Refluxing a mixture of a heteroarylcarboxaldehyde and an N-alkylamino acid in dry toluene, in the presence of 4 Å molecular sieves, results in the formation of β-hydroxyamines through the 1,3-electrocyclisation of an azomethine ylide and the subsequent ring-opening hydrolysis of an aziridine. The intermediacy of an azomethine ylide in this process is suggested by the isolation of oxazolidines from the cycloaddition of the azomethine ylides to their aldehyde precursors.  相似文献

New polyesters having azomethine and phenylthiourea groups in the polymer backbone were synthesized by interfacial polycondensation method. The dihydroxy monomer N-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxybenzal) N′-(4′-hydroxyphenyl)thiourea was condensed with six diacid chlorides: terephthaloyl, isophthaloyl, azeloyl, suberoyl, pimeloyl and adipolyl chlorides. The resulting polyesters were characterized by viscosity, IR, NMR and TGA analysis. The wholly aromatic poly(azomethine ester) derived from terephthaloyl chloride when blended with polyaniline/NH4OH, polyaniline/HCl and pure polyaniline shows conductance in the range 3.2 × 10−3-0.91 × 10−1 S cm−1.  相似文献

A novel Fe(II)/diaryl prolinol catalyzed asymmetric 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition of azomethine ylides with alkenes has been developed. In the presence of FeCl2 (10 mol %) and α,α-bis(3,5-bistrifluoromethylphenyl)prolinol L1 (10 mol %), [3+2] cycloaddition of azomethine ylides with electronic-deficient olefins underwent smoothly in CH3CN at room temperature to generate the desired endo-adducts in moderate to good yields and enantioselectivities. This is the first example of Fe(II)/N,O-ligand (L1) catalyzed 1,3-dipolar enantioselective cycloaddition reaction of azomethine ylides.  相似文献

The molecular structures of the isatin Schiff bases of S-methyldithiocarbazate (Hisasme) and S-benzyldithiocarbazate (Hisasbz) have been determined by X-ray diffraction and their complexes of general formula [ML2n(solvate) [M = Co2+, Ni2+, Zn2+; L = anionic forms of Hisasme or Hisasbz; solvate = DMF, DMSO; n = 1, 2] and [Sn(L)Ph2Cl]·nMeOH (n = 0, 1) have been synthesized and characterized by a variety of physicochemical techniques and X-ray diffraction. The bis-ligand complexes, [Ni(isasbz)2]·2DMSO and [Co(isasme)2]·DMF have a six-coordinate, distorted octahedral geometry with the two uninegatively charged tridentate ONS ligands coordinated to the metal ions meridionally via the amide O-atoms, the azomethine nitrogen atoms and the thiolate sulfur atoms. By contrast, the crystal structure of [Zn(isasbz)2]·2DMF shows a four-coordinate distorted tetrahedral geometry with the two Schiff bases coordinated as NS bidentate ligands via the azomethine nitrogen atoms and the thiolate sulfur atoms. Steric constraints of the rigid tridentate ligands lead to unusual ‘pseudo-coordination’ of the O-donors which occupy sites close to the metal but too distant to be considered as true coordinate bonds.The crystal structures of the tin(IV) complexes [SnLPh2Cl]·nMeOH (L = isasme and isasbz; n = 0, 1) also show that the Schiff bases act as monoanionic bidentate NS chelating agents coordinating the tin(IV) ion via the azomethine nitrogen atoms and the thiolate sulfur atoms, the tin atom in each complex is five-coordinate with a highly distorted geometry intermediate of square pyramidal and trigonal bipyramidal. Again Sn?O contacts are weak and do not qualify as coordinate bonds.  相似文献

New pyrrolo derivatives of benzo[b]thiophene 1,1-dioxide have been synthesised via 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reactions. Reaction of benzo[b]thiophene 1,1-dioxide with stabilised azomethine ylides gave products in low yield but high stereoselectivity whereas reaction with non-stabilised azomethine ylides gave high overall yields but low stereoselectivity.  相似文献

Imines of (1S,9S)-t-butyl-9-amino-octahydro-6,10-dioxo-6H-pyridazino[1,2-a][1,2]diazepine-1-carboxylate undergo thermal (toluene, 110°C) or LiBr-DBU catalysed (MeCN, room temperature) regio- and stereo-specific cycloaddition to a range of chiral dipolarophiles giving enantiopure spiro-cycloadducts in excellent yield. The reactions proceed via intermediate NH azomethine ylides and litho azomethine ylides, respectively and results in the multiplication of chiral centres from 2 (one of which is lost in the process) to 5.  相似文献

The 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition of meso-tetrakis(pentafluorophenyl)porphyrin and its nickel complex, with the bulky azomethine ylide dipole was studied under mild conditions, and yielded chlorin and isobacteriochlorin derivatives self-prevented from aggregation. The reactions were performed at room temperature or 0 °C, and we were able to establish a set of reaction conditions to obtain only the chlorin or the isobacteriochlorin. These compounds were evaluated in solution, and no aggregation was observed at less than 25 mM (∼30 mg mL−1) using 1H NMR experiments.  相似文献

In this study we present results of the conductivity and resistance to thermooxidative and condensation reactions of a highly phosphonated poly(pentafluorostyrene) (PWN2010) and of its blends with poly(benzimidazole)s (PBI). This polymer, which combines both: (i) a high degree of phosphonation (above 90%) and (ii) a relatively high acidity (pKa (–PO3H2 ↔ –PO3H) ∼ 0.5) due to the fluorine neighbors, is designed for low humidity operating fuel cell. This was confirmed by the conductivity measurements for PWN2010 reaching σ = 5 × 10−4 S cm−1 at 150 °C in dry N2 and σ = 1 × 10−3 S cm−1 at 150 °C (λ = 0.75). Furthermore, this polymer showed only 48% of anhydride formation when annealing it at T = 250 °C for 5 h and only 2% weight loss during a 96 h Fenton test. These properties combined with the ability of the PWN2010 to form homogeneous blends with polybenzimidazoles resulting in stable and flexible polymer films, makes PWN2010 a very promising candidate as a polymer electrolyte for intermediate- and high-temperature fuel cell applications.  相似文献

A new piezoelectric quartz crystal (PQC) sensor using molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) as sensing material has been developed for fast and onsite determination of pirimicarb in contaminated vegetables. Three MIPs particles have been prepared by conventional bulk polymerization (MIP-B) and precipitation polymerization in either acetonitrile (MIP-P1) or chloroform (MIP-P2). MIP-P2, with uniform spherical shape and mean diameter at about 50 nm, has shown the best performance as the sensing material for PQC sensor. The sensor fabricated with MIP-P2 can achieve a steady-state response within 5 min, a very short response time as compared to MIPs-coated PQC sensor reported in the literature. The sensor developed exhibits good selectivity (low response to those pesticides with similar structures to pirimicarb, such as atrazine, carbaryl, carbofuran and aldicarb) and high sensitivity to pirimicarb with a linear working range from 5.0 × 10−6 to 4.7 × 10−3 mol L−1 (following a regression equation (r = 0.9988) of −ΔF = 0.552 + 1.79 × 106 C), a repeatability (R.S.D., n = 5) of 4.3% and a detection limit (S/N = 3, n = 5) of 5 × 10−7 mol L−1. The MIP-coated PQC sensor developed is shown to provide a sensitive and fast method for onsite determination of pirimicarb in aqueous extract from contaminated vegetables with satisfactory recoveries from 96 to 103% and repeatability (R.S.D., n = 5) from 4.6 to 7.1% at pirimicarb concentrations ranging from 8.0 × 10−6 to 2.0 × 10−4 mol L−1.  相似文献

Complexes of general formula, [M(isa-sme)2] · n(solvate) [M = Ni2+, Cu2+, Zn2+, Cd2+; isa-sme = monoanionic form of the Schiff base formed by condensation of isatin with S-methyldithiocarbazate; n = 1 or 1.5; solvate = MeCN, DMSO, MeOH or H2O] have been synthesized and characterized by a variety of physicochemical techniques. An X-ray crystallographic structure determination of the [Ni(isa-sme)2] · MeCN complex reveals a six-coordinate, distorted octahedral geometry. The two uninegatively charged, tridentate, Schiff base ligands are coordinated to the nickel(II) ion meridionally via the amide O-atoms, the azomethine N-atoms and the thiolate S-atoms. By contrast, the crystal structure of [Zn(isa-sme)2] · MeOH shows a four-coordinate distorted tetrahedral geometry. The two dithiocarbazate ligands are coordinated as NS bidentate chelates with the amide O-atom not coordinated. The structure of the copper(II) complex [Cu(isa-sme)2] · DMSO is complicated and comprises two different complexes in the asymmetric unit, one four- and the other five-coordinate. The four-coordinate copper(II) has a distorted (flattened) tetrahedral geometry as seen in the Zn(II) analogue whereas the five-coordinate copper(II) has a distorted square-pyramidal geometry with one ligand coordinated to the copper(II) ion as a tridentate (NSO) ligand and the other coordinated as a bidentate NS chelate. EPR spectroscopy indicates that in solution only one form is present, that being a distorted tetrahedral complex.  相似文献

The 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition of acrylates derived from methyl (R)- and (S)-lactate, as chiral dipolarophiles, with glycine and alanine derived azomethine ylides is described for the first time. By using the corresponding silver metallo-azomethine ylides polysubstituted endo-prolines were obtained with high diastereo- and enantioselectivity. The process occurs at room temperature in toluene with 10 mol % of AgOAc by using either KOH or Et3N as bases, also in substoichiometric amounts. Under these mild reaction conditions, enantiomerically enriched polysubstituted prolines resulting from an endo approach were obtained in general in high yields and de (86–99%). The absolute configuration of the resulting prolinates can be determined on the basis of X-ray diffraction analysis.  相似文献

Spiro-oxindoles, epi-Spirotryprostatin A and its analogues were prepared from a tactical combination of cascade catalytic bimetallic Pd (0)/Ag(I), intramolecular Heck and subsequent imine → azomethine ylide 1,3-Dipolar cycloaddition reactions. New complexes of the general formula, [M(H2dap4NMetsc)(H2O)2](NO3)2·H2O (M = Zn2+, Cd2+; H2dap4NMetsc = 2,6-diacetylpyridinebis(4N-methylthiosemicarbazone) and [Sn((dap4NMetsc)X2] (X = Ph, Cl and I) (dap4NMetsc = the doubly deprotonated form of 2,6-diacetylpyridine bis(4N-methylthiosemicarbazone) have been synthesized and structurally characterized by a variety of physico-chemical techniques. X-ray crystallographic structure determination shows that in the zinc and cadmium complexes, the bis(thiosemicarbazone) ligand coordinates as a neutral N3S2 pentadentate chelating agent through the two azomethine nitrogen atoms, the pyridine nitrogen atom and the two thione sulfur atoms. The N3S2 donors of the ligand occupy the equatorial plane and the two aqua ligands occupy the sixth and seventh axial positions of the seven-coordinated cadmium(II) and zinc(II) ions. In the tin(IV) complexes, however, the thiosemicarbazone is coordinated to the tin(IV) ion as a dinegatively charged pentadentate chelating agent via the pyridine nitrogen atom, the two azomethine nitrogen atoms and the two thiolate sulfur atoms. The two apical positions of the seven-coordinate tin(IV) ion are occupied by either phenyl, chlorido or iodido ligands. In each of the complexes, the overall geometry adopted by the metal ion may be considered as a distorted pentagonal-bipyramid.  相似文献

The 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition of azomethine ylides derived from acenaphthenequinone and α-amino acids viz. proline, phenylglycine and sarcosine to a series of 1-methyl-3,5-bis[(E)-arylmethylidene]tetrahydro-4(1H)-pyridinones afforded novel spiro-pyrido-pyrrolizines and pyrrolidines chemo-, regio- and stereoselectively in quantitative yields. These compounds were screened for their in vitro activity against Mycobacterium tuberculosis H37Rv (MTB), multi-drug resistant Mycobacterium tuberculosis (MDR-TB) and Mycobacterium smegmatis using agar dilution method. Among the synthesized compounds, spiro-[2.2″]acenaphthene-1″-one-spiro[3.3′]-5′-(2-chlorophenylmethylidene)-1′-methyltetrahydro-4′(1H)-pyridinone-4-(2-chlorophenyl)hexahydro-1H-pyrrolizine (3e) was found to be the most active with a minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of 0.4 μg/mL against MTB and MDR-TB.  相似文献

This paper describes a new, efficient and versatile method for the sampling and preconcentration of PAH in environmental water matrices using special hybrid magnetic carbon nanotubes. These N-doped amphiphilic CNT can be easily dispersed in any aqueous matrix due to the N containing hydrophilic part and at the same time show high efficiency for the adsorption of different PAH contaminants due to the very hydrophobic surface. After adsorption, the CNT can be easily removed from the medium by a simple magnetic separation. GC/MS analyses showed that the CNT method is more efficient than the use of polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) with much lower solvent consumption, technical simplicity and time, showing good linearity (range 0.18–80.00 μg L−1) and determination coefficient (R2 > 0.9810). The limit of detection ranged from 0.05 to 0.42 μg L−1 with limit of quantification from 0.18 to 1.40 μg L−1. Recovery (n = 9) ranged from 80.50 ± 10 to 105.40 ± 12%. Intraday precision (RSD, n = 9) ranged from 1.91 to 9.01%, whereas inter day precision (RSD, n = 9) ranged from 7.02 to 17.94%. The method was applied to the analyses of PAH in four lake water samples collected in Belo Horizonte City, Brazil.  相似文献

Nitrocellulose membrane-poly (vinyl alcohol)-ionic imprinting (NCM-PVA-I-I) was prepared using Cu2+ as template. The cavity in NCM-PVA-I-I matched Cu2+ very well and the selectivity was high. Cu2+ entered the cavity and then could form ionic association ([Cu2+]·[(Fin)2]) with the anion of fluorescein (Fin) outside the cavity by electrostatic effect. [Cu2+]·[(Fin)2] could emit strong and stable room temperature phosphorescence on NCM-PVA-I-I. Its ΔIp was proportional to the content of Cu2+. Based on the above facts, a new method for the determination of trace copper by solid substrate-room temperature phosphorimetry (NCM-PVA-I-I-SS-RTP, SS-RTP is the abbreviation of solid substrate-room temperature phosphorimetry) using NCM-PVA-I-I technique has been established. The linear range of this method was 2.00-144.00 fg Cu2+ spot−1 (sample volume: 0.40 μL spot−1, corresponding concentration: 5.00-360.00 pg mL−1), and the detection limit calculated by 3Sb/k was 0.43 fg Cu2+ spot−1 (corresponding concentration: 1.1 × 10−12 g mL−1, n = 11). Samples containing 2.00 and 144.00 fg Cu2+spot−1 were measured, respectively, for seven times and R.S.D.s were 3.5% and 4.7%. NCM-PVA-I-I-SS-RTP could combine very well the characteristics of both the high sensitivity of SS-RTP and the high match and selectivity of NCM-PVA-I-I, and it was rapid, accurate, sensitive and with good repeatability. Reaction of phosphorus ylides of the type X-C6H4-COCHPAr3 (X = Cl and NO2; Ar = phenyl and p-tolyl) with Hg(NO3)2 · H2O in equimolar ratios using methanol as solvent are reported. X-ray crystal structure analysis of [Hg(ClC6H4C(O)CHPPh3)(NO3)(μ-NO3)]n · (DMSO)n shows that the 1:1 complex adopts the noncentrosymmetric polymeric structure in the solid state with NO-3 anion bridges. Variation of temperature or concentration in a 31P NMR study indicates that the disappearance of satellites, due to coupling to 199Hg, occurs at increasing temperature or decreasing concentration.  相似文献

Cu-catalyzed endo-selective asymmetric 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition of azomethine ylides with ethenesulfonyl fluorides (ESFs) was successfully developed, this protocol provided an efficient and facile method to a wide range of chiral pyrrolidine-3-sulfonyl fluorides with good to excellent results (up to 87% yield, >20:1 dr, 94% ee). Some other chiral sulfonyl derivatives, such as sulfonamide and sulfonate, were easily accessible through simple transformations with high yields, which demonstrated that the cycloaddition products could be synthetically useful in the sulfur(VI) fluoride exchange (SuFEx) chemistry.  相似文献

New terphenyl-based derivative 4 with pyrene as a fluorophore has been synthesized and examined for its cation recognition abilities toward various cations by NMR and fluorescence spectroscopy. The results show that it has very high binding affinity (log β = 5.12) and selectivity for mercury. A fluorescence enhancement of 375% was observed for the 4-Hg2+ system in THF. A Hg2+ selective electrode (ISE) was also formed which showed excellent selectivity over all the other cations tested. The lower limit of detection is 2.1 × 10−6 M.  相似文献

A simple, specific and sensitive sequential injection analysis (SIA) system based on non-immunoassay fluorescent detection has been developed for the determination of urinary albumin. The specific binding of the dye Albumin Blue 580 (AB 580) to albumin in urine generated high emission fluorescent signals. The excitation and emission wavelengths were set at 590 and 610 nm, respectively. The analytical range was obtained from 1 to 100 mg L−1, with a detection limit of 0.3 mg L−1 (S/N = 3). The SIA system gave high precision with relative standard deviations (R.S.D.s) of 0.9% and 1.4% when evaluated with 15 and 100 mg L−1 albumin (n = 15), respectively. The method exhibited good reproducibility, as assessed by performing four analytical curves on different days, and intra-run CVs (2.3-3.3%) and inter-run CVs (3.8%) were obtained. Rapid operation was achieved with a sample throughput of 37 h−1. This method was successfully applied to the determination of urinary albumin, and the method was highly correlated with the immunoturbidimetric method (r2 = 0.965; n = 72).  相似文献
