提出了一种在相移数字全息中提取相移角的方法.该方法通过在相移数字全息中引入随机相位板对物光波的相位进行调制,使得物光波在全息面上的相位分布成为近似理想的随机分布,进而根据这种随机分布的统计性质对相移角进行提取.计算机模拟结果表明,该方法提取出的相移角与设定的相移角之间的相对误差小于千分之一.同时,经过对比采用随机相位板和不采用随机相位板的计算结果发现,物体衍射光波在全息面上的相位分布具有一定的相关性.  相似文献

相移数字全息中的相移准确性决定了重建结果的质量,本文提出了在二步相移数字全息中实现准确相移的方法.该方法使用数字电压源开环控制普通的压电陶瓷微位移器,通过连续以微小的间隔来改变施加在压电陶瓷微位移器上的电压,可以获得一系列对应于不同相移角的全息图像,进而可以利用这些全息图像重建出来物光波在全息面上的强度分布.实验中采用已被CCD直接记录的物光波在全息面上的强度分布作为标准来评价前面重建结果的质量,计算了这些重建结果和评价标准之间的相关系数,结果表明相关系数达到最大时对应的全息图具有准确的相移角π/2.实验中比较了使用所确定准确相移角和理论相移角分别重建出来物光波的质量,计算机模拟和实验的结果证实了该方法的有效性.  相似文献

Multiwavelength recording and reconstruction of a three-dimensional object are realized by use of phase-shifting digital holography. Red, green, and blue lines emitted from a white-light He-Cd laser are used for one-step recording of the complex amplitude of the object with a color CCD camera, in which a phase shift is introduced with an achromatic phase shifter based on the geometric phase. Three color images are reconstructed and successfully combined in a computer by use of Fresnel transformation based on a convolution.  相似文献

Parallel phase-shifting digital holography (PPSDH) is a technique of single-shot phase-shifting digital holography. We found that there are two problems with this technique. (1) Some extraneous noises caused by the intensity unevenness of the reference wave become slightly superimposed on the object image. (2) The conjugate image cannot be completely removed. This is because the object wave causes the phase-shift error by illuminating an image sensor with a large incident angle. To solve these problems, we propose an algorithm for removing residual 0th-order diffraction and conjugate images in PPSDH. In the proposed algorithm, we modified phase-shifting interferometry in order to work through the unevenness of the intensity distribution and applied the Fourier transform technique to PPSDH to remove the residual conjugate image. The effectiveness of the proposed algorithm was experimentally verified.  相似文献

Parallel phase-shifting digital holography can obtain three-dimensional information of a dynamically moving object with high accuracy by using space-division multiplexing of multiple holograms required for phase-shifting interferometry. We demonstrated high-speed parallel phase-shifting digital holography and obtained images of the phase variation of air caused by a compressed gas flow sprayed from a nozzle. In particular, we found the interesting phenomenon of periodic phase distributions. Reconstructed images were obtained at frame rates of 20,000 and 180,000 frames per second.  相似文献

We present a digital holography microscopy technique based on a parallel-quadrature phase-shifting method. Two π/2 phase-shifted holograms are recorded simultaneously using polarization phase-shifting principle, slightly off-axis recording geometry, and two identical CCD sensors. The parallel phase-shifting is realized by combining circularly polarized object beam with a 45° degree polarized reference beam through a polarizing beam splitter. DC term is eliminated by subtracting the two holograms from each other and the object information is reconstructed after selecting the frequency spectrum of the real image. Both amplitude and phase object reconstruction results are presented. Simultaneous recording eliminates phase errors caused by mechanical vibrations and air turbulences. The slightly off-axis recording geometry with phase-shifting allows a much larger dimension of the spatial filter for reconstruction of the object information. This leads to better reconstruction capability than traditional off-axis holography.  相似文献

This work proposes to obtain surface contouring by phase-shifting real-time holography using photorefractive sillenite crystals which provides the surface contouring from a change in phase of wavefront of the object illumination beam. The real-time holography using the photorefractive Bi12SiO20 crystal and the four-frame phase-shifting technique was used to obtain the phase map, this map was filtered by an anisotropic sin/cos filter and the unwrapping process used was the cellular-automata technique. We obtained experimental results of the surfaces of the large objects with real discontinuities, and these results agree with the dimensions of the object.  相似文献

Phase-shifting digital holographic technique is a powerful tool for the measurement of various physical parameters, such as object deformation and liquid or cell’s refractive index change. However, for an accurate measurement, phase-shifting error in the reference wave path is still a major issue. In this paper, three novel and simple algorithms are proposed to quantitatively detect and correct phase-shifting error for a pure phase object in two-step phase-shifting digital holography. Influence of phase-shifting error is illustrated, and the effectiveness of the proposed algorithms is demonstrated by numerical simulation results.  相似文献

Parallel two-step phase-shifting interferometry for microscopy is presented, and the recording condition for generalized two-step phase-shifting interferometry is discussed. A 45° tilted cube beamsplitter enables to replicate the orthogonally linear polarized object and reference waves into two parallel beams, respectively. As a consequence, two interferograms with quadrature phase shift are obtained along the two beams, and phase reconstructed with an improved algorithm. To reconstruct the phase distribution from the two-step phase-shifting interferograms, a certain recording condition should be satisfied. However, the recording condition has not ever been discussed before. In this paper, the recording condition for the two-step phase-shifting interferometry is derived and that is: the intensity of reference wave should be no less than two times object wave intensity.  相似文献

We propose a novel image encryption method that combines the pure intensity random encoding and the digital holography technique. A phase-shifting interferometer records both phase and amplitude information of a complex object with a CCD sensor array. The encryption is performed by placing two pure intensity random masks between the image to be encrypted and an intensity recording device. Electronic decryption can be performed with fast Fresnel reconstruction procedure. Numerical simulation results show the validity of the algorithm and an optoelectronic implementation setup is also presented.  相似文献

Phase-shifting digital holography has been used for the study of vibrating objects. The time-averaged complex amplitude of Fresnel diffracted field due to a vibrating object was obtained by using a three-step phase-shifting algorithm. Taking the inverse Fresnel transform of the complex amplitude resulted in an image of the object superimposed with Bessel fringes. The Bessel fringes are contour map of the vibration amplitude. By sinusoidally modulating the phase of the reference beam at the vibration frequency, the brightest fringe could be shifted to points of interest, thus extending the measurable range of vibration amplitude.  相似文献

In on-axis lensless Fourier phase-shifting synthetic aperture digital holography, to compose all of the phase-shifting sub-holograms to a large synthetic aperture digital hologram effectively, firstly, the cross-correlation algorithm of the object waves is presented to correct the joint misplacement of the sub-holograms. Secondly, to make the phase-shifting synchronization matching of different sequence phase-shifting holograms, the cross-correlation algorithm of the phase-shifting holograms is employed. Compared with the traditional cross-correlation algorithm of the sub-holograms, the proposed approach makes the joint precision of the sub-holograms reach sub-pixel accuracy, and the resolution of the reconstructed image is improved significantly. In general, the proposed approach is effective in restraining the quality degradation of the synthetic reconstructed image that comes from the joint misplacement of the sub-holograms and the phase-shifting non-synchronization of the phase-shifting holograms.  相似文献

In phase measurement or digital holography for phase-shifting interferometry, the key role is the variation of reference light wave and recover algorithm based on interferograms and reference phase, so the calculation result is directly affected by phase-shift accuracy. However, because of the errors of nonlinear and other random factors, it is difficult to control the actual phase-shifting amount accurately. In this paper, we aim to propose an efficient method for phase-shifting interferometry which does not require accurate initial estimation of phase-shift amounts, only a few pixels with several randomly shifted interferograms are sufficient for accurate extraction of phase information. This method has reduced the dependence of reference phase, and can obtain phase-shifting amount directly without using complex revised algorithm for correcting phase-shifting nonlinear errors.  相似文献

Pattern recognition by use of polarimetric phase-shifting digital holography is presented. Using holography, the amplitude distribution and phase difference distribution between two orthogonal polarizations of three-dimensional (3D) or two-dimensional phase objects are obtained. This information contains both complex amplitude and polarimetric characteristics of the object, and it can be used for improving the discrimination capability of object recognition. Experimental results are presented to demonstrate the idea. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first report on 3D polarimetric recognition of objects using digital holography.  相似文献

An iterative algorithm to extract the arbitrary unknown phase shift in two-frame phase-shifting interferometry and then reconstruct the complex object wave is proposed. In combination with the least square principle and some calculation formulae we developed, this algorithm allows us to find the value of unknown phase shift by using only two interferograms without additional knowledge or measurement. Computer simulations have shown that this algorithm works well for both the smooth and diffusing objects to a very high accuracy over a wide range of the phase shift from 0.4 to 2.5 rad.  相似文献

在两步相移数字全息术中,相移误差直接影响着零级像和共轭像的消除.为了消除相移误差,获得实际相移值,提出了一种基于相位统计特性的两步相移迭代算法.首先利用全息图的相位统计特性计算出初始相移值,然后用数字全息图再现像抽样点强度偏差之和作为评价标准,通过迭代计算寻找参考光的真正相移值.该算法能对任意未知相移量进行提取,从而有效地消除零级像和共轭像,提高了再现像质量.理论分析和光学实验结果证明了该方法的可行性和有效性.  相似文献

菲涅耳非相干相关全息术(Fresnel incoherent correlation holography,FINCH)利用在空间光调制器(spatial light modulator,SLM)上加载双透镜模式对同一物点光分束自相干,并通过改变加载的相位因子得到不同的相移全息图.本系统利用SLM可分区编码调制特性,将FINCH成像中SLM上分三次加载的0°,120°,240°相位双透镜掩模各提取1/3组成一幅复合相移模式加载,并研究了三种相位分布方式对FINCH成像质量的影响.结果表明:三个相位在SLM上分布间隔越大,再现像越清晰.在此基础上,提出了一种新的掩模加载方式,在SLM加载透镜阵列,每一个相位因子对应一个双透镜,具有一个光轴.实验表明,通过这种加载方式,通过SLM后形成的三个相移图能够一次在电荷耦合器上记录,并且三个相移图不重叠,然后通过MATLAB编程计算将不同相移角度的全息图分别提取出来,通过三步相移计算合成一幅包含有物光波的复值全息图,最后通过数值再现算法重建待测样品.此系统可用于对光源相干性较低的实时成像系统,也为微小形变测量、动态物体的观测提供了新方法,为非相干数字全息术的发展提供了新思路.  相似文献

应用菲涅耳衍射和全息理论,详细分析了无透镜傅里叶变换数字全息图的记录、再现方法和再现像的特点,分析了相移数字全息图的记录和再现方法,并进行了相应的实验验证。结果表明:直接对无透镜傅里叶数字全息图进行傅里叶逆变换可同时得到与物体完全相同的再现像及其共轭像;同轴无透镜傅里叶数字全息术能最大程度满足CCD对采样条件的要求,从而可以增大记录物体的尺寸,减小记录距离,明显提高再现像的清晰度和分辨率;相移数字全息术能有效地消除数字再现光场中的零级光场和共轭像,显著提高再现像的信噪比。条件许可时,相移同轴无透镜傅里叶数字全息术是目前解决数字全息术中再现像的分离与满足采样条件之间矛盾的最佳方法。  相似文献

We propose an approach based on axial translation of a charge-coupled device (CCD) and gradient operator method for numerical reconstruction in in-line digital holography. The object wave in the hologram (or CCD) plane is determined using one position translation of CCD, and a phase-shifting device can be fully avoided. Gradient operator method is further applied to detect the focal plane of an object, and the object wave is reconstructed by an angular spectrum algorithm with the detected focal distance. The feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method are demonstrated by numerical simulations.  相似文献
