In a pH 3.6-5.0 Hac-NaAc buffer solution, when sodium tanshinon ⅡA silate (STSⅡA) reacts with La(Ⅲ) to form a chelate, the resonance Rayleigh scattering (RRS) intensity can be enhanced greatly and a new RRS spectrum will appear. The maximum RRS peak is located at 306 nm and the RRS intensity is proportional to the concentration of STSⅡA in a certain range. The method is very sensitive and the detection limit for STSⅡA (3σ/K) is 82.12 ng·mL-1. The optimum reaction conditions and the effect of coexisting substances have been investigated. A new, simple and fast method for the determination of STSⅡA based on RRS method is developed. It can be applied to the determination of STSⅡA in the synthesis samples and Nuoxinkang injection. Combined with infrared absorption and NMR spectra, the structure of the chelate and the reasons of RRS enhancement are also discussed.  相似文献

A selective and sensitive reagent of 2-pyridine carboxaldehyde isonicotinyl hydrazone(2-PYAINH)was synthesized and studied for the spectrophotometric determination of nickel,copper,cobalt,and iron in detail.At a pH value of 7.0,9.0,9.0,and 8.0,respectively,which greatly increased the selectivity;nickel,copper,cobalt, and iron reacted with 2-PYAINH to form a 1:2 yellow-orange,1:2 yellow-green,1:2 yellow and 1:1 yellow complexes,with absorption peaks at 363,352,346,and 359 nm,respectively.Under the optimal conditions,Beer's law was obeyed over the ranges of 0.01-1.4,0.01-1.5,0.01-2.7,and 0.01-5.4 mg/L,respectively.The apparent molar absorptivity and Sandell's sensitivities were 8.4×104,5.2x104,7.1×104,and 3.9×104L·mol-1.cm-1,respectively,and 0.00069,0.0012,0.00078,and 0.0014 μ g·cm-2,respectively.The detection limits were found to be 0.001,O.002,0.003,and 0.01 mg/L,respectively.The detailed study of various interfering ions to make the method more sensitive was carried out and selective and several real samples were analyzed with satisfactory results.  相似文献

卡尔曼滤波(KY)用于解析互相干扰离子的Co(Ⅱ)、Ni(Ⅱ)、Zn(Ⅱ)的伏安重叠峰。用该法对钢铁试样中的这些离子进行了测试,效果良好。设计了BASIC程序,将有关数据输入后,直接给出结果。为保证结果准确度,程序中设置了两个监控出口。  相似文献

Two mixed-ligand polymeric complexes formulated as {[Zn(pda)(bpy)]·0.5H2O}n (pdathermally synthesized. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses reveal that the structures of complexes 1 and 2 possess similar one-dimensional zigzag chains. Crystal data for compound 1: monoclinic, space group P21/c, a = 15.965(2), b = 8.305(1), c = 14.856(2) (A),β= 1 1 1.048(2)°, Mr = 422.73, V= 1838.2(4) A3, Z= 4, Dc = 1.528 g/cm3, μ = 1.368 mm-1, F(000) = 868, the final R = 0.0783 and wR= 0.1469 (w=1/[σ2(Fo2) + (0.035 1p)2+ 8.0014P], where P = (Fo2+ 2Fc2)/3) based on 2025 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I); and those for compound 2: monoclinic, space group C2/c, a = 29.921 (7), b= 8.5400(17), c = 15.320(3) (A),β= 99.59(3)°, Mr = 487.75, V = 3859.9(14) A3, Z = 8, Dc = 1.668g/cm3, μ = 1.169 mm-1, F(000) = 1936, the final R = 0.0723 and wR = 0.1612 (w = 1/[σ32(Fo2 ) +(0.0681p)2+ 55.9577P], where P = (Fo2+ 2Fc2)/3) based on 2130 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I).Fluorescent analyses show that both complexes exhibit intense blue luminescence (λmax = 485 nm for 1and 475 nm for 2) upon excitation at 330 nm.  相似文献

本文应用免疫组化,免疫沉淀和点杂交方法研究了血管紧张素Ⅱ(angiotensinⅡ,AⅡ)和δ阿片受体激动剂DPDPE对NG108-15细胞原癌基因c-fos表达的影响。结果表明,10~(-7)mol/L AⅡ可诱导NG108-15细胞c-fos的表达,显著增加Fos样免疫活性(FLI),Fos蛋白含量及c-fos mRNA的表达,这些作用能被特异性AⅡ受体拮抗剂Saralasin拮抗。10~(-7)mol/L DPDPE也能加速NG108-15细胞c-fos的表达,该效应可被阿片受体阻断剂纳洛酮阻断。在等摩尔浓度下,AⅡ的作用显著大于DPDPE。将AⅡ和DPDPE同时作用于细胞,c-fos被诱导表达的水平等于或反而低于AⅡ单独作用时的水平。以上结果首次报道,在神经母细胞和胶质细胞杂交株NG108-15细胞上,激活AⅡ和DPDPE受体均可诱导c-fos原癌基因的表达,而两者同时作用时则有相互抑制效应。  相似文献

合成了3种新型配合物[Cu(samen)Mn(NO_(2-)Phen)_2](1)、[Cu(sampn)Mn(NO_(2-)Phen)_2](2)和[Cu(samen)CO(terp)](3)(samen~(4-)、sampn~(4-)、NO_(2-)Phen和terp分别表示N,N′-乙二水杨酰胺根阴离子、N,N′-1,2-丙二水杨酰胺根阴离子、5-硝基-1,10-菲绕啉和联三吡啶),测得配合物的变温磁化率,求出交换积分,J分别为-63cm~(-1)(1)、—65cm~(-1)(2)和—7.68cm~(-1)(3),表明金属离子间有反铁磁超交换作用。  相似文献

Abstract

Complexes of the meso and racemic forms of the disulfoxides 1,2-bis(phenylsulfinyl) methane and 1,2-bis (phenylsulfinyl) ethane have been synthesized and characterized. Bond type and ligand field parameters have been determined from infrared and visible-uv diffuse reflectance spectroscopy. There were essentially no observed differences in the properties of complexes of the meso and racemic forms of the ligands.  相似文献

Three new complexes of Ru(II), namely [RuCl2(Glun-N,O)2]Na2 (I; Glun = glucosaminate), [RuCl2(1-Tglu)(EtOH)2]Na (II; 1-Tglu = 1-thio-β-d-glucose) and [Ru2(EtOH)6(AL)Cl4] (III; AL = 6′-aminolactose) were prepared from the same Ru(II) precursor, [RuCl2(DMSO)4] (DMSO = dimethyl sulfoxide). The characterization of the complexes was carried out by elemental analysis, FT-IR, ES-MS, NMR, EXAFS and DFT calculations. The effectiveness of the complexes on metastatic melanoma A 375 was investigated. The results show that complex II is the most active species.  相似文献

Abstract

The reaction, in water, of Co(II), Ni(II), Cu(II), Zn(II) and Cd(II) ions with sodium ampicillinate at room temperature has allowed isolation of dimers with the following general formula [M(amp)Cl]2 × nH2O (n = 1.5?3.2). The complexes were characterized by elemental analyses, conductivity measurements, magnetic susceptibilities and spectroscopic methods (IR, Raman, EPR and UV-Visible). CoII, NiII, CuII, ZnII and CdII complexes of N,N-bis(2-{[(2-methyl-2-phenyl-1,3-dioxolan-4-yl)methyl]amino}butyl)N′,N′-dihydroxyethanediimidamide (LH2) were synthesized and characterized by elemental analyses, IR, 1H- and 13C-NMR spectra, electronic spectra, magnetic susceptibility measurements, conductivity measurements and thermogravimetric analyses (TGA). The CoII, NiII and CuII complexes of LH2 were synthesized with 1?:?2 metal ligand stoichiometry. ZnII and CdII complexes with LH2 have a metal ligand ratio of 1?:?1. The reaction of LH2 with CoII, NiII, CuII, ZnII and CdII chloride give complexes Ni(LH)2, Cu(LH)2, Zn(LH2)(Cl)2, Cd(LH2)(Cl)2, respectively.  相似文献

Co(II), Ni(II) and Cu(II) complexes were synthesized with thiosemicarbazone (L(1)) and semicarbazone (L(2)) derived from 2-acetyl furan. These complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, molar conductance, magnetic moment, mass, IR, electronic and EPR spectral studies. The molar conductance measurement of the complexes in DMSO corresponds to non-electrolytic nature. All the complexes are of high-spin type. On the basis of different spectral studies six coordinated geometry may be assigned for all the complexes except Co(L)(2)(SO(4)) and Cu(L)(2)(SO(4)) [where L=L(1) and L(2)] which are of five coordinated square pyramidal geometry.  相似文献

The new Co(II), Cu(II), Ni(II) and Zn(II) complexes of potentially N2O2 Schiff base ligand [N,N’-bis(salicyldehydene)-1,4-bis-(o-aminophenoxy)butane] (H2L) prepared from 1,4-bis-(o-aminophenoxy)butane and salicyldehyde in DMF. Microanalytical data, elemental analysis, magnetic measurements, lH NMR, 13C NMR, UV-visible and IR spectra as well as conductance measurements were used to confirm the structures. The reaction of 5,10,15,20-tetrakis(4-carboxylphenyl)porphyrin (TCPP) with Cd(II), Pb(II), Hg(II) and Zn(II) was studied spectrophotometrically and kinetics, equilibrium constants as well as photodecomposition of complexes were determined. It was verified that these metal ions with large radius accelerate the incorporation reaction of zinc into TCPP. On the basis of the mechanism and kinetics of this reaction, a sensitive method for the spectrophotometric determination of trace amounts of Zn(II) has been developed. The molar absorptivity of examined Zn-TCPP complex and Sandell's sensitivity at 423 nm were 3.5×105 M−1 cm−1 and 18.3 ng cm−2. The detection limit for the recommended procedure was 1.4×10−9 M (0.9 ng ml−1) and precision in range 20-100 ng ml−1 not exceeds 2.7% RSD. The proposed method applied for zinc determination in natural waters and nutritional supplement was compared with AAS results and declared value.  相似文献
