaxation studies of binary (jk) polar mixtures of tetrahydrofuran with N-methyl acetamide, N,N-dimethyl acetamide, N-methyl formamide and N,N-dimethyl formamide dissolved in benzene(i) for different weight fractions (w j k ’s) of the polar solutes and mole fractions (x j ’s) of tetrahydrofuran at 25 °C are attempted by measuring the conductivity of the solution under 9.90 GHz electric field using Debye theory. The estimated relaxation time (τ j k ’s) and dipole moment (μ j k ’s) agree well with the reported values signifying the validity of the proposed methods. Structural and associational aspects are predicted from the plot of τ j k and μ j k against x j of tetrahydrofuran to arrive at solute–solute (dimer) molecular association upto x j =0.3 of tetrahydrofuran and thereafter solute–solvent (monomer) molecular association upto x j =1.0 for all systems except tetrahydrofuran + N,N-dimethyl acetamide.  相似文献

The generation of coherent optical phonons in an antimony film has been directly observed by the femtosecond electron diffraction method. The sample has been excited by a femtosecond laser pulse (λ = 800 nm) and probed with a pulsed photoelectron beam. Oscillations of the intensity corresponding to vibration frequencies of optical phonons excited by the laser have been observed in the obtained diffraction patterns: totally symmetric (A1g) and twofold degenerate (E2g) phonon modes of antimony and their combinations.  相似文献

We demonstrate a stable and efficient passively Q-switched 2.8 μm Er3+-doped ZBLAN fiber laser with a broadband semiconductor saturable absorber mirror. Enabled by the broadband optical modulator, the stable Q-switched fiber laser can deliver a maximum average power over 700 mW with corresponding per-pulse energy of 8.19 μJ and a pulse width of 1.3 μs at a repetition rate of 88.6 kHz under an incident pump power of 3.8 W. In addition, the slope efficiency can reach 22.5%. To the best of our knowledge, this is the highest reported slope efficiency for the passively Q-switched Er3+-doped ZBLAN fiber laser.  相似文献

The evolution of multipole moments is analyzed for optically pumped cold ground-state atoms in the limit of low saturation of a closed j0j1 dipole transition. The longest multipole-moment relaxation times are analyzed as functions of ellipticity and frequency detuning from resonance for transitions with j0 ? 5. The qualitative difference between the evolution toward steady-state Zeeman sublevel populations and dynamics of transient spontaneous emission is demonstrated for transitions of the following types: jj?1, jj with integer j, jj with half-integer j, and jj + 1.  相似文献

Simulations of how secondary components of cosmic rays are generated and pass through the atmosphere are performed using the CORSIKA software package. The relationship between the vertical projection of the local anisotropy vector A Z and the index of primary particle spectrum γ is calculated. The time series of A Z for 2007–2015 are obtained using data from the URAGAN muon hodoscope. Matrix data corrected for barometric and temperature effects are used to estimate A Z . Using the A Z time series, the average annual daily variations Δγ are estimated. Annual and daily variations in the slope of the energy spectrum of primary protons are observed.  相似文献
