在碳纳米管的制备过程中, 各种点缺陷不可避免地存在于其晶格结构中, 对于碳管的热输运性质造成不可忽视的影响. 使用非平衡分子动力学方法, 选用反应经验键序势能, 模拟计算含有缺陷的碳纳米管的热导率. 尝试采用正交试验方法设计算例, 不但减少了计算量, 并且利于分析缺陷类型、 管长和管径三种结构因素对缺陷造成的热导率下降影响的主次和趋势. 重点研究了掺杂、 吸附和空位三类点缺陷的影响, 与无缺陷完整碳纳米管进行比较, 开展缺陷效应分析, 并进一步考察了环境温度等因素的影响. 模拟结果表明, 相对完整无缺陷碳管, 含有点缺陷的碳管热导率显着下降; 在有缺陷存在的情况下, 缺陷的类型对碳管热导率的影响最大, 管径次之, 管长影响相对最小; 缺陷类型对热导率影响力从大到小依次为: 空位 > 掺杂 > 吸附; 不同环境温度下, 点缺陷对碳管热导率的影响不尽相同.  相似文献

通过非平衡分子动力学方法, 对单壁碳管填充金纳米线的碳纳米管电缆式复合材料开展热导率的模拟分析. 采用Tersoff势函数描述碳-碳原子间的相互作用, Lennard-Jones长程作用势描述碳-金原子间的相互作用, 嵌入原子势函数描述金-金原子间相互作用. 研究结果表明: 相同尺寸下, 金纳米线的电子热导率相较于空碳管以及电缆式复合材料的声子热导率小很多, 对复合材料总热导率的贡献可以忽略; 由于管内金纳米线的存在, 其与碳管的相互作用使得碳管碳原子倾向于沿着轴向振动, 声子间U散射随之减少, 声子平均自由程增加, 导致复合材料热导率明显大于空碳管, 在100–500 K温度范围内高出约20%–45%, 但增大幅度随温升呈降低趋势; 复合材料热导率随着管长增加而增大, 变化趋势和空碳管相似, 但其增长幅度更大; 复合材料和空碳管的热导率随管径增大而减小, 且变化幅度基本一致. 关键词: 碳纳米管 纳米线 电缆式复合材料 导热  相似文献

本文采用非平衡分子动力学模拟方法,研究了不同直径和热流对碳纳米管(CNT)热导率的影响。研究的CNT长度均为16 nm,直径范围是0.825~1.650 nm.计算结果表明直径对该长度下CNT热导率的影响不大。其原因为碳纳米管的长度小于声子平均自由程,声子在此区间内为纯弹道式传输模式。此外,本文对热导率随热流的变化关系也进行了讨论,由结果发现热流的增大导致冷热区温差的增大,且在某临界下,温差随热流线性增大,之后陡增;相应的热导率在临界以下随热流小幅度增大,之后猝然下降。对于临界之后的区域,原因可能是非傅里叶导热引起的突变。  相似文献

利用卷曲法计算了有限长单壁碳纳米管的声子色散关系.讨论了单壁碳纳米管的比热随管径、温度的变化趋势.结果表明碳管的比热随温度、管径的增大而增大,并逐渐趋于一恒定数值.根据色散关系的计算结果,给出了有限长(5,5)型单壁碳纳米管的振动模式以及部分振动模式的频率随长度的变化关系. 关键词: 碳纳米管 声子 比热  相似文献

采用非平衡分子动力学方法研究了室温下(5,5)碳纳米管的热导率.当管长从6 nm增加到4 μm时,其热导率从30 W/(m.K)增加为1000 W/(m.K).当碳纳米管长度小于40 nm时,热导率与长度呈线性关系,此时导热处于弹道输运阶段.随着管长的增加,热导率和长度成幂指数关系,但幂指数逐渐减小并趋向于O,表明声子从以弹道输运为主向以扩散输运为主的机制转变.  相似文献

本文利用AIREBO势函数、L.J势函数和Green-Kubo线性响应理论,结合分子动力学平衡方法模拟了碳纳米豆荚热导率。研究表明,C60分子的运动有益于能量传输,导致碳豆荚热导率高于空碳管。随着温度升高,碳豆荚热导率先减小后增大。随着长度增长,碳豆荚热导率逐渐增大,并趋于稳定收敛;而管径越大,热导率收敛速度越快,收敛长度越小。对于扶手椅型(n,n)碳豆荚,n≥11时,C_(60)分子存在明显径向平移运动。碳豆荚热导率随着管径变大先降低后升高。碳豆荚热导率随C_(60)填充率的增大而升高;但当填充率达到100%,因为此状态下C_(60)分子的轴向平移运动突然消失,导致碳豆荚热导率突降。  相似文献

用微米级LaNi5合金粉末为催化剂, 以乙炔为原料, 采用化学气相沉积(CVD)法合成了多壁碳纳米管. 在100~290 K温度下测量了41 μm≤d≤150 μm粒径催化剂制备的不同直径分布的碳纳米管的电子自旋共振(ESR)谱,研究了测量温度、微米级催化剂粒径及制备过程的氢气氛对生成的碳纳米管的ESR谱线型、g因子、线宽的影响. 发现碳纳米管的g因子随其直径的增大而增大,分别为2.040 0(催化剂粒径41 μm≤d≤50 μm, 碳纳米管的直径分布为10 nm到20 nm)和2.089 8(催化剂粒径100 μm≤d≤150 μm,碳纳米管的直径分布为70 nm到120 nm). 发现小管径纳米管的ESR谱图有一个峰, 而大管径纳米管的ESR谱图有两个峰A和B, 且随测量温度的升高, 峰B强度增大.  相似文献

本文采用分子动力学模拟办法对碳纳米管-聚乙烯复合材料的界面力学特性进行了模拟和分析. 通过对单壁碳纳米管从无定形聚乙烯中抽出过程进行模拟, 研究了界面剪切应力随碳管滑移速度、聚乙烯分子链长和碳纳米管管径之间的变化关系, 并对界面的滑移机理进行了讨论. 模拟结果发现, 随着聚合物分子链长的增加, 界面临界剪切应力有显著增大, 而滑移剪切应力略显增加; 界面临界剪切应力和滑移剪切应力随着碳纳米管管径的增大而明显增加. 本文同时对界面应力的变化机理进行了模拟和讨论.  相似文献

碳纳米管管腔作为分子物质的纳米通道,其储存或输送水的能力具有重要研究价值.为了研究碳纳米管管腔受限空间对水分子团簇结构和分布的影响,本文采用分子动力学方法探究了管径、手性和温度对单壁碳纳米管管腔内水的结构和分布的影响.结果表明:在常温下,管径尺寸范围为1.018—1.253 nm的单壁碳纳米管管内易形成有序的多元环水结构,此范围以外碳纳米管管内难以形成水的有序结构;且随着管径尺寸增大,多元环水呈现由三元环至六元环的结构变化;范德瓦耳斯势分布分析表明,在上述管径范围内,水分子趋向于贴近碳纳米管管壁分布而形成水的有序结构.对比管径尺寸差别较小的碳纳米管,其手性对多元环水结构影响不大.多元环水结构的稳定性表现出温度依赖性,管径较大的碳纳米管内的多元环水的有序结构更易随温度升高而消失.  相似文献

使用分子动力学方法模拟了单壁碳纳米管的拉伸变形行为和泊松比,并从单壁碳纳米管晶胞单元的结构特征角度,系统分析了管径、螺旋性和应变对力学性能的影响.模拟结果显示,单臂性碳纳米管(8,8)-(22,22)和锯齿性碳纳米管(9,0)-(29,0)的拉伸弹性变形可以分别达到35%-38%和20%-27%,拉伸条件下这些碳纳米管的弹性模量随管径的增大从960 GPa下降到750 GPa,并且锯齿性碳纳米管的弹性模量比单臂性碳纳米管的弹性模量要高.通过对三根具有相同直径和不同螺旋性的碳纳米管(9,9),(12,6)和(16,0)分别在拉伸和压缩条件下的模拟发现,随着变形的增大,碳纳米管的泊松比将减小;在相同的拉伸应变下,碳纳米管的泊松比随其螺旋角的减小而减小,而在相同的压缩应变下,碳纳米管的泊松比随其螺旋角的减小而增大.  相似文献

Two-dimensional scanning of a 0.6328 mum guided-light beam has been realized using noncolinear acousto-optic (AO) coplanar Bragg diffraction together with colinear AO guided-mode to substrate radiation-mode conversion in a Z-cut Xpropagation LiNbO3 proton-exchanged (PE) waveguide. The two surface acoustic (SAW) waves utilized are at the center frequencies of 500 and 200 MHz, propagating in the Y and X axes, respectively. Two-dimensional scanning of approximately 720 resolvable light beam spots, namely, 18 40 (horizontal vertical) scanning, has been demonstrated using a light beam of 1.0 mm aperture. The total number of resolvable beam spots can be greatly increased from 720 by simply utilizing SAW transducers of larger bandwidth and a light beam of greater aperture. It should also be possible to significantly increase the diffraction efficiency from 3 % by optimizing the parameters of the PE waveguide and the SAWs.  相似文献

A simple technique of pulse compression, based on the linear chirp compensation of self-phase modulation (SPM) spectra in dispersion shifted fibers, is demonstrated. The optimization procedure is carried out, for a short span of a single-mode fiber, using a parabolic law, which describes the behavior of the squared output pulse width versus the pump peak power in the case of Gaussian pulses. The experimental results give a minimum pulse duration of 233 fs, which is in good agreement with the model. Shorter and coherent pulses, down to 90 fs, have been obtained by inserting an interference filter at the optical output.  相似文献

Results of a study of the effect of γ-radiation on the spectral luminescence properties of cadmium tungstate crystals doped with silver, bismuth, and molybdenum cations are presented. Spectral characteristics of the nondnnnoped crystals are briefly described. Absorption and photo and X-ray luminescence spectra of the crystals taken before and after exposure to γ-radiation (5.5·104 Gy) are compared. It is found that the spectral characteristics of the crystals doped with silver, bismuth, and molybdenum cations do not change markedly after the exposure. The relation between the type of impurity-induced defects, individual characteristics of the impurity cations, and the character of the effect of γ-radiation on the spectral luminescence properties of impure crystals is analyzed (preliminarily). The Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility(SSRF)booster ring,a full energy injector for the storage ring,is deigned to accelerate the electron beam energy from 150MeV to 3.5GeV that demands high extraction efficiency at the extraction energy with low beam loss rate when electrons are ramping.Closed orbit distortion(COD)caused by bending magnet field uniformity errors which affects the machine performance harmfully could be effectively reduced by bending magnet location sorting.Considering the affections of random errors in measurement,both ideal sorting and realistic sorting are studied based on measured bending magnet field uniformity errors and one reasonable combination of bending magnets which can reduce the horizontal COD by a factor of 5is given as the final installation sequence of the booster bending magnets in this paper.  相似文献

A multi-conjugate adaptive optics (MCAO) can offer a possibility of widening field of view (FOV) characterized by the isoplanatic angle, and the choose of conjugate height becomes a basic problem for MCAO, which influences the size of iosplanatic angle. Considering the application of lidar, the isoplanatic angle's expressions of two deformable mirrors (DMs) MCAO for uplink and downlink are deduced. The effects of conjugate heights for dual-conjugate AO are thoughtfully discussed, and the isoplanatic angles are further analyzed. The results show that the isopanatic angle varies with the conjugate height and reaches the maximum as the conjugate height is at the optimal altitude. Moreover, the optimal conjugate height changes with the propagation distance.  相似文献

Due to the limit of response speed of the present single-photon detector, the code rate is still too low to come into practical use for the present quantum key distribution (QKD) system.A new idea is put up to design a quick single-photon detector.This quick single-photon detector is composed of a multi-port optic-fiber splitter and many avalanche photo diodes (APDs).Au of the ports with APDs work on the time division and cooperate with a logic discriminating and deciding unit driven by the clock signal.The operation frequency lies on the number N of ports, and can reach N times of the conventional single-photon detector.The single-photon prompt detection can come true for high repetition-rate pulses.The applying of this detector will largely raise the code rate of the QKD, and boost the commercial use.  相似文献

We measure the waveform and phase curves of short optical pulses before and after transmission over different lengths of fibers by use of the pulse analyzer with the frequency-resolved optical gating (FROG),and numerically simulate pulse evolution under the experimental conditions.The nonlinear coefficient of the fiber is given by comparing the experimental results with the numerical ones.Difference between the experiment and numerical simulation is analyzed.  相似文献

Resonance scattering of elastic spherical shell and cylindrical shell while the surrounding fluid medium has absorption is studied. The normal mode solution derived using exact elastic theory and the separation of variables is still applicable. However, the scattering form function has to be modified for the absorbing medium, otherwise the unreasonable result would be obtained. The backscattering form function in the absorbing medium is redefined, and the form function of elastic spherical and cylindrical shell with vacuum or solid matter filled is calculated in various absorption conditions. The results show that the absorption of surrounding fluid leads to notable attenuation of the coincidence resonances in the mid-frequency, but it has a little influence on the low-frequency resonance scattering induced by the filler inside the shell.  相似文献
