Atmospheric aerosol droplets containing NH(4)(+) and SO(4)(2-) ions are precursors of cirrus ice clouds. However, the low-temperature phase transformation of such droplets is not understood yet. Here we show for the first time that micrometre-scaled (NH(4))(2)SO(4)/H(2)O droplets produce one freezing event but three melting events which are the melting of (i) pure ice, (ii) eutectic ice/(NH(4))(2)SO(4), and (iii) eutectic ice/(NH(4))(3)H(SO(4))(2). We also find that the melting of ice/(NH(4))(3)H(SO(4))(2) consists of two eutectic melting events, presumably ice/letovicite-II and ice/letovicite-III.

The role of different H-bonds in phases II, III, IV, and V of triammonium hydrogen disulfate, (NH(4)(+))(3)H(+)(SO(4)(2)(-))(2), has been studied by X-ray diffraction and (1)H solid-state MAS NMR. The proper space group for phase II is C2/c, for phases III and IV is P2/n, and for phase V is P onemacr;. The structures of phases III and IV seem to be the same. The hydrogen atom participating in the O(-)-H(+).O(-) H-bond in phase II of (NH(4)(+))(3)H(+)(SO(4)(2)(-))(2) at room temperature is split at two positions around the center of the crucial O(-)-H(+).O(-) H-bonding, joining two SO(4)(2)(-) tetrahedra. With decreasing temperature, it becomes localized at one of the oxygen atoms. Further cooling causes additional differentiation of possibly equivalent sulfate dimers. The NH(4)(+) ions participate mainly in bifurcated H-bonds with two oxygen atoms from sulfate anions. On cooling, the major contribution of the bifurcated H-bond becomes stronger, whereas the minor one becomes weaker. This is coupled with rotation of sulfate ions. In all the phases of (NH(4)(+))(3)H(+)(SO(4)(2)(-))(2), some additional, weak but significant, reflections are observed. They are located between the layers of the reciprocal lattice, suggesting possible modulation of the host (NH(4)(+))(3)H(+)(SO(4)(2)(-))(2) structure(s). According to (1)H MAS NMR obtained for phases II and III, the nature of the acidic proton disorder is dynamic, and localization of the proton takes place in a broader range of temperatures, as can be expected from the X-ray diffraction data.  相似文献

In the present paper, the possible ion associated species in pure Na(2)SO(4) and mixed Na(2)SO(4)/MgSO(4) aqueous solutions are investigated via the ab initio method at the HF/6-31+G? level. The vibrational v(1)-SO(4)(2-) band is analyzed. For the unhydrated species, when the number of metal ions around the SO(4)(2-) ion is less than 3, the dominating effect to the v(1)-SO(4)(2-) band is the polarization of the cations, while the M-O bonding will be dominating as the number is equal to or more than 3. For the hydrated species, the coordinated structures of the Na(+) ion in all ion pairs are not stable due to the strong effect of the SO(4)(2-) ion but relatively stable in the triple ion (TI) clusters since there are fewer vacant hydration sites around the SO(4)(2-). The v(1)-SO(4)(2-) frequencies are close to that of the hydrated SO(4)(2-) ion in the ion pairs and larger in both Na(2)SO(4) and Na(2)SO(4)/MgSO(4) TI clusters. On the basis of our calculated results, the evolvement of Raman spectra in the Na(2)SO(4)/MgSO(4) droplet with the molar ratio of 1:1 is explained.  相似文献

The irradiation of ruthenium-sulfur dioxide complexes of general formula trans-[Ru(II)(NH(3))(4)(SO(2))X]Y with laser light at low temperature results in linkage isomerization of SO(2), starting with eta(1)-planar S-bound to eta(2)-side S,O-bound SO(2). The solid-state photoreaction proceeds with retention of sample crystallinity. Following work on trans-[Ru(NH(3))(4)Cl(eta(1)-SO(2))]Cl and trans-[Ru(NH(3))(4)(H(2)O)(eta(1)-SO2)](C(6)H(5)SO(3))(2) (Kovalevsky, A. Y.; Bagley, K. A.; Coppens, P. J. Am. Chem. Soc. 2002, 124, 9241-9248), we describe photocrystallographic, IR, DSC, and theoretical studies of trans-[Ru(II)(NH(3))(4)(SO(2))X]Y complexes with (X = Cl(-), H(2)O, or CF(3)COO(-) (TFA(-))) and a number of different counterions (Y = Cl(-), C(6)H(5)SO(3)(-), Tos(-), or TFA(-)). Low temperature IR experiments indicate the frequency of the asymmetric and symmetric stretching vibrations of the Ru-coordinated SO(2) to be downshifted by about 100 and 165 cm(-1), respectively. Variation of the trans-to-SO(2) ligand and the counterion increases the MS2 decay temperature from 230 K (trans-[Ru(II)(NH(3))(4)(SO(2))Cl]Cl) to 276 K (trans-[Ru(II)(NH(3))(4)(SO(2))(H(2)O)](Tos)(2)). The stability of the MS2 state correlates with increasing sigma-donating ability of the trans ligand and the size of the counterion. Quantum chemical DFT calculations indicate the existence of a third eta(1)-O-bound (MS1) isomer, the two metastable states being 0.1-0.6 eV above the energy of the ground-state complex.  相似文献

Iron-sulfur clusters containing a singly or doubly NH.S hydrogen-bonded arenethiolate ligand, [Fe(4)S(4)(S-2-RCONHC(6)H(4))(4)](2)(-) (R = CH(3), t-Bu, CF(3)), [Fe(4)S(4){S-2,6-(RCONH)(2)C(6)H(3)}(4)](2)(-), [Fe(2)S(2)(S-2-RCONHC(6)H(4))(4)](2)(-) (R = CH(3), t-Bu, CF(3)), and [Fe(2)S(2){S-2,6-(RCONH)(2)C(6)H(3)}(4)](2)(-), were synthesized as models of bacterial [4Fe-4S] and plant-type [2Fe-2S] ferredoxins. The X-ray structures and IR spectra of (PPh(4))(2)[Fe(4)S(4){S-2,6-(CH(3)CONH)(2)C(6)H(3)}(4)].2CH(3)CN and (NEt(4))(2)[Fe(2)S(2){S-2,6-(t-BuCONH)(2)C(6)H(3)}(4)] indicate that the two amide NH groups at the o,o'-positions are directed to the thiolate sulfur atom and form double NH.S hydrogen bonds. The NH.S hydrogen bond contributes to the positive shift of the redox potential of not only (Fe(4)S(4))(+)/(Fe(4)S(4))(2+) but also (Fe(4)S(4))(2+)/(Fe(4)S(4))(3+) in the [4Fe-4S] clusters as well as (Fe(2)S(2))(2+)/(Fe(2)S(2))(3+) in the [2Fe-2S] clusters. The doubly NH.S hydrogen-bonded thiolate ligand effectively prevents the ligand exchange reaction by benzenethiol because the two amide NH groups stabilize the thiolate by protection from dissociation.  相似文献

The (15)N-labeled diammine(mu-oxo)ruthenium complex cis,cis-[(bpy)(2)(H(3)(15)N)Ru(III)ORu(III)((15)NH(3))(bpy)(2)](4+) ((2-(15)N)(4+)) was synthesized from cis,cis-[(bpy)(2)(H(2)O)Ru(III)ORu(III)(H(2)O)(bpy)(2)](4+) by using ((15)NH(4))(2)SO(4) and isolated as its perchlorate salt in 17% yield. A 1:1 mixture of (2-(15)N)(4+) and nonlabeled cis,cis-[(bpy)(2)(H(3)(14)N)Ru(III)ORu(III)((14)NH(3))(bpy)(2)](4+) were electrochemically oxidized in aqueous solution. The gaseous products (14)N(2) and (15)N(2) were formed in equimolar amounts with only a small amount of (14)N(15)N detected. This demonstrates that dinitrogen formation by oxidation of the diammine complex proceeds by intramolecular N---N coupling.  相似文献

Mg(2+), Na(+), and SO(4)(2-) are common ions in natural systems, and they are usually found in water bodies. Precipitation processes have great importance in environmental studies because they may be part of complex natural cycles; natural formation of atmospheric particulate matter is just one case. In this work, Na(2)Mg(SO(4))(2)·5H(2)O (konyaite), Na(6)Mg(SO(4))(4) (vanthoffite), and Na(12)Mg(7)(SO(4))(13)·15H(2)O (loeweite) were synthesized and their Raman spectra reported. By slow vaporization (at 20 °C and relative humidity of 60-70%), crystallization experiments were performed within small droplets (diameter ≤ 1-2 mm) of solutions containing MgSO(4) and Na(2)SO(4), and crystal formations were studied by Raman spectroscopy. Crystallization of Na(2)Mg(SO(4))(2)·4H(2)O (bloedite) was observed, and the formation of salt mixtures was confirmed by Raman spectra. Bloedite, konyaite, and loeweite, as well as Na(2)SO(4) and MgSO(4)·6H(2)O, were the components found to occur in different proportions. No crystallization of Na(6)Mg(SO(4))(4) (vanthoffite) was observed under the crystallization condition used in this study.  相似文献

2,2'-Bipyrazine (2,2'-bpz) reacts with cis-(NH(3))(2)Pt(II) in water to give a variety of products, several of which were isolated and characterized by X-ray analysis: cis-[Pt(NH(3))(2)(2,2'-bpz-N4)(2)](NO(3))(2)·3H(2)O (1), [{cis-Pt(NH(3))(2)(2,2'-bpz-N4,N4')}(3)]-(PF(6))(5)NO(3)·7H(2)O (2a), [{cis-Pt(NH(3))(2)(2,2'-bpz-N4,N4')}(3)](BF(4))(2)-(SiF(6))(2)·15H(2)O (2b), and [{cis-Pt(NH(3))(2)(2,2'-bpz-N4,N4')}(4)]-(SO(4))(4)·22H(2)O (3). In 1, 2b, and 3 the 2,2'-bpz ligands adopt approximately C(2h) symmetries, hence the two pyrazine halves are in trans orientation, whereas in 2a all three 2,2'-bpz bridges are approximately C(2v) symmetric, with the pyrazine halves cis to each other. The topologies of the two triangular complexes 2a and 2b are consequently distinctly different, but nevertheless both cations act as hosts for anions. In 2a a PF(6)(-) and a NO(3)(-) anion are associated simultaneously with the +6 cation, whereas in 2b it is a BF(4)(-) anion and a water molecule, which are trapped in its cavity. There is no anion inclusion in case of the metallasquare 3. In principle, 3 can exist in a large number of stereoisomers, depending on the rotational states of the bridging 2,2'-bpz ligands. Isolation of a single rotamer form of 3 with C(2h) symmetric 2,2'-bpz ligands and an overall meso form is proposed to be a consequence of a highly efficient self-assembly process that starts from the precursor 1 and reaction with two cis-(NH(3))(2)Pt(II) units. This process leads to the isolated rotamer of 3 regardless of whether two cations 1 in head-head form react with two cis-(NH(3))(2)Pt(II), or whether the Δ enantiomer of the chiral head-tail form of 1 combines with its Λ enantiomer through two cis-(NH(3))(2)Pt(II) entities.  相似文献

The factors determining the spectroscopic characteristics of the v(1)-SO4(2-) band of the MgSO4 ion pairs are discussed via ab initio calculation, including coupling effect, hydrogen bonding effect, and direct contact effect of Mg2+ with SO4(2-). With the calculation of the heavy water hydrated contact ion pairs (CIP), the overlap between the librations of water and the v(1)-SO4(2-) band can be separated, and thus the coupling effect is abstracted, and this coupling effect leads to a blue shift for the v(1)-SO4(2-) band of 5.6 cm(-1) in the monodentate CIP and 3.6 cm(-1) in the bidentate CIP. The hydrogen bonding between each water molecule without relation to Mg2+ and the sulfate ion makes the v(1)-SO4(2-) band blue shift of 3.7 cm(-1). When the outer-sphere water around Mg2+ are hydrogen bonded between SO4(2-) and Mg2+, it will make the largest disturbance to the v(1)-SO4(2-) band. Moreover, the inner-sphere water can affect the v(1)-SO4(2-) band conjunct with the direct contact of Mg2+ with SO4(2-), showing a blue shift of 14.4 cm(-1) in the solvent-shared ion pair, 22.6 cm(-1) in the monodentate CIP, 4.3 cm(-1) in the bidentate CIP, and 21.4 cm(-1) in the tridentate CIP. At last, the Raman spectral evolution in the efflorescence production process is tried to be rationalized. The shoulder at 995 cm(-1) is attributed to the monodentate CIP with 2-3 outer-sphere water molecules, whereas the new peak at 1021 cm(-1) at high concentration is assigned to the formation of aqueous triple ion.  相似文献

Density functional theory studies of the series of isomeric d(6) (pentacarbonyl)metal complexes (CO)(5)M(eta(1)-SO(2))(nq), (CO)(5)M(eta(1)-OSO)(nq)(), and (CO)(5)M(eta(2)-SO(2))(nq) (M = Ti-Hf, nq = 2-; M = V-Ta, nq = 1-; M = Cr -W, nq = 0; M = Mn-Re, nq = 1+; M = Fe-Os, nq = 2+) provide accurate structural modeling and quantitative prediction of the relative stabilities of the isomers. The eta(1)-S-bound complexes display planar SO(2) moieties that adopt staggered orientations with respect to the carbonyl ligands, in keeping with experimental observations. The OSO chain in the eta(1)-O-bound complexes generally adopts the u-shape with a staggered orientation. The dianions (CO)(5)(Ti-Hf)(eta(1)-OSO)(2-) differ in that the OSO chain adopts the eclipsed z-shape orientation. The eta(2)-SO(2) complexes exhibit a facial interaction and are stable only for anionic and neutral complexes, supporting the view that this motif involves substantial M --> SO(2) pi-back-bonding. The relative stabilities of the isomers generally follow u-shaped trends both across a row and down a family. This fits with qualitative ideas that the bond dissociation energies (BDEs) for the (CO)(5)M(SO(2))(nq) complexes track competition between relative hardness/softness of the metal fragment and its capacity for pi-back-bonding. Quantitatively, examination of BDEs by bond energy decomposition approaches suggests that electrostatic considerations dominate bonding for the eta(1)-SO(2) complexes and covalent effects dominate for the eta(2)-SO(2) species, while both are important for eta(1)-OSO complexes.  相似文献

The sulfates Nb(2)O(2)(SO(4))(3), MoO(2)(SO(4)), WO(SO(4))(2,) and two modifications of Re(2)O(5)(SO(4))(2) have been synthesized by the solvothermal reaction of NbCl(5), WOCl(4), Re(2)O(7)(H(2)O)(2), and MoO(3) with sulfuric acid/SO(3) mixtures at temperatures between 200 and 300 °C. Besides the X-ray crystal structure determination of all compounds, the thermal behavior was investigated using thermogravimetric studies. WO(SO(4))(2) (monoclinic, P2(1)/n, a = 7.453(1) ?, b = 11.8232(8) ?, c = 7.881(1) ?, β = 107.92(2)°, V = 660.7(1) ?(3), Z = 4) and both modifications of Re(2)O(5)(SO(4))(2) (I: orthorhombic, Pba2, a = 9.649(1) ?, b = 8.4260(8) ?, c = 5.9075(7) ?, V = 480.27(9) ?(3), Z = 2; II: orthorhombic, Pbcm, a = 7.1544(3) ?, b = 7.1619(3) ?, c = 16.8551(7) ?, V = 863.64(6) ?(3), Z = 4) are the first structurally characterized examples of tungsten and rhenium oxide sulfates. Their crystal structure contains layers of sulfate connected [W═O] moieties or [Re(2)O(5)] units, respectively. The cohesion between layers is realized through weak M-O contacts (343-380 pm). Nb(2)O(2)(SO(4))(3) (orthorhombic, Pna2(1), a = 9.9589(7) ?, b = 11.7983(7) ?, c = 8.6065(5) ?, V = 1011.3(1) ?(3), Z = 4) represents a new sulfate-richer niobium oxide sulfate. The crystal structure contains a three-dimensional network of sulfate connected [Nb═O] moieties. In MoO(2)(SO(4)) (monoclinic, I2/a, a = 8.5922(6) ?, b = 12.2951(6) ?, c = 25.671(2) ?, β = 94.567(9)°, V = 2703.4(3) ?(3), Z = 24) [MoO(2)] units are connected through sulfate ions to a three-dimensional network, which is pervaded by channels along [100] accommodating the terminal oxide ligands. In all compounds except WO(SO(4))(2), the metal ions are octahedrally coordinated by monodentate sulfate ions and oxide ligands forming short M═O bonds. In WO(SO(4))(2), the oxide ligand and two monodentate and two bidentate sulfate ions build a pentagonal bipyramid around W. The thermal stability of the sulfates decreases in the order Nb > Mo > W > Re; the residues formed during the decomposition are the corresponding oxides.  相似文献

Raman spectra are used to determine the formation constants of uranyl sulphate complexes in aqueous solutions at 20 degrees and remedy the confusion existing in this area in the available literature. Solutions with a varying total sulphate concentration and an ionic strength lower than 0.4M are analysed. The species UO(2)SO(4) and UO(2)(SO(4))(2-)(2) are characterized by a resolved Raman band at 861 cm(-1) and an unresolved one at 852 cm(-1), corresponding to the uranyl symmetrical stretching vibration. The equilibrium constants, in term of activity (standard state 1M), are found to be about 1400 and 11, respectively, for the consecutive reactions: UO(2+)(2)(aq)+SO(2-)(4)(aq)=UO(2)SO(4)(aq) and UO(2)SO(4)(aq)+SO(2-)(4)(aq)=UO(2)(SO(4))(2-)(2)(aq).  相似文献

The compound [NH4(NH3)4][B(C6H5)4].NH3 (1) was prepared by the reaction of NaB(C(6)H(5))(4) with a proton-charged ion-exchange resin in liquid ammonia. [NH(4)(NH(3))(4)][Ca(NH(3))(7)]As(3)S(6).2NH(3) (2) and [NH4(NH3)4][Ba(NH3)8]As3S6.NH3 (3) were synthesized by reduction of As(4)S(4) with Ca and Ba in liquid ammonia. All ammoniates were characterized by low-temperature single-crystal X-ray structure analysis. They were found to contain the ammine-ammonium complex with the maximal possible number of coordinating ammonia molecules, the [NH4(NH3)4]+ ion. 1 contains a special dimer, the [(NH4(NH3)4)2(mu-NH3)2]2+ ion, which is formed by two[NH4(NH3)4]+ ions linked by two ammonia molecules. The H(3)N-H...N hydrogen bonds in all three compounds range from 1.82 to 2.20 A (DHA = Donor-H...Acceptor angles: 156-178 degrees). In 2 and 3, additional H(2)N-H...S bonds to the thioanions are observed, ranging between 2.49 and 3.00 A (DHA angles: 120-175 degrees). Two parallel phenyl rings of the [B(C(6)H(5))(4)](-) anion in 1 form a pi...pi hydrogen bond (C...C distance, 3.38 A; DHA angles, 82 degrees), leading to a dimeric [B(C6H5)4]2(2-) ion.  相似文献

The hydrolysis profile of the bifunctional trinuclear phase II clinical agent [(trans-PtCl(NH(3))(2))(2)(mu-trans-Pt(NH(3))(2)(NH(2)(CH(2))(6)NH(2))(2))](4+) (BBR3464, 1) has been examined using [(1)H,(15)N] heteronuclear single quantum coherence (HSQC) 2D NMR spectroscopy. Reported are estimates of the rate and equilibrium constants for the first and second aquation steps, together with the acid dissociation constant (pK(a1) approximately equal to pK(a2) approximately equal to pK(a3)). The equilibrium constants for the aquation determined by NMR at 298 and 310 K (I = 0.1 M, pH 5.3) are similar, pK(1) = pK(2) = 3.35 +/- 0.04 and 3.42 +/- 0.04, respectively. At lower ionic strength (I = 0.015 M, pH 5.3) the values at 288, 293, and 298 K are pK(1) = pK(2) = 3.63 +/- 0.05. This indicates that the equilibrium is not strongly ionic strength or temperature dependent. The aquation and anation rate constants for the two-step aquation model at 298 K in 0.1 M NaClO(4) (pH 5.3) are k(1) = (7.1 +/- 0.2) x 10(-5) s(-1), k(-1) = 0.158 +/- 0.013 M(-1) s(-1), k(2) = (7.1 +/- 1.5) x 10(-5) s(-1), and k(-2) = 0.16 +/- 0.05 M(-1) s(-1). The rate constants in both directions increase 2-fold with an increase in temperature of 5 K, and rate constants increase with a decrease in solution ionic strength. A pK(a) value of 5.62 plus minus 0.04 was determined for the diaqua species [(trans-Pt(NH(3))(2)(OH(2)))(2)(mu-trans-Pt(NH(3))(2)(NH(2)(CH(2))(6)-NH(2))(2))](6+) (3). The speciation profile of 1 under physiological conditions is explored and suggests that the dichloro form predominates. The aquation of 1 in 15 mM phosphate was also examined. No slowing of the initial aquation was observed, but reversible reaction between aquated species and phosphate does occur.  相似文献

The electronic absorption spectrum of trans-[Ru(NH(3))(4)(NO(2))(P(OEt)(3)](+) in aqueous solution is characterized by a strong absorption band at 334 nm (lambda(max) = 1800 mol(-1) L cm(-1)). On the basis of quantum mechanics calculations, this band has been assigned to a MLCT transition from the metal to the nitro ligand. Molecular orbital calculations also predict an LF transition at 406 nm, which is obscured by the intense MLCT transition. When trans-[Ru(NH(3))(4)(NO(2))(P(OEt)(3)](+) in acetonitrile is irradiated with a 355 nm pulsed laser light, the absorption features are gradually shifted to represent those of the solventocomplex trans-[Ru(NH(3))(4)(solv)(P(OEt)(3)](2+) (lambda(max) = 316 nm, epsilon = 650 mol(-1) L cm(-1)), which was also detected by (31)P NMR spectroscopy. The net photoreaction under these conditions is a photoaquation of trans-[Ru(NH(3))(4)(NO(2))(P(OEt)(3)](+), although, after photolysis, the presence of the nitric oxide was detected by differential pulse polarography. In phosphate buffer pH 9.0, after 15 min of photolysis, a thermal reaction resulted in the formation of a hydroxyl radical and a small amount of a paramagnetic species as detected by EPR spectroscopy. In the presence of trans-[Ru(NH(3))(4)(solv)P(OEt)(3)](2+), the hydroxyl radical initiated a chain reaction. On the basis of spectroscopic and electrochemical data, the role of the radicals produced is analyzed and a reaction sequence consistent with the experimental results is proposed. The 355 nm laser photolysis of trans-[Ru(NH(3))(4)(NO(2))(P(OEt)(3)](+) in phosphate buffer pH 7.4 also gives nitric oxide, which is readily trapped by ferrihemeproteins (myoglobin, hemoglobin, and cytochrome C), giving rise to the formation of their nitrosylhemeproteins(II), (NO)Fe(II)hem.  相似文献

We present a significantly improved set of complex indices of refraction (optical constants) for crystalline (NH(4))(2)SO(4) at 298 K, determined from extinction spectra measured in an aerosol flow tube (AFT). The improved values provide more accurate reproductions of experimental extinction spectra when used in light scattering calculations (Mie, T-matrix, etc.). Optical constants were also derived from measurements using a cryogenic AFT at 243, 223, and 213 K, temperatures characteristic of the upper troposphere and stratosphere. Only minor changes in the optical constants were observed down to 223 K, the transition temperature to the ferroelectric phase, after which significant changes were observed. Here we report the first complex indices of refraction at reduced temperatures for both phases of crystalline (NH(4))(2)SO(4).  相似文献

The reaction of IrH(5)(PCy(3))(2) in acetone with 2 equiv of HBF(4) results in the formation of the air-stable complex [Ir(H)(2)(PCy(3))(2)(acetone)(2)]BF(4), 1. The reaction of 1 with an excess of 2-thiazolidinethione or 2-benzothiazolethione in the presence of 2 equiv of HBF(4) gives the complexes [Ir(H)(PCy(3))(L)(4)](BF(4))(2) (2a, L = 2-thiazolidinethione; 2b, L = 2-benzothiazolethione). Complex 2a has an intramolecular NH.H(Ir).HN interaction both in the crystalline solid as determined by X-ray diffraction and in a CD(2)Cl(2) solution as determined by the T(1) method. The d(HH) were determined to be 2.2 +/- 0.1 ? in the solid state and 1.9 +/- 0.1 ? in solution. The NH.H(Ir).HN interactions and NH.F.HN hydrogen bonds which involve FBF(3)(-) form a four-member ring in a butterfly conformation. The nOe effect of the hydride on the NH proton is around 10%. A crystal of 2a is in the triclinic space group P&onemacr; with a = 11.426(3), b = 11.922(3), c = 19.734(4) ?, alpha = 87.05(1) degrees, beta = 88.23(1) degrees, gamma = 75.50(1) degrees, V = 2599(1) ?(3), and Z = 2 at T = 173 K; full-matrix least-squares refinement on F(2) was performed for 10 198 independent reflections; R[F(2)>2sigma(F(2))] = 0.0480, R(w)(F(2)) = 0.099. The formation of the NH.HIr proton-hydride interaction is as favorable as the formation of intermolecular hydrogen bonds NH.FBF(3)(-) or NH.O hydrogen bonds with OPPh(3) or H(2)O in CD(2)Cl(2). A similar NH.HIr interaction also has been observed in the complexes [Ir(H)(2)(PCy(3))(2)(L)(2)]BF(4) (3a, L = 2-thiazolidinethione; 3b, L = 2-benzothiazolethione) but not in the complexes with L = NH(2)NH(2) (3c) and L = NH(3) (3d). Both the NH and IrH protons are deuterated when a solution of 2 or 3 in C(6)D(6) is exposed to 1 atm of D(2) gas or D(2)O.  相似文献

Structures of the tri(amino)amine N(NH(2))(3)(2+) and the tri(azido)amine N(N(3))(3)(2+) dications were calculated at the density functional theory (DFT) B3LYP/6-311+G level. The tri(amino)amine dication (NH(2))(3)N(2+) (1) was found to be highly resonance stabilized with a high kinetic barrier for deprotonation. The structures of diamino(azido)amine dication (NH(2))(2)N(N(3))(2+) (2), amino(diazido)amine dication (NH(2))N(N(3))(2)(2+) (3), and tri(azido)amine dication (N(3))(3)N(2+) (4) were also found to be highly resonance stabilized. The structures and energetics of the related mixed amino(azido)ammonium ions (N(3))(x)N(NH(2))(4-x)(+) (x = 0-4) were also calculated.  相似文献

Three protonated forms of 7-methylguanine (7-MeGH, 1) with different counter ions, [7-MeGH(2)]X (X = NO(3), 1a; ClO(4), 1b; BF(4), 1c) and two Pt(II) complexes, trans-[Pt(NH(3))(2)(7-MeGH-N9)(2)](ClO(4))(2) (4) and trans-[Pt(NH(3))(2)(7-MeGH-N9)(7-MeGH-N3)](ClO(4))(2)·3H(2)O (5) are described and their X-ray crystal structures are reported. 1a-1c form infinite ribbons via pairs of intermolecular hydrogen bonds between N1H···O6 and N3···N2H(2) sites, with anions connecting individual ribbons, thereby generating extended sheets. 4 and 5 do not display unusual features, except that 5 represents a rare case of a bis(nucleobase) complex of Pt(II) in which linkage isomers occur. Unlike in a previously reported compound, [Pt(dien)(7-MeGH-N9)](NO(3))(ClO(4)), the Pt coordination planes and the 7-MeGH planes are not coplanar in 4 and 5. The hydrogen bonding behaviour of 7-MeGH, free and when platinated at N9 (complex 4), was studied in Me(2)SO-d(6). It revealed the following: (i) there is no detectable self-association of 1 in Me(2)SO solution. (ii) 1 and 1-methylcytosine (1-MeC) form Watson-Crick pairs. (iii) 4 does not self-associate. (iv) 4 associates with 1-MeC in the Watson-Crick fashion. (v) 4 and 1 interact in solution, but no model can be proposed at present. (vi) Remarkable interaction shifts between 4 and 1 occur when NH(3) is liberated from trans-(NH(3))(2)Pt(II) to give NH(4)(+) in Me(2)SO-d(6). Feasible models, which imply the presence of deprotonated 7-MeG(-) species are proposed. Finally, DFT calculations were carried out to qualitatively estimate the effect of 7-MeGH acidity in [Pt(dien)(7-MeGH-N9)](2+) in dependence of the dihedral angle between the Pt coordination plane and the nucleobase.  相似文献
