A distinction is made between bound states which can be calculated by a many channel method and those which can already be obtained parameter free by an inelastic single channel calculation. Two many channel models are investigated and it is shown that in some cases an inelastic single channel calculation needs additional parameters which are furnished by the many channel treatment only. The results may have some bearance on the problem whether the nucleon is a bound state.  相似文献

In this paper, the effect of imperfect channel state information at the receiver, which is caused by noise and other interference, on the multi-access channel capacity is analysed through a statistical-mechanical approach. Replica analyses focus on analytically studying how the minimum mean square error (MMSE) channel estimation error appears in a multiuser channel capacity formula. And the relevant mathematical expressions are derived. At the same time, numerical simulation results are demonstrated to validate the Replica analyses. The simulation results show how the system parameters, such as channel estimation error, system load and signal-to-noise ratio, affect the channel capacity.  相似文献

浅海有源声呐的探测性能主要受到多途扩展以及混响干扰的影响。为了提高声呐系统的检测性能,根据双扩展信道匹配原理,结合混响信道与声呐目标信道特点,提出了一种基于回波特性约束的信道匹配检测算法。该算法通过最小二乘匹配追踪算法估计信道稀疏响应,并根据混响和目标信道的扩展差异,通过约束目标信道扩展对稀疏信道响应去冗余,得到更精确的目标回波信道响应。利用该信道响应进行信道匹配检测,可以进一步提高信混比处理增益。数值仿真结果表明所提算法可以有效汇集多途信号能量并抑制混响干扰,提高声呐系统的检测性能;海试数据处理结果显示,在试验信道条件下,所提算法处理结果的峰值信混比,与匹配滤波相比提升约7~12 dB,与传统自适应相关器相比提升约6~7 dB。   相似文献

We quantitatively estimate the effect of spontaneous Raman scattering on a quantum channel wavelength-multiplexed with a classical channel. Based on an experiment that measured the generation power of spontaneous Raman scattering in a fiber, the performance of wavelength-multiplexed quantum key distribution (QKD) systems using the differential-phase-shift protocol is evaluated for various system conditions.  相似文献

We propose to apply a large predispersion (having the same sign as the transmission fiber) to an optical signal before the uncompensated fiber transmission in coherent communication systems. This technique is aimed at simplification of the following digital signal processing of nonlinear impairments. We derive a model describing pulse propagation in the dispersion-dominated nonlinear fiber channel. In the limit of very strong initial predispersion, the nonlinear propagation equations for each Fourier mode become local and decoupled. This paves the way for new techniques to manage fiber nonlinearity.  相似文献

Channel scheduling is an important aspect in optical burst switching (OBS) networks. OBS is a promising solution for the future Internet backbone. In OBS network a key issue is data channel scheduling. In this paper we propose a channel scheduling scheme to optimize channel utilization for OBS networks with segmentation. In this paper, we propose an efficient way to organize the void intervals. The channel scheduling method is compared with existing scheduling schemes. Simulation results show that both channel utilization and burst loss ratio performance improved as compared to existing scheduling schemes.  相似文献

The excess loss across an acute-angle symmetric X-junction composed of two weakly guiding single-mode buried channel waveguides of square core cross-section is shown to be very small provided the junction angle is greater than a few degrees. In the quantum key distribution system, quantum channel is always affected by spontaneous Raman scattering noise when it transmits with classical channels that act as synchronization and data channels on a shared fiber. To study the effect of the noise exactly, the temporal distribution characteristics of the Raman scattering noise are analyzed theoretically and measured by a single-photon detector. A large gate metal height technique is proposed to enhance breakdown voltage in GaN channel and AlGaN channel high-electron-mobility-transistors(HEMTs).For GaN channel HEMTs with gate-drain spacing L_(GD)=2.5 μm,the breakdown voltage V_(BR) increases from 518 V to 582 V by increasing gate metal height h from 0.2 μm to 0.4 μm.For GaN channel HEMTs with L_(GD)=7 μm,V_(BR) increases from 953 V to 1310 V by increasing h from 0.8 μm to 1.6 μm.The breakdown voltage enhancement results from the increase of the gate sidewall capacitance and depletion region extension.For Al_(0.4)Ga_(0.6)N channel HEMT with L_(GD)=7 μm,V_(BR) increases from 1535 V to 1763 V by increasing h from 0.8μm to 1.6 μm,resulting in a high average breakdown electric field of 2.51 MV/cm.Simulation and analysis indicate that the high gate metal height is an effective method to enhance breakdown voltage in GaN-based HEMTs,and this method can be utilized in all the lateral semiconductor devices.  相似文献

采用椭球坐标系研究非直视日盲紫外光通信的单次散射模型,求解过程中要对有效散射体的体积进行复杂的数值积分并确定三组积分限。为便于分析,使用近似表达式极大简化了复杂单次散射信道模型,得出路径损耗是收发机几何结构与大气散射吸收系数的函数。对传输距离和路径损耗的仿真证明,该近似表达式与原始模型的所得结果吻合很好。利用该近似表达式,分别仿真分析了大气能见度对紫外光通信系统路径损耗和误码率的影响,仿真结果表明,大气能见度并不是越高越好,而是在能见度为10 km时紫外光通信系统有最佳性能。  相似文献

在此之前已经报道了二维斜面颗粒流在通道中的分布规律以及二维斜面粗糙边界附近的颗粒 流量密度(ξ=ρ·ν)分布.本文则主要研究通道宽度W对边界附近颗粒流量密度(ξ=ρ· ν)分布的影响.结果表明,颗粒流量密度随通道宽度的变化(ξ W)存在一临界通道宽度W c.在本实验条件下临界通道宽度Wc=70d.当通道宽度小于临界宽度Wc时 ,通道中距边界20d—30d区间内的相对颗粒流量密度随斜面倾斜角的变化可描述为ξ∝( sinθ)α,α是与通道宽度W有关的参数,其数值在032至085之间. 关键词: 二维颗粒流 颗粒物质 颗粒流量密度  相似文献

提出了一种无导频信道估计算法,该算法首先利用水声信道的稀疏特性对扩频信号进行识别,再利用扩频信号识别结果对水声信道响应进行判决反馈估计,从而实现对稀疏水声信道响应的可靠重建。仿真和湖上试验结果证实:无导频信道估计算法可以在不降低通信质量的前提下,实现对水声通信信号的稳健均衡,提升水声通信速率。   相似文献

By finite difference time domain method, a channel drop filter with four-port is designed, analyzed, and theoretically simulated in the hetero-woodpile-structure. Hetero-woodpile-structure includes three parts namely, along the propagation direction, the constant lattice in the core woodpile is different from two cladding woodpiles. This channel drop filter is comprised of two straight waveguides separated by an air-cavity in the same layer. Through simulations, we found that adjustment of the resonant-mode in heterostructure can be achieved in various ways, such as only changing the lattice constants, or changing both lattice constants, and the cavity size. The results also show that this structure can realize the energy transfer between bus and drop waveguides.  相似文献

The conduction characteristics of the channel of a metal-oxide-silicon field effect transistor (MOSFET) are calculated with consideration of the effect of the charge of surface states and mobile carriers in the inversion layer. The relationships obtained are presented in the form of simple analytic expressions. Attenuation of leaky modes in LiNbO3 channel H-waveguides is studied theoretically. It is shown that leakage significantly affects the parameters of waveguides made of X-and Y-cut crystals. An approximate expression for attenuation coefficients is obtained from the solution to the scalar eigenvalue problem.  相似文献
