On the Tri(phosphorano)borazinium Monocation [H3B3(NPEt3)3Cl2]+. Crystal Structures of Me3SiNPR3 · BH3 (R = Et, Ph), [H3B3(NPEt3)3Cl1.85Br0.15]Br · CCl4, and of the Product of Hydrolysis NH4[B5O6(OH)4] · 2 H2O The crystal structures of the donor-acceptor complexes of the silylated phosphanimines with borane which are suitable as educts for the synthesis of tri(phosphorano)borazinium ions, Me3SiNPR3 · BH3 (R = Et, Ph), are described. After addition of CCl4 the reaction of Me3SiNPEt3 with HBBr2 · SMe2 in CH2Cl2 leads to the tri(phosphorano)borazinium monocation [H3B3(NPEt3)3Cl2]+, which is characterized crystallographically as [H3B3 · (NPEt3)3Cl1.85Br0.15]Br · CCl4. It complements the series of the tri(phosphorano) cations [H3B3(NPEt3)3]3+ and [H4B3(NPEt3)3]2+ by the monocation. NH4[B5O6(OH)4] · 2 H2O can be isolated as product of hydrolysis of the tri(phosphorano)borazinium ions; its crystal structure is redetermined, because in the literature it is based on a wrong space group. Phosphoraneiminato Cluster of Iron. The Crystal Structures of [FeCl(NPEt3)]4, [Fe(C=C–SiMe3)(NPEt3)]4, and [Fe3Cl4{NP(NMe2)3}3] The reaction of iron dichloride with the silylated phosphaneimine Me3SiNPEt3 in the presence of potassium fluoride at 165 ?C leads to the phosphoraneiminato complex [FeCl(NPEt3)]4 ( 1 ). Compound 1 forms black, moisture and oxygen sensitive crystals. According to the crystal structure analysis 1 has a heterocubane structure, in which the iron and the nitrogen atoms of the NPEt3 groups occupy the corners of a distorted cube and form Fe–N–Fe bond angles of 83.1? and N–Fe–N angles of 96.5?. This results in significantly short Fe…Fe contacts of 272.9 pm. The results of magnetic susceptibility measurements in the range of temperatures from 1.8 to 293 K and the 57Fe‐Mössbauer spectra in the range of temperatures from 2 to 300 K are reported. Compound 1 reacts with the lithiated acetylenes LiC=C–CMe3 and LiC=C–SiMe3 in n‐hexane to form the iron‐organic derivatives [Fe(C=C–R)(NPEt3)]4 [R = CMe3 ( 2 a ), R = SiMe3 ( 2 b )] keeping the heterocubane structure. Compounds 2 a and 2 b form crystals which are very reactive and also black. According to the crystal structure analysis 2 b has a Fe4N4 heterocubane structure which is less distorted than that in 1 with bond angles Fe–N–Fe of 85.5? and N–Fe–N of 94.2?. This leads to the longer Fe…Fe contacts of 281.4 pm. With the dimethylamido derivative Me3SiNP(NMe2)3 iron dichloride reacts under conditions similar to those in the synthesis of 1 to form the dark green mixed‐valenced FeII/FeIII cluster [Fe3Cl4{NP(NMe2)3}3] ( 3 ). According to the crystal structure analysis the three iron atoms in 3 are connected via one μ3‐N atom of a NP(NMe2)3 ligand, via two μ‐N atoms of the two remaining phosphoraneiminato ligands, and via one μ‐Cl atom to form an incomplete heterocubane skeleton.  相似文献

Phosphanimine and Phosphoraneiminato Complexes of Beryllium. Crystal Structures of [BeCl2(HNPPh3)2], [BeCl(HNPPh3)2(Py)]Cl, and [Be3Cl2(NPPh3)4] Tetraphenylphosphonium hexachlorodiberyllate, (Ph4P)2[Be2Cl6], reacts with lithium phosphoraneiminate, [LiNPPh3]6, in dichloromethane to give the three‐nuclear beryllium phosphoraneiminate [Be3Cl2(NPPh3)4] ( 3 ). As a by‐product the phosphaneimine complex [BeCl2(HNPPh3)2] ( 1 ) can be isolated, which reacts with pyridine to give the ionic complex [BeCl(HNPPh3)2(Py)]Cl ( 2 ). On the other hand, the silylated phosphanimine Me3SiNP(p‐tolyl)3 ( 5 ) does not react with BeCl2 or (Ph4P)2[Be2Cl6] forming the expected phosphoraneiminates. From CH2Cl2 solutions only the amino‐phosphonium salt [(C7H7)3PNH2]Cl ( 4 ) can be obtained. The compounds 1 ‐ 5 are characterized by single X‐ray analyses and by IR spectroscopy. 1 ·C7H8: Space group C2/c, Z = 4, lattice dimensions at 193 K: a = 1408.9(2), b = 1750.9(2), c = 1633.2(2) pm, β = 106.50(1)°; R1 = 0.0385. 1 forms a molecular structure with short Be—N distances of 169.8(3) pm. 2 ·Py: Space group P1¯, Z = 4, lattice dimensions at 193 K: a = 969.5(1), b = 2077.1(2), c = 2266.4(2) pm, α = 72.24(1)°, β = 87.16(1)°, γ = 77.42(2)°, R1 = 0.0776. 2 forms ion pairs in which the NH atoms of the phosphaneimine ligands act as hydrogen bridges with the chloride ion. Quaternary Cesium Copper(I) Lanthanoid(III) Selenides of the Type CsCu3M2Se5 (M = Sm, Gd — Lu) By oxidation of mixtures of copper and lanthanoid metal with elemental selenium in molar ratios of 1 : 1 : 2 and in addition of CsCl quaternary cesium copper(I) lanthanoid(III) selenides with the formula CsCu3M2Se5 (M = Sm, Gd — Lu) were obtained at 750 °C within a week from torch‐sealed evacuated silica tubes. An excess of CsCl as flux helps to crystallize golden yellow or red, needle‐shaped, water‐resistant single crystals. The crystal structure of CsCu3M2Se5 (M = Sm, Gd — Lu) (orthorhombic, Cmcm, Z = 4; e. g. CsCu3Sm2Se5: a = 417.84(3), b = 1470.91(8), c = 1764.78(9) pm and CsCu3Lu2Se5: a = 407.63(3), b = 1464.86(8), c = 1707.21(9) pm, respectively) contains [MSe6]9— octahedra which share edges to form double chains running along [100]. Those are further connected by vertices to generate a two‐dimensional layer parallel to (010). By edge‐ and vertex‐linking of [CuSe4]7— tetrahedra two crystallographically different Cu+ cations build up two‐dimensional puckered layers parallel to (010) as well. These sheet‐like structure interconnects the equation/tex2gif-stack-3.gif{[M2Se5]4—} layers to create a three‐dimensional network according to equation/tex2gif-stack-4.gif{[Cu3M2Se5]}. Thus empty channels along [100] form, apt to take up the Cs+ cations. These are surrounded by eight plus one Se2— anions in the shape of (2+1)‐fold capped trigonal prisms with Cs—Se distances between 348 and 368 pm (8×) and 437 (for M = Sm) or 440 pm (for M = Lu), respectively, for the ninth ligand.  相似文献

Trialkylhydridoalanates RxR′3?xAlH? [R = CMe3; R′ = CH(SiMe3)2] The very strong base tert-butyl lithium reacts in the presence of chelating tetramethylethylendiamine with the aluminium organyls Al[CH(SiMe3)2]2CMe3 1 and Al[CH(SiMe3)2](CMe3)2 2 not under proton abstraction from the C? H acidic elementorganic substituent, but under β-elimination and addition of the thereby formed LiH to the coordinatively unsaturated aluminium atom. Two alanates — [Hal{CH(SiMe3)2}2CMe3]? 3 and [HAl{CH(SiMe3)2}(CMe3)2]? 4 each with Li(TMEDA)2 as counterion — were isolated; they exhibit separate anions and cations in solid state as shown by a crystal structure determination on 3 . In absence of the chelating amine tert-butyl lithium decomposes under the catalytic effect of the aluminium compound to LiH, which does not add to aluminium and precipitates in a reactive form.  相似文献

Single Crystal X-Ray Analysis of Compounds with Covalent Metal—Metal Bonds. IV. Molecular and Crystal Structure of Mn2(CO)8[μ-Sn(Br) Mn(CO)5]2 Mn2(CO)8[μ-Sn(Br)Mn(CO)5]2 crystallizes in the monoclinic crystal system (a = 881.7 pm; b = 1237.6 pm; c = 1551.1 pm und β = 63.54°) in the space group P21/n with two formula units in the cell. The structure was solved by means of 2601 symmetrically independent reflections using the heavy atom method. The central molecule fragment of Mn2(CO)8 · [μ-Sn(Br)Mn(CO)5]2 consists of a planar Mn2Sn2 rhombus with a Mn? Mn-bond (Mn? Mn = 308.6(1) pm) across the metal ring. Besides the bonds to both Mn ring atoms each Sn(IV) atom has a terminal bond to a Br and Mn(CO)5 ligand, building up a distorted tetrahedron around the Sn(IV) atom. The terminal ligands in Mn2(CO)8[μ-Sn(Br)Mn(CO)5]2 are in transposition with respect to the ring. The mean values for the remaining bond distances are: Sn? Mn = 263.0(1) pm; Sn? Br = 255.4(1) pm; Mn? C = 184.4(6) pm; C? O = 113.3(7) pm. A comparison of the Sn2Mn2 ring with similar metal rings has been given.  相似文献

Single crystals of [Be33‐O)3(MeCN)6{Be(MeCN)3}3](I)6·4CH3CN ( 1 ·4CH3CN) were obtained in low yield by the reaction of beryllium powder with iodine in acetonitrile suspension, which probably result from traces of beryllium oxide containing the applied beryllium metal. The compound 1 ·4CH3CN forms moisture sensitive, colourless crystal needles, which were characterized by IR spectroscopy and X‐ray diffraction (Space group Pnma, Z = 4, lattice dimensions at 100(2) K: a = 2317.4(1), b = 2491.4(1), c = 1190.6(1) pm, R1 = 0.0315). The hexaiodide complex cation 1 6+consists of a cyclo‐Be3O3 core with slightly distorted chair conformation, stabilized by coordination of two acetonitrile ligands at each of the beryllium atoms and by a {Be(CH3CN)3}2+ cation at each of the oxygen atoms. This unique coordination behaviour results in coplanar OBe3 units with short Be–O distances of 155.0 pm and 153.6 pm on average of bond lengths within the cyclo‐Be3O3 unit and of the peripheric BeO bonds, respectively. Exposure of compound 1 ·4CH3CN to moist air leads to small orange crystal plates of [Be(H2O)4]I2·2CH3CN ( 3 ·2CH3CN). According to the crystal structure determination (Space group C2/c, Z = 4, lattice dimensions at 100(2) K: a = 1220.7(1), b = 735.0(1), c = 1608.5(1) pm, β = 97.97(1)°, R1 = 0.0394), all hydrogen atoms of the dication [Be(H2O)4]2+ are involved to form O–H ··· N and O–H ··· I hydrogen bonds with the acetonitrile molecules and the iodide ions, respectively. Quantum chemical calculations (B3LYP/6‐311+G**) at the model [Be33‐O)3(HCN)6{Be(HCN)3}3]6+ show that chair and boat conformation are stable and that the distorted chair conformation is stabilized by packing effects.  相似文献

By reaction of GeI4, [N(nBu)4]I as iodide donor, and [NMe(nBu)3][N(Tf)2] as ionic liquid, reddish‐black, plate‐like shaped crystals are obtained. X‐ray diffraction analysis of single crystals resulted in the compositions ;alpha;‐[NMe(nBu)3](GeI4)I (Pbca; a = 1495.4(3) pm; b = 1940.6(4) pm; c = 3643.2(7) pm; Z = 16) and β‐[NMe(nBu)3](GeI4)I (Pn; a = 1141.5(2) pm; b = 953.6(2) pm; c = 1208.9(2) pm; β = 100.8(1)°; Z = 2). Depending on the reaction temperature, the one or other compound is formed selectively. In addition, the reaction of GeI4 and [N(nBu)4]I, using [ImMe(nBu)][BF4] (Im = imidazole) as ionic liquid, resulted in the crystallization of [ImMe(nBu)][N(nBu)4](GeI4)3I2 (P21/c; a = 1641.2(3) pm; b = 1903.0(4) pm; c = 1867.7(4) pm; β = 92.0(1)°; Z = 4). The anionic network of all three compounds is established by molecular germanium(IV)iodide, which is bridged by iodide anions. The different connectivity of (GeI4–I) networks is attributed to the flexibility of I regarding its coordination and bond length. Here, a [3+1]‐, 4‐ and 5‐fold coordination is first observed in the pseudo‐ternary system M/Ge/I (M: cation).  相似文献

Phosphoraneiminato‐Acetato Complexes of Cobalt and Cadmium with M4N4 Heterocubane Structure The phosphoraneiminato‐acetato complexes [M(NPEt3)(O2C–CH3)]4 with M = Co and Cd are formed from the anhydrous metal(II) acetates with excess Me3SiNPEt3 at 180 °C. By crystallization from diethyl ether blue, moisture sensitive single crystals of [Co(NPEt3) · (O2C–CH3)]4 can be obtained, while colourless single crystals of [Cd(NPEt3)(O2C–CH3)]4 · 2 CH2Cl2 originate from dichloromethane solution. In vacuo the intercalary CH2Cl2 is released. The complexes are characterized by their IR spectra and by crystal structure analyses. In both complexes the metal atoms are associated via μ3–N bridges of the (NPEt3) groups to form heterocubanes. In the cobalt complex the acetato ligands are bonded in a semichelate fashion with a short Co–O and a long Co–O bond each (Co–O distances in average 199.5 and 257.4 pm). In the cadmium complex the acetato groups form almost symmetrical chelates (Cd–O distances in average 232.1 and 237.8 pm); this leads to a distorted trigonal‐bipyramidal arrangement at the cadmium atoms. The complexes [Cu(AMTTO)Cl2] ( 2 ), [Cu(AMTTO)2]Cl ( 3 ), and [Cu(AMTTO)(PPh3)2Cl] ( 4 ) have been prepared and characterized by IR spectroscopy and elemental analyses. Also single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction studies on compound 2 , 3 and 4 revealed that AMTTO acts in 2 as a bidentate ligand via nitrogen and sulfur atoms, in 3 and 4 as a monodentate via sulfur atoms. Complex 3 was already mentioned in literature, but the structure was not described in detail. The molecules in 2 form infinite chains through additional weak Cu—S interactions along [010] indicating the Jahn‐Teller distortion of the d9 ion Cu2+. It forms colorless, light‐ and hydrolysis‐sensitive crystals, which incorporate acetonitrile that is lost in vacuo. 1 · 2,4 CH3CN was characterized by its IR spectrum and by X‐ray crystal structure analysis. Space group Pa 3, Z = 8, a = 2734.8(1) pm at 153 K, R = 0.059. The compound consists of cations [Ag12F(NPEt3)8]3+ (point group C3), SiF62– counter‐ions and acetonitrile molecules which show no interactions. In the cation the silver atoms are located on the edges of a nearly undistorted cube and the N atoms of the phosphoraneiminato groups (NPEt3) occupy the vertices. A fluoride ion in the center of the cube has contacts of nearly similar length to the 12 silver atoms (mean distance 304.7 pm).  相似文献

The reaction of 4‐amino‐1, 2, 4‐triazin‐3(2H)‐thione‐5‐one (ATTO, 1 ) with [Cu(PPh3)2]NO3 in ethanol led to the complex [Cu(PPh3)2(ATTO)]NO3 ( 2 ). 2 was characterized by elemental analyses, IR, 1H NMR and Raman spectroscopy. A single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction of compound 2 revealed that ATTO acts as a bidentate ligand via its nitrogen and sulfur atoms. Crystal data for 2 at 20 °C: space group P21/n with a = 975.7(1), b = 1533.5(2), c = 2504.2(3) pm, β = 92.25(1)°, Z = 4, R1 = 0.0632.  相似文献

In the title complex, [Mn(C5H4NO)2(C5H5NO)2]n or [Mn(μ‐3‐PyO)2(3‐PyOH)2]n (3‐PyO is the pyridin‐3‐olate anion and 3‐PyOH is pyridin‐3‐ol), the MnII atom lies on an inversion centre and has octahedral geometry, defined by two N atoms and two deprotonated exocyclic O atoms of symmetry‐related pyridin‐3‐olate ligands [Mn—N = 2.3559 (14) Å and Mn—O = 2.1703 (11) Å], as well as two N atoms of terminal 3‐PyOH ligands [Mn—N = 2.3482 (13) Å]. The MnII atoms are bridged by the deprotonated pyridin‐3‐olate anion into a layer structure, generating sheets in the (01) plane. These sheets are linked by O—H⋯O hydrogen bonds. There are also π–π and C—H⋯π interactions in the crystal structure.  相似文献
