In situ synthesis method is used to synthesize g-C3N4-P25 composite photocatalysts with different mass rations. The experiment result shows that P25 particles with diameter at range of 20–30 nm were embedded homogenously in the sheets of g-C3N4. Coupling g-C3N4 with P25 can not only improve the visible light absorption, but also improve the visible light photocatalytic activity of P25. The g-C3N4-P25 nanocomposite has the higher photocatalytic activity than g-C3N4 under visible light. The optimal g-C3N4 content with the highest photocatalytic activity is determined to be 84 %, which is almost 3.3 times higher than that of individual g-C3N4 under the visible light. The enhanced visible light photocatalytic activity could be ascribed to the formation of g-C3N4 and TiO2 heteojunction, which results in an efficient separation and transfer of photo-induced charge carriers. The electron spin resonance results show that the ·O2 ? radicals are main active species for g-C3N4 and the g-C3N4-P25 nanocomposites.  相似文献

The transport and magnetic properties of single crystal samples of substitutional solid solutions Eu1 ? x Ca x B6 (0 ≤ x ≤ 0.26) have been studied at temperatures 1.8–300 K in magnetic fields up to 80 kOe. It has been shown that an increase in the calcium concentration results in the suppression of the charge transport accompanied by an increase in the amplitude of the colossal magnetoresistance (CMR) up to the value (ρ(0) ? ρ(H))/ρ(H) ≈ 7 × 105 detected for x = 0.26 at liquid-helium temperature in a field of 80 kOe. The transition from the hole-like conductivity to the electron-like conductivity has been observed in the Eu0.74Ca0.26B6 solid solution in the CMR regime at T < 40 K. The Hall mobility values μH = 200?350 cm2/(V s) estimated for charge carriers in the strongly disordered matrix of the Eu0.74Ca0.26B6 solid solution are comparable with the charge carrier mobility μH = 400?600 cm2/(V s) for the undoped EuB6 compound. The anomalous behavior of the transport and magnetic parameters of the Eu1 ? x Ca x B6 solid solutions is discussed in terms of a metal-insulator transition predicted within the double exchange model for this system with low carrier density.  相似文献

The thermal conductivity of single crystals of the solid solution of yttrium fluoride in calcium fluoride Ca1 ? x Y x F2 + x with the fluorite structure (x ≤ 0.20) and the Ca0.27Y0.73F2.73 phase with the tisonite structure has been studied by the absolute steady-state longitudinal heat flow method in the temperature range 50–300 K. It has been established that the thermal conductivity drops sharply with increasing yttrium trifluoride concentration, especially in the low-temperature region.  相似文献

The results of the investigation of the quadratic electro-optic effect in Sr1–x Ca x TiO3 with x = 0.014 (SCT) and in nominally pure SrTiO3 (STO) at room temperature in applied direct-current (dc) and alternating-current (ac) electric fields have been presented. It has been shown that the quadratic (in polarization) electro-optic coefficients of STO and SCT crystals coincide within the accuracy of the determination (±5%). It has been found that, in nominally pure STO measured in a dc electric field, there is a relaxation of the electro-optic effect with a relaxation time τ ≈ 30 s due to the formation of a space charge in the sample. No similar effect in SCT has been observed. A possible mechanism for the formation of a space charge in STO and SCT has been discussed.  相似文献

The possibility of implementing photon cascade emission in CaF2-PrF3 crystals by increasing the PrF3 concentration in the CaF2 matrix is studied. It is shown that an increase in the Pr3+ content leads to redistribution of radiative transitions in favor of the 1 S 0-luminescence. The decrease in the efficiency of the second step of photon cascade emission at high PrF3 concentrations is caused by quenching of the 3 P 0 ?? 4f 2 transitions as a result of cross relaxation.  相似文献

Some data on the dc and ac magnetic properties of electron-doped La1 ? x Ca x MnO3 (LCMO, 0.5 ?? x ?? 0.8) sol?Cgel prepared nanoparticles with mean particle size of ~50 nm have been reported in a recent article (Liu et al. J Nanopart Res 13:2305, 2011). In particular, it is claimed that the charge ordering (CO) transition, which is observed in the bulks, disappears completely, and the ferromagnetic (FM) one occurs in all the samples studied. The authors also attributed the enhanced FM state with relatively large values of spontaneous magnetization in their samples to the good connection among the adjacent particles. It is suggested in the comment through the present article that such claims seem to be doubtful, and a natural reason for the above noted effects may be the systematic shift of a real composition (Ca-doping level) from its nominal value due to, e.g., oxygen non-stoichiometry of the considered samples. The numerous uncertainties and obscurities are also characteristic of the article being commented upon.  相似文献

X-ray powder diffraction (XRD) and magnetic measurements were performed in order to investigate the effect of Na+ ion substitution for Ca2+ ions on the crystallographic structure, the character of magnetic ordering, and the effect of transition temperature in La0.7Ca0.3−x Na x MnO3 manganites series (0 ⩽ × ⩽ 0.2). All samples crystallise in an orthorhombic structure with the Pnma space group. We have found a strong dependence of structural and magnetic properties on the cation-size disorder parameter σ 2. The temperature dependence of magnetization of all samples obeys the Bloch T 3/2 law. The values of the spin wave constant at low temperature B increase with the increase of x and the Curie temperature decreases. It is concluded that the substitution of Ca by Na+ ions causes a decrease in total exchange integral Aof the samples.   相似文献

We report the single crystal growth of Ca(Fe1?x Co x )2As2 (0?≤?x?≤?0.082) from Sn flux. The temperature–composition phase diagram is mapped out based on the magnetic susceptibility and electrical transport measurements. The phase diagram of Ca(Fe1?x Co x )2As2 is qualitatively different from those of Sr and Ba; this could be due to both the charge doping and structural tuning effects associated with Co substitution.  相似文献

We have used low temperature (90?K) transmission electron microscopy to investigate the ‘charge ordering’ modulation in the mixed valent manganite, La1? x Ca x MnO3. It has been stated that Mn3+ and Mn4+ ions order at low temperature to produce a structural modulation composed of supercells whose size is an integer multiple of the unmodulated unit cell. Here, we use convergent beam electron diffraction to show that the periodicity of the modulation need not be an integer multiple of the undistorted cell, even on the smallest scales. We therefore suggest that this modulation is a charge density wave with a uniform periodicity. We show that the modulation wavevector lies close to the a* axis of the crystal but need not be exactly collinear. A typical grain of size 0.5?µm in La0.48Ca0.52MnO3 had a wavevector which varied on a scale of tens of nanometres with an average of ?q??=?0.450a * and a standard deviation Δq?=?0.004?a* in its magnitude and Δθ?=?0.56° in its direction at 90?K. The magnitude of the wavevector in this composition fell by 20% as the temperature was increased from 90?K to room temperature. This change occurred by nucleation and growth. Although weak, the modulation was still present at room temperature, some 30?K above the ‘charge ordering temperature’.  相似文献

Samples of Y1–x Ca x Sr2GaCu2O7– (x=0, 0.4) doped with57Fe, prepared under various oxygen pressures, have been studied by magnetometry and Mössbauer spectroscopy. Most of the iron ions (Fe3+) enter the Ga(Cu(1)) site. For thex=0 sample, the Mössbauer spectra of the iron nuclei in the Cu(2) sublattice display magnetic order of Cu,T N=370 K. The iron ions in the Ga site display magnetic order only at low temperatures. At temperatures above 90 K, these iron ions display a pure quadrupole doublet Mössbauer spectrum. The samplex=0.4 also displays magnetic order of the Cu(2) site,T N370 K. A sharp drop in the hyperfine field is observed atT N, probably associated with a first-order phase transition or two-dimensional ordering. The iron nuclei in the Ga site display paramagnetic long spin relaxation time phenomena at 4.2 K. Thex=0.4 sample prepared under 110 atm oxygen pressure, displays superconductivity,T c50 K. The Mössbauer spectra give evidence of the presence of two phases. One displays magnetic order, the other is paramagnetic, the last is probably associated with the superconducting phase.  相似文献

In the rare-earth SmCoO3 perovskite, Co3+ ions at low temperatures appear to be in the low-spin state with S = 0, t 2g 2 e g 0 . If Ca2+ ions partially substitute Sm3+ ions, oxygen deficient Sm1 ? x Ca x CoO3 ? δ solid solutions with δ = x/2 appear. The oxygen deficiency leads to the formation of pyramidally coordinated cobalt ions Co pyr 3+ in addition to the existing cobalt ions Co oct 3+ within the oxygen octahedra. Even at low temperatures, these ions have a magnetic state, either S = 1, t 2g 5 e g 1 or S = 2, t 2g 4 e g 2 . At low temperatures, the magnetization of Sm1 ? x Ca x CoO3 ? δ is mainly determined by the response of Co pyr 3+ ions. Owing to the characteristic features of the crystal structure of the oxygen deficient perovskite, these ions form a set of nearly isolated dimers. At high temperatures, the magnetization of Sm1 ? x Ca x CoO3 ? δ is mainly determined by the response of Co oct 3+ ions, which exhibit a tendency to undergo the transition from the S = 0, t 2g 6 e g 0 state to the S = 1, t 2g 5 e g 1 or S = 2, tt 2g 4 e g 2 state. In addition, the magnetization and specific heat of the solid solutions under study include the contribution from the rare-earth subsystem, which undergoes a magnetic ordering at low temperatures.  相似文献

Measurements of the dynamical electrical transport behavior are performed on electron-doped manganites La0.4Ca0.6(Mn1−x Ru x )O3 (x=0 and 0.02). An undoped sample possesses a robust charge-ordered antiferromagnetic ground state, and only a positive resistivity relaxation can be observed. However, a low-temperature negative relaxation behavior arises after inducing a few ferromagnetic orders to the charge-ordered matrix by tiny Ru doping. We assigned this difference to the dynamical competition between ferromagnetic metallic and charge-ordered insulating phases. Consistently, for a doped sample, the crossover from positive to negative resistivity relaxation behavior ensues around T=115 K, which is just below the ferromagnetic Curie temperature.  相似文献

The luminescence, reflection, and luminescence excitation spectra of two-component Ca1 ? x Sr x F2:Ce3+ (0.05 mol %) (x = 0.14, 0.25, 0.4, 0.6, and 0.75) have been studied at room temperature and T = 8 K. It is shown that the luminescence bands (upon 130-eV photon excitation) in the range of 200 to 400 nm are attributed to singlet and triplet self-trapped exciton luminescence and to 5d-4f transitions in Ce3+.  相似文献

Electron paramagnetic resonance of Ca1 ? x ? y Y x Gd y F2 + x + y single crystals has revealed spectra that are not typical of gadolinium-doped CaF2 crystals. These spectra have a nearly tetragonal symmetry and are most probably caused by Gd3+ ions localized in yttrium clusters. Weak spectra of tetragonal Gd3+ centers, whose parameters are close to those of a cubic gadolinium center caused by an isolated Gd3+ ion, have been also detected. These centers are attributed to isolated Gd3+ ions localized near octahedral rare-earth clusters or their associations.  相似文献

We present transverse fieldSR and bulk magnetisation studies on powders of Bi2Sr2(Ca1{itxGd x )Cu2O y for 0x<0.5. We have found that the effective pinning decreases rapidly withx even for values ofx for whichT c remains unchanged. We have interpreted this decrease in terms of changes in ab (obtained fromSR) which cause a decrease in vortex-vortex interactions. The field distribution spectra in these superconductors have been obtained using a maximum entropy analysis and are found to agree with the calculations by Harshmanet al.  相似文献

The interaction between Mn and Cu ions is studied by measuring the resistance and electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) at different temperatures of the Cu-doped compound La2/3Ca1/3Mn1−xCuxOy. A new transition inR-T curve and substantial enhancement in magnetoresistance are induced by the substitution of Mn ions by Cu ions. The EPR measurement shows that two resonance signals appear at temperature lower than the spin-ordering temperature of Mn ions. A tentative interpretation for the observed phenomena is proposed by considering the interaction between the Cu/Mn ions besides the Mn3+/Mn4+ ions.  相似文献
