本文以 Cr3 +自由离子的 3 d电子径向波函数为基础 ,对 Cr3 +∶Al2 O3 中的电子云延伸效应进行了理论研究 ,引入了电子云延伸效应系数 κ,得到了 Cr3 +∶Al2 O3 中 Cr3 +离子的最优化 3 d电子径向波函数 .并研究了压力对电子云延伸效应系数κ的影响  相似文献

用固相反应法合成了Sr4Al14O25:M和Sr4Al14O25:(M+Sm3+)(M=Mn4+, Cr3+)荧光粉, 研究了其发光性能.Sm的共掺并没有改变Sr4Al14O25:Cr3+激发带和发射带的位置, 但是显著提高了材料的发光性能;Sm共掺Sr4Al14O25:Mn4+反而降低了发光强度. 对于Cr3+, Sm3+共掺的Sr4Al14O25荧光粉, 呈现了从Sm3+到Cr3+ 的辐射形式的能量传递过程,说明了Sm的共掺对于Sr4Al14O25:Cr3+荧光粉的发光强度提高的原因.  相似文献

用密度泛函理论(DFT)的B3lyp方法在6-311++g(d,p)水平上对Al2O3Hx(x=1—3)分子的几何构型, 电子结构, 振动频率等性质进行了系统研究. 并给出了它们可能基态结构的总能量(ET), 零点能(Ez), 摩尔热容(Cv), 标准熵(S), 原子化能(ΔEm), 垂直电离能(IP)及垂直电子亲和能(EA). Al2O3H和Al2O3H2分子可能的基态的几何构型都为平面结构. Al2O3H3的两个可能为基态的几何构型都是在立体Al2O3(D3h)的几何结构基础上加三个氢原子构成. 这三个分子的能量最低结构为Al2O3H(2A′)Cs, Al2O3H2(1A′) Cs, Al2O3H3 (2A) C1.  相似文献

提出了解释掺杂离子局域结构畸变的配体平面移动模型,建立了此模型下晶体微观结构与自旋哈密顿参量之间的定量关系.在考虑自旋与自旋、自旋与另一电子轨道和轨道与轨道作用等微小磁相互作用的基础上,采用全组态完全对角化方法,对Al2O3晶体中V3+的局域结构和自旋哈密顿参量进行了系统的研究.结果表明,V3+掺入Al2O3晶体后,上下配体氧平面间距离增大了0.0060 nm.从而成功地解释了Al2O3:V3+晶体的自旋哈密顿参量.在此基础上,研究了三角晶场下3d2离子自旋哈密顿参量的微观起源.研究发现,自旋三重态对自旋哈密顿参量的贡献是主要的,微小磁相互作用对自旋哈密顿参量的贡献只与自旋三重态有关.  相似文献

采用柠檬酸作燃烧剂用燃烧合成法制备了Gd2O3:Eu3+纳米晶.用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、高分辨透射电子显微镜(HRTEM)和荧光分光光度计等对Gd2O3:Eu3+纳米晶的结构、形貌和发光性能进行了分析.结果表明:不同柠檬酸与稀土离子配比(C/M)制备的样品经800℃ 退火1 h后,均得到了纯立方相的Gd2O3:Eu3+纳米晶,晶粒尺寸约为30 nm,尺寸分布较窄,其中以C/M=1.0时制备的纳米晶结晶性最好,发光强度最大.Gd2O3:Eu3+纳米晶主发射峰位置均在612 nm处 (5D07F2跃迁),激发光谱中电荷迁移态发生红移,观察到Gd3+向Eu3+的有效能量传递.对柠檬酸与稀土离子配比(C/M)对结晶度、发光性质等的影响也进行了分析和讨论.  相似文献

通过对La0.8Sr0.2Mn1-yCoyO3(y≤02)饱和磁矩和输运的测量,研究了Co对La0.8Sr0.2MnO3的磁电阻影响机制.结果表明,在La0.8Sr0.2Mn1-yCoyO3y≤02)中Co3+离子是低自旋态.由于Mn3+—O—Co3+—O—Mn3+类型的磁交换与Mn3+-Mn4+离子间双交换作用相比较弱,Curie温度TC附近的磁电阻随着Co掺杂量的增加而降低.与此相反,由于Co2+离子与eg巡游电子的反铁磁交换耦合作用,低温区间的磁电阻随着Co掺杂量的增加而升高.  相似文献

三基色荧光粉中, 红色荧光粉性能较差, 为获得性能优良的红色荧光粉, 本文采用高温固相法合成了Eu2+, Cr3+单掺杂及共掺杂的碱土金属多铝酸盐MAl12O19 (M =Ca, Sr, Ba) 发光体. 实验表明, 在以上三种基质中均存在Eu2+→Cr3+的能量传递, 利用能量传递可以有效将Eu2+的蓝光或绿光转换为红光. 三种碱土金属多铝酸盐基质的晶体结构相似,但Eu2+, Cr3+发光受晶体场影响,导致在不同的基质中Eu2+, Cr3+间能量传递效率不同.通过光谱分析及能量传递效率计算发现, 相同掺杂浓度下,CaAl12O19中Eu2+→Cr3+的能量传递效率最高,SrAl12O19次之, BaAl12O19最低.红光转换率在CaAl12O19中最高.  相似文献

采用基于密度泛函理论的第一性原理方法, 在广义梯度近似(GGA)和GGA+U方法下对尖晶石型LiMn2O4及其Al掺杂 的尖晶石型LiAl0.125Mn1.875O4晶体的结构和电子性质进行了计算. 结果表明: 采用GGA方法得到尖晶石型LiMn2O4是立方晶系结构, 其中的Mn离子为+3.5价, 无法解释它的Jahn-Teller 畸变. 给出的LiMn2O4能带结构特征也与实验结果不符. 而采用GGA+U方法得到在低温下的LiMn2O4和其掺杂 体系LiAl0.125Mn1.875O4的晶体都是正交结构, 与实验一致. 也能明确地确定Mn的两种价态Mn3+/Mn4+的分布并且能够说明Mn3+O6z方向有明显的Jahn-Teller 畸变, 而Mn4+O6则没有畸变. LiMn2O4的能带结构与实验比较也能够符合. 采用GGA+U方法对Al掺杂体系的LiAl0.125Mn1.875O4的研究表明, 用Al替换一个Mn不会明显地改变晶体的电子性质, 但可以有效地消除Al3+O6 八面体的Jahn-Teller畸变, 从而改善正极材料LiMn2O4的性能, 这与电化学实验的观察结果相一致.  相似文献

以自由Mn2+离子的径向波函数为基础,通过引入电子云延伸效应系数κ来修正这一径向波函数,得到了稀磁半导体Zn1-xMnxTe晶体中Mn2+离子的径向波函数.以此波函数为基础,研究了Zn1-xMnxTe晶体吸收光谱的高压谱移特性,并且得到了吸收谱中四条谱线随压力的红移规律.  相似文献

利用溶胶-凝胶法在Pt/Ti/SiO2/Si(100)衬底上制备了Nd掺杂Bi4Ti3O12(Bi4-xNdxTi3O12, x=0.00,0.30,0.45,0.75,0.85,1.00,1.50)铁电薄膜样品.研究了Nd掺杂对Bi4Ti3O12薄膜的微结构和铁电性能的影响.研究结果表明:Nd掺杂未改变Bi4Ti3O12薄膜的基本晶体结构.在掺杂量x<0.45时,Nd3+只取代类钙钛矿层中的A位Bi3+.当x=0.45时,样品剩余极化强度达最大值,在270kV·cm-1的电场下为32.7μC·cm-2.掺杂量进一步增加时,结构无序度开始明显增大,Nd3+开始进入(Bi2O2)2+层,削弱其绝缘层和空间电荷库的作用,导致材料剩余极化逐渐下降.当掺杂量x达到1.50时,掺杂离子最终破坏(Bi2O2)2+层的结构,材料发生铁电-顺电相变.  相似文献

对透光性良好的Cr3+:Al2O3透明多晶陶瓷的光谱性能 进行了研究,其吸收光谱中吸收峰与单晶红宝石相一致,按吸收光谱和Tanabe-Sugano能级 图,算出其晶场强度参数Dq及Racah参数B分别为1792cm-1, 689cm -1,Dq/B=2.6,陶瓷中Cr3+离子所处格位的晶体场强 比单晶弱一些,但Cr3+:Al2O3透明陶瓷仍属于强场晶 体材料;当Cr3+掺杂浓度到达0.8wt%时,陶瓷的发射谱仍保持较好的R线发射 ;随Cr3+掺杂浓度的增大,激发峰位发生“红移”.在Cr3+:Al2O3透明多晶陶瓷的荧光谱上,发现一个波长为670nm的发射峰,经激发 谱确认为Cr3+的发射峰. 关键词: 氧化铝 透明陶瓷 离子格位 光谱性质  相似文献

采用传统无压烧结工艺制备Cr:Al2O3透明多晶陶瓷.测定了其退火前后的吸收光谱和荧光光谱,发现在Al2O3六配位的八面体结构中,Cr4+的荧光发射也处在1100—1600nm波段的红外区间,荧光发射峰位于1223nm附近,类似Cr4+在四面体中的发光行为.同时由于氧化铝晶格常数较小,晶体场强较强,使Cr4+:Al2O3< 关键词: 4+')" href="#">Cr4+ 2O3透明陶瓷')" href="#">Cr:Al2O3透明陶瓷 光谱性质 八面体  相似文献

The complete diagonalisation (of energy matrix) method is applied in this paper to calculate together the optical and electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) spectral data for Cr3+ ion at the trigonal Ga3+ site of Y3Ga5O12 crystal. The method is founded on the two-spin-orbit-parameter model where in addition to the contributions from the spin-orbit parameter of central dn ion (i.e., one-spin-orbit-parameter model) in the traditional crystal field theory, those from the spin-orbit parameter of ligand ion via covalence effect is also considered. The calculated results propose that by using only four adjustable parameters, the 12 observed spectral data (nine optical band positions and three EPR parameters g//, g and D) in Y3Ga5O12: Cr3+ are reasonably explained. The impurity-induced local lattice distortion of Cr3+ in Y3Ga5O12 crystal is also estimated through the calculations. The results are discussed.  相似文献

The irradiation of dielectrics induces electric charging of microscopic regions in the bulk, which is associated with concentration inhomogeneities in the system of traps and the differences in characteristic diffusion lengths of free electrons and holes that are produced in ion tracks and collision cascades. Experimental data on radiation-induced luminescence (RIL) give evidence of the existence of three states of oxygen vacancies in Al2O3: an optically inactive (electrically neutral) vacancy, its excited state (known as F + center), and a negatively charged vacancy (F center). The formation of negatively charged regions under irradiation increases the intensity of the 415-nm band of F centers of RIL of Al2O3 single crystals. In Al2O3:Cr3+ ceramics, a radiation-induced negative charging of grain boundaries with respect to the bulk of grains takes place, which manifests itself as an increase in the intensity of the 690-nm band of RIL of Cr3+ ions, whereas the intensity of this band in Al2O3:Cr3+ single crystals remains unchanged. Using data on RIL, the local-charge density in grains of Al2O3:Cr3+ ceramics and the field produced by this charge are estimated.  相似文献

Crystals of two types, namely, Gd3Sc2Al3O12 doped by Ca2+ and Cr3+ ions and Gd3Sc2Ga3O12 doped by Nd3+ and Cr3+, are studied using x-ray diffraction. In order to elucidate how an impurity is embedded in the lattice, its effect on the electron density distribution and microstrains of the crystal lattice is investigated. It is shown that chromium ions can occupy the lattice sites located predominantly in the octahedral environment of the oxygen ligands.  相似文献

The influence of the oxygen partial pressure P O 2 in the growth atmosphere on the coefficient of chromium distribution between the crystal and the melt of forsterite, the Cr3+ and Cr4+ ion contents in crystals, and the concentration of color centers induced by irradiation has been investigated. It has been established that the crystals grown at low oxygen partial pressures P O 2 (0.01–0.05 kPa) are characterized by low concentrations of Cr4+ ions and color centers. A change in the oxygen partial pressure to P O 2 ∼ 0.85 kPa leads to an increase in the Cr4+ center concentration by a factor of ∼10 and in the color center concentration by a factor of ∼5. A further increase in the oxygen partial pressure to P O 2 to 12 kPa remains the concentration of these centers almost unchanged. A model has been proposed according to which the intrinsic defects formed under conditions of a relative excess of oxygen leads to both the self-oxidation of chromium and the formation of color centers in the forsterite crystals under irradiation.  相似文献

Cr3+-doped α-Al2O3 nanoparticles (Al2−xCrxO3, 0.005 ≤ x ≤ 0.05) were synthesized by co-precipitation method. X-ray diffraction (XRD) patterns of Cr3+:Al2O3 nanoparticles revealed the crystallite size of ∼53 nm and electron microscopy (SEM & TEM) confirmed the spherical nanoparticle formation. Diffuse reflectance spectra (DRS) displayed peaks at 406 and 558 nm corresponding to the Cr3+ transitions which became prominent with the increase in Cr3+ concentration which was also evidenced by the gradually increasing pink coloration of the samples. Photoluminescence (PL) studies showed the sharp red emission at 694 nm (ruby line) which was observed for all samples. The Dq/B value for all samples was found to be greater than 2.3 confirming the presence of Cr3+ ions in the octahedral sites. Chromaticity diagrams displayed the maximum red appearance for the sample with x = 0.01 and a lifetime of 4 ms. The synthesized Cr3+:Al2O3 nanoparticles with smaller crystallite sizes and narrow near monochromatic emission can be used in various applications including sensing, lasing, and bioimaging applications.  相似文献
