Reaction of diphenyldiazomethane with methyl phenylpropiolate in diethyl ether alongside the expected methyl triphenyl-3H-pyrazole-4-and-5-carboxylates (I and II) (38 and 24%) gave rise also to 8% of methyl 3,5-diphenyl-1-(1-ethoxyethyl)-1H-pyrazole-4-carboxylate. The main thermolysis product obtained from 4-methoxy-carbonyl derivative I was methyl 1,3,5-triphenyl-1H-pyrazole-4-carboxylate, whereas from regioisomer II formed predominantly methyl 4,4,5-triphenyl-4H-pyrazole-3-carboxylate and 1-methoxycarbonyl-2,3,3-triphenylcyclopropene that was a minor product of 3H-pyrazole I thermolysis. Addition of concn. H2SO4 to the solutions of methyl triphenyl-3H-pyrazole-4-and-5-carboxylates in AcOH resulted in fast regioselective isomerization of the 3H-pyrazole derivatives into the corresponding 4H-pyrazoles.  相似文献

Oxidative heterocyclization of methyl 3-{1-[2-(carbamoylhydrazinylidene)]ethyl}-2-methyl-5-[(methoxycarbonyl)amino]-1H-indole-1-carboxylate by the action of selenium dioxide in acetic acid and heating of the corresponding thiosemicarbazone in boiling acetic anhydride gave 1,2,3-selenadiazole and 2,3-dihydro-1,3,4-thiadiazole derivatives, respectively. Methyl 3-acetyl-2-methyl-5-[(methoxycarbonyl)amino]-1H-indole-1-carboxylate reacted with selenium dioxide in dioxane–water (30: 1) at 80?90°C to form methyl 5-[(methoxycarbonyl)amino]-2-methyl-3-(2-oxoacetyl)-1H-indole-1-carboxylate whose condensation with o-phenylenediamine afforded methyl 2-methyl-5-[(methoxycarbonyl)amino]-3-(quinoxalin-2-yl)-1H-indole-1-carboxylate.  相似文献

An efficient method has been developed for the synthesis of 7,16,25-triaryl-7,8,16,17,25,26-hexahydro-6H,15H,24H-tribenzo[f,m,t][1,5,8,12,15,19,3,10,17]hexaoxatriazacyclohenicosines, 3,8-diaryl-2,3,4,7,8,9-hexahydrobenzo[1,2-e:4,3-e′]bis[1,3]oxazines, 3,9-bis(chlorophenyl)-3,4,9,10-tetrahydro-2H,8H-benzo[1,2-e:3,4-e′]bis[1,3]oxazines, and 2,9-bis(chlorophenyl)-1,2,3,8,9,10-hexahydrobenzo[1,2-e:6,5-e′]bis-[1,3]oxazines via cycloaminomethylation of pyrocatechol, resorcinol, and hydroquinone with N,N-bis(methoxymethyl) anilines in the presence of samarium catalysts.  相似文献

Diphenyldiazomethane and 9-diazofluorene react with phenylethynyl trifluoromethyl sulfone in diethyl ether at 20°C to give 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition products according to the von Auwers rule, the corresponding 3H-pyrazoles. The adduct with diphenyldiazomethane undergoes thermal van Alphen–Hüttel rearrangement to 4,4,5-triphenyl-3-(trifluoromethanesulfonyl)-4H-pyrazole on heating in boiling benzene. Under analogous conditions, the adduct with 9-diazofluorene is converted into 3′-phenylspiro[fluorene-9,4′-pyrazol]-5′(1′H)-one, whereas 3a-phenyl-2,3a-dihydro-3H-dibenzo[e,g]indazol-3-one is formed in boiling methanol. The structure of 3′-phenylspiro[fluorene-9,4′-pyrazol]-5′(1′H)-one was determined by X-ray analysis.  相似文献

New approaches have been proposed for the synthesis of compounds containing two bis(1H-pyrazol-1-yl)methane fragments. Nucleophilic replacement of the halogen atoms in appropriate tetrabromo derivatives by pyrazoles in the superbasic system KOH-DMSO gave ditopic chelating ligands: 1,1,2,2-tetrakis(1H-pyrazol-1-yl)ethane, 1,4-bis[bis(1H-pyrazol-1-yl)methyl]benzene, and 1,4-bis[bis(3,5-dimethyl-1H-pyrazol-1-yl)methyl]benzene. 1,4-Bis[bis(1H-pyrazol-1-yl)methyl]benzene was also synthesized by reaction of 1H-pyrazole with terephthalaldehyde in the presence of thionyl chloride. 1,1,2,2-Tetrakis(1H-pyrazol-1-yl)ethane was converted into the corresponding tetraiodo and tetranitro derivatives.  相似文献

Treatment of 5-amino-1,3-dialkyl-2,3-dihydro-1H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-2-ones with sodium nitrite in aqueous HCl gave 1,3-dialkyl-1H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridine-2,5(3H,4H)-diones which were nitrated with potassium nitrate in sulfuric acid to 6-nitro derivatives, and the latter underwent recyclization into 4-amino-1,3-dialkyl-5-(1H-pyrazol-5-yl)-2,3-dihydro-1H-imidazol-2-ones by the action of hydrazine hydrate.  相似文献

Hydroxymercuration-demercuration of N-p-tolysulfonyl-4,4a,9,9a-tetrahydro-3H-carbazoles and N-p-tolyl(or methyl)sulfonyl-1,3a,4,8b-tetrahydrocyclopenta[b]indoles leads to the formation of the corresponding N-p-tolylsulfonyl-2,3,4,4a,9,9a-hexahydro-1H-carbazol-2-ols and N-p-tolyl(or methyl)sulfonyl-1,2,3,3a,4,8b-hexahydrocyclopenta[b]indol-2-ols. The latter are oxidized to 2-oxo derivatives with potassium dichromate. The oxidation of 2-methoxy-8-methyl-N-p-tolylsulfonyl-2,3,4,4a,9,9a-hexahydro-1H-carbazol-1-ol under analogous conditions gives 2-methoxy-8-methyl-N-p-tolysulfonyl-2,3,4,4a,9,9a-hexahydro-1H-carbazol-1-one.  相似文献

N-(2,2,2-Trichloroethylidene)arenesulfonamides react with 1H-pyrrole and 1-methyl-1H-pyrrole to give the corresponding N-[2,2,2-trichloro-1-(1H-pyrrol-2-yl)ethyl]arenesulfonamides. The reaction of N-(2,2,2-trichloroethylidene)trifluoromethanesulfonamide with pyrrole leads to a mixture of 2-mono-and 2,5-disubstituted pyrroles, whereas in the reaction with 1-methyl-1H-pyrrole only the 2-substituted compound is formed. N-(2,2-Dichloro-2-phenylethylidene)-4-methylbenzenesulfonamide reacts with 1H-pyrrole to form N-[2,2-dichloro-2-phenyl-1-(1H-pyrrol-2-yl)ethyl]-4-methylbenzenesulfonamide, and its reaction with 1-methyl-1H-pyrrole gives a mixture of 2-and 3-monosubstituted derivatives. The results of quantum-chemical calculations of the initial reactants and products indicate that the process is orbital-controlled. A good agreement is observed between the experimental data and theoretical conclusions concerning the dependence of the reaction regioselectivity on the nature of substituents in the electrophile molecule.  相似文献

Bis[(2,2-dimethyl-4-oxo-2H-benzo[e][1,3]oxazin-3(4H)-yl)methyl]dichlorosilane (1) and -germane (2) were synthesized by the reaction of 2,2-dimethyl-3-(trimethylsilyl)-2H-benzo[e][1,3]oxazin-3(4H)-one with bis(chloromethyl)dichlorosilane and -germane, respectively, taken in a ratio of 2 : 1. The structures of these compounds were determined and their stereodynamic behavior in solution was studied by multinuclear (1H, 13C, and 29Si) and twodimensional (1H, 13C COSY, HETCOR) NMR spectroscopy. The 29Si NMR spectroscopic study of a solution of complex 1 provides evidence that the silicon atom in this complex is pentacoordinate. The X-ray diffraction study showed that the germanium atom in complex 2 in the solid state is hexacoordinate. The permutation isomerization in the coordination units of complexes 1 and 2 was found and investigated by dynamic 1H NMR spectroscopy. Different mechanisms of stereodynamic transformations are suggested and discussed.  相似文献

The latter reacted with various nucleophiles (alkali metal alkoxides, piperazine, 2-sulfanylethanol) to give 2-(alkoxymethyl)-, 2-(piperazin-1-ylmethyl)-, and 2-{[(2-hydroxyethyl)sulfanyl]methyl}-5,5-dimethyl-5,6-dihydrobenzo[h]quinazolin- 4(3H)-ones. The condensation of 2-(chloromethyl)benzo[h]quinazoline with 2-thioxo derivatives of quinazoline and benzo[h]quinazolines led to the formation of bis-quinazolines in which 5,5-dimethyl-5,6- dihydrobenzo[h]quinazolin-4(3H)-one fragment is linked to quinazoline or benzo[h]quinazoline system through a CH2S bridge.  相似文献

The reaction of ethyl 4-formyl-1-phenyl-1H-pyrazole-3-carboxylate with the malonic acid led to the formation (2E)-3-(3-ethoxycarbonyl-1-phenyl-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)propenic acid. 6-Allylsulfanyl-1-arylpyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidin-4(5H)-ones react with iodine and sulfuric acid to give angular pyrazolothiazolopyrimidine derivatives. The reaction of 6-(prop-2-yn-1-ylsulfanyl)-1-(4-tolyl)-pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidin-4(5H)-one with sulfuric acid gives angularly fused pyrazolo[4,3-e][1,3]thiazolo-[3,2-a]pyrimidin-4-one, whereas in the reaction with sodium methoxide linearly fused pyrazolo[3,4-d][1,3]-thiazolo[3,2-a]pyrimidin-4-one was formed. Linearly fused pyrazolo[3′,4′:4,5]pyrimido[2,1-b][1,3]thiazole derivatives were also obtained by reaction of 1-aryl-6-(3-phenylprop-2-en-1-ylsulfanyl)pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidin-4(5H)-ones with sulfuric acid.  相似文献
