In the crystal structure of the title compound, [N,N′‐bis(3‐aminopropyl)ethylenediamine‐κ4N,N′,N′′,N′′′][1,3,5‐triazine‐2,4,6(1H,3H,5H)‐trithionato(2−)‐κ2N,S]zinc(II) ethanol solvate, [Zn(C8H22N4)2(C3HN3S3)]·C2H6O, the ZnII atom is octahedrally coordinated by four N atoms [Zn—N = 2.104 (2)–2.203 (2) Å] of a tetradentate N‐donor N,N′‐bis(3‐aminopropyl)ethylenediamine (bapen) ligand and by two S and N atoms [Zn—S = 2.5700 (7) Å and Zn—N = 2.313 (2) Å] of a trithiocyanurate(2−) (ttcH2−) dianion bonded as a bidentate ligand in a cis configuration. The crystal structure of the compound is stabilized by a network of hydrogen bonds. 相似文献

The crystal structure of the title complex, [Ni(C6H14N2)2]Br2, consists of discrete [Ni(C6H14N2)2]2+ cations and bromide counter‐anions. The NiII ion is at the center of symmetry and is four‐coordinated by four nitrogen donors of the mesocyclic ligand 1,5‐diazacyclooctane (DACO) [Ni—N 1.935 (2)–1.937 (2) Å]. The coordination geometry of NiII can be considered as square planar and both DACO ligands take the boat–chair conformation. The bromide anions are hydrogen bonded with the nitrogen donors of the ligands to form a macrocycle‐like ring system. 相似文献

In the title dinuclear acetate‐bridged complex, [Cu2(C2H3O2)3(NCS)(C10H9N3)2], the two Cu atoms are five‐coordinated, with a basal plane consisting of two N atoms of a di‐2‐pyridylamine (dpyam) ligand and two O atoms of two different acetate ligands. The axial positions of these Cu atoms are coordinated to N and O atoms from thiocyanate and acetate molecules, respectively, leading to a distorted square‐pyramidal geometry with τ values of 0.30 and 0.22. Both CuII ions are linked by an acetate group in the equatorial–equatorial positions and have syn–anti bridging configurations. Hydrogen‐bond interactions between the amine H atom and the coordinated and uncoordinated O atoms of the acetate anions generate an infinite one‐dimensional chain. 相似文献

The fifth coordination site is filled by an acetonitrile N atom, and there is one solvent water molecule in the asymmetric unit. Both coordination and hydrogen bonds contribute to networking in the supramolecular title compound, [Co(C6H6NO3S)(C12H8N2)(H2O)3]Cl, which contains a discrete [Co(C6H6NO3S)(C12H8N2)(H2O)3]+ complex cation, formed by one 4‐aminobenzenesulfonate ligand, one 1,10‐phenanthroline ligand and three coordinated water molecules, together with one uncoordinated chloride anion. These discrete cations and chloride anions are connected by hydrogen‐bonding interactions into a two‐dimensional supramolecular motif. Further hydrogen‐bonding interactions consolidate the structural architecture and extend the two‐dimensional supramolecular structure into a three‐dimensional network. 相似文献

In the title compound, [Co(C2H6NS)(C2H8N2)2](NO3)2, the CoIII atom has a slightly distorted octahedral geometry, coordinated by one 2‐aminoethanethiolate and two ethylenediamine ligands. The title compound, [Cd(C6H4NO2)2(H2O)2]n, forms a one‐dimensional chain structure based on a Cd atom with approximate pentagonal bipyramidal coordination geometry and two nicotinate ligands in different coordination modes. One acts as a tridentate ligand, chelating one Cd atom through the carboxylate group while simultaneously binding to a second symmetry‐related Cd atom through the pyridine N atom; the other acts only as a bidentate ligand through its carboxylate group. The crystal structure of the title compound, [CoCl‐(C16H26N6)]ClO4, consists of discrete [CoCl(C16H26N6)]+ cations and perchlorate anions. The five‐coordinate CoII atom has four nitrogen donors from the new mesocyclic ligand 1,5‐bis(1‐methyl‐1H‐imidazol‐2‐ylmethyl)‐1,5‐diazacyclooctane [Co—N 2.046 (3)–2.214 (4) Å], and a chloride anion at the apical site [Co—Cl 2.3184 (13) Å]. The coordination geometry of the complex is essentially square pyramidal. The mesocyclic ligand takes a boat–chair configuration and the two imidazole pendants are not coplanar. The dihedral angle between the two imidazole planes is 15.97°. An H atom from the 1,5‐diazacyclooctane group effectively blocks the axial coordination site opposite the Cl ligand. 相似文献

The title compound, [Ru(C6H6NO2)2(C15H11N3)(H2O)]·CH3CN·H2O, is a transfer hydrogenation catalyst supported by nitrogen‐donor ligands. This octahedral RuII complex features rare monodentate coordination of 3‐methoxy‐2‐pyridonate ligands and interligand S(6)S(6) hydrogen bonding. Comparison of the title complex with a structural analog with unsubstituted 2‐pyridonate ligands reveals subtle differences in the orientation of the ligand planes. 相似文献

The title compound, [Mn(C12H8N2)2(H2O)2](C4H4O4S)·[Mn(C4H4O4S)(C12H8N2)2]·13H2O, contains one dianion of thiodiglycolic acid (tdga2−) and two independent manganese(II) moieties, viz. [Mn(phen)2(H2O)2]2+ and [Mn(tdga)(phen)2], where phen is 1,10‐phenanthroline. The MnII atoms are octahedrally coordinated by four N atoms of two bidentate phen ligands [Mn—N = 2.240 (2)–2.3222 (19) Å] and either two water O atoms or two tdga carboxyl O atoms [Mn—O = 2.1214 (17)–2.1512 (17) Å]. The tdga ligand chelates as an O,O′‐bidentate ligand, forming an eight‐membered ring with one Mn atom. The free tdga2− dianion is hydrogen bonded to an [Mn(phen)2(H2O)2]2+ ion, with O⋯O distances of 2.606 (2) and 2.649 (2) Å. The crystal structure is further stabilized by an extensive network of hydrogen bonds involving 13 water molecules. 相似文献

The title compound, [Zn(C7H4NO4)2(C12H8N2)(H2O)], has been synthesized. X‐Ray analysis reveals that it is a neutral zinc(II) mononuclear carboxylate complex based on mixed N‐ and O‐donor ligands. The Zn atom is five‐coordinate in a distorted trigonal–bipyramidal coordination environment involving two O atoms of two monodentate 2‐nitrobenzoate molecules, two N atoms of a 1,10‐phenanthroline molecule and one O atom of a water molecule. The axial positions are occupied by a carboxylate O atom from the 2‐nitrobenzoate ligand and an N atom from the 1,10‐phenanthroline ligand [N—Zn—O = 167.66 (9)°]. 相似文献

In the crystal structure of the title complex, [Ni2(C10H20N4O2)(C12H12N2)2](ClO4)2 or [Ni(dmaeoxd)Ni(dmbp)2](ClO4)2 {H2dmaeoxd is N,N′‐bis[2‐(dimethylamino)ethyl]oxamide and dmbp is 4,4′‐dimethyl‐2,2′‐bipyridine}, the deprotonated dmaeoxd2− ligand is in a cis conformation and bridges two NiII atoms, one of which is located in a slightly distorted square‐planar environment, while the other is in an irregular octahedral environment. The cation is located on a twofold symmetry axis running through both Ni atoms. The dmaeoxd2− ligands interact with each other via C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds and π–π interactions, which results in an extended chain along the c axis. 相似文献

In polymeric {[Eu(pzdc)(NO3)(phen)(H2O)]·H2O}n [pzdc is 2,3‐pyrazinedicarboxylate (C6H2O4) and phen is 1,10‐phenanthroline (C12H8N2)], each europium(III) ion is coordinated by seven O atoms (from three pzdc anions, a nitrate anion and a water molecule) and the two N atoms of the phen ligand, resulting in a nine‐coordinated europium(III) center with a distorted monocapped square‐antiprismatic coordination polyhedron. Four pzdc anions bridge four europium(III) ions, forming a parallelogram unit, the four vertices of which are occupied by the four pzdc anions. Moreover, each parallelogram unit links six other adjacent parallelogram units, forming a two‐dimensional network with disordered lattice water molecules. 相似文献

The title compound, [Ti(CF3O3S)2(C14H15NO2S)(C4H8O)], contains a unique ligand system in which the Ti ion is bound to the N and O atoms of a 2‐p‐toluenesulfonamide ligand, which is linked by an ethyl group to a coordinated cyclopentadiene moiety. The distorted octahedral geometry about the Ti ion is completed by two trifluoromethanesulfonate ligands and a tetrahydrofuran molecule. Comparison with related compounds shows that both the Ti—N and Ti—O bonds of the sulfonamide, although longer than normal values, indicate significant bonding interactions. 相似文献

The title complex, {[Cd(C8H11O4)2(C10H8N2)(H2O)]·H2O}n, consists of linear chains formed through 4,4′‐bipyridine ligands linking seven‐coordinated CdII ions. Each CdII ion is in a distorted pentagonal–bipyramidal environment, coordinated by one water ligand, two 4‐carboxycyclohexane‐1‐carboxylate ligands and one bridging 4,4′‐bipyridine ligand to generate linear chains. The water molecules and the Cd atom on one side, and the 4,4′‐bipyridine unit on the other, are bisected by two sets of twofold axes. The carboxylate group of the 4‐carboxycyclohexane‐1‐carboxyl ligand chelates a CdII ion, while the (protonated) carboxyl group forms hydrogen bonds with adjacent chains, resulting in a layered structure. This is the first reported occurrence of a dicarboxycyclohexane ligand exhibiting a non‐bridging coordination mode. 相似文献

The Zn atom is coordinated to one 1,10‐phenanthroline ligand and to two isoquinolinecarboxylate anions (IQC?) via their N and O atoms. The complex exhibits a distorted octahedral geometry around the ZnII atom, with the apical positions occupied by the O atoms of the IQC? ligands. The Zn atom lies 0.049 (1) Å out of the basal plane. In the title compounds, {2,2′‐[2,2‐dimethyl‐1,3‐propanediylbis(nitrilomethylidyne)]diphenolato‐κ4N,N′,O,O′}nickel(II), [Ni(C19H20N2O2)], and {2,2′‐[2,2‐dimethyl‐1,3‐propanediylbis(nitrilomethylidyne)]diphenolato‐κ4N,N′,O,O′}copper(II), [Cu(C19H20N2O2)], the NiII and CuII atoms are coordinated by two iminic N and two phenolic O atoms of the N,N′‐bis(salicylidene)‐2,2‐dimethyl‐1,3‐propanediaminate (SALPD2?, C17H16N2O22?) ligand. The geometry of the coordination sphere is planar in the case of the NiII complex and distorted towards tetrahedral for the CuII complex. Both complexes have a cis configuration imposed by the chelate ligand. The dihedral angles between the N/Ni/O and N/Cu/O coordination planes are 17.20 (6) and 35.13 (7)°, respectively. 相似文献

The title compound, aquachloro{2,2′‐[1,2‐ethanediylbis(nitrilomethylidyne)]diphenolato‐κ4O,N,N′,O′}manganese(III),[MnCl(C16H14N2O2)(H2O)], is a neutral manganese(III) complex with a pseudo‐octahedral metal centre. The equatorial plane comprises the four donor atoms of the tetradentate Schiff base ligand [Mn—O 1.886 (4) and 1.893 (4) Å, and Mn—N 1.978 (5) and 1.982 (5) Å], with a water molecule [Mn—O 2.383 (4) Å] and a Cl? ligand [Mn—Cl 2.4680 (16) Å] completing the coordination sphere. The distorted geometry is highlighted by the marked displacement of the MnIII ion out of the least‐squares plane of the four Schiff base donor atoms by 0.165 (2) Å. These monomeric MnIII centres are then linked into a polymeric array via hydrogen bonds between the coordinated water molecule and the phenolic O‐atom donors of an adjacent MnIII centre [O—H?O 2.789 (5) and 2.881 (5) Å]. 相似文献

The title complex, [Mn(C8H4O4)(C10H8N2)(H2O)]n, takes the form of a zigzag chain, with the terephthalate dianion (tp) acting as a tridentate ligand. The MnII center is surrounded by two tp ligands, one water molecule and one 2,2′‐bipyridine (bipy) ligand and exhibits a severely distorted octahedral coordination environment, with cis angles ranging from 57.31 (8) to 123.97 (11)°. The complete solid‐state structure can be described as a three‐dimensional supramolecular framework stabilized by hydrogen‐bonding interactions involving the coordinated water molecule and the carboxy O atoms of the tp ligands, and by π–π stacking interactions involving the bipy rings and the benzene ring of the tp ligand. 相似文献

In the title compound [systematic name: triaqua(1,4,7,10,13,16‐hexaoxacyclooctadecane‐κ6O)(2‐nitrophenolato‐κO)barium(II)–aqua(1,4,7,10,13,16‐hexaoxacyclooctadecane‐κ6O)‐ bis(2‐nitrophenolato‐κ2O,O′)barium(II)–2‐nitrophenolate (1/1/1)], [Ba(C12H24O6)(C6H4NO3)(H2O)3][Ba(C12H24O6)(C6H4NO3)2(H2O)](C6H4NO3), the two BaII atoms encapsulated by the 18‐crown‐6 rings have different coordinations. Although both BaII atoms are coordinated to the six O atoms of the crowns, in the neutral moiety, the BaII atom is coordinated to one terminal O atom from a water molecule, two phenolate O atoms and two nitro‐group O atoms, while in the cationic moiety, the BaII atom is coordinated to three terminal O atoms from water molecules and one phenolate O atom. Both the crowns are eclipsed and translated along the b direction. In the asymmetric unit, the three components are interconnected by four O—H?O interactions. The packing is stabilized by two intermolecular C—H?O interactions and by one O—H?O interaction. 相似文献
