A wide range of commercial diazodicarboxylates and phosphines were screened in an attempt to find purification-free conditions for application in parallel synthesis. The combination of immobilized triphenylphosphine and TMAD proved to be suitable for the synthesis of aryl ethers via the Mitsunobu reaction. Nine ethers were synthesized in good yield and excellent purity, the purification being limited to a filtration step.  相似文献

Racemic 2,2′-bis[diarylstibano]-1,1′-binaphthyls [(±)-BINASbs] and 2,2′-bis[di(p-tolyl)bismuthano]-1,1′-binaphthyl [(±)-BINABi], which are the antimony and bismuth congeners of BINAP, have been prepared from 2,2′-dibromo-1,1′-binaphthyl (DBBN) via 2,2′-dilithio-1,1′-binaphthyl intermediate by treatment with the appropriate metal halides [(p-Tol)2SbBr, Ph2SbBr and (p-Tol)2BiCl]. The optical resolution of the (±)-BINASbs could be achieved via the separation of a mixture of the diastereomeric Pd-complexes derived from the reaction of (±)-BINASbs with di-μ-chlorobis{(S)-2-[1-(dimethylamino)-ethyl]phenyl-C1,N}dipalladium(II). Optically active (R)-BINASb and (R)-BINABi could be also obtained from optically active (R)-DBBN by the same procedure. The enantiopure BINASbs have been shown to be effective chiral ligands for the rhodium-catalyzed asymmetric hydrosilylation of ketones.  相似文献

A new diamine, 2,2-bis[4-(4-aminophenoxy)phenyl]norbornane (BAPN), containing both ether and norbornane cardo groups, was synthesized in three steps started from norcamphor. A series of cardo polyamides were obtained by the direct polycondensation of BAPN and various aromatic dicarboxylic acids in N-methyl-2-pyrrolidinone (NMP) using triphenyl phosphite and pyridine as condensing agents. Polyamides had inherent viscosities in the range of 0.82–1.58 dL g−1, and were readily soluble in polar aprotic solvents such as NMP, N,N-dimethylacetamide (DMAc) and N,N-dimethylformamide and dimethyl sulfoxide. These polymers were cast in DMAc solution into transparent, flexible, and tough films that were further characterized by X-ray and mechanical analysis. All the polymers were amorphous, and the polyamide films had a tensile strength range of 71–89 MPa, an elongation at break range of 5–9%, and a tensile modulus range of 2.0–2.3 GPa. Polyamides showed glass transition temperatures in the range of 256–296°C as measured by DSC and thermogravimetric analysis indicated no weight loss below 450°C in nitrogen and air atmosphere. © 1999 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. Alternate poly(amide-imide) [P(A-alt-I)] was synthesized from two aromatic diamines and trimellitic anhydride (TMA). When the diamine was 2,2-bis[4-(3-aminophenoxy)phenyl]sulfone (BAPS), the resulted P(A-alt-I) was found to be of light color. Specifically, when BAPS was located between two amide groups in the P(A-alt-I) chain, the P(A-alt-I) was almost colorless. A series of P(A-alt-I)s (Series III) containing BAPS was synthesized through direct polycondensation of an aromatic dicarboxylic acid prepared from various aromatic diamines and TMA, as well as BAPS. Polymers of Series III were much lighter in color than those of the isomeric series (BAPS was located between two imide group). The series of P(A-alt-I)s III had inherent viscosities ranging 0.69–1.35 dL/g and good solubility in various solvents. The tensile strengths, elongations to break, and initial moduli of the films were 72–107 MPa, 7–12% and 1.93–2.39 GPa, respectively, and most of the films had no yielding. Polymers of Series III had glass transition temperatures 210–272°C and 10% weight loss temperatures in nitrogen 518–545°C, indicating excellent thermal stability. © 1999 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. 1,1-Bis[4-(4-carboxyphenoxy)phenyl]cyclohexane (III) and 1,1-bis[4-(4-aminophenoxy)phenyl]cyclohexane (V) were prepared in two main steps starting from the aromatic nucleophilic substitution of p-fluorobenzonitrile and p-chloronitrobenzene, respectively, with 1,1-bis(4-hydroxyphenyl)cyclohexane in the presence of potassium carbonate in N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF). Using triphenyl phosphite and pyridine as condensing agents, two series of polyamides with cyclohexylidene cardo groups were directly polycondensated from dicarboxylic acid III with various aromatic diamines or from diamine V with various aromatic dicarboxylic acids in an N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone (NMP) solution containing dissolved calcium chloride. The polyamides exhibited inherent viscosities in the range of 0.45 to 1.78 dL/g. Almost all of the polymers were readily soluble in polar aprotic solvents such as NMP and N,N-dimethylacetamide (DMAc) and could afford transparent, flexible, and tough films by solution casting. The glass transition temperatures (Tg) of these aromatic polyamides were in the range of 180–243°C by DSC, and the 10% weight loss temperatures in nitrogen and air were all above 450°C. © 1999 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. A series of new soluble polyamides having isopropylidene and methyl-substituted arylene ether moieties in the polymer chain were prepared by the direct polycondensation of 3,3′,5,5′-tetramethyl-2,2-bis[4-(4-carboxyphenoxy)phenyl]propane and various diamines in N-methyl-2-pyrrolidinone (NMP) containing CaCl2 using triphenyl phosphite and pyridine as condensing agents. Polymers were produced with moderate to high inherent viscosities of 0.85–1.47 dL g−1 while the weight-average molecular weight and number-average molecular weight were in the range of 86,700–259,000 and 43,300–119,000, respectively. All the polymers were readily dissolved in polar aprotic solvents such as NMP, N,N-dimethylacetamide, and N,N-dimethylformamide, as well as less polar solvents such as m-cresol and pyridine, and even soluble in tetrahydrofuran. These polymers were solution-cast into transparent, flexible and tough films. All of the polymers were amorphous and the polyamide films had a tensile strength range of 82–122 MPa, an elongation at break range of 6–18%, and a tensile modulus range of 2.0–2.8 GPa. These polyamides had glass transition temperatures between 233–260°C and 10% weight loss temperatures in the range of 450–489 and 459–493°C in nitrogen and air atmosphere, respectively. © 1999 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. Preconcentration and separation with solvent extraction of Cu(II) from aqueous solution using N,N′-bis(2-hydroxy-5-bromo-benzyl)1,2 diaminopropane (H2L) as the new extractant has been studied. Separation of Cu(II) from other metal ions such as Cd(II), Ni(II), Zn(II), Pb(II), Cr(III), Co(II) and Mn(II) at aqueous solutions of various pH values and complexing agent H2L, has been described. The possible extraction mechanism and the compositions of the extracted species have been determined. The separation factors for these metals using this reagent are reported while efficient methods for the separation of Cu(II) from other metal ions are proposed. From the loaded organic phase, Cu(II) stripping was carried out in one stage with different mineral acid solutions. The stripping efficiency was found to be quantitative in case of HNO3 and HCl. From quantitative evaluation of the extraction equilibrium data, it has been deduced that the complex extracted is the simple 1:1 chelate, CuL. The extraction constant has a value of logKex=−4.05±0.04.  相似文献

Reaction of Ln(NO3)3·6H2O with H2L [H2L=N,N′-bis(salicylidene)propane-1,2-diamine] gives rise to five new coordination polymers, viz. [Pr(H2L)(NO3)3(MeOH)]n (1) and [Ln(H2L)1.5(NO3)3]n [Ln=La (2), Eu (3), Sm (4) and Gd (5)]. Crystal structural analysis reveals that H2L effectively functions as a bridging ligand forming one-dimensional (1D) chain and two-dimensional (2D) open-framework polymers. Solid-state fluorescence spectra of 3 and 4 exhibit typical red fluorescence of Eu(III) and Sm(III) ions at room temperature while 2 emits blue fluorescence of ligand H2L. The lowest triplet level of ligand H2L was calculated on the basis of the phosphorescence spectrum of 5. The energy transfer mechanisms in the lanthanide polymers were described and discussed.  相似文献

A dicarboxylic acid ( 1 ) bearing two pre-formed imide rings, was prepared from the condensation of 2,2-bis[4-(4-aminophenoxy)phenyl]propane and trimellitic anhydride. A new family of poly(amide-imide)s having inherent viscosities of 0.53–1.68 dL/g was prepared by the triphenyl phosphite activated polycondensation from the diimide—diacid I with various aromatic diamines in a medium consisting of N-methyl-2-pyrolidone (NMP), pyridine, and calcium chloride. Most of the resulting polymers showed an amorphous nature and were readily soluble in polar solvents such as NMP and N,N-dimethylacetamide. All the soluble poly(amide-imide)s afforded transparent, flexible, and tough films. The glass transition temperatures of these poly(amide-imide)s were in the range of 237–293°C and the 10% weight loss temperatures were above 508°C in nitrogen. © 1993 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.  相似文献

A single step synthesis of 2,3-dialkyl-6-nitro-quinazolin-4(3H)-imines and 3,5-dialkyl-9-nitro-imidazo-[1,2-c]-quinazolin-2(3H)-ones from simple carbonyl compounds, primary amines or amino acid methyl esters and 2-azido-5-nitro-benzonitrile was developed. Key intermediates were N,N′-disubstituted amidines obtained by rearrangement of 4,5-dihydrotriazoles; the new heterocyclic rings were formed by spontaneous intramolecular reaction of the amino and cyano groups which are present in the intermediates.  相似文献

The reaction of zinc enolates synthesized from 1-aryl-2,2-dibromoalkanones and zinc with 6-R-2-oxochromene-3-carboxylic acid N-benzylamide affords 8-R-9c-alkyl-1-aryl-2-benzyl-1-hydroxy-1,2,9b,9c-tetrahydro-5-oxa-2-aza-cyclopenta[2,3]cyclopropa[1,2-a]naphthalene-3,4-diones. Acylation of these compounds is accompanied by an unexpected rearrangement producing a sole geometrical isomer of 4′-alkyl-5′-aryl-1′-benzyl-3,4,2′,3′-tetrahydro-2,2′-dioxospiro[chroman-3,3′-pyrrol]-4-yl acetates.  相似文献

The present work aims at the synthesis of various novel silatranes bearing substituted urea functionality. Nucleophilic addition of various amines (morpholine, aniline, ethylenediamine and 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane) to 3-isocyanatopropyltriethoxysilane resulted in the four triethoxysilanes; N-[3-(triethoxysilyl)propyl]morpholine-4-carboxylic acid amide (1), 1-[3-(triethoxysilyl)propyl]-3-phenylurea (2), 1,2-bis{N′-[3-(triethoxysilyl)propyl]ureido}-ethane (3) and N-[3-(triethoxysilyl)propyl]-N′-[3-(triethoxysilyl)propyl]urea (4), respectively. In the presence of a base the resulting silanes undergo transesterification reaction with triethanolamine, thus forming the corresponding silatranes, N-(3-silatranylpropyl)morpholine-4-carboxylic acid amide (5), 1-(3-silatranylpropyl)-3-phenylurea (6), 1,2-Bis[N′-(3-silatranylpropyl)ureido]-ethane (7) and N-(3-silatranylpropyl)-N′-(3-silatranylpropyl)urea (8), respectively. Among these are four novel compounds (5-8), which were characterized by elemental analysis, IR, multinuclear (1H, 13C and 29Si) NMR and mass spectroscopy. Structures of compounds 5 and 6 were deduced by X-ray crystallography. Single crystal X-ray studies revealed distorted trigonal bipyramidal coordination about Si in 5 and 6 with Si-N bond distance of 2.121(1) Å and 2.189(2) Å, respectively.  相似文献

The reaction of silver(I) with 1,2-bis[1-(pyridin-2-yl)ethylidene]hydrazine (bpeh) and N,N-bis(pyridin-2-ylmethyl)amine (bpma) in the presence of Na(sac) (sac = saccharinate) yielded [Ag2(sac)2(bpeh)] (1) and [Ag(sac)(bpma)]n (2) with conformational chirality. Both complexes have been characterized by elemental analysis, IR, thermal analysis and X-ray single crystal diffraction. Complex 1 displays a binuclear composition, in which each silver(I) ion is bound to one monodentate sac ligand and one of the bidentate pyridylimino groups of the bpeh ligand in a distorted trigonal coordination geometry. Complex 2 is a one-dimensional helical polymer, in which silver(I) centers are bridged by tridentate bpma ligands, and each silver(I) ion is coordinated in a distorted tetrahedral geometry by one monodentate sac ligand, a bidentate pyridylamine group of one bpma ligand, and a py group of another bpma ligand. Weak intermolecular C–H?O hydrogen bonds and C–H?π interactions lead to assembly of 1 and 2 into three-dimensional supramolecular frameworks. Spectral and thermal analysis data for 1 and 2 are in agreement with the crystal structures. In addition, both complexes in the solid state display intraligand π–π∗ fluorescence.  相似文献

Light scattering (LS) signals have been applied for analytical detections, but the selectivity is poor. In order to improve the selectivity, pre-separation or new machines are generally considered. Differing from these methods, we synthesized a highly selective oxamide ligand, N′,N′-bis (2-aminophenyl) oxamide (NAPO). It was found that the LS signals of NAPO, measured with a common spectrofluorometer, could be selectively enhanced by copper ion in neutral medium. Thus, a new highly selective detection method for copper ion could be developed over the range of 0.9-31.0 μM with the limit of determination of 97.6 nM (3σ). Foreign ions including Cd(II), Al(III) could be allowed even if present at the level of 7-fold more than that of Cu2+, avoiding pre-separation procedures from complicated samples such as real wastewater samples. Mechanism studies showed that the reaction between NAPO and copper ion could form some kinds of clusters and induce the enhanced LS signals.  相似文献

5,5-Bis[4-(4-carboxyphenoxy)phenyl]hexahydro-4,7-methanoindan ( 3a ) and 5,5-bis[4-(4-aminophenoxy)phenyl]hexahydro-4,7-methanoindan ( 3b ) were prepared in two main steps starting from the aromatic nucleophilic halogen-displacement of p-fluorobenzonitrile and p-chloronitrobenzene, respectively, with 5,5-bis(4-hydroxyphenyl)hexahydro-4,7-methanoindan in the presence of potassium carbonate in N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF). Using triphenyl phosphite and pyridine as condensing agents, two series of polyamides having polyalicyclic cardo units were directly polycondensated from dicarboxylic acid 3a with various aromatic diamines, or from diamine 3b with various aromatic dicarboxylic acids in the N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone (NMP) solution containing dissolved calcium chloride. High molecular weight polyamides with inherent viscosities between 0.73 and 1.44 dL/g were obtained. All polymers were readily soluble in polar aprotic solvents such as NMP and N,N-dimethylacetamide (DMAc) and afforded transparent, flexible, and tough films by solution casting. The glass-transition temperatures (Tg) of these aromatic polyamides were in the range of 219–253°C by DSC, and the 10% weight loss temperatures in nitrogen and air were above 467 and 465°C, respectively. New activated phthalide-containing dihalogeno derivatives were synthesized, and cardo polyarylene ether ketones based on them were prepared. The effect of the type of the halogen atom (fluorine, chlorine, or bromine) on the efficiency of polycondensation was estimated. It was demonstrated that high-molecular-weight cardo polyarylene ether ketones can be obtained only from the difluoro derivative. The synthesized polymers are amorphous compounds characterized by high glass transition temperatures (210–250°C). A solvent-sensitive highly fluorescent compound, N-[2-(1′,3′,4′,4′,5′,5′-hexafluorocyclopentenyl)]-4-(5-methoxy-thiazolyl)pyridine (1D) was synthesized as an unexpected product of the reaction of 4-bromo-5-methoxy-2-(4-pyridyl)thiazole (1B) with perfluorocyclopentene in the presence of n-BuLi. Primary mechanism of this reaction was proposed, and the photophysical properties of 1D in different solvents were studied.  相似文献

We prepared a novel fluorous deoxy-fluorination reagent N,N-diethyl-α,α-difluoro-[3,5-bis(1H,1H,2H,2H-perfluorodecyl)benzyl]amine (1b) from 3,5-diiodobenzoic acid (3b) via N,N-diethyl-3,5-bis(1H,1H,2H,2H-perfluorodecyl)benzamide (2b) in four steps and used it for the fluorination of alcohols and diols. After the fluorination reactions, the isolation of the products and recovery of 2b was performed by extraction with a fluorous/organic solvent system.  相似文献

As novel methodology for synthesizing the furan ring, a photoinduced oxidative cyclization of 5-(4′,9′-methanocycloundeca-2′,4′,6′,8′,10′-pentaenylidene)pyrimidine-2,4,6(1,3,5H)-triones (7a-c) and related compounds 9a-c was accomplished to give 5,10-methanocycloundeca[4,5]furo[2,3-d]pyrimidine-2,4(1,3H)-dionylium tetrafluoroborates (8a-c+·BF4) and related compounds 2a-c+·BF4, respectively. In the photoinduced oxidative cyclization, the molecular oxygen in air is used as oxidant and the reaction proceeds under mild conditions to give desired products without byproducts, and thus, it is interesting from the viewpoint of the green chemistry. On the reactions of the mono-substituted derivatives 7d,e and 9e,f, the selectivity of the photoinduced cyclizations were reversed as compared with those of the DDQ-promoted oxidative cyclizations. By the NMR monitoring of the reactions of 7a and deuterated compound 7a-D2 under degassed conditions, the details of the reaction pathway were clarified and rationalized on the basis of the MO calculation by the 6-31G basis set of the MP2 levels as well.  相似文献
