Four metal(II) complexes with benzene-1,2,3-triyltris(oxy)triacetic acid (H3L), {[Co1.5(L)(H2O)6]·6H2O}n (1), {[Co1.5(L)(4,4′-bipy)1.5(H2O)4]·4H2O}n (2), {[Co(HL)(2,2′-bipy)(H2O)2]·1.5H2O}n (3), and {[Cu(HL)(phen)(H2O)2]·H2O}n (4) (4,4′-bipy = 4,4′-bipyridine; 2,2′-bipy = 2,2′-bipyridine; phen = phenanthroline), were prepared and structurally characterized. Complex 2 displays a 1-D structure, while 1, 3, and 4 reveal 0-D structures, which further extend to 3-D supramolecular networks by hydrogen bonding interactions, of which 1 and 4 contain double-helical chains, 2 includes meso-helices, and 3 comprises single-helices. Furthermore, the thermal stabilities and antibacterial activities of the complexes were studied.  相似文献

Three pillared polymeric complexes, {[Ni2(AIP)2(4,4′-bpt)(H2O)2]·4H2O}n (1), {[Co(AIP)(3,3′-bpt)]·H2O}n (2), and {[Ni(AIP)(3,3′-bpt)]·H2O}n (3) (H2AIP = 5-aminoisophthalic, 4,4′-bpt = 1H-3,5–bis(4-pyridyl)-1,2,4-triazole and 3,3′-bpt = 1H-3,5-bis(3-pyridyl)-1,2,4-triazole), have been hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by X-ray diffraction analysis. Both 1 and 3 have 2-D (6,3) honeycomb layers, which are further interlinked by bent pillared triazole-bipyridine ligands to form a bilayer structure. The structures can be simpli?ed to a (3,4)- and (3,5)-connected geometrical topology, respectively. Compound 2 has a Co-AIP layer structure in which the layers are pillared by 3,3′-bpt spacers to form the 3-D CsCl net.  相似文献

Three new complexes, {[Cu3(2,3-pyma)2(sip)2(H2O)5]·5H2O} n , {[Zn(H-2,3-pyma)(sip)(H2O)]·H2O} n , and {[Cd(H-2,3-pyma)(sip)(H2O)]·H2O} n (2,3-pyma = (2-pyridylmethyl,3-pyridylmethyl)amine and H3sip = 5-sulfoisophthalic acid) were synthesized and structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The Cu(II) complex crystallizes in neutral two-dimensional layers in which the Cu(II) centers are bridged by both the flexible 2,3-pyma and the rigid sip ligands. The Zn(II) and Cd(II) complexes contain neutral one-dimensional chains linked by the rigid sip anions, whereas the flexible H-2,3-pyma ions only act as terminal ligands. The Cu(II) complex shows weak antiferromagnetic interactions, while the Zn(II) and Cd(II) complexes exhibit fluorescent emissions in the solid state.  相似文献

Reactions of Zn/Cd(ClO4)2·6H2O and terephthalic acid (H2BDC) with three bis-triazole ligands afforded three coordination polymers under solvothermal conditions, {[Zn(BDC)(L1)]·H2BDC}n (1), {[Zn(BDC)(L2)0.5]·H2O}n (2), and {[Cd2(BDC)2(L3)(DMF)(H2O)2]·2H2O]}n (3) (L1 = bis(4-(4H-1,2,4-triazol-4-yl)phenyl)methane, L2 = bis(4-(4H-1,2,4-triazol-4-yl)phenyl)ethane, and L3 = 1,4-bis(4H-1,2,4-triazol-4-yl)benzene). Solid 1 displayed a 2-D structure which contained two kinds of rings. Both 2 and 3 were 3-D threefold interpenetrating frameworks. Solid 2 showed a α–Po-related net, while 3 exhibited an acs-related network with a binuclear node. Furthermore, the photoluminescent properties of 1–3 were investigated.  相似文献

Two pairs of isostructural transition metal coordination polymers, {[Co(L)(H2O)]n} (1) and {[Zn(L)(H2O)]n} (3), {[Co(L)(4,4′-bipy)(H2O)]·H2O}n (2) and {[Zn(L)(4,4′-bipy)(H2O)]·H2O}n (4) (H2L = N-pyrazinesulfonyl-glycine acid and 4,4′-bipy = 4,4′-bipyridine), have been synthesized and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, IR spectroscopy, elemental and thermogravimetric analyses. The structures show that 1 and 3 display 2-D polymeric grid frameworks with a 3-connected (4, 82) topology. 2 and 4 also exhibit a 2-D polymeric grid structure, but are constructed by a 4-connected (4, 4) topology. The adjacent 2-D polymeric grid frameworks for 1–4 are further linked by hydrogen bonding O–H?O interactions to form 3-D supramolecular interweaved orderly networks. The fluorescent properties of 3 and 4 were investigated in the solid state.  相似文献

Three new coordination polymers, [Cu(μ3-tdp)(im)2]n (1), {[Cu(μ3-tdp)(1-mim)2]·0.5H2O}n (2) and {[Cu23-tdp)2(4-mim)4]·H2O}n (3) [tdpH2 = 3,3′-thiodipropionic acid, im = imidazole, 1-mim = 1-methylimidazole and 4-mim = 4-methylimidazole], have been prepared and characterized by spectroscopic techniques (IR and UV–Vis), elemental analyzes, magnetic measurements, thermal analyzes, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Complexes 1–3 crystallize in the monoclinic system with space groups of C2/c and P21/c, respectively. In 1–3, tdp is a bridging ligand to form 1-D chains, which are extended into a 2-D layer by hydrogen bonding and π···π interactions. The 3,3′-thiodipropionate exhibits an unexpected coordination mode in 1–3. Simulations were used to assess the potential of the complexes in H2 storage applications.  相似文献

利用双苯并咪唑基配体4,4′-二(苯并咪唑-1-甲基)联苯(bbmb)与V形二羧酸配体4,4′-二羧苯基醚(H2dcpe)合成了配合物{[Ni(bbmb)(dcpe)(H_2O)]·2H_2O}_n(1)和{[Mn_2(bbmb)(dcpe)_2(H_2O)]·1.5H_2O}_n(2)。通过红外、元素分析、X射线单晶衍射、热重分析等检测手段对配合物结构进行了表征。配合物1是具有sql拓扑构型的二维层状化合物。配合物2呈现出含有四核锰构型的二维层状结构。体外抗菌实验证明2个配合物都表现出良好的抗菌活性。  相似文献

By changing the solvent, three cadmium(II) coordination polymers (CPs), [Cd(NH2-BDC)(DMA)(H2O)]n (1), {[Cd(NH2-BDC)2(DMF)2]·H2O}n (2) and {[(Me2NH2)2Cd2(NH2-BDC)3(H2O)]·DMF·8H2O}n (3), have been synthesized based on the V-shaped linker 5-aminoisophthalic acid and Cd(NO3)2·4H2O under the same reaction temperature (140 °C) (NH2-BDC = 5-aminoisophthalate, DMA = N,N-dimethylacetamide, DMF = N,N-dimethylformamide). Compound 1 features a 1-D ladder-like infinite chain. Compound 2 is a 2-D (4,4) net when the dinuclear [Cd2(COO)4O4] is regarded as a quadruply-connected node. Compound 3 shows a 2-D hamburger-like structure. Luminescent properties of 13 were detected at room temperature under the same excitation and emission wavelengths of 200–600 nm with the same interval of 5 nm. Moreover, the calculation of lattice constants and volumes, and density of states of CPs 1 and 2 were carried out to get better insight into the nature of the structure and luminescence.  相似文献

以肉桂酸C9H8O2(HL)及其衍生物对位取代肉桂酸R-L(R=CH3,Cl,NO2,OCH3,OH)为配体,分别与Eu3+配位,得到系列Eu3+配合物。X-射线单晶解析结果表明:对甲基肉桂酸铕(1)和对氯肉桂酸铕(2)为一维高分子链,对硝基肉桂酸铕(3)为双核结构。通过FT-IR和UV-Vis光谱分析了配体在配位前后的变化。记录和解析了各配合物的荧光光谱,研究了对位取代基吸电子性和配位小分子对配合物发光性能的影响。  相似文献

Three complexes [Zn2(IPA)2(phen)4](HIPA)2(NO3)2·H2O (1), {[Zn(IPA)2(bipy)]·3H2O}n (2), and {[Mn(IPA)2(bipy)(H2O)]·2H2O}n (3) (HIPA = indole-3-propionic acid, phen = 1,10-phenanthroline, bipy = 4,4′-bipyridine) were synthesized and characterized by physico-chemical and spectroscopic methods. Complex 1 displays a zero-dimensional structure, whilst 2 and 3 show one-dimensional chains, which are linked into supramolecular networks through hydrogen bonding interactions and/or π···π stacking interactions. A series of metal–organic frameworks built from a propionate-functionalized purine-containing ligand 3-(6-oxo-6,9-dihydro-1H-purin-1-yl)propanoic acid (H2L), {[La(HL)3(H2O)2]·2H2O}n (1), {[Ce(HL)3(H2O)2]·4H2O}n (2), [Co(HL)2(H2O)2]n (3), {[Cd(L)(H2O)]·0.5H2O}n (4) and {[Pb(HL)(C2O4)0.5(H2O)]·2H2O}n (5), was synthesized and characterized. Isostructural 1 and 2 have polymeric chain structures further linked into 3-D porous supramolecular frameworks with 1-D open channels through complicated interchain hydrogen bonding interactions. At 77 K and 1 bar, the dehydrated porous materials 1 and 2 show adsorption behaviors with maximum nitrogen uptakes of 14 and 23 mL g?1, respectively. Complexes 35 are 2-D coordination polymers but have different topological structures. Metallohelicate 3 has (4,4) nets composed of left- and right-handed metal–organic helices sharing the common metal centers, but metallohelicate 4 possesses (4·82) topology and 5 has 63-topological structure. In 3 and 5, the polymeric layers are further assembled through regular interlayer hydrogen bonding interactions to form 3-D supramolecular frameworks. Additionally, the thermostabilities of 15 as well as the magnetism of 3 were also investigated.  相似文献

Complex 1 displays a 2-D uninodal 4-connected sql network, 2 and 3 feature chain structures, which further generate 2D supramolecular networks through hydrogen bonding interactions. Two silver(I)-mixed ligand coordination polymers (CPs), {[Ag(L)(Hmip)]·H2O} n (1) and {[Ag(L)]·0.5(DCTP)·H2O]} n (2) (H2mip = 5-methylisophthalic acid, H2DCTP = 2,5-dichloroterephthalic acid, and L = 4,4′-bis(1,2,4-triazol-1-ylmethyl)biphenyl) have been hydrothermally synthesized and structurally characterized. Two CPs display 1D zigzag chain and linear chain structures, respectively. Furthermore, these 1D chains are extended into 2D supramolecular networks through hydrogen bonding interactions. Hydrothermal reactions of Nd(ClO4)3·6H2O, Gd(ClO4)3·6H2O and Er2O3 with H3NTA (nitrilotriacetic acid) afford three new lanthanide coordination polymers, {[Nd(NTA)(H2O)]· 2H2O} n (1), {[Gd(NTA)(H2O)]·2H2O} n (2) and {[Er(NTA)(H2O)]·H2O} n (3), characterized by elemental analysis and IR spectroscopy. X-ray single crystal structural analyses showed that 1 and 2 are an isomorphous 2D-layered framework containing the nine-coordinated Nd(III) (or Gd(III)), and woven into a 3D suprastructure by interlayer hydrogen bonding while 3 is a 3D structure with eight-coordinate Er(III).  相似文献

Two coordination polymers, [Cd(sbdc)(bmib)]n (1) and {[Zn(sbdc)(tib)]·0.5H2O}n (2) (H2sbdc = 4,4′-stilbenedicarboxylic, bmib = 1,4-bis(2-methylimidazol-1-yl)butane, tib = 1,3,5-tris(1-imidazolyl)benzene), have been synthesized under solvothermal conditions, characterized by elemental analysis, infrared spectra, thermogravimetric analysis, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that 1 and 2 show 8-fold and 2-fold interpenetrating 3-D frameworks, respectively. Complexes 1 and 2 display a 4-connected (66) sqc6 and a 4-connected (44·62) sql topology, respectively. Photoluminescent and thermal properties of 1 and 2 have also been investigated.  相似文献

Two new complexes, {[Cd(btec)0.5(imb)(CH3OH)]·CH3OH}n (1) and {[Cd(btec)0.5(H2btec)]·(H2imb)·2H2O}n (2) (H4btec = 1,2,4,5-benzenetetracarboxylic acid, imb = 2-(1H-imidazol-1-methyl)-1H-benzimidazole), have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Both complexes exhibit 2-D network structures. In 1, each 1,2,4,5-benzenetetracarboxylate links four Cd2+ cations, and each Cd2+ cation connects two 1,2,4,5-benzenetetracarboxylates, to form a 2-D layer, with the imb ligands located on each side of the 2-D layer. In 2, there are two kinds of 1,2,4,5-benzenetetracarboxylates in the structure. One kind is completely deprotonated and acts as hexadentate linkers, leading to a 2-D layer. The other kind is only doubly deprotonated and decorates each side of the 2-D layer. In 2, imb is protonated, forming (H2imb)2+ cations that only cocrystallize with the negatively charged Cd coordination polymer ({[Cd(btec)0.5(H2btec)]2?}n), but does not coordinate to the Cd2+ cations. IR spectra, PXRD patterns, thermogravimetric analyses, and fluorescent properties of 1 and 2 have also been determined.  相似文献

Four coordination polymers of the bidentate ligand 2,2′-dimethyl-4,4′-bipyridine-N,N′-dioxide (L), [La(L)(NO3)3(H2O)] n (1), {[Gd2(L)3(NO3)6]·6H2O} n (2), {[Sm(L)2(H2O)4]·3ClO4·2L·4H2O} n (3) and {[Nd(L)2(H2O)4]·3ClO4·2L·4H2O} n (4) have been synthesized by the diffusing solvent mixture method. Results of X-ray diffraction analysis reveal that 1, with a Ln/L stoichiometry of 1:1, displays a rare 3-D three-fold interpenetrating diamondoid framework, while 2 has a Ln/L stoichiometry of 1:1.5 and exhibits a polycatenane network with a {82,10} topology and large channels accommodated by water. Complexes 3 and 4, with Ln/L stoichiometry of 1:2, have 3-D two-fold interpenetrating diamondoid structures and large voids. Nonlinear optical property of 2 and luminescence of 3 were also investigated.  相似文献

Three coordination polymers, namely {[Ni(L1)(nip)(H2O)]·2H2O} n (1), [Co(L2)(tbip)] n (2), and {[Co2(L3)2(bptc)]·3H2O} n (3) (L1 = 1,4-bis(5,6-dimethylbenzimidazole)butane, L2 = 1,4-bis(5,6-dimethylbenzimidazole)-2-butylene, L3 = 1,3-bis(5,6-dimethylbenzimidazole)propane, H2nip = 5-nitro-isophthalic acid, H2tbip = 5-tert-butyl-isophthalic acid, H4bptc = biphenyl-3,3′,4,4′-tetracarboxylic acid), have been synthesized under hydrothermal conditions and characterized by physicochemical and spectroscopic methods as well as by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. Complexes 1 and 2 both feature a two-dimensional (4,4) layer with (44 × 62) topology. Complex 3 possesses a uninodal 4-connected 2D htb network. The fluorescence spectra and catalytic properties of the complexes for the degradation of methyl orange by sodium persulfate in a Fenton-like process are reported.  相似文献
