An efficient and direct procedure has been developed for the preparation of amidoalkyl naphthols by a one-pot condensation of aryl aldehydes, 2-naphthol and urea or amides, in the presence of HClO4-SiO2 as a heterogeneous catalyst. The reactions were carried out under reflux and solvent-free conditions. The present methodology offers several advantages such as excellent yields, simple procedure, easy work-up and ecofriendly reaction condition. The catalyst is easily prepared, stable, reusable and efficient under the reaction conditions.  相似文献

A simple, efficient, and environment benign route was developed for the preparation of bis-(indolyl)methanes and 14-aryl-14H- dibenzo[aj]xanthenes from condensation of various aromatic aldehydes or ketones with indole, and 2-naphthol, respectively, using oxalic acid catalyst in aqueous medium. Use of cheap and easily available catalyst, better yields and simple reaction protocol are the advantages of the present method.  相似文献

2-Naphthol and various aldehydes were used for the synthesis of 14-aryl- or 14-alkyl-14H-di-benzo[a,j]xanthene in the presence of nano-SnCl4∙SiO2 under solvent-free condition. Fe(HSO4)3 has been used as an efficient and recyclable catalyst for the one-pot synthesis of 14-aryl- or alkyl-14Hdibenzo[aj]xanthene derivatives by the reaction of 2-naphtol and aldehydes. A new highly efficient and reusable Cu(Ⅰ)-MOF has been developed for the synthesis of propargylamine compounds via the three-component reaction of secondary amines,alkynes.and aromatic aldehydes under solvent-free conditions.The desired propargylamines were obtained in good to excellent yields with a low catalyst loading.The catalyst may be recovered and reused for up to 5 cycles without major loss of activity.This protocol has the advantages of excellent yields,low catalyst loading,and catalyst recyclability.  相似文献

A green and efficient method for the synthesis of various 4H-benzo[b]pyrans and Spirooxindoles in the presence of FeNi3–SiO2 as the nanocatalyst at room temperature is reported. An efficient method for the synthesis of 14-alkyl or aryl 14H-dibenzo[a,j]xanthene derivatives by the reaction of β-naphthol,and aldehydes in the presence of a catalytic amount of bismuth(Ⅲ) chloride(BiCl3) under solvent-free conditions at 110℃is described.Aliphatic and aromatic aldehydes were used in the reaction and in all cases the desired products were synthesized successfully.This reaction was studied under different temperatures;the maximum yield was obtained in a short reaction period at 110℃.The method offers the advantages of high yields,short reaction times,simplicity and easy workup compared to the conventional method of syntheses.  相似文献

In this work, rice husk ash (RHA), as a natural source of amorphous silica, was used as a support for the immobilization of 1-methyl-3-(trimethoxysilylpropyl)-imidazolium hydrogen sulfate. The immobilized acidic ionic liquid was characterized with a variety of techniques, including infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), X-ray diffraction (XRD), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and pH analysis. This reagent showed excellent catalytic activity for the preparation of 1-(benzothiazolylamino)phenylmethyl-2-naphthols from the one-pot condensation of an aldehyde, 2-aminobenzothiazole and 2-naphthol, at 100 °C under solvent-free conditions. The procedure gave the products in excellent yields in very short reaction times with high TOF. Also, this catalyst can be reused six times without loss of its catalytic activity.  相似文献

Abstract  

Aryl or alkyl-14H-dibenzo[a,j]xanthene derivatives were synthesized efficiently by the reaction of 2-naphthol and aromatic or aliphatic aldehydes in the presence of polyvinylsulfonic acid (PVSA) as a reusable Br?nsted acid catalyst under aqueous conditions at 90 °C. This reaction was studied under different conditions, and several solvents were examined. In terms of reaction yield and time, water was found to be the optimum solvent. The catalytic performance of PVSA was then compared with various acidic catalysts under optimized reaction conditions. The catalyst is well characterized using IR and DSC techniques.  相似文献
