反相液相色谱(RPLC)是测定正辛醇/水分配系数(log P)的有效方法,但由于缺少同类型模型化合物,RPLC在测定强离解化合物的log P时遇到挑战。该文在硅胶基质C18色谱柱上,采用离子抑制反相液相色谱(IS-RPLC)和离子对反相液相色谱(IP-RPLC)分别对中性化合物、酚酸、羧酸、磺酸及部分两性化合物的保留行为进行了系统研究。在IS-RPLC模式下,利用中性化合物、弱离解的酚酸和苯羧酸作为模型化合物,建立了表观正辛醇/水分配系数(log D)与纯水相保留因子对数值(log kw)的定量结构-保留行为关系(QSRR)模型,测定了19种离解化合物的log D值,作为后续IP-RPLC的模型化合物及验证化合物。在IP-RPLC模式下,将中性、弱离解和强离解化合物作为混合模型组,以溶质静电荷ne、氢键酸碱性参数AB为桥梁,建立了线性良好的log D-log kw-IP模型,采用3种不同类型的离解化合物进行了外部验证实验,预测值误差低于10%,证实了模型的可靠性。在此基础上,预测了8种强离解化合物的log D7.0值(pH 7.0条件下的log D值)。研究表明,利用结构相关参数沟通不同类型的模型化合物,是实现IP-RPLC测定强离解化合物log D值的一种行之有效的方法。与聚乙烯醇基质色谱柱相比,通用型的硅胶基质色谱柱上尽管存在着更多的次级作用,但可以为强离解化合物log D的测定提供更灵活的选择。  相似文献

Unsaturated fatty acids [C8H17CH=CH(CH2)nCO2H] (n=7, 11) acids are cleanly dihydroxylated by hydrogen peroxide in the presence of catalytic amounts of H2WO4. Under molecular oxygen, in the presence of catalytic amounts of N-hydroxyphthalimide and Co(acac)3, the diols resulting from erucic (n=11) and oleic (n=7) acid undergo C–C cleavage.  相似文献

CaRgn+ (Rg=He, Ne, Ar) complexes with n=1–4, are investigated by performing using the B3LYP/6-311+G (3df) density functional theory calculations. The CaHen+ (n=1–4) complexes are found to be stable. In the case of CaNen+ and CaArn+, stable structures and stationary point were found only for n=1 and 2. For n=3 in the C3V and the D3h point group as well as for n=4 in the Td (tetrahedral) point group a saddle point (imaginary frequency) is observed and global minimum could be obtained along the potential energy surface.  相似文献

A nonaqueous electrochromatographic reversed-phase separation method for retinyl esters using continuous bed columns has been developed. The packing material 7 μm Nucleosil 4000 Å C18 was sol–gel bonded in 180 μm I.D. capillaries. The mobile phase used was 2.5 mM lithium acetate in N,N-dimethylformamide–acetonitrile–methanol (2+7+1, v/v). At 350 V/cm and 30°C, this mobile phase composition gave rise to an electroosmotic flow of 1 mm/s. No Joule heating nor bubble formation were observed even at 625 V/cm (17 μA). With a 36 cm Leff column complete separation of the commercially available and synthesized standards (all-trans-retinyl acetate, palmitate, heptadecanoate, stearate, oleoate, and linoleoate) was obtained within 10 min. The within-day and between-day variations of retention times of all-trans-retinyl palmitate were <0.3% relative standard deviation (RSD) (n=3) and <2% RSD (n=6), respectively. The within-day and between-day variations of peak areas were both <2% (both n=3). The columns were used for more than 1 month without degradation. Liver extracts from arctic seal were analyzed.  相似文献

The integral enthalpies of solution of glycylglycine and diglycylglycine in water–ethanol, water–n-propanol and water–i-propanol mixtures were measured at 298.15 K and alcohol mole fraction concentrations (x2) ranging up to 0.3 by calorimetry. The ΔsolH° and ΔtrH° vs. x2 were found to have extrema. Enthalpic coefficients of pairwise interactions (hxy) between peptide and alcohol molecules were positive and increased in the series ethanol, n-propanol, i-propanol.  相似文献

A series of N-[4'-(dodecyloxy)resorcylidene]-4-(RO*)-anilines (HLn n = 1, R*O = (-)-cis-myrtanyl; n = 2, R*O = (-)-menthyl; n = 3, R*O = S-(-)-β-citronellyl; n = 4, R*O = R-(-)-2-octyl) has been synthesized and the mesomorphic properties investigated. These ligands are able to chelate a metal atom; accordingly three different series of palladium complexes, [(Ln)Pd(Ln)], [(Ln)Pd(Azoxy-6)] and [(L3)Pd(Ph-Pyn)] (where Azoxy-6 and PhPyn are cyclopalladated 4,4'-dihexyloxyazoxybenzene and 5-substituted-2-(4-substituted-phenyl)pyrimidine, respectively) have been prepared. The mesogenic HL3 and HL4 ligands exhibit a S*C phase, retained in [(L3)Pd(L3)], which changes to a cholesteric phase in [(L4)Pd(L4)] and becomes the more ordered S*H phase in the [(Ln)Pd(Azoxy-6)] (n = 3,4) derivatives. In contrast, in the [(L3)Pd(Ph-Pyn)] compounds the mesomorphic phase is a SA phase.  相似文献

A novel norvancomycin-bonded chiral stationary phase (NVC-CSP) was synthesized by using the chiral selector of norvancomycin. The chiral separation of enantiomers of several dansyl-amino acids by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) in the reversed-phase mode is described. The effects of some parameters, such as organic modifier concentration, column temperature, pH and flow rate of the mobile phase, on the retention and enantioselectivity were investigated. The study showed that ionic, as well as hydrophobic interactions were engaged between the analyte and macrocycle in this chromatographic system. Increasing pH of buffers usually improved the chiral resolution for dansyl--amino-n-butyric acid (Dns-But), dansyl-methionine (Dns-Met) and dansyl-threonine (Dns-Thr), but not for dansyl-glutamic acid (Dns-Glu) which contains two carboxylic groups in its molecular structure. The natural logarithms of selectivity factors (ln ) of all the investigated compounds depended linearly on the reciprocal of temperature (1/T), most processes of enantioseparation were controlled enthalpically. Interestingly, the process of enantioseparaton for dansyl-threonine was enthalpy-controlled at pH of 3.5, while at pH of 7.0, it was entropy-controlled according to thermodynamic parameters ΔR,SΔH° and ΔR,SΔS° afforded by Van’t Hoff plots. In order to get baseline separation for all the solutes researched, norvancomycin was also used as a chiral mobile phase additive. In combination with the NVC-CSP, remarkable increases in enanselectivity were observed for all the compounds, as the result of a “synergistic” effect.  相似文献

For a closed-shell MO configuration with 2n electrons which occupy n non-degenerate canonical MOs, it is deduced that the RHF energy, Σni=1[2H0nnj-1(2Jij-Kij)], may be expressed in Hückel-like form as 2Σni-1ε, −Σni-1[ji(λ+1)+1,(λ+2)] with λ=2(n-i). The li(λ+1) and Ii(λ+2) are the ionization potentials for the HOMO ψ, which arises after λ and λ+1 electrons have been successively removed from the initial configuration.  相似文献

Ab initio calculations are carried out to study the adsorption of Lithium atom on the Sin cluster with n ranging from 2 to 7. At the MP2/6-31G(d) level, the structures of the neutral Sin clusters and the SinLi clusters (n=2–7) are optimized. The single-point energy at QCISD/6-311+G(d,p) level for the optimized isomers are further performed. Harmonic vibrational frequency analysis at the MP2/6-31G(d) level is also undertaken to confirm that the optimize geometries are stable. Based on our results, the most favorable sites for Li adsorption on the Si2–7 clusters are the bridge sites. In addition, the vertical ionization energies of the SinLi clusters and the electron affinities of the Sin clusters are also calculated. The clear parallelism between the vertical ionization energies of SinLi and the electron affinities of Sin is found. This is consistent with the fact that the framework of the Sin in the SinLi cluster is similar to the structure of the corresponding negative ion .  相似文献

A Doppler-based velocity selection technique has been used to measure the relative velocity dependence of the cross sections σji,Δr) for rotationally inelastic collisions from level ji to ji + Δν1 = 8,22,42) in 7Li*2 A 1Σ+u)—Xe. The σjν±2r) are strongly attenuated at a smaller νr by “torque averaging” due to molecular rotation; in contrast, for large |Δ|, σj = νrn (1 n 2). The magnetic susceptibility has been determined for CuLn(TCNQ)2 (L = 2,2'-bipyridine, 1,10-phenanthroline, or ethylenediamine;n = 1 or 2), having high electric conductivity. The results show that the Cu2+Ln chelates are partially reduced to Cu2+Ln in the complexes. The equilibrium Cu2+Ln(TCNQ)2 Cu+Ln(TCNQ)(TCNQo) produces conduction electrons in TCNQ columns.  相似文献

B3LYP/6-311+G(2d,p), the density functional theory method of 98 package, is applied to study the hydrogen bonding of a series of linear (HCN)n and (HNC)n molecular clusters (for n=1–10). By the localization analysis methods we developed, pair-wised σ type H-bond orders and bond energies are calculated for each pair of the two near-by molecules in both (HCN)n and (HNC)n clusters. The calculated results are checked well with the shortening of N–H or C–H distance, the elongation of CH or NH bond distance, and the red shift of stretching frequencies of CH or NH. All pieces of evidence show that the central pair of the two molecules forms the strongest H bond when n of (HCN)n or (HNC)n is even, and the two middle pairs form the two strongest H bonds when n is odd. Two terminal pairs of HCN or HNC molecules always form the two weakest H-bonds in each molecular cluster. When comparing molecular cluster energies between (HCN)n and (HNC)n for various values of n, the well-known (HCN)n is found more stable than the related (HNC)n from energy calculation. However, if outcomes of H-bond local analysis are contrasted, our analysis significantly shows that inter-molecular H-bonds inside of (HNC)n clusters are much stronger than the corresponding H-bonds in (HCN)n with the same n. In comparing energy differences between these related clusters per monomer, [E(HNC)nE(HCN)n]/n is found decreasing monotonically as n increases. All pieces of evidence from this theoretical prediction indicate that (HNC)n with large n is probably constructed by its relative strong H-bonds.  相似文献

The syntheses of Bromodisilanes BrnSi2H6−n and Iododisilanes InSi2H6−n (n = 1, 2, 3, 4, 5), starting from caryldisilanes ArnSi2H6−n (Ar = phenyl, -naphthyl, mesityl) are reported. The 29Si-NMR-spectra of all compounds, including 29Si29Si-coupling constants, have been measured.

Ausgehend von Aryldisilanen ArS2H6−n, (Ar = Phenyl, -Naphthyl, Mesityl) wurden die Bromdisilane BrnSi2H6−n, und Ioddisilane InSi2H6−n, (n = 1, 2, 3, 4, 5) synthetisiert. Die 29Si-NMR-Spektren aller Verbindungen, (eingeschlossen 29Si29Si-Kopplungskonstanten) wurden vermessen.  相似文献

Three reversed-phase systems [based on the divinylbenzene-styrene copolymer (PRP-1), the C18-derivatized divinylbenzene-styrene copolymer (ACT-1), and the Nucleosil C8 columns] were studied for their suitability in lipophilicity determination. Acetonitrile-water was selected as the mobile phase. Correlation between log k′ and log Pcyc for both the PRP-1 and Nucleosil C8 systems was superior to the correlation between log k′ and either log Poct or log Pcyc (oct = octanol; CYC = cyclohexane) on the ACT-1 column. On the PRP-1 and Nucleosil columns, correlation between log k′ and log Poct was much improved when test compounds were grouped into classifications of non-H bonding, single amphiprotics (alcohols, phenols, amides) or double amphiproties. Although the PRP-1 system gave broad peaks with lipophilic substrates, there was good correlation between log k′ values on the Nucleosil silica-based reversed-phase system and the polymer PRP-1 system, indicating that either is suitable for the determination of lipophilicity.  相似文献

Equations for differences between ΔG°c, ΔG°m, and ΔG°x values are derived. Geometries and vibrational frequencies of complexes of cationic coinage metal clusters Mn+ (M=Cu, Ag, Au; n=1–4) and H2S are computed using density functional theory. Thermochemical values for Mn+H2S decomposition channels involving loss of an H atom, H2 molecule, M atom, or M2 molecule are also computed. The methylene-bridged, mixed-chalogen compounds Fe2(CO)6(μ-SeCH2Te) (1) and Fe2(CO)6(μ-SCH2Te) (3) have been synthesised from the room temperature reaction of diazomethane with Fe2(CO)6(μ-SeTe) and Fe2(CO)6(μ-STe), respectively. Compounds 1 and 3 have been characterised by IR, 1H, 13C, 77Se and 125Te NMR spectroscopy. The structure of 1 has been elucidated by X-ray crystallography. The synthesis and reactivity of {(η5-C5H4SiMe3)2Ti(CCSiMe3)2} MCl2 (M = Fe: 3a; M = Co: 3b; M = Ni: 3c) is described. The complexes 3 are accessible by the reaction of (η5-C5H4SiMe3) 2Ti(CSiMe3)2 (1) with equimolar amounts of MCl2 (2) (M = Fe, Co, Ni). 3a reacts with the organic chelat ligands 2,2′-dipyridyl (dipy) (4a) or 1,10-phenanthroline (phen) (4b) in THF at 25°C to afford in quantitative yields (η5-C5H4SiMe3)2Ti(CSiMe3)2 (1) and [Fe(dipy)2]Cl2 (5a) or [Fe(phen)2]Cl2 (5b). 1/n[CuIHal]n (6) or 1/n[AgIHal]n (7) (Hal = Cl, Br) react with {(η5 -C5H4SiMe3)2Ti(CCSiMe3)2}FeCl2 (3a), by replacement of the FeCl2 building block in 3a, to yield the compounds {(η5-C5H4SiMe3)2Ti(C CSiMe3)2}CuIHal (8) or {(η5-C5H4SiMe3)2Ti(CSiMe3)2}AgIHal (9) (Hal = Cl, Br), respectively. In 8 and 9 each of the two Me3SiCC-units is η2-coordinated to monomeric CuI Hal or AgIHal moieties. Compounds 8 and 9 can also be synthesized by the reaction of (η5-C5H4SiMe3)2 Ti(CSiMe3)2 (1) with 1/n[CuIHal]n (6) or 1/n [AgIHal]n (7) in excellent yields. All new compounds have been characterized by analytical and spectroscopic data (IR, 1H-NMR, MS). The magnetic moments of compounds 3 were measured.  相似文献

The preparation of liquid-crystalline 2,5-bis(4-alkyloxyphenyl) thiazolo [5,4-d] dithiazoles (ATTn), in which the alkyl group is CnH2n + 1 (where n = 1 to 10, 12), has been described. Mesomorphic properties and phase transitions as determined by polarizing hot stage microscopy and differential scanning calorimetry are discussed as a function of the number of carbon atoms in the alkyloxy chain. The exhibition of tilted smectic phases (smectic C and smectic I) by these compounds is an interesting feature since there is no significant central dipole moment transverse to these molecules.  相似文献

The gas-phase stabilities of cluster ions SF+m (SF6)n with m = 0−5 were determined by using a high pressure mass spectrometer. The bond energies of SF+m (SF6)1 were found to be less than 10 kcal/mol and to decrease with m = 0 → 5. There appear to be rather large gaps in the bond energies between n = 1 and 2 for the clusters SF+m (SF6)n with m = 0−4. The structures of SF+5, SF+ (SF6)1, SF+3 (SF6)1, and SF+5 (SF6)1 were investigated by ab initio molecular orbital calculations. For SF+5, the D3h geometry is found to be most stable andC4v is a transition state of the Berry pseudorotation. For the ion-molecule complexes, the “on-top hat” models were found to be the most stable structures.  相似文献
