Four new eremophilane-type sesquiterpenoid alcohols were isolated from Cremanthodium helianthus collected in China and their structures established on the basis of spectroscopic analyses. All of them had 9-en-8-one partial structures with one more double bond either delta11, delta11(13), or delta7(11). Two of them had a hydroxy group at C-1 position.  相似文献

Twenty-six eremophilane-type sesquiterpenoids, including six new compounds, were isolated from the title species. One of the new compounds, kanaitzensol, suggested the presence of an enzyme for the conversion of eremophil-7(11)-en-8-one derivative to furanoeremophilanes. The plant was collected at 15 locations in Yunnan Province of China and found to be diverse with respect to its sesquiterpenoid composition. DNA sequencing also revealed a large intraspecific diversity of the plant.  相似文献

Four new eremophilane-type sesquiterpenes, culcitiolides A-D, were isolated from the stem of Senecio culcitioides Sch. Bip (Asteraceae). Their structures were established by detailed 2D NMR spectroscopic and single-crystal X-ray experiments. These compounds were assessed for inhibitory activity against nuclear factor kappaB (NF-kappaB). Culcitiolides C and D at 20 microM showed 97 and 100% inhibition of NF-kappaB activity, respectively.  相似文献

Two new eremophilane-type sesquiterpenes, 3beta-(2'-methylbutanoyloxy)-8betaH-eremophil-7(11)-ene-12,8alpha-(14,6alpha)-diolide (1) and 8betaH-eremophil-3,7(11)-diene-12,8alpha(14,6alpha)-diolide (2), and two new norursane-type triterpenes, 2alpha,3beta,19alpha-trihydroxy-28-norurs-12-ene (7) and 2alpha,3alpha,19alpha-trihydroxy-28-norurs-12-ene (8), were isolated from the roots of Ligularia tongolensis, together with nine known compounds. Two eremophilane-type sesquiterpenoids from the rhizomes of Ligularia veitchiana(Hemsl.) Greenm were isolated and determined as 10α,11-endoperoxide-1(2)-en-7α-hydroeremophilane(1) and 1(10)-en-2-oxo-7α-isopropanol-eremophilane(2).Compound 1 was a new compound and compound 2 was a new natural product.The structures of the two compounds were established by means of spectral methods including 1H NMR,13C NMR,2D NMR and MS.  相似文献

Twelve new compounds, namely, five melanothyrsins A–E (1α-angeloyloxyeremophilenolides), normelanothyrsin A (1α-angeloyloxynoreremophilenone), and six other eremophilane-type compounds, have been isolated from Ligularia melanothyrsa Hand.-Mazz. (Asteraceae), collected in the Sichuan Province of China. Six of the compounds have a 1α-angeloyloxy moiety, while the other six have no functional group at the C-1 position. The absolute configuration was also determined using CD spectra. This is the first chemical study of compounds isolated from this species.  相似文献

Four novel highly oxygenated eremophilane-type sesquiterpenoid dimers and trimers with the unique 6/6/5/5 polycyclic skeleton, designated as ligusaginoids A–D (14), were isolated from the aerial parts of Ligularia sagitta. Their structures with absolute configurations were determined by a combined method. Moreover, a plausible biosynthetic pathway of 14 was also proposed. New C-1 oxidized eremophilane-type sesquiterpenoids, subspicatins A, B, C, and D, and subspicatolide, were isolated from the root of Ligularia subspicata and their structures were established by spectroscopic and X-ray analyses. Subspicatins A and B were the major components. The species were found to be diverse both in the composition of the root chemicals and in the nucleotide sequences of the internal transcribed spacers (ITS) of the ribosomal RNA gene and the atpB-rbcL intergenic region, but the difference among the samples was not distinct but continuous.  相似文献

A novel diastereoselective route to octalone (−)-1 has been developed. The key step involves an asymmetric Michael addition of the corresponding chiral secondary enamines derived from (S)-(−)-1-phenylethylamine and (3R)-2,3-dimethylcyclohexanone to methyl vinyl ketone. This enone was successfully transformed into the eremophilane-type sesquiterpenoid (−)-dehydrofukinone.  相似文献

从大叶橐吾的根部分离得到三个新的艾里莫芬型倍半萜(1, 23), 经多种波谱方法和单晶X射线衍射确定它们的结构分别为: 6α,15β-环氧-8β-羟基-艾里莫芬-7(11)-烯-8α,12-内酯(1), 7-乙酰基-13β-羧酸-6(7)-烯-降-艾里莫芬烷(2), 艾里莫芬-7(11)-烯-6α,15β-内酯(3). 此外, 对化合物1进行了抗菌和抗癌活性测试.  相似文献

Cultivation of a deep-sea-derived fungus Eutypella sp. MCCC 3A00281 by a chemical epigenetic manipulation using suberohydroxamic acid (SBHA), a histone deacetylase inhibitor (HDI), resulted in the significant change of the metabolite profile. Chromatographic application of the extended metabolites led to the isolation of a total of 30 eremophilane-type sesquiterpenoids, of which 26 were identified as new entities namely eutyperemophilanes A-Z (126). Their structures were established by extensive analyses of the 1D and 2D NMR, and HRESIMS data, as well as the modified Mosher's method, X-ray crystallography, and ECD data for the assignment of their absolute configurations. Most eremophilanes from the fungal strain showed a trans-fusion of rings A and B, uncommonly found from nature. All compounds were evaluated for the inhibitory effects toward the nitric oxide (NO) production that was induced by lipopolysaccharide (LPS) in RAW 264.7 macrophage cells, while compounds 9 and 10 exerted significant inhibition.  相似文献

Four novel eremophilane-type sesquiterpene lactones, 6β,10α-dihydroxy-1-oxoeremophila-7(11),8(9)-dien-12,8-olide (1), 6β-acetyl-2-oxoeremophila-1(10),7(11), 8(9)-trien-12,8-olide (2), 6β,8β-diacetyl-2-oxoeremophila-1(10),7(11)-dien-12,8-olide (3), dimeric eremophilane ligulolide B (5), and known sesquiterpenoid, 6β,8α-diacetyleremophila-1(10),7(11)-dien-12,8-olide (4), were isolated from an extract of the whole plant of Ligularia virgaurea spp. oligocephala. The structure of 1 was confirmed by NMR spectra and single crystal X-ray crystallography investigation, as well as 2, 3, and 5 were elucidated by spectroscopic methods including 1D and 2D NMR spectra. A discussion of biogenesis of 5 was described. Cytotoxicities of compound 1 were measured in vitro against selected cancer cells human promyelocytic leukemia (HL-60), human ovarian (HO-8910) and human lung epithehial (A-549).  相似文献

A new triterpene and two new natural dibenzocyclooctadiene lignans were isolated from the stems of Schisandra propinqua. In addition, three known lignans, octadecanoic acid, 2,3-dihydroxypropyl ester and beta-sitosterol were isolated. The structures of the new triterpene and new natural products were elucidated base on spectral analysis, including 1D and 2D NMR experiments. From the water-soluble portion of the methanol extract of the fruit of Glehnia littoralis Fr. SCHMIDT ex MIQ. (Umbelliferae; "hamabofu" in Japanese), thirty compounds, including three new monoterpenoids and a new monoterpenoid glucoside, a new benzofuran glucoside, a new alkyl glucoside, and a new glucide, were obtained. The chloroform-soluble and n-butyl alcohol-soluble fractions of water extract of Pyrolae Herba inhibited platelet aggregation induced by arachidonic acid and showed a positive inotropic effect. A new naphthoquinone and a new tetralone derivative and known chimaphilin, acetovanillon, and toluhydroquinone were isolated as active constituents. Three new tetralone derivatives were also obtained from an active fraction. The structures of the new compounds were elucidated.  相似文献
