The title compound, [Zn2(C9H4O6)2(C6H6N4)2], consists of two ZnII ions, two 5‐carboxybenzene‐1,3‐dicarboxylate (Hbtc2−) dianions and two 2,2′‐bi‐1H‐imidazole (bimz) molecules. The ZnII centre is coordinated by two carboxylate O atoms from two Hbtc2− ligands and by two imidazole N atoms of a bimz ligand, in a distorted tetrahedral coordination geometry. Two neighbouring ZnII ions are bridged by a pair of Hbtc2− ligands, forming a discrete binuclear [Zn2(Hbtc)2(bimz)2] structure lying across an inversion centre. Hydrogen bonds between carboxyl H atoms and carboxylate O atoms and between imidazole H atoms and carboxylate O atoms link the binuclear units. These binuclear units are further extended into a three‐dimensional supramolecular structure through extensive O—H...O and N—H...O hydrogen bonds. Moreover, the three‐dimensional nature of the crystal packing is reinforced by the π–π stacking. The title compound exhibits photoluminescence in the solid state, with an emission maximum at 415 nm.  相似文献

The title compound, [Zn4(C7H4O3)4(C10H8N2)4]·10H2O, crystallizes as a centrosymmetric tetranuclear cyclic complex containing four ZnII atoms bridged by four carboxylate groups from salicylate ligands, with a synanti configuration. Each ZnII atom has a distorted trigonal–bipyramidal coordination geometry, formed by two N atoms of a 2,2′‐bipyridine ligand and three O atoms from two salicylate ligands. The complex is stabilized by intramolecular π–π interactions between pairs of bipyridine rings and a 16‐membered gear‐wheel‐shaped cyclic framework. The hydrogen‐bonding network is formed via the water molecules.  相似文献

The asymmetric unit of the title compound, [Pb2(C8H4O4)2(C18H11N5)2]n, contains two PbII atoms, two benzene‐1,4‐dicarboxylate (1,4‐bdc) dianions and two 6‐(4‐pyridyl)‐5H‐imidazolo[4,5‐f][1,10]phenanthroline (L) ligands. Each PbII atom is eight‐coordinated by three N atoms from two different L ligands and five carboxylate O atoms from three different 1,4‐bdc dianions. The two 1,4‐bdc dianions (1,4‐bdc1 and 1,4‐bdc2) show different coordination modes. Each 1,4‐bdc1 coordinates to two PbII atoms in a chelating bis‐bidentate mode. Each carboxylate group of the 1,4‐bdc2 anion connects two PbII atoms in a chelating–bridging tridentate mode to form a dinuclear unit. Neighbouring dinuclear units are connected together by the aromatic backbone of the 1,4‐bdc dianions and the L ligands into a three‐dimensional six‐connected α‐polonium framework. The most striking feature is that two identical three‐dimensional single α‐polonium nets are interlocked with each other, thus leading directly to the formation of a twofold interpenetrated three‐dimensional α‐polonium architecture. The framework is held together in part by strong N—H...O hydrogen bonds between the imidazole NH groups of the L ligands and the carboxylate O atoms of 1,4‐bdc dianions within different α‐polonium nets.  相似文献

The title novel two‐dimensional coordination polymer, {[Zn2(C10H8N3O2)4]·H2O}n, features a {Zn2L2} bimetallic ring repeat unit {L is the 3‐[(1H‐1,2,4‐triazol‐1‐yl)methyl]benzoate ligand}. Each ZnII cation of the bimetallic ring is further bonded to two other L ligands, resulting in a novel infinite two‐dimensional network structure with two channels of different sizes. The crystallographically unique ZnII atom is thus six‐coordinated in a distorted octahedral environment of four carboxylate O atoms and two triazole N atoms. Two of these networks interpenetrate in an orthogonal arrangement to form the full three‐dimensional framework, with disordered water molecules located in the channels.  相似文献

In the title compound, {[Co(C7H7N2O2)2]·H2O}n, the CoII atom lies on an inversion centre and has octahedral geometry, defined by two O atoms in axial positions and four N atoms in equatorial sites from six different 3,5‐diaminobenzoate ligands. Each 3,5‐diaminobenzoate anion acts as a μ3‐bridging ligand, linking three adjacent CoII ions through one O atom and two N atoms to form a three‐dimensional coordination polymer.  相似文献

The coordination geometry of the ZnII atom in the title complex, [Zn(C2N3)2(C6H8N6)2]n or [Zn(dca)2(bte)2]n, where bte is μ‐1,2‐bis(1,2,4‐triazol‐1‐yl)ethane and dca is dicyanamide, is distorted compressed octahedral, in which the ZnII atom lies on an inversion center and coordinates four N atoms from the triazole rings of four symmetry‐related bte ligands and two N atoms from two symmetry‐related monodentate dca ligands. The structure is polymeric, with 18‐membered spiro‐fused rings extending in the b direction and each 18‐membered ring involving two inversion‐related bte molecules.  相似文献

In the title PbII coordination polymer, [Pb(C16H10O4)(C14H8N4)(C3H7NO)]n, each PbII atom is eight‐coordinated by two chelating N atoms from one pyrazino[2,3‐f][1,10]phenanthroline (L) ligand, one dimethylformamide (DMF) O atom and five carboxylate O atoms from three different 4,4′‐ethylenedibenzoate (eedb) ligands. The eedb dianions bridge neighbouring PbII centres through four typical Pb—O bonds and one longer Pb—O interaction to form a two‐dimensional structure. The C atoms from the L and eedb ligands form C—H...O hydrogen bonds with the O atoms of eedb and DMF ligands, which further stabilize the structure. The title compound is the first PbII coordination polymer incorporating the L ligand.  相似文献

In the title coordination polymer, [Zn2(C14H8N2O4)2(C12H10N2)]n, the asymmetric unit contains one ZnII cation, two halves of 2,2′‐(diazene‐1,2‐diyl)dibenzoate anions (denoted L2−) and half of a 1,2‐bis(pyridin‐4‐yl)ethene ligand (denoted bpe). The three ligands lie across crystallographic inversion centres. Each ZnII centre is four‐coordinated by three O atoms of bridging carboxylate groups from three L2− ligands and by one N atom from a bpe ligand, forming a tetrahedral coordination geometry. Two ZnII atoms are bridged by two carboxylate groups of L2− ligands, generating a [Zn2(CO2)2] ring. Each loop serves as a fourfold node, which links its four equivalent nodes via the sharing of four L2− ligands to form a two‐dimensional [Zn2L4]n net. These nets are separated by bpe ligands acting as spacers, producing a three‐dimensional framework with a 4664 topology. Powder X‐ray diffraction and solid‐state photoluminescence were also measured.  相似文献

In the title coordination compound, [Zn(C12H6O4)(C14H14N4)]n, the two ZnII centers exhibit different coordination environments. One ZnII center is four‐coordinated in a distorted tetrahedral environment surrounded by two carboxylate O atoms from two different naphthalene‐1,4‐dicarboxylate (1,4‐ndc) anions and two N atoms from two distinct 1,4‐bis(imidazol‐1‐ylmethyl)benzene (1,4‐bix) ligands. The coordination of the second ZnII center comprises two N atoms from two different 1,4‐bix ligands and three carboxylate O atoms from two different 1,4‐ndc ligands in a highly distorted square‐pyramidal environment. The 1,4‐bix ligand and the 1,4‐ndc anion link adjacent ZnII centers into a two‐dimensional four‐connected (4,4) network. The two (4,4) networks are interpenetrated in a parallel mode.  相似文献

In the title compound, {[NiCl2(C19H17N5O2)2]·4C3H7NO}n, the NiII atom is located on an inversion centre and is in a six‐coordinated octahedral geometry, formed by four pyridine N atoms from four N2,N6‐bis[(pyridin‐3‐yl)methyl]pyridine‐2,6‐dicarboxamide (BPDA) ligands occupying the equatorial plane and two chloride anions at the axial sites. The bidentate bridging BPDA ligands link the NiII atoms into a two‐dimensional corrugated grid‐like flexible layer with a (4,4)‐connected topology, which consists of left‐ and right‐handed helical chains sharing the common NiII atoms. Investigation of the thermal stability shows that the network is stable up to 573 K.  相似文献

In the title compound, catena‐poly[[[N,N′‐bis(pyridin‐3‐ylmethyl)‐[1,1′‐biphenyl]‐4,4′‐dicarboxamide]chloridozinc(II)]‐μ‐[1,1′‐biphenyl]‐4,4′‐dicarboxylato‐[[N,N′‐bis(pyridin‐3‐ylmethyl)‐[1,1′‐biphenyl]‐4,4′‐dicarboxamide]chloridozinc(II)]‐μ‐[N,N′‐bis(pyridin‐3‐ylmethyl)‐[1,1′‐biphenyl]‐4,4′‐dicarboxamide]], [Zn2(C14H8O4)Cl2(C26H22N4O2)3]n, the ZnII centre is four‐coordinate and approximately tetrahedral, bonding to one carboxylate O atom from a bidentate bridging dianionic [1,1′‐biphenyl]‐4,4′‐dicarboxylate ligand, to two pyridine N atoms from two N,N′‐bis(pyridin‐3‐ylmethyl)‐[1,1′‐biphenyl]‐4,4′‐dicarboxamide ligands and to one chloride ligand. The pyridyl ligands exhibit bidentate bridging and monodentate terminal coordination modes. The bidentate bridging pyridyl ligand and the bridging [1,1′‐biphenyl]‐4,4′‐dicarboxylate ligand both lie on special positions, with inversion centres at the mid‐points of their central C—C bonds. These bridging groups link the ZnII centres into a one‐dimensional tape structure that propagates along the crystallographic b direction. The tapes are interlinked into a two‐dimensional layer in the ab plane through N—H...O hydrogen bonds between the monodentate ligands. In addition, the thermal stability and solid‐state photoluminescence properties of the title compound are reported.  相似文献

The title complex, {[Ni(C15H11N4O2S)2(C10H8N2)(H2O)2]·H2O}n, was synthesized by the reaction of nickel chloride, 4‐{[(1‐phenyl‐1H‐tetrazol‐5‐yl)sulfanyl]methyl}benzoic acid (HL) and 4,4′‐bipyridine (bpy) under hydrothermal conditions. The asymmetric unit contains two half NiII ions, each located on an inversion centre, two L ligands, one bpy ligand, two coordinated water molecules and one unligated water molecule. Each NiII centre is six‐coordinated by two monodentate carboxylate O atoms from two different L ligands, two pyridine N atoms from two different bpy ligands and two terminal water molecules, displaying a nearly ideal octahedral geometry. The NiII ions are bridged by 4,4′‐bipyridine ligands to afford a linear array, with an Ni...Ni separation of 11.361 (1) Å, which is further decorated by two monodentate L ligands trans to each other, resulting in a one‐dimensional fishbone‐like chain structure. These one‐dimensional fishbone‐like chains are further linked by O—H...O, O—H...N and C—H...O hydrogen bonds and π–π stacking interactions to form a three‐dimensional supramolecular architecture. The thermal stability of the title complex was investigated via thermogravimetric analysis.  相似文献

The coordination geometry of the ZnII atom in the title complex, [Zn2(NCS)4(C6H8N6)2], is that of a distorted tetrahedron, in which the ZnII atom is coordinated by four N atoms from the triazole rings of two symmetry‐related 1,2‐bis(1,2,4‐triazol‐1‐yl)ethane ligands and two thiocyanate ligands. Two ZnII atoms are bridged by two organic ligands to form a dimer. The dimer lies about an inversion center.  相似文献

Colourless crystals of the title compound, [Cd2(C7H4IO2)4(C12H10N2)(H2O)2]n, were obtained by the self‐assembly of Cd(NO3)2·4H2O, 1,2‐bis(pyridin‐4‐yl)ethene (bpe) and 4‐iodobenzoic acid (4‐IBA). Each CdII atom is seven‐coordinated in a pentagonal–bipyramidal coordination environment by four carboxylate O atoms from two different 4‐IBA ligands, two O atoms from two water molecules and one N atom from a bpe ligand. The CdII centres are bridged by the aqua molecules and bpe ligands, which lie across centres of inversion, to give a two‐dimensional net. Topologically, taking the CdII atoms as nodes and the μ‐aqua and μ‐bpe ligands as linkers, the two‐dimensional structure can be simplified as a (6,3) network.  相似文献

In the title compound, {[Zn(C8H4O5)(C12H10N2)]·0.5C12H10N2}n or {[Zn(HO‐BDC)(bpe)]·0.5bpe}n [HO‐H2BDC is 5‐hydroxyisophthalic acid and bpe is 1,2‐bis(pyridin‐4‐yl)ethene], the asymmetric unit contains a ZnII atom, one HO‐BDC ligand, one coordinated bpe ligand and half a noncoordinating bpe molecule with crystallographic inversion symmetry. Each ZnII centre is four‐coordinated by two O atoms from two distinct HO‐BDC ligands and two N atoms from two different bpe ligands in a ZnO2N2 coordination environment. The three‐dimensional topology of the title compound corresponds to a fourfold interpenetrating diamondoid coordination polymer network, with the uncoordinated bpe ligands located in the cavities, hydrogen bonded to the main network via the hydroxy group of the HO‐H2BDC ligand.  相似文献

The title compound, [Zn2(C25H15N5O2)2]·2CH2Cl2, is a dinuclear double‐helical complex which lies on a crystallographic twofold axis. In the complex, both ligands are partitioned into two tridentate domains which allow each ligand to bridge both metal centres. Each ZnII atom is six‐coordinated in a distorted octahedral environment formed by two amide N atoms, two quinoline N atoms and two pyridine N atoms from two different ligand molecules, with the central pyridine ring, unusually, bridging two ZnII atoms. The deprotonated ligand is not planar, the amide side chains being considerably twisted out from the plane of the central pyridine ring.  相似文献

Metal complexes with Schiff base ligands have been suggested as potential phosphors in electroluminescent devices. In the title complex, tetrakis[6‐methyl‐2‐({[(pyridin‐2‐yl)methyl]imino}methyl)phenolato‐1:2κ8N,N′,O:O;3:2κ8N,N′,O:O]trizinc(II) hexafluoridophosphate methanol monosolvate, [Zn3(C14H13N2O)4](PF6)2·CH3OH, the ZnII cations adopt both six‐ and four‐coordinate geometries involving the N and O atoms of tetradentate 6‐methyl‐2‐({[(pyridin‐2‐yl)methyl]imino}methyl)phenolate ligands. Two terminal ZnII cations adopt distorted octahedral geometries and the central ZnII cation adopts a distorted tetrahedral geometry. The O atoms of the phenolate ligands bridge three ZnII cations, forming a dicationic trinuclear metal cluster. The title complex exhibits a strong emission at 469 nm with a quantum yield of 15.5%.  相似文献

The asymmetric unit of the title compound, [Cd(C8H4O4)(C17H8ClN5)(H2O)]n, contains one CdII atom, two half benzene‐1,4‐dicarboxylate (1,4‐bdc) anions, one 11‐chloropyrido[2′,3′:2,3]pyrimidino[5,6‐f][1,10]phenanthroline (L) ligand and one coordination water molecule. The 1,4‐bdc ligands are on inversion centers at the centroids of the arene rings. The CdII atom is six‐coordinated by two N atoms from one L ligand, three carboxylate O atoms from two different 1,4‐bdc ligands and one water O atom in a distorted octahedral coordination sphere. Each CdII center is bridged by the 1,4‐bdc dianions to give a one‐dimensional chain. π–π stacking interactions between L ligands of neighboring chains extend adjacent chains into a two‐dimensional supramolecular (6,3) network. Neighboring (6,3) networks are interpenetrated in an unusual inclined mode, resulting in a three‐dimensional framework. Additionally, the water–carboxylate O—H...O hydrogen bonds observed in the network consolidate the interpenetrating nets.  相似文献

In the isomorphous title compounds, [Cd2(C8H4O4)2(C19H10ClFN4)2(H2O)2] and [Zn2(C8H4O4)2(C19H10ClFN4)2(H2O)2], the CdII centre is seven‐coordinated by two N atoms from one [2‐(2‐chloro‐6‐fluorophenyl)‐1H‐imidazo[4,5‐f][1,10]phenanthroline (L) ligand, one water O atom and four carboxylate O atoms from two different benzene‐1,2‐dicarboxylate (1,2‐bdc) ligands in a distorted pentagonal–bipyramidal coordination, while the ZnII centre is six‐coordinated by two N atoms from one L ligand, one water O atom and three carboxylate O atoms from two different 1,2‐bdc ligands in a distorted octahedral coordination. Each pair of adjacent metal centres is bridged by two 1,2‐bdc ligands to form a dimeric structure. In the dimer, each L ligand coordinates one metal centre. The dimer is centrosymmetric, with a crystallographic inversion centre midway between the two metal centres. The aromatic interactions lead the dimers to form a two‐dimensional supramolecular architecture. Finally, O—H...O and N—H...O hydrogen bonds reinforce the two‐dimensional structures of the two compounds.  相似文献
