A new tetraimide-dicarboxylic acid (TIDA) I was synthesized starting from 3-aminobenzoic acid (m-ABA), 4,4′-oxydiphthalic anhydride (ODPA), and 1,4-bis(4-amino-2-trifluoromethylphenoxy)benzene (BAFPB) at a 2:2:1 molar ratio in N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone (NMP). A series of organosoluble, light-colored poly(amide-imide-imide)s (PAII, IIIa-j) was prepared by triphenyl phosphite-activated polycondensation from the tetraimide-diacid I with various aromatic diamines (IIa-j). All the polymers were readily soluble in a variety of organic solvents such as NMP, N,N-dimethyl acetamide (DMAc), dimethyl sulfoxide, and even in less polar m-cresol and pyridine. Polymer films cast from DMAc had the cutoff wavelengths between 374 and 384 nm and had the b values in the range of 14.8-30.2. Polymers IIIa-j afforded tough, transparent, and flexible films, which had tensile strengths ranging from 87 to 103 MPa, elongations at break from 11% to 37%, and initial moduli from 1.9 to 2.3 GPa. The glass transition temperatures of these polymers were in the range of 242-274 °C. They had 10% weight loss temperature above 526 °C and showed the char yield more than 55% residue at 800 °C in nitrogen.  相似文献

4-Phosphoranylidene-5(4H)-oxazolones 1 undergo hydrolysis in THF in the presence of HBF4 at room temperature to give N-acyl-α-triphenylphosphonioglycines 3 (R2 = H) in very good yields. 4-Alkyl-4-triphenylphosphonio-5(4H)-oxazolones 2 react with water in CH2Cl2/THF solution without any acidic catalyst at 0-5 °C in a few days yielding N-acyl-α-triphenylphosphonio-α-amino acids 3 (R2 = Me) or α-(N-acylamino)alkyltriphenylphosphonium salt 4 (R2 = CH2OMe). α-Triphenylphosphonio-α-amino acids 3, on heating up to 105-115 °C under reduced pressure (5 mmHg) or on treatment with diisopropylethylamine in CH2Cl2 at 20 °C undergo decarboxylation to give the corresponding α-(N-acylamino)alkyltriphenylphosphonium salts 4, usually in very good yields.  相似文献

MgMe2 (1) was found to react with 1,4-diazabicyclo[2.2.2]octane (dabco) in tetrahydrofuran (thf) yielding a binuclear complex [{MgMe2(thf)}2(μ-dabco)] (2). Furthermore, from reactions of MgMeBr with diglyme (diethylene glycol dimethyl ether), NEt3, and tmeda (N,N,N′,N′-tetramethylethylenediamine) in etheral solvents compounds MgMeBr(L), (L = diglyme (5); NEt3 (6); tmeda (7)) were obtained as highly air- and moisture-sensitive white powders. From a thf solution of 7 crystals of [MgMeBr(thf)(tmeda)] (8) were obtained. Reactions of MgMeBr with pmdta (N,N,N′,N″,N″-pentamethyldiethylenetriamine) in thf resulted in formation of [MgMeBr(pmdta)] (9) in nearly quantitative yield. On the other hand, the same reaction in diethyl ether gave MgMeBr(pmdta) · MgBr2(pmdta) (10) and [{MgMe2(pmdta)}7{MgMeBr(pmdta)}] (11) in 24% and 2% yield, respectively, as well as [MgMe2(pmdta)] (12) as colorless needle-like crystals in about 26% yield. The synthesized methylmagnesium compounds were characterized by microanalysis and 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy. The coordination-induced shifts of the 1H and 13C nuclei of the ligands are small; the largest ones were found in the tmeda and pmdta complexes. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses revealed in 2 a tetrahedral environment of the Mg atoms with a bridging dabco ligand and in 8 a trigonal-bipyramidal coordination of the Mg atom. The single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses of [MgMe2(pmdta)] (12) and [MgBr2(pmdta)] (13) showed them to be monomeric with five-coordinate Mg atoms. The square-pyramidal coordination polyhedra are built up of three N and two C atoms in 12 and three N and two Br atoms in 13. The apical positions are occupied by methyl and bromo ligands, respectively. Temperature-dependent 1H NMR spectroscopic measurements (from 27 to −80 °C) of methylmagnesium bromide complexes MgMeBr(L) (L = thf (4); diglyme (5); NEt3 (6); tmeda (7)) in thf-d8 solutions indicated that the deeper the temperature the more the Schlenk equilibria are shifted to the dimethylmagnesium/dibromomagnesium species. Furthermore, at −80 °C the dimethylmagnesium compounds are predominant in the solutions of Grignard compounds 4-6 whereas in the case of the tmeda complex7 the equilibrium constant was roughly estimated to be 0.25. In contrast, [MgMeBr(pmdta)] (9) in thf-d8 revealed no dismutation into [MgMe2(pmdta)] (12) and [MgBr2(pmdta)] (13) even up to −100 °C. In accordance with this unexpected behavior, 1:1 mixtures of 12 and 13 were found to react in thf at room temperature yielding quantitatively the corresponding Grignard compound 9. Moreover, the structures of [MgMeBr(pmdta)] (9c), [MgMe2(pmdta)] (12c), and [MgBr2(pmdta)] (13c) were calculated on the DFT level of theory. The calculated structures 12c and 13c are in a good agreement with the experimentally observed structures 12 and 13. The equilibrium constant of the Schlenk equilibrium (2 9c ? 12c + 13c) was calculated to be Kgas = 2.0 × 10−3 (298 K) in the gas phase. Considering the solvent effects of both thf and diethyl ether using a polarized continuum model (PCM) the corresponding equilibrium constants were calculated to be Kthf = 1.2 × 10−3 and Kether = 3.2 × 10−3 (298 K), respectively.  相似文献

Bis(dichlorosilyl)methanes 1 undergo the two kind reactions of a double hydrosilylation and a dehydrogenative double silylation with alkynes 2 such as acetylene and activated phenyl-substituted acetylenes in the presence of Speier’s catalyst to give 1,1,3,3-tetrachloro-1,3-disilacyclopentanes 3 and 1,1,3,3-tetrachloro-1,3-disilacyclopent-4-enes 4 as cyclic products, respectively, depending upon the molecular structures of both bis(dichlorosilyl)methanes (1) and alkynes (2). Simple bis(dichlorosilyl)methane (1a) reacted with alkynes [R1-CC-R2: R1 = H, R2 = H (2a), Ph (2b); R1 = R2 = Ph (2c)] at 80 °C to afford 1,1,3,3-tetrachloro-1,3-disilacyclopentanes 3 as the double hydrosilylation products in fair to good yields (33-84%). Among these reactions, the reaction with 2c gave a trans-4,5-diphenyl-1,1,3,3-tetrachloro-1,3-disilacyclopentane 3ac in the highest yield (84%). When a variety of bis(dichlorosilyl)(silyl)methanes [(MenCl3 − nSi)CH(SiHCl2)2: n = 0 (1b), 1 (1c), 2 (1d), 3 (1e)] were applied in the reaction with alkyne (2c) under the same reaction conditions. The double hydrosilylation products, 2-silyl-1,1,3,3-tetrachloro-1,3-disilacyclopentanes (3), were obtained in fair to excellent yields (38-98%). The yields of compound 3 deceased as follows: n = 1 > 2 > 3 > 0. The reaction of alkynes (2a-c) with 1c under the same conditions gave one of two type products of 1,1,3,3-tetrachloro-1,3-disilacyclopentanes 3 and 1,1,3,3-tetrachloro-1,3-disilacyclopent-4-enes (4): simple alkyne 2a and terminal 2b gave the latter products 4ca and 4cb in 91% and 57% yields, respectively, while internal alkyne 2c afforded the former cyclic products 3cc with trans form between two phenyl groups at the 3- and 4-carbon atoms in 98% yield, respectively. Among platinum compounds such as Speier’s catalyst, PtCl2(PEt3)2, Pt(PPh3)2(C2H4), Pt(PPh3)4, Pt[ViMeSiO]4, and Pt/C, Speier’s catalyst was the best catalyst for such silylation reactions.  相似文献

The PtCl2-catalyzed cyclization reaction of ortho-alkynylphenyl acetals 1 in the presence of COD (1,5-cyclooctadiene) produces 3-(α-alkoxyalkyl)benzofurans 2 in good to high yields. For example, the reaction of acetaldehyde ethyl 2-(1-octynyl)phenyl acetal (1a), acetaldehyde ethyl 2-(cyclohexylethynyl)phenyl acetal (1c), and acetaldehyde ethyl 2-(phenylethynyl)phenyl acetal (1f) in the presence of 2 mol % of platinum(II) chloride and 8 mol % of 1,5-cycloocatadiene in toluene at 30 °C gave the corresponding 2,3-disubstituted benzofurans 2a, 2c, and 2f in 91, 94, and 88% yields, respectively. Moreover, the reaction of N-methoxymethyl-2-alkynylanilines 3 was catalyzed by PdBr2, affording the corresponding 2,3-disubstituted indoles 4 in moderate yields. For example, the reaction of N-methoxymethyl-2-(1-pentynyl)-N-tosylaniline (3a) and N-methoxymethyl-2-(phenylethynyl)-N-tosylaniline (3b) in the presence of 10 mol % of PdBr2 in toluene at 80 °C gave 3-methoxymethyl-2-propyl-1-tosylindole (4a) and 3-methoxymethyl-2-phenyl-1-tosylindole (4b) in 33 and 33% yields, respectively.  相似文献

The reactivity of the dimeric cyclopalladated compounds derived from biphenyl-2-ylamine (μ-X)22-N2′,C1-1-Pd-2-{(2′-NH2C6H4)C6H4}]2 [X = OAc (1), X = Cl (2)] towards unsaturated organic molecules is reported. Compound 1 reacted with carbon monoxide and tbutyl isocyanide producing phenanthridin-6(5H)-one and N-tert-butylphenanthridin-6-amine in 63% and 88% yield, respectively. Compound 2 reacted separately with diphenylacetylene and 3-hexyne, affording the mononuclear organopalladium compounds [κ2-N2″,C12-C2,C3- 1-Pd{(R-CC-R)2-2′-(2″-NH2C6H4)C6H4}Cl] [R = Ph (5), R = Et (6)] in 50-60% yield, which derived from the insertion of two alkyne molecules into the C-Pd σ bonds of 2. The crystal structure of compounds 5 and 6 has been determined. Compound 5 crystallized in the monoclinic space group P21/n with a = 13.3290(10) Å, b = 10.6610(10) Å and c = 22.3930(10) Å and β = 100.2690(10)°. Compound 6 crystallized in the triclinic space group with a = 7.271(7) Å, b = 10.038(3) Å and c = 16.012(5) Å, and α = 106.79(3)°, β = 96.25(4)° and γ = 99.62(4)°. The crystal structures of 5 and 6 have short intermolecular Pd-Cl?H-N-Pd non-conventional hydrogen bonds, which associated the molecules in chains in the first case and in dimers in the second.  相似文献

Four cyclometalated Pt(II) complexes, i.e., [(L2)PtCl] (1b), [(L3)PtCl] (1c), [(L2)PtCCC6H5] (2b) and [(L3)PtCCC6H5] (2c) (HL2 = 4-[p-(N-butyl-N-phenyl)anilino]-6-phenyl-2,2′-bipyridine and HL3 = 4-[p-(N,N′-dibutyl-N′-phenyl)phenylene-diamino]-phenyl-6-phenyl-2,2′-bipyridine), have been synthesized and verified by 1H NMR, 13C NMR and X-ray crystallography. Unlike previously reported complexes [(L1)PtCl] (1a) and [(L1)PtCCC6H5] (2a) (HL1 = 4,6-diphenyl-2,2′-bipyridine), intense and continuous absorption bands in the region of 300-500 nm with strong metal-to-ligand charge transfer (1MLCT) (dπ(Pt) → π(L)) transitions (ε ∼ 2 × 104 dm3 mol−1 cm−1) at 449-467 nm were observed in the UV-Vis absorption spectra of complexes 1b, 1c, 2b and 2c. Meanwhile, with the introduction of electron-donating arylamino groups in the ligands of 1a and 2a, complexes 1b and 2b display stronger phosphorescence in CH2Cl2 solutions at room temperature with bathochromically shifted emission maxima at 595 and 600 nm, relatively higher quantum yields of 0.11 and 0.26, and much longer lifetimes of 8.4 and 4.5 μs, respectively. An electrochromic film of 1b-based polymer was obtained on Pt or ITO electrode surface, which suggests an efficient oxidative polymerization behavior. An orange multilayer organic light-emitting diode with 1b as phosphorescent dopant was fabricated, achieving a maximum current efficiency of 11.3 cd A−1 and a maximum external efficiency of 5.7%. The luminescent properties of complexes 1c and 2c are dependent on pH value and solvent polarity, which is attributed to the protonation of arylamino units in the C^N^N cyclometalating ligands.  相似文献

The syntheses and characterization of two novel ferrocene derivatives containing 3,5-diphenylpyrazole units of general formula [1-R-3,5-Ph2-(C3N2)-CH2-Fc] {Fc = (η5-C5H5)Fe(η5-C5H4) and R = H (2) or Me (3)} together with a study of their reactivity with palladium(II) and platinum(II) salts or complexes under different experimental conditions is described. These studies have allowed us to isolate and characterize trans-[Pd{1-Me-3,5-Ph2-(C3N2)-CH2-Fc]}2Cl2] (4a) and three different types of heterodimetallic complexes: cis-[M{1-Me-3,5-Ph2-(C3N2)-CH2-Fc]}Cl2(dmso)] {M = Pd (5a) or Pt (5b)}, the cyclometallated products [M{κ2-C,N-[3-(C6H4)-1-Me-5-Ph-(C3N2)]-CH2-Fc}Cl(L)] with L = PPh3 and M = Pd (6a) or Pt (6b) or L = dmso and M = Pt (8b) and the trans-isomer of [Pt{1-Me-3,5-Ph2-(C3N2)-CH2-Fc]}Cl2(dmso)] (7b). In compounds 4a, 5a, 5b and 7b, the ligand behaves as a neutral N-donor group; while in 6a, 6b and 8b it acts as a bidentate [C(sp2,phenyl),N(pyrazole)] group. A comparative study of the spectroscopic properties of the compounds, based on NMR, IR and UV-Visible experiments, is also reported.  相似文献

5-C5Me5)M(TEA) (M = Ti, 1; Zr, 2; Hf, 3; TEA = triethanolateamine) was prepared by the reaction of (η5-C5Me5)MCl3 with triethanolamine in the presence of NEt3. The polyethylene catalytic efficiency in terms of activity decreases in the order 1/MAO > 2/MAO ? 3/MAO. In addition, the molecular weight (Mv) and melting temperature (Tm) of all the resulting polyethylene obtained by 2/MAO show the range of Mv = 91,200-356,200 and Tm = 137.0-141.9 °C, respectively; however, 1/MAO and 3/MAO gave polyethylenes with lower molecular weight (Mv = 6800-78,700) and lower melting temperature (Tm = 125.9-136.7 °C). Furthermore, 1/MAO showed significant decrease in the catalytic activity with increasing polymerization temperature though 2/MAO and 3/MAO have no dependence on the polymerization temperature.  相似文献

N-(3-ferrocenyl-2-naphthoyl) dipeptide esters (5-7) and N-(6-ferrocenyl-2-naphthoyl) dipeptide esters (8-10) were prepared by coupling either 3-ferrocenylnaphthalene-2-carboxylic acid 2 or 6-ferrocenylnaphthalene-2-carboxylic acid 4 to the dipeptide ethyl esters GlyAla(OEt) (5, 8), AlaGly(OEt) (6, 9), and AlaAla(OEt) (7, 10) using the standard N-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)-N′-ethylcarbodiimide hydrochloride (EDC), 1-hydroxybenzotriazole (HOBt) protocol. All the compounds were fully characterized using a combination of 1H NMR, 13C NMR, DEPT-135 and 1H-13C COSY (HMQC) spectroscopy, electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (ESI-MS) and cyclic voltammetry (CV). In vitro, the cytotoxic effects of compounds 5-10 show improvements over the corresponding N-(ferrocenyl)benzoyl derivatives, with IC50 values against the H1299 lung cancer cells ranging from 1.2 μM to 8.0 μM. N-(6-ferrocenyl-2-naphthoyl)-glycine-l-alanine ethyl ester 8 was found to be the most active derivative of the naphthoyl series so far, displaying an IC50 value of 1.3 ± 0.1 μM. This value is slightly lower than that found for the clinically employed anti-cancer drug cisplatin (IC50 = 1.5 ± 0.1 μM against H1299).  相似文献

3,4-Di-(2′-hydroxyethoxy)benzylidenemalononitrile (3) was prepared and condensed with terephthaloyl chloride and adipoyl chloride to yield novel Y-type polyesters (4-5) containing 3,4-dioxybenzylidenemalononitrile groups as NLO-chromophores, which constituted parts of the polymer main-chains. The resulting polymers 4-5 are soluble in common organic solvents such as acetone and N,N-dimethylformamide. They showed thermal stability up to 300 °C in thermogravimetric analysis with glass-transition temperatures obtained from differential scanning calorimetry in the range 89-91 °C. The second harmonic generation (SHG) coefficients (d33) of poled polymer films at the 1064 nm fundamental wavelength were around 2.47 pm/V. The dipole alignment exhibited high thermal stability even at 10 °C higher than Tg, and there is no SHG decay below 100 °C due to the partial main-chain character of polymer structure, which is acceptable for NLO device applications.  相似文献

A series of half-sandwich ruthenium(II) complexes containing κ3(N,N,N)-hydridotris(pyrazolyl)borate (κ3(N,N,N)-Tp) and the water-soluble phosphane 1,3,5-triaza-7-phosphaadamantane (PTA) [RuX{κ3(N,N,N)-Tp}(PPh3)2−n(PTA)n] (n = 2, X = Cl (1), n = 1, X = Cl (2), I (3), NCS (4), H (5)) and [Ru{κ3(N,N,N)-Tp}(PPh3)(PTA)L][PF6] (L = NCMe (6), PTA (7)) have been synthesized. Complexes containing 1-methyl-3,5-diaza-1-azonia-7-phosphaadamantane(m-PTA) triflate [RuCl{κ3(N,N,N)-Tp}(m-PTA)2][CF3SO3]2 (8) and [RuX{κ3(N,N,N)-Tp}(PPh3)(m-PTA)][CF3SO3] (X = Cl (9), H (10)) have been obtained by treatment, respectively, of complexes 1, 2 and 5 with methyl triflate. Single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis for complexes 1, 2 and 4 have been carried out. DNA binding properties by using a mobility shift assay and antimicrobial activity of selected complexes have been evaluated.  相似文献

The 2-imino-1,10-phenanthroline ligands, 1,10-C12H7N2-2-CRN(2,6-i-Pr2-4-R1-C6H2) [R = R1 = H (L1); R = H, R1 = Br (L2); R = H, R1 = CN (L3); R = H, R1 = i-Pr (L4); R = Me, R1 = H (L5); R = Me, R1 = i-Pr (L6)], have been prepared in high yield from the condensation reaction of 1,10-C12H7N2-2-CRO (R = H, Me) with one equivalent of the corresponding 4-substituted 2,6-diisopropylaniline. The molecular structures of L2, L5 and L6 reveal the imino nitrogen atoms to adopt a transoid configuration with respect to the phenanthrolinyl nitrogen atoms. Treatment of Lx with one equivalent of CoCl2 in n-BuOH at 90 °C gives the high spin complexes, (Lx)CoCl2 [Lx = L1 (1a), L2 (1b), L3 (1c), L4 (1d), L5 (1e), L6 (1f)], in which the metal centres exhibit distorted square pyramidal geometries. Activation of 1a-1f with excess methylaluminoxane (MAO) gives catalysts that are modestly active for the oligomerisation of ethylene affording mainly linear α-olefins along with some degree of internal olefins. While the donor capability of the 4-position of the N-aryl group does not appear to affect the activity of the catalyst, it does have an influence on the ratio of α-olefins to internal olefins. Single crystal X-ray diffraction studies have been performed on L2, L5, L6, 1a, 1c and 1f.  相似文献

[(RR′-admpzp)2Ti(OPri)2] complexes (2a-c), synthesized from reaction of Ti(OPri)3Cl (0.5 equiv) with 1-dialkylamino-3-(3,5-dimethyl-pyrazol-1-yl)-propan-2-ol compounds in the presence of triethylamine (0.5 equiv), are pseudo-octahedral with each RR′-admpzp ligand κ2-O,N(pyrazolyl) coordinated to the titanium center. In solution, 2a-c adopt isomeric structures that are in dynamic equilibrium. At 23 °C, 2a-c/1000 MAO catalyst systems furnished high molecular weight polymers with narrow molecular weight distributions (Mw/Mn = 2.7-2.8). At 100 °C, 2a-c/MAO catalyst systems exhibited increased polymerization activity and 2c/1000 MAO system furnished high molecular weight polyethylene with a molecular weight distribution (Mw/Mn = 2.1) that is close to that found for single-site catalysts.  相似文献

A series of poly(ether-imide)s (III) characterized by colorless, highly solubility was synthesized from 2,2-bis[4-(3,4-dicarboxyphenoxy)phenyl]propane dianhydride(BPADA) and various fluorinated aromatic diamines (Ia-h) in DMAc via polycondensation to form poly(amic acid) (II), followed by chemical (C) and thermal (H) imidization. These polymers had inherent viscosities ranging from 0.60 to 1.3 dL/g. These polyimides were highly soluble in a variety of organic solvent such as amide-type, ether-type and chlorinated solvents. Moreover, these poly(ether-imide) films were almost colorless, with an ultraviolet-visible absorption cutoff wavelength below 390 nm and low b* value (a yellowness index) of 4.6-18.0. The III series showed strength tensile of 72-101 MPa, elongation at break of 11-25%, initial modulus of 1.5-2.0 GPa. The glass transition temperature (Tg) of IIIa-h were in the range of 202-267 °C, and the decomposition temperature above 493 °C and left 40-65% char yield at 800 °C in nitrogen. They had the lower dielectric constants of 3.39-3.72 (1 MHz) and moisture absorptions in the range of 0.11-0.40%.  相似文献

The novel compounds, N-(trifluorosilylmethyl)-[N-(S)-(1-phenylethyl)]-acetamide (1a) and 1-(trifluorosilylmethyl)-2-oxoperhydroazepine (1b) have been prepared from the corresponding NH-compounds using ClCH2SiCl3/Et3N or ClCH2SiCl3/(Me3Si)2NH followed by methanolysis or hydrolysis of the reaction mixture in the presence of Lewis bases, and then BF3 etherate. Potassium-(18-crown-6)-(2-oxoperhydroazepinomethyl)tetrafluorosilicate (2) was synthesized by reaction of the trifluoride (1b) with KF in the presence of 18-crown-6. Using 19F, 29Si NMR and X-ray diffraction techniques it was established that the silicon atom is pentacoordinate in the trifluorides (1ab) and hexacoordinate in the adduct 2. Thus the internal coordination of the O → Si bond present in the trifluoride (1b) is retained in the adduct 2.The stereochemical non-rigidity of the trifluorides (1ab) and the N-(trifluorosilylmethyl)-N-methylacetamide (1c) was investigated using dynamic 19F NMR spectroscopy. The activation barriers for permutational isomerization are in the range 9.5-10 kcal mol−1. Lower values of ΔG# for permutation of trifluorides (1a-c) compared to the monofluorides with the coordination core OSiC3F together with small negative values for the activation entropy implies a non-dissociative mechanism. Quantum-chemical analysis suggests a mechanism involving a turnstile rotation.  相似文献

For N-(thio)phosphorylthioureas of the common formula RC(S)NHP(X)(OiPr)2HLI (R = N-(4′-aminobenzo-15-crown-5), X = S), HLII (R = N-(4′-aminobenzo-15-crown-5), X = O), HLIII (R = PhNH, X = S), HLIV (R = PhNH, X = O), and (N,N′-bis-[C(S)NHP(S)(OiPr)2]2-1,10-diaza-18-crown-6) H2LV, salts LiLI,III,IV, NaLIIV, KLIIVM2LV (M = Li+, Na+, K+), Ba(LI,III,IV)2, and BaLV have been synthesized and investigated. Compounds NaLI,II quantitatively drop out as a deposit in ethanol medium, allowing the separation of Na+ and K+ cations. This effect is not displayed for the other compounds. The crystal structures of HLIII and the solvate of the composition [K(Me2CO)LIII] have been investigated by X-ray crystallography.  相似文献

A series of new asymmetrically N-substituted derivatives of the 1,4,7-triazacyclononane (tacn) macrocycle have been prepared from the common precursor 1,4,7-triazatricyclo[5.2.1.04,10]decane: 1-ethyl-4-isopropyl-1,4,7-triazacyclononane (L1), 1-isopropyl-4-propyl-1,4,7-triazacyclononane (L2), 1-(3-aminopropyl)-4-benzyl-7-isopropyl-1,4,7-triazacyclononane (L3), 1-benzyl-4-isopropyl-1,4,7-triazacyclononane (L4) and 1,4-bis(3-aminopropyl)-7-isopropyl-1,4,7-triazacyclononane (L5). The corresponding monomeric copper(II) complexes were synthesised and were found to be of composition: [Cu(L1)Cl2] · 1/2 H2O (C1), [Cu(L4)Cl2] · 4H2O (C2), [Cu(L3)(MeCN)](ClO4)2 (C3), [Cu(L5)](ClO4)2 · MeCN · NaClO4 (C4) and [Cu(L2)Cl2] · 1/2 H2O (C5). The X-ray crystal structures of each complex revealed a distorted square-pyramidal copper(II) geometry, with the nitrogen donors on the ligands occupying 3 (C1 and C2), 4 (C3) or 5 (C4) coordination sites on the Cu(II) centre. The metal complexes were tested for the ability to hydrolytically cleave phosphate esters at near physiological conditions, using the model phosphodiester, bis(p-nitrophenyl)phosphate (BNPP). The observed rate constants for BNPP cleavage followed the order kC1 ≈ kC2 > kC5 ? kC3 > kC4, confirming that tacn-type Cu(II) complexes efficiently accelerate phosphate ester hydrolysis by being able to bind phosphate esters and also form the nucleophile necessary to carry out intramolecular cleavage. Complexes C1 and C2, featuring asymmetrically disubstituted ligands, exhibited rate constants of the same order of magnitude as those reported for the Cu(II) complexes of symmetrically tri-N-alkylated tacn ligands (k ∼ 1.5 × 10−5 s−1).  相似文献

2-Phenylaniline reacted with Pd(OAc)2 in toluene at room temperature for 24 h in a one-to-one molar ratio and with the system PdCl2, NaCl and NaOAc in a 1 (2-phenylaniline):1 (PdCl2):2 (NaCl):1 (NaOAc) molar ratio in methanol at room temperature for one week to give the dinuclear cyclopalladated compounds (μ-X)2[Pd{κ2-N2′,C1-2-(2′-NH2C6H4)C6H4}]2 [1a (X = OAc) and 1b (X = Cl)] in high yield. Moreover, the reaction between 2-phenylaniline and Pd(OAc)2 in one-to-one molar ratio in acid acetic at 60 °C for 4 h, followed by a metathesis reaction with LiBr, allowed isolation of the dinuclear cyclopalladated compound (μ-Br)2[Pd{κ2-N2′,C1-2-(2′-NH2C6H4)C6H4}]2 (1c) in moderate yield. A parallel treatment, but using monodeuterated acetic acid (DOAc) as solvent in the cyclopalladation reaction, allowed isolation of a mixture of compounds 1c, 1cd1 [Pd{κ2-N2′,C1-2-(2′-NH2C6H4)C6H4](μ-Br)2[Pd{κ2-N2′,C1-2-(2′-NH2C6H4)-3-d-C6H3] and 1cd2 (μ-Br)2[Pd{κ2-N2′,C1-2-(2′-NH2C6H4)-3-d-C6H3}]2 in moderate yield and with a deuterium content of ca. 60%. 1a and 1b reacted with pyridine and PPh3 affording the mononuclear cyclopalladated compounds [Pd{κ2-N2′,C1-2-(2′-NH2C6H4)C6H4}(X)(L)] [2a (X = OAc, L = py), 2b (X = Cl, L = py), 3a (X = OAc, L = PPh3) and 3b (X = Cl, L = PPh3)] in a yield from moderate to high. Furthermore, 1a reacted with Na(acac) · H2O to give the mononuclear cyclopalladated compound 4 [Pd{κ2-N2′,C1-2-(2′-NH2C6H4)C6H4}(acac)] in moderate yield. 1H NMR studies in CDCl3 solution of 2a, 2b, 3a, 3b and 4 showed that 2a and 3a presented an intramolecular hydrogen bond between the acetato ligand and the amino group, and were involved in a dynamic equilibrium with water present in the CDCl3 solvent; and that the enantiomeric molecules of 2b and 4 were in a fast exchange at room temperature, while they were in a slow exchange for 2a, 3a and 3b. The X-ray crystal structures of 3b and 4 were determined. 3b crystallized in the triclinic space group with a = 9.9170(10), b = 10.4750(10), c = 12.0890(10) Å, α = 98.610(10)°, β = 94.034(10)° and γ = 99.000(10)° and 4 in the monoclinic space group P21/a with a = 11.5900(10), b = 11.2730(10), c = 12.2150(10) Å, α = 90°, β = 107.6560(10)° and γ = 90°.  相似文献

A series of novel fluorinated poly(ether imide)s (IV) having inherent viscosities of 0.70-1.08 dL/g were prepared from 1,1-bis[4-(3,4-dicarboxyphenoxy)phenyl]cyclohexane dianhydride (I) and various trifluoromethyl (CF3)-substituted aromatic bis(ether amine)s IIa-g by a standard two-step process with thermal and chemical imidization of poly(amic acid) precursors. These poly(ether imide)s showed excellent solubility in many organic solvents and could be solution-cast into transparent, flexible, and tough films. These films were essentially colorless, with an ultraviolet-visible absorption edge of 375-380 nm and a very low b value (a yellowness index) of 5.5-7.3. They also showed good thermal stability with glass-transition temperatures of 207-269 °C, 10% weight loss temperatures in excess of 474 °C, and char yields at 800 °C in nitrogen more than 62%. In comparison with analogous V series poly(ether imide)s without the -CF3 substituents, the IV series polymers showed better solubility, lower color intensity, and lower dielectric constants.  相似文献
