Reaction of COC12.6H20 with equimolar bis(3,5-dimethylpyrazolyl)methane (dmpzm) produced a mononuclear adduct [Co(dmpzm)Cl2] (1). Treatment of 1 with sodium dicyanamide (dca) afforded a polymeric complex [Co(dmpzm)(μ-dca)2]∞ (2). 1 and 2 were characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra, thermogravimetric analysis and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The cobalt atom in 1 adopts a distorted tetrahedral coordination geometry, bound to two N atoms of one dmpzm and two Cl atoms. Complex 2 has a 2D brick-wall network (extended along the bc plane) in which the { [Co(dmpzm)(μ-dca)]2} n^2n+ chains are interconnected by pairs of μ-dca anions along the c axis. The magnetic properties of 1 and 2 were also investigated.  相似文献

Reactions of NiCl2-6H2O with dmpzm and formic or acetic acid at PH = 7 produced the two title compounds, [Ni(dmpzm)2(HCO2)]Cl·2H2O 1 and [Ni(dmpzm)2(OAc)]C2·H2O 2 (dmpzm = 1,1 '-methylenebis(3,5-dimethyl-lH-pyrazole)). 1 and 2 were characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra, and thermogravimetric analysis. 1 crystallizes in the orthorhombic system, space group Pcca with a = 18.700(2), b = 8.6843(9), c = 18.098(2)A, V= 2939.1(5)A^3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.319 g/cm^3, T = 193 K, C23H37CINsNiO4, Mr = 583.75, F(000) = 1232, p(MoKa) = 0.792 cm^-1, S = 1.079, R = 0.0772 and wR = 0.1958 for 2265 observed reflections with I〉 2σ(I). 2 crystallizes in the orthorhombic system, space group Pcca with a = 17.011(3), b = 18.630(4), c = 19.300(4)A, V = 6117(2)A^3, Z = 8, Dc = 1.337 g/cm^3, T= 193(2) K, C24H41C1N8NiO5, Mr = 615.79, F(000) = 2608, μ(MoKa) = 0.768 cm^-1, S = 1.059, R = 0.0518 and wR = 0.1109 for 5124 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I). The Ni atoms in 1 or 2 are chelated by two dmpzm ligands and one formate or acetate anion, forming slightly distorted octahedral geometries. In the crystals of 1 or 2, intermolecular hydrogen bonding interactions result in the formation of 2D hydrogen-bonded frameworks.  相似文献

A new ion selective electrode for salicylate based on N,N'-(aminoethyl)ethylenediamide bis(2-salicylideneimine) binuclear copper(Ⅱ) complex [Cu(Ⅱ)2-AEBS] as an ionophore was developed. The electrode has a linear range from 1.0 × 10^-1 to 5.0 ×10^-7 mol·L^- 1 with a near-Nemstian slope of ( - 55 ±1 ) mV/decade and a detection limit of 2.0 × 10-7 mol·L^-1 in phosphorate buffer solution of pH 5.0 at 25 ℃. It shows good selectivity for Sal^- and displays anti-Hofmeister selectivity sequence: Sal^-〉SCN^-〉 ClO4^- 〉I^-〉 NO2^- 〉Br^-〉 NO3^- 〉Cl^-〉 SO3^2- 〉 SO4^2- The proposed sensor based on binuclear copper(Ⅱ)complex has a fast response time of 5-10 s and can be used for at least 2 months without any major deviation. The response mechanism is discussed in view of the alternating current (AC) impedance technique and the UV-vis spectroscopy technique. The effect of the electrode membrane compositions and the experimental conditions were studied. The electrode has been successfully used for the determination of salicylate ion in drug pharmaceutical preparations.  相似文献

The title compound, [Cu3(dmpzm)4(μ-1,3-dca)2(dca)4]·2H2O (dmpzm = 1,1'-methylenebis(3,5-dimethyl-lH-pyrazole), dca = dicyanamide) 1·2H2O, was synthesized via the reaction of CuCl2·2H2O with dmpzm and Na(dca), and characterized by elemental analysis and IR spectra. 1·2H2O crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group C2/m with a = 13.578(3), b = 16.769(3), c = 14.769(3) A, β = 104.10(3)° V = 3261.4(11) A^3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.466 g/cm^3, T = 153(2) K, C56H68N34O2Cu3, Mr = 1440.09, F(000) = 1490,μ(MoKa) = 1.040 mm^-1, S = 1.150, R = 0.0553 and wR = 0.1123 for 2744 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I). The central copper atom is chelated by two dmpzm ligands and coordinated by two bridging dca anions, forming a slightly distorted octahedral geometry. The two external copper atoms adopt a square-pyramidal coordination geometry, coordinated by one chelating dmpzm ligand and one bridging and two terminal dca anions. Two intermolecular hydrogen bonding interactions result in the formation of a 2D (4,4) hydrogen-bonded network.  相似文献

Six different arylhydrazone derivatives of p-aminobenzoic hydrazide of vic-dioximes were synthesized by reaction of chloroglyoxime and dichloroglyoxime with N'-p-aminobenzoyl benzaldehyde, 4-hydroxybenzaldehyde and 4-methoxybenzaldehyde hydrazones, respectively. Metal-ligand (1 : 2) complexes of vic-dioxime derivatives with Cu(Ⅱ), Ni(Ⅱ) and Co(Ⅱ) were prepared from corresponding metal acetates. The ligands and their complexes were characterized on the basis of elemental analyses and spectral data. The complexing abilities of these new vic-dioximes toward transition metals of Co(Ⅱ), Cu(Ⅱ), Ni(Ⅱ), Zn(Ⅱ), Cd(Ⅱ), Mn(Ⅱ) and Cr(Ⅲ) were determined by solid-liquid extraction studies.  相似文献

Two new zinc(Ⅱ) complexes, [Zn2L2Ch].2[ZnL(CH3OH)Cl2] 1 and [ZnL2(NO3)2] 2, were synthesized by reacting ZnX2.nH2O (X = Cl^-, NO3^-) and a Schiff base ligand 2-[(4-methylphenylimino)methyl]-6-methoxyphenol (C15HIsNO2, L) which was obtained by the condensation of o-vanillin (2-hydroxy-3-methoxybenzaldehyde) with p-toluidine. Both 1 and 2 were characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction technique, elemental analysis, molar conductance, FT-IR, UV-Vis, IH-NMR spectra and thermogravimetrie analysis. The Schiff base ligand and its zinc(Ⅱ) complexes have been tested in vitro to evaluate their antibacterial activity against bacteria, viz., Escherichia Coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus Subtilis. The results show that these complexes have higher activity than the corresponding free Schiff base ligand against the same bacteria.  相似文献

{[Cu^Ⅱ(Hpb)(mal)]H=O}n (Hpb=2-2'-pyridylbenzimidazole, mal=maleic acid) is a helical chain-like polymer complex. In order to investigate the electronic structure of the complex, the monomer Cu^Ⅱ(Hpb)(mal) was obturated with different functional groups respectively. For these selective segments, the geometry optimizations were conducted by using hybrid DFT (B3LYP)methods to find that the structure obturated with H2O was better consistent with the experiment, and then this model would be used to latter calculations, such as the frontier molecular orbital and the NBO charge population analysis. In addition the magnetic behaviors of this complex were analyzed by experiments and the weak antiferromagnetic couple between copper(Ⅱ) ions was observed. The exchange coupling constant was calculated by DFT based on the spin broken symmetry formalism. The calculated coupling constants were in good agreement with the experimental data.  相似文献

A novel discrete dinuclear metaUacyclic copper(Ⅱ) complex, [Cu2L2(H2O)2]·3H2O (1) has been firstly prepared where L is derived from the 1 ; 2 condensation of 2,2'-bipyridyl-3,3'-diformylhydrazide and acetone during the formation of the complex. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis determines that the complex consists of dinuclear metallacyclic units [Cu2L2(H2O)2] where two metal centers are linked together through two bis(chelating) bridge ligands L to form a bizarre cavity with size 0.9417 nm× 0.4999 nm× 0.6930 nm. Interestingly, the metal coordination also creates hydrogen bond sites that further aggregate these metallacycles into a 3D supramolecular structure with 2D perpendicular hydrophilic tunnels in crystal.  相似文献

The crystal structures of two new bimetallic uranyl–transition metal compounds with diglycolic acid [or 2‐(carboxymethoxy)acetic acid] have been hydrothermally synthesized and structurally characterized via single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. The compounds, namely catena‐poly[[[tetraaquamanganese(II)]‐μ‐2,2′‐oxydiacetato‐[dioxidouranium(VI)]‐μ‐2,2′‐oxydiacetato] dihydrate], {[MnU(C4H4O5)2O2(H2O)4]·2H2O}n , and catena‐poly[[[tetraaquacobalt(II)]‐μ‐2,2′‐oxydiacetato‐[dioxidouranium(VI)]‐μ‐2,2′‐oxydiacetato] dihydrate], {[CoU(C4H4O5)2O2(H2O)4]·2H2O}n , both crystallize in the triclinic space group P . These compounds form one‐dimensional chains via alternating uranyl and transition metal building units. The chains then assemble into three‐dimensional supramolecular networks through several hydrogen bonds between water molecules and diglycolate ligands. Luminescence measurements were conducted and no uranyl emission was observed in either compound.  相似文献

By the solvothermal reaction under acidic conditions of Cu(NO3)2·3H2O, Na2C2O4 and the N,N′‐ditopic organic coligands 1‐(pyridin‐4‐yl)piperazine (ppz) and 1,2‐bis(pyridin‐4‐yl)ethane (bpa), two novel anionic copper(II) coordination compounds were obtained, namely the one‐dimensional coordination polymer catena‐poly[4‐(pyridin‐1‐ium‐4‐yl)piperazin‐1‐ium [[(oxalato‐κ2O1,O2)copper(II)]‐μ‐oxalato‐κ3O1,O2:O1′]], {(C9H15N3)[Cu(C2O4)2)]}n or {(H2ppz)[Cu(C2O4)2]}n, (I), and the discrete ionic complex 4,4′‐(ethane‐1,2‐diyl)dipyridinium bis(oxalato‐κ2O1,O2)copper(II), (C12H14N2)[Cu(C2O4)2] or (H2bpa)[Cu(C2O4)2], (II). The products were characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction, elemental analysis, powder X‐ray diffraction, thermogravimetric analyses and UV and IR spectroscopic techniques. The [Cu(C2O4)2]2− units for (I) and (II) are stabilized by H2ppz2+ and H2bpa2+ cations, respectively, via charge‐assisted hydrogen bonds. Also, a study of the pH‐controlled synthesis of this system shows that (I) was obtained at pH values of 2–4. When using bpa, a two‐dimensional square‐grid network of [Cu(C2O4)(bpa)]n was obtained at a pH of 4. This indicates that the pH of the reaction also plays a key role in the structural assembly and coordination abilities of oxalate and N,N′‐ditopic coligands.  相似文献

Two new one‐dimensional CuII coordination polymers (CPs) containing the C2h‐symmetric terphenyl‐based dicarboxylate linker 1,1′:4′,1′′‐terphenyl‐3,3′‐dicarboxylate (3,3′‐TPDC), namely catena‐poly[[bis(dimethylamine‐κN)copper(II)]‐μ‐1,1′:4′,1′′‐terphenyl‐3,3′‐dicarboxylato‐κ4O,O′:O′′:O′′′] monohydrate], {[Cu(C20H12O4)(C2H7N)2]·H2O}n, (I), and catena‐poly[[aquabis(dimethylamine‐κN)copper(II)]‐μ‐1,1′:4′,1′′‐terphenyl‐3,3′‐dicarboxylato‐κ2O3:O3′] monohydrate], {[Cu(C20H12O4)(C2H7N)2(H2O)]·H2O}n, (II), were both obtained from two different methods of preparation: one reaction was performed in the presence of 1,4‐diazabicyclo[2.2.2]octane (DABCO) as a potential pillar ligand and the other was carried out in the absence of the DABCO pillar. Both reactions afforded crystals of different colours, i.e. violet plates for (I) and blue needles for (II), both of which were analysed by X‐ray crystallography. The 3,3′‐TPDC bridging ligands coordinate the CuII ions in asymmetric chelating modes in (I) and in monodenate binding modes in (II), forming one‐dimensional chains in each case. Both coordination polymers contain two coordinated dimethylamine ligands in mutually trans positions, and there is an additional aqua ligand in (II). The solvent water molecules are involved in hydrogen bonds between the one‐dimensional coordination polymer chains, forming a two‐dimensional network in (I) and a three‐dimensional network in (II).  相似文献

The reaction of Cu(NO3)2·3H2O with 2,4′‐oxybis(benzoic acid) and 4,4′‐bipyridine under hydrothermal conditions produced a new mixed‐ligand two‐dimensional copper(II) coordination polymer, namely poly[[(μ‐4,4′‐bipyridine‐κ2N ,N ′)[μ‐2,4′‐oxybis(benzoato)‐κ4O 2,O 2′:O 4,O 4′]copper(II)] monohydrate], {[Cu(C14H8O5)(C10H8N2)]·H2O}n , which was characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. The X‐ray diffraction crystal structure analysis reveals that the CuII ions are connected to form a two‐dimensional wave‐like network through 4,4′‐bipyridine and 2,4′‐oxybis(benzoate) ligands. The two‐dimensional layers are expanded into a three‐dimensional supramolecular structure through intermolecular O—H…O and C—H…O hydrogen bonds. Furthermore, magnetic susceptibility measurements indicate that the complex shows weak antiferromagnetic interactions between adjacent CuII ions.  相似文献

A new coordination polymer (CP), namely poly[(μ‐4,4′‐bipyridine)(μ3‐3,4′‐oxydibenzoato)cobalt(II)], [Co(C14H8O5)(C10H8N2)]n or [Co(3,4′‐obb)(4,4′‐bipy)]n ( 1 ), was prepared by the self‐assembly of Co(NO3)2·6H2O with the rarely used 3,4′‐oxydibenzoic acid (3,4′‐obbH2) ligand and 4,4′‐bipyridine (4,4′‐bipy) under solvothermal conditions, and has been structurally characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, single‐crystal X‐ray crystallography and powder X‐ray diffraction (PXRD). Single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction reveals that each CoII ion is six‐coordinated by four O atoms from three 3,4′‐obb2? ligands, of which two function as monodentate ligands and the other as a bidentate ligand, and by two N atoms from bridging 4,4′‐bipy ligands, thereby forming a distorted octahedral CoN2O4 coordination geometry. Adjacent crystallographically equivalent CoII ions are bridged by the O atoms of 3,4′‐obb2? ligands, affording an eight‐membered Co2O4C2 ring which is further extended into a two‐dimensional [Co(3,4′‐obb)]n sheet along the ab plane via 3,4′‐obb2? functioning as a bidentate bridging ligand. The planes are interlinked into a three‐dimensional [Co(3,4′‐obb)(4,4′‐bipy)]n network by 4,4′‐bipy ligands acting as pillars along the c axis. Magnetic investigations on CP 1 disclose an antiferromagnetic coupling within the dimeric Co2 unit and a metamagnetic behaviour at low temperature resulting from intermolecular π–π interactions between the parallel 4,4′‐bipy ligands.  相似文献

Reaction of cadmium nitrate with diphenylphosphinic acid in dimethylformamide solvent yielded the one‐dimensional coordination polymer catena‐poly[[bis(dimethylformamide‐κO)cadmium(II)]‐bis(μ‐diphenylphosphinato‐κ2O:O′)], [Cd(C12H10O2P)2(C3H7NO)2]n, (I). Addition of 4,4′‐bipyridine to the synthesis afforded a two‐dimensional extended structure, poly[[(μ‐4,4′‐bipyridine‐κ2N:N′)bis(μ‐diphenylphosphinato‐κ2O:O′)cadmium(II)] dimethylformamide monosolvate], {[Cd(C12H10O2P)2(C10H8N2)]·C3H7NO}n, (II). In (II), the 4,4′‐bipyridine molecules link the CdII centers in the crystallographic a direction, while the phosphinate ligands link the CdII centers in the crystallographic b direction to complete a two‐dimensional sheet structure. Consideration of additional π–π interactions of the phenyl rings in (II) produces a three‐dimensional structure with channels that encapsulate dimethylformamide molecules as solvent of crystallization. Both compounds were characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction and FT–IR analysis.  相似文献

The structures of the sodium, potassium and rubidium complex salts of (4‐fluorophenoxy)acetic acid (PFPA), namely poly[μ‐aqua‐aqua‐μ‐[2‐(4‐fluorophenoxy)acetato]‐κ3O 1,O 2:O1′‐sodium], [Na(C8H6FO3)(H2O)2]n , (I), and isotypic poly[μ5‐[2‐(4‐fluorophenoxy)acetato]‐κ5O 1,O 2:O 1,O 1′:O 1′:O 1′:O1′‐potassium], [K(C8H6FO3)]n , (II), and poly[μ5‐[2‐(4‐fluorophenoxy)acetato]‐κ5O 1,O 2:O 1,O 1′:O 1′:O 1′:O1′‐rubidium], [Rb(C8H6FO3)]n , (III), have been determined and their coordination polymeric structures described. In the structure of (I), the very distorted octahedral NaO6 coordination polyhedron comprises two bidentate chelating O‐atom donors (carboxylate and phenoxy) of the PFPA ligand and three O‐atom donors from water molecules, one monodentate and the other μ2‐bridging between inversion‐related Na centres in a cyclic manner. A bridging carboxylate donor generates two‐dimensional polymer layers lying parallel to (001), in which intralayer water O—H…O hydrogen‐bonding associations are also present. Structures (II) and (III) are isotypic, each having an irregular M O7 stereochemistry, with the primary metal–ligand bidentate chelate similar to that in (I) and extended into a two‐dimensional polymeric layered structure, lying parallel to (100), through five additional bridging carboxylate O atoms. Two of these bonds are from an O ,O ′‐bidentate chelate interaction and the other three are from μ3‐O‐atom bridges, generating cyclic links with short M M separations [3.9064 (17) Å for (II) and 4.1001 (8) for (III)], the shortest being a centrosymmetric four‐membered cyclic link. In the crystals of (I)–(III), intralayer C—H…F interactions are present, but no π–π ring interactions are found.  相似文献

The hydrothermal synthesis of the novel complex poly[[μ2N1,N4‐bis(pyridin‐3‐yl)naphthalene‐1,4‐dicarboxamide‐κ2N3:N3′](μ4‐phthalato‐κ4O1:O1:O1′:O2′)copper(II)], [Cu(C8H4O4)(C22H16N4O2)]n, is described. With the phthalate ligand connecting neighbouring CuII cations, an infinite one‐dimensional chain is formed. Adjacent one‐dimensional chains are connected by the dicarboxamide ligand, forming an intriguing two‐dimensional framework. Assemblies of pyrazine‐2,3‐dicarboxylic acid and CdII in the presence of bis(1,2,4‐triazol‐1‐yl)butane or bis(1,2,4‐triazol‐1‐yl)ethane under ambient conditions yielded two new coordination polymers, namely poly[[tetraaqua[μ2‐1,4‐bis(1,2,4‐triazol‐1‐yl)butane‐κ2N4:N4′]bis(μ2‐pyrazine‐2,3‐dicarboxylato‐κ3N1,O2:O3)dicadmium(II)] dihydrate], {[Cd2(C6H2N2O4)2(C8H12N6)(H2O)4]·2H2O}n, (I), and poly[[diaqua[μ2‐1,2‐bis(1,2,4‐triazol‐1‐yl)ethane‐κ2N4:N4′]bis(μ3‐pyrazine‐2,3‐dicarboxylato‐κ4N1,O2:O3:O3′)dicadmium(II)] dihydrate], {[Cd2(C6H2N2O4)2(C6H8N6)(H2O)2]·2H2O}n, (II). Complex (I) displays an interesting two‐dimensional wave‐like structure and forms a distinct extended three‐dimensional supramolecular structure with the help of O—H...N and O—H...O hydrogen bonds. Complex (II) has a three‐dimensional framework structure in which hydrogen bonds of the O—H...N and O—H...O types are found.  相似文献

A novel two‐dimensional ZnII coordination framework, poly[[μ‐4,4′‐bis(2‐methylimidazol‐1‐yl)diphenyl ether‐κ2N3:N3′](μ‐4,4′‐sulfonyldibenzoato‐κ2O:O′)zinc(II)], [Zn(C14H8O6S)(C20H18N4O)]n or [Zn(SDBA)(BMIOPE)]n, (I), where H2SDBA is 4,4′‐sulfonyldibenzoic acid and BMIOPE is 4,4′‐bis(2‐methylimidazol‐1‐yl)diphenyl ether, has been prepared and characterized by IR, elemental analysis, thermal analysis and X‐ray diffraction analysis, the latter showing that the coordination polymer exhibits a threefold interpenetrating two‐dimensional 44‐ sql network. In addition, it displays a highly selective and sensitive sensing for Fe3+ ions in aqueous solution.  相似文献
