The title compound, [SnCl2(CH3)(C6H5)(C5H8N2)2], was obtained by reaction of di­chloro­methyl­phenyl­tin(IV) and 3,5‐di­methyl­pyrazole (dmpz) in chloro­form, and was recrystallized from acetone. The structure consists of octahedral all‐trans [SnMePhCl2(dmpz)2] mol­ecules, with the Sn atom coordinated to two C [Sn—C 2.127 (5) and 2.135 (4) Å], two Cl [Sn—Cl 2.5753 (8) Å] and two N atoms [Sn—N 2.357 (3) Å]. The dmpz ligands, bound to the metal through their unprotonated N atoms, form weak intra‐ and intermolecular hydrogen bonds with the Cl ligands via their NH groups, giving rise to a polymeric chain along the c axis.  相似文献

In the title compound, [Cu2I2(C11H16N4)2], each of the two crystallographically equivalent Cu atoms is tetrahedrally coordinated by two N atoms from one 1,1′‐methyl­ene­bis(3,5‐di­methyl‐1H‐pyrazole) ligand and two bridging iodide anions. The mol­ecule has a crystallographic center of symmetry located at the mid‐point of the Cu·Cu line. One H atom of the CH2 group of the 1,1′‐methyl­ene­bis(3,5‐di­methyl‐1H‐pyrazole) ligand interacts with an iodide ion in an adjacent mol­ecule to afford pairwise intermolecular C—H·I contacts, thereby forming chains of mol­ecules running along the [101] direction.  相似文献

In catena‐poly­[[(di‐2‐pyridyl­amine‐κ2N,N′)silver(I)]‐μ‐nico­tinato‐κ2N:O], [Ag(C6H4NO2)(C10H9N3)]n, the AgI atom is tetracoordinated by two N atoms from the di‐2‐pyridyl­amine (BPA) ligand [Ag—N = 2.3785 (18) and 2.3298 (18) Å] and by one N atom and one carboxyl­ate O atom from nicotinate ligands [Ag—N = 2.2827 (15) Å and Ag—O = 2.3636 (14) Å]. Bridging by nicotinate N and O atoms generates a polymeric chain structure, which extends along [100]. The carboxyl O atom not bonded to the Ag atom takes part in an intrachain C—H⋯O hydrogen bond, further stabilizing the chain. Pairs of chains are linked by N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds to generate ribbons. There are no π–π interactions in this complex. In catena‐poly­[[(di‐2‐pyridyl­amine‐κ2N,N′)silver(I)]‐μ‐2,6‐di­hydroxy­benzoato‐κ2O1:O2], [Ag(C7H5O4)(C10H9N3)]n, the AgI atom has a distorted tetrahedral coordination, with three strong bonds to two pyridine N atoms from the BPA ligand [Ag—N = 2.286 (5) and 2.320 (5) Å] and to one carboxyl­ate O atom from the 2,6‐di­hydroxy­benzoate ligand [Ag—O = 2.222 (4) Å]; the fourth, weaker, Ag‐atom coordination is to one of the phenol O atoms [Ag⋯O = 2.703 (4) Å] of an adjacent moiety, and this interaction generates a polymeric chain along [100]. Pairs of chains are linked about inversion centers by N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds to form ribbons, within which there are π–π interactions. The ribbons are linked about inversion centers by pairs of C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds and additional π–π interactions between inversion‐related pairs of 2,6‐di­hydroxy­benzoate ligands to generate a three‐dimensional network.  相似文献

The title diastereoisomers, methyl 5‐(S)‐[2‐(S)‐methoxy­carbonyl)‐2,3,4,5‐tetra­hydro­pyrrol‐1‐yl­carbonyl]‐1‐(4‐methyl­phenyl)‐4,5‐di­hydro­pyrazole‐3‐carboxyl­ate and methyl 5‐(S)‐[2‐(R)‐methoxycarbonyl)‐2,3,4,5‐tetrahydropyrrol‐1‐ylcarbonyl]‐1‐(4‐methyl­phenyl)‐4,5‐di­hydro­pyrazole‐3‐carboxylate, both C19H23N3O5, have been studied in two crystalline forms. The first form, methyl 5‐(S)‐[2‐(S)‐methoxy­carbonyl)‐2,3,4,5‐tetrahydropyrrol‐1‐ylcarbonyl]‐1‐(4‐methylphenyl)‐4,5‐di­hydro­pyrazole‐3‐carboxyl­ate–methyl 5‐(S)‐[2‐(R)‐methoxy­carbonyl)‐2,3,4,5‐tetra­hydro­pyrrol‐1‐yl­carbonyl]‐1‐(4‐methylphenyl)‐4,5‐dihydropyrazole‐3‐carboxylate (1/1), 2(S),5(S)‐C19H23N3O5·2(R),5(S)‐C19H23N3O5, contains both S,S and S,R isomers, while the second, methyl 5‐(S)‐[2‐(S)‐methoxycarbonyl)‐2,3,4,5‐tetrahydro­pyrrol‐1‐ylcarbonyl]‐1‐(4‐methyl­phenyl)‐4,5‐di­hydro­pyrazole‐3‐carboxyl­ate, 2(S),5(S)‐C19H23N3O5, is the pure S,S isomer. The S,S isomers in the two structures show very similar geometries, the maximum difference being about 15° on one torsion angle. The differences between the S,S and S,R isomers, apart from those due to the inversion of one chiral centre, are more remarkable, and are partially due to a possible rotational disorder of the 2‐­(methoxycarbonyl)tetrahydropyrrole group.  相似文献

Reaction of the potentially hexadentate ligand 1,9‐bis(2‐hydroxy‐1‐naphthalene­methyl­imino)‐3,7‐di­thia­nonane with di­methyl­tin chloride gave the title 1:1 adduct, in which the long ligand wraps around the SnCl2Me2 unit and in which the stereochemistry is fully trans. This compound crystallizes from aceto­nitrile as the 1:1 solvate [Sn(CH3)2(C29H30N2­O2S2)Cl2]·­C2H3N. During the reaction, the hydroxyl protons move to the N atoms. Most of the chemically equivalent bond lengths agree to within experimental uncertainty, but the Sn—Cl bond that is inside the ligand pocket is substantially longer than the Sn—Cl bond that points away from the long ligand [2.668 (1) versus 2.528 (1) Å]. The O—Sn—O angle is 166.0 (1)°. Comparison of the Sn—O, C—O and aryl C—C bond lengths with those of related compounds shows that the most important resonance forms for the Schiff base aryl­oxide ligand are double zwitterions, but that the uncharged resonance forms having carbonyl groups also contribute significantly.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound, [Cu(C4H10N5)2]·H2O, contains two independent copper N,N‐di­methyl­biguanide complex units, each with square‐planar coordination of the Cu atom by four N atoms. The two complexes have different symmetry, with one Cu atom lying on an inversion centre and the other on a twofold rotation axis. The Cu—N bond lengths are 1.923 (2) and 1.950 (2) Å in the centrosymmetric complex, and 1.928 (2) and 1.938 (2) Å in the non‐centrosymmetric complex. The crystal structure is stabilized by N—H⋯O, O—H⋯N and N—H⋯N hydrogen bonds; each water mol­ecule forms four hydrogen bonds involving three different Cu complexes.  相似文献

The title compounds, {4,4′‐di­bromo‐2,2′‐[1,3‐propane­diyl­bis(nitrilo­methyl­idyne‐N)]­diphenolato‐O,O′}nickel(II), [Ni(C17­H14­Br2­N2O2)], and {4,4′‐di­chloro‐2,2′‐[1,3‐pro­pane­diyl­bis­(ni­trilo­methyl­idyne‐N)]­di­phen­ol­ato‐O,O′}­copper(II), [Cu­(C17­H14­Cl2­N2O2)], lie on crystallographic twofold axes. In both structures, the metal coordination sphere is a tetrahedrally distorted square plane formed by the four‐coordinate N2O2 donor set of the Schiff base imine–phenol ligands. In the Ni compound, the Ni—O and Ni—N distances are 1.908 (3) and 1.959 (4) Å, respectively, while in the Cu compound, the Cu—O and Cu—N distances are 1.907 (2) and 1.960 (2) Å, respectively. The two Schiff base moieties, which themselves are nearly planar, are inclined at an angle of 29.26 (7)° for the Ni compound and 29.26 (5)° for the Cu compound.  相似文献

The title complex, [Ag2(C7H5O2)2(C18H18F2N2)]n, is a dinuclear silver(I) compound with one inversion centre between pairs of Ag atoms and another at the mid‐point of the central C—C bond in the butane‐1,4‐diamine moiety. Each of the smallest repeat units consists of two silver(I) cations, two benzoate anions and one N,N′‐bis(2‐fluorobenzyl­idene)­butane‐1,4‐di­amine Schiff base ligand. Each AgI ion is three‐coordinated in a trigonal configuration by two O atoms from two benzoate anions and one N atom from a Schiff base ligand. The di‐μ‐benzoato‐disilver(I) moieties are linked by the bridging Schiff base ligand, giving zigzag polymeric chains with an [–Ag⋯Ag—N—C—C—C—C—N–]n backbone running along the b axis.  相似文献

The title compound, aqua­chloro{4,4′‐di­bromo‐2,2′‐[o‐phenylenebis­(nitrilo­methyl­idyne)]­diphenolato‐O,N,N′,O′}iron(III)–chloro{4,4′‐di­bromo‐2,2′‐[o‐phenyl­enebis­(nitrilomethyli‐dyne)]diphenolato‐O,N,N′,O′}iron(III)–di­methyl­form­amide (1/1/1), [FeCl(C20H12Br2N2O2)][FeCl(C20H12Br2N2O2)(H2O)]·C3H7NO, contains one independent five‐coordinate [FeCl(C20H12Br2N2O2)] monomer, one six‐coordinate [FeCl(C20H12Br2N2O2)(H2O)] monomer and a non‐coordinating di­methyl­form­amide solvent mol­ecule in the asymmetric unit. In the five‐coordinate monomer, the Fe atom shows distorted square‐pyramidal geometry, with the N and O atoms of the ligand at the base and the Cl atom at the apex of the pyramid. In the six‐coordinate monomer, the Fe atom is in a distorted octahedral geometry and coordinated by the donor atoms of the tetrafunctional ligand in the horizontal plane, and the coordination sphere is completed by the O atom of the water mol­ecule and the Cl atom at the axial positions. The title compound contains intermolecular O—H?O hydrogen bonds. Apart from these hydrogen bonds, there are also intermolecular C—H?Cl and C—H?O contacts.  相似文献

In each case, the hydrazone skeleton is fairly planar, facilitated by the presence of two intramolecular hydrogen bonds and some partial N—N double‐bond character. Three related compounds containing a pyrazole moiety with vicinal phenyl rings featuring a methyl­sulfonyl substituent are described, namely 3‐methyl‐1‐[4‐(methyl­sulfonyl)­phenyl]‐5‐phenyl‐1H‐pyrazole, C17H16N2O2S, ethyl 1‐[4‐(methyl­sul­fonyl)­phenyl]‐5‐phenyl‐1H‐pyrazole‐3‐carboxyl­ate, C19H18N2O4S, and 1‐[4‐(methyl­sulfonyl)­phenyl]‐3‐[3‐(morpholino)­phenoxy­methyl]‐5‐phenyl‐1H‐pyrazole, C27H27N3O4S. The design of these compounds was based on celecoxib, a selective cyclo­oxy­genase‐2 (COX‐2) inhibitor, in order to study the influence of various substituents on COX‐2 and 5‐lipoxy­genase (5‐LOX) inhibition.  相似文献

Dihedral angles between the pyridine and phenyl rings are 69.9 (1), 26.7 (1) and 56.2 (1)° in (I), (II) and (III), respectively. In two linkage isomers, bis[1,3‐di­methyl‐2,4,6(1H,3H,5H)‐pyrimidine­trionato]‐C5,O4‐(ethyl­enedi­amine‐N,N′)platinum(II), [Pt(C6H7N2O3)2(C2H8N2)], (I), and bis[1,3‐di­methyl‐2,4,6(1H,3H,5H)‐py­rim­idine­tri­on­ato‐C5](ethyl­enediamine‐N,N′)­plati­num(II) di­hyd­rate, [Pt(C6H7N2O3)2(C2H8N2)]·2H2O, (II), crystal­lized from the same aqueous solution containing [Pt(en)(OH)2] and 1,3‐di­methyl­barbituric acid (Hdmbarb) in a 1:2 molar ratio, a pair of monodentate dmbarb? anions coordinate to the Pt atom at tetrahedral C atoms for (II), while one dmbarb? anion coordinates at the carbon and the other at a deprotonated enol oxy­gen for (I). The Pt—C distances in (I) and (II) are comparable: 2.112 (4) Å for (I), and 2.114 (4) and 2.117 (4) Å for (II).  相似文献

The structure of the title di­methyl­tin(IV) complex, [2‐(5‐bromo‐2‐oxido­benzyl­idene­amino)­benzoato‐κ3O,N,O′]di­methyl­tin(IV), [Sn(CH3)2(C14H8BrNO3)], features centrosymmetric dimers disposed about a central Sn2O2 core. Each Sn centre has seven‐coordinate pentagonal–bipyramidal geometry, taking into account two moderately long Sn—O contacts about an inversion centre [2.679 (4) and 2.981 (4) Å]. In the title compounds, {2,2′‐[2,2‐di­methyl‐1,3‐propane­diyl­bis­(nitrilo­methyl­idyne)]­diphenolato‐κ4N,N′,O,O′}nickel(II), [Ni(C19H20N2O2)], and {2,2′‐[2,2‐di­methyl‐1,3‐propane­diyl­bis­(nitrilo­methyl­idyne)]­diphenolato‐κ4N,N′,O,O′}copper(II), [Cu(C19H20N2O2)], the NiII and CuII atoms are coordinated by two iminic N and two phenolic O atoms of the N,N′‐bis­(salicyl­idene)‐2,2‐di­methyl‐1,3‐propane­diaminate (SALPD2?, C17H16N2O22?) ligand. The geometry of the coordination sphere is planar in the case of the NiII complex and distorted towards tetrahedral for the CuII complex. Both complexes have a cis configuration imposed by the chelate ligand. The dihedral angles between the N/Ni/O and N/Cu/O coordination planes are 17.20 (6) and 35.13 (7)°, respectively.  相似文献

The ammonium N atom is hydrogen bonded to the oxy­gen ends of two carboxyl groups to form a 12‐membered O—C—O?HNH?O—C—O?HNH ring. In (2,4‐di­chloro­phenoxy­lacetato)­bis­(tri­phenyl­phosphine)silver(I), [Ag(C8H5Cl2O3)(C18H15P)2], the carboxyl CO2 unit chelates to the Ag atom in an anisobidentate manner [Ag—O = 2.436 (2) and 2.517 (2) Å]; the Ag atom shows distorted tetrahedral geometry.  相似文献

The title compounds, 2‐{[tris­(hydroxy­methyl)­methyl]­amino­methyl­ene}cyclo­hexa‐3,5‐dien‐1(2H)‐one, C11H15NO4, (I), 6‐hydroxy‐2‐{[tris­(hydroxy­methyl)­methyl]­amino­methyl­ene}­cyclo­hexa‐3,5‐dien‐1(2H)‐one, C11H15NO5, (II), and 6‐methoxy‐2‐{[tris­(hydroxy­methyl)­methyl]­amino­methyl­ene}­cyclo­hexa‐3,5‐dien‐1(2H)‐one, C12H17NO5, (III), adopt the keto–amine tautomeric form, with the formal hydroxy H atom located on the N atom, and the NH group and oxo O atom display a strong intramolecular N—H⋯O hydrogen bond. The N—H⋯O hydrogen‐bonded rings are almost planar and coupled with the cyclo­hexa­diene rings. The carbonyl O atoms accept two other H atoms from the alcohol groups of adjacent mol­ecules in (I), and one from the alcohol and one from the phenol group in (II), but from only one alcohol H atom in (III).  相似文献

In the crystal structure of the title complex, [Co(C6H8N3S)3], the CoIII atom is octahedrally coordinated by three monodeprotonated bidentate 3,5‐di­methyl‐1H‐pyrazole‐1‐thio­carbox­amide ligands with two thio­carbox­amide N atoms in axial positions. The asymmetric unit contains two mol­ecules (A and B) and these mol­ecules are arranged in chains in an alternating fashion connected by N—H⋯S interactions.  相似文献
