To investigate the effect of photodynamic therapy(PDT)with hematoporphrin monomethyl ether(HMME) on bovine immunodeficiency virus(BIV)can provide the basis theory for photoinactivation of human immunodeficiency virus(HIV).To assess the protection of HMME-PDT on the cell line Cf2Th infected with BIVR29 by 3-(4,5)-dimethylthiahiazol-2-yl-3,5-di-phenytetrazolium bromide(MTT)with power density of 5 and 25 mW/cm~2 and energy density from 0.6 to 3 J/cm~2.To observe the inhibition of membrane fusion using a new reporter cell line BIVE by fluorescence microscope.HMME-PDT has significant protectant effects on Cf2Th-BIVR29 with both power densities,especially in the group of high power density.Fluorescent microscope shows that there is no significant difference between the group of PDT and control,which means PDT could not inhibit the BIV-mediated membrane fusion.  相似文献

We investigated the effect of photodynamic therapy(PDT)with hematoporphyrin monomethyl ether (HMME)on the viability of Streptococcus mutans(S.mutans)cells on biofilms in vitro.Streptococcus mutans is the primary etiological agent of human dental caries.Since dental caries are localized infections, such plaque-related diseases would be well suited to PDT.The diode laser used in this study had the wavelength of 635 nm,whose output power was 10 mW and the energy density was 12.74 J/cm~2.HMME was used as photosensitizer.Samples were prepared and divided into five groups:(1)HMME;(2)Laser; (3)HMME Laser;(4)Control group( )with chlorhexidine;and(5)Control group(-)with sterile physiological saline.Inoculum of S.mutans incubated with HMME also examined with fluorescence microscopy.PDT exhibited a significantly(P<0.05)increased antimicrobial potential compared with 20μm/mL HMME only,laser only,0.05% chlorhexidine,and 0.9% sterile physiological saline,which reduced the S.mutans of the biofilm most effectively.Laser and 0.05% chlorhexidine were caused reduction in the viable counts of S.mutans significantly different(P<0.05)also,but these two test treatments did not statistically differ from each other.HMME group did not statistically differ with negative control group. Fluorescence microscopy indicated that HMME localized primarily in the S.mutans of the biofilm.It was demonstrated that HMME-mediated PDT was efficient at killing S.mutans of biofilms and a useful approach in the treatment of dental plaque-related diseases.  相似文献

We study the particle motion around a black hole(BH) in Ho?ava-Lifshitz(HL) gravity with the Kehagias-Sfetsos(KS) parameter. First, the innermost stable circular orbit(ISCO) is obtained for massive particles around the BH in HL gravity. Based on a classical Heisenberg lattice model with dipole interaction and the method of spin dynamic simulation,the magnetic configurations (MC),hysteresis loop (HL) and magnetic resistance (MR) of the nanomagnets with different geometries,such as circle,square and rectangle,are studied for different directions of applied field.In the case of perpendicular field to the plane,the magnetization and MR are reversible and have not hysteresis.When the field is applied in the plane,the HL is irreversible and is qualitatively well agreeable with the current experimental results.The MR loop is also irreversible and appears two peaks distributed at two sides around zero field.The peaks of magnetic resistance are relative to the vortex state of similar configuration.Large easy-axis anisotropy will suppress the MC anisotropy,and the large magnetoresistance effect disappears.  相似文献

The Raman spectra from leukemic cell line(HL60)and normal human peripheral blood mononuclear ceils(PBMCs)are obtained by confocal micro-Raman spectroscopy using near-infrared laser(785 nm) excitation.The scanning range is from 500 to 2000 cm~(-1).The two average Raman spectra of normal PBMCs and carcinoma cells have clear differences because their structure and amount of nucleic acid, protein,and other major molecules are changed.The spectra are also compared and analyzed by principal component analysis(PCA)to demonstrate the two distinct clusters of normal and transformed cells.The sensitivity of this technique for identifying transformed cells is 100%.  相似文献

Outstanding magneto-caloric properties of a Gd_(60)Ni_(37)Co_3 amorphous alloy are reported.The magnetic entropy change peak(—ΔS_m~(peak) near the Curie temperature(T_c = 135 K) of the amorphous alloy under 5T is about10.42 J·kg~(-1)K~(-1) and the refrigeration capacity(RC) under 5 T is about 860J·kg~(-1),both of which are almost the highest among the amorphous alloys with T_c above 100 K.The magneto-caloric behaviors and the mechanism for the rather high magneto-caloric effect of the Gd_(60)Ni_(37)Co_3 metallic glass are investigated.  相似文献

研究了He-Ne激光对红霉素链霉菌(streptomyc eserythreus简称SE)和龟裂链霉菌(Streptomyces rimosus简称SR)灭活原生质体和种间融合频率的影响.正交实验结果表明:在温度40℃,融合时间5min,聚乙二醇(PEG)浓度为40%的条件下,灭活原生质体融合频率为1.03×10-5,在He-Ne激光与PEG双重促融作用下,双亲灭活原生质体的种间融合频率可达7.86×10-5.证实了He-Ne激光对原生质体融合有明显的促进作用.  相似文献

Photomultiplication(PM) structure has been widely employed to improve the optoelectronic performance of organic photodetectors(OPDs). However, most PM-type OPDs require a high negative operating voltage or complex fabrication. For obtaining high-efficiency OPDs with low voltage and easy process, here the bulk heterojunction(BHJ) structure of high exciton dissociation efficiency combined with the method of trap-assisted PM are applied to the OPDs.In this paper, we investigate the operating mechanism of OPDs based on poly(3-hexylthiophene)(P3 HT):(phenyl-C61-butyric-acid-methyl-ester)(PC61 BM), and poly-{[4,8-bis[(2-ethylhexyl)oxy]-benzo[1,2-b:4,5-b]dithiophene-2,6-diyl]-alt-[3-fluore-2-(octyloxy)carbonyl-thieno[3,4-b]thiophene-4,6-diyl]}(PBDT-TT-F):PC_(61)BM doped with C_(60) as active layer.Furthermore, the influence of C_(60) concentration on the optoelectronic performances is also discussed. With 1.6 wt.% C_(60)added, the P3 HT:PC_(61)BM:C_(60) OPD exhibits a 327.5% external quantum efficiency, a 1.21 A·W~(-1) responsivity, and a4.22 x 1012 Jones normalized detectivity at-1 V under 460 nm(0.21 mW·cm~(-2)) illumination. The experimental results show that the effective electron traps can be formed by doping a small weight of C_(60) into BHJ active layer. Thus the PM-type OPDs can be realized, which benefits from the cathode hole tunneling injection assisted by the trapped electrons in C_(60) near the A1 side. The efficiency of PM is related to the C_(60) concentration. The present study provides theoretical basis and method for the design of highly sensitive OPDs with low operating voltage and facile fabrication.  相似文献
