The structure of the title compound C11H7FN2O2S was characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction. The compound crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/n with Z = 12, i.e. with three molecules in asymmetric unit. The molecules are not planar: the dihedral angles between the planes of thiophene and the benzene rings are 42.3(3)°, 42.0(3)°, and 48.9(2)°. In the crystal, intermolecular C–H···F interactions link the molecules through R22 (14) ring motif. The crystal packing is also stabilized by π···π interactions.  相似文献

Crystal structure of the title compound C22H19N3O is determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction (sp. gr. P21/c, Z = 4). The molecule as a whole, is not planar: phenyl cycles are rotated relative to the plane of pyrazole ring. N?H···N intramolecular hydrogen bond forms five-membered ring fused to pyrazole ring. There are also intramolecular C?H···O and C?H···π interactions. Intermolecular C?H···O hydrogen bond links the molecules into a C(7) chain along the a axis. The crystal structure is stabilized also by C–H···π and π···π intermolecular hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The molecular structure of the title compound, C21H15Br1N2O2, was characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction. The compound crystallizes in the triclinic sp. gr. \(P\bar 1\) with Z = 2. The molecule is not planar: the dihedral angle between the planes of two aromatic rings [C1/C6] and [C16/C21] is 84.9(2)°. The other dihedral angle between two aromatic rings [C9/C14] and [C16/C21] is 88.8(2)°. The title compound exists as a phenol-imine tautomer, in which a strong intramolecular O–H···N hydrogen bond is formed. This study verifies the preference of the phenol-imine tautomeric form in the solid state. A π–π stacking interactions are also observed, which may influence crystal stability: the distance between centroids is 3.702(2) Å.  相似文献

In the crystal structure, the molecules are connected by intermolecular N–H···O, N–H···N, O–H···O, and C–H···N type hydrogen bonds. The N–H···N and C–H···N hydrogen bonds link the molecules into infinite chains along the c axis.  相似文献

The title compound, C21H29NS2, has been synthesized and its crystal structure has been determined from single crystal X-ray diffraction data. Crystals are monoclinic, a = 11.4923(8), b = 13.1842(7), c = 14.6583(8) Å, β = 109.983(6)°, sp. gr. P21/c, Z = 4. Mesityl and thiazole groups are in cis positions with respect to the cyclobutane ring. The cyclobutane ring is puckered, with a dihedral angle of 26.6(2)° between the two three-atom planes. The crystal structure involves one weak intermolecular C–H···S hydrogen-bond. The molecular geometry was also optimized using density functional theory (DFT/B3LYP) method with the 6-311G(d, p) basis set in ground state. Geometric parameters (bond lengths, bond angles and torsion angles) and vibrational assignments have been calculated theoretically and compared with the experimental data.  相似文献

The title compound, C13H12BrNO, was synthesized and characterised by IR, 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy. The proposed structure was confirmed by single crystal X-ray diffraction. The single crystal data revealed that the compound crystallizes in the triclinic system, sp. gr. P1, with Z = 2. The sevenmembered ring exhibits a slightly distorted envelope conformation. N–H···O hydrogen bonds form a centrosymmetric dimer, these interactions create a stair-like chain of molecules that interacts only loosely with neighbouring chains via van der Waals interactions, and C–H···π contacts are found in the crystal structure.  相似文献

Andrographolide, C20H30O5, is a labdane diterpenoid which was isolated from the leave of Andrographis paniculata. Its crystal structure is determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction: monoclinic, sp. gr. P21, Z = 2. Absolute configuration is determined by the refinement of the Flack parameter to 0.21(19). In the crystal, molecules are linked by O–H···O hydrogen bonds and C–H···O interactions into two dimensional network parallel to the (001) plane. Its proliferation of osteoblast cell lines is reported.  相似文献

The crystal structure of 2,3H-2-methyl-4-(4-nitrophenyl)-5-oxobenzopyrano[3,4-e]dihydropyran-2-ol is investigated using X-ray diffraction. The unit cell contains an ethanol molecule that forms hydrogen bonds with O-H and C-O groups of two molecules of the main compound and acts as a proton donor and a proton acceptor in these hydrogen bonds. Owing to these interactions, infinite chains are formed in the crystal. The crystallographic data for the structure of C19H15NO6·C2H5OH (M = 399.39) are as follows: the crystals are triclinic, space group P1, a = 5.5340(3) Å, b = 8.0109(4) Å, c = 11.0112(5) Å, α = 88.773(2)°, β = 84.788(2)°, γ = 79.958(2)°, and Z = 1.  相似文献

The crystal structure of 2-((5-amino-1,3,4-thiadiazol-2-yl)thio)-1-phenylethanone was determined by X-ray diffraction method. The compound crystallizes in orthorhombic crystal system, sp. gr. Pbca. The atoms that constitute thiadiazole and phenyl rings do not form any significant deviation from the ring planes. Compound has two intermolecular N–H···N hydrogen bonds and one C–H···π interaction. Using DFT/B3LYP method with 6-31G(d), 6-311G(d), 6-311G(d, p), and 6-311++G(d, p) basis sets, the molecular geometry of the compound was optimised. Bond lenghts, bond angles, torsion angles, dihedral angles, and HOMO–LUMO were calculated from the optimised geometry of the compound. The results obtained by X-ray diffraction method were compared with the results obtained through four different basis sets. Total energy of the molecule was calculated for four different basis sets.  相似文献
