The products resulting from the reaction of TiF4 with Ph2P(O)(CH2)2C(O)Me (L') in CH2Cl2 have been studied by 19F{1H} and 31P{1H} NMR spectroscopy. At a twofold excess of L', solution contains cis-TiF4(L')2 (>90%), trans-TiF4(L')2, and fac-[TiF3L3']+, where L' is coordinated via the P=O group, as well as the dimer [(Ti2F7L'2)2]+, where L' is coordinated through the P=O and C=O groups. An equimolar solution contains dimeric and polynuclear complexes containing moieties with three terminal cis fluorine ions, while the other coordination sites are occupied by the P=O groups and F bridges. At a twofold excess of TiF4, ligand L' coordinates via the P=O and C=O groups and behaves as a bridge along with F ions. Thermodynamic stability of the structures of the TiF4L'2 isomers and the structure of [(µ-F)(µ-L')2(TiF3)2]+ has been calculated.  相似文献

Effect of enantiomers of a monodentate ligand on the stereoisomerism of mixed octahedral cis-tetrafluoro complexes of d0 transition metals has been studied by 19F{1H} and 31P{1H} NMR by the example of TiF4 complexation in CH2Cl2 with Ph2P(O)CH2CH(OH)Me (L) containing asymmetric carbon atom in the aliphatic hydrocarbon group that constitutes a racemic mixture of enantiomers. Composition of complexes formed in solution has been determined, conclusion has been drawn on the relative stereochemical configuration of the chiral and meso stereoisomers of octahedral complex cis-TiF4L2 on the basis of analysis of 19F NMR spectra, using the heterotropism concept.  相似文献

The composition and structure of the products of the reaction of titanium tetrafluoride with Ph2P(O)(CH2)2C(O)NМе2 (L), the simplest representative of diphenyl[2-(N,N-dialkylcarbamoyl)ethyl]phosphine oxides, in a СН2Сl2 have been studied by 19F and 31P NMR. It has been shown for the first time that functionalized phosphine oxides form stable seven-membered chelate heterocycles on complexes of d° transition metals. On the basis of NMR data, previously unknown conformational isomerism of the seven-membered TiOPCCCO heterocycle in solution has been proposed. A simple and rather efficient method of synthesis of the ligand (L) from commercially available reagents has been developed.  相似文献

Heating of a hydrochloric acid solution of trans-PtPy(NH2CH2CN)Cl4 results in the hydrolysis of coordinated aminoacetonitrile to aminoacetic acid with the formation of a five-membered chelate ring attached to platinum through the nitrogen atom of the amino group and the oxygen atom of the carboxy group. X-ray diffraction analysis of [PtPy(NH2CH2COO)Cl3] is carried out. The crystals are monoclinic: space group C2/c, a = 21.704(2), b = 8.7027(7), c = 15.576(1) Å, β = 126.606(1)o, V = 2361.8(3) Å3, Z = 8; R hkl = 0.057, wR = 0.141. In the neutral complex, the Pt atom has a distorted octahedral coordination. The equatorial plane is formed by a Cl atom (Pt-Cl, 2.284(3) Å), the N atom of the Py molecule (Pt-N, 2.062(8) Å), and the N and O atoms of the bidentate-chelating ligand (Pt-N, 2.039(8); Pt-O, 2.026(7) Å); two Cl atoms are arranged in the apical positions (Pt-Cl, 2.301(3) and 2.312(3) Å). The five-membered chelate ring has a flattened gauche conformation with an NCCO torsion angle of 19(1)°.  相似文献

The crystal and molecular structure of doubly protonated tetraazamacrocyclic complex of gold(III) [Au(C14H24N4)][H3O](ClO4)4 has been determined. The crystals are monoclinic: a = 11.158(2) Å, b = 8.243(1) Å, c = 14.756(2) Å; β = 98.65(1)°, V = 1341.8(3) Å3, Z = 2, ρ(calc) = 1.134 g/cm3, space group P21/n. The structure is built of almost flat centrosymmetrical Au(C14H24N4)]3+ and [H3O]+ cations and [ClO4]? anions. The gold atom is coordinated with four nitrogen atoms of the ligand forming a flat square. The coordinated ligand is protonated at its γ-carbon atoms of the two six-membered chelate rings. The Au-N bond lengths are almost identical (the mean value is 1.994 Å). The six-membered rings of the complex contain C=N diimine bonds. The [H3O]+ oxonium ion has H-bonds with the oxygen atoms of perchlorate ions.  相似文献

The complex [Co(2-Me-Pyz)2(H2O)4](NO3)2 is synthesized and its structure is determined. The crystals are monoclinic: space group P21/n, a = 10.685(2) Å, b = 6.837(1), c = 12.515(3) Å, β = 91.84(3)°, V = 913.8(3) Å3, ρcalcd = 1.042 g/cm 3, Z = 2. The Co2+ ion (in the inversion center) is coordinated at the vertices of the distorted octahedron by two nitrogen atoms of methylpyrazine and four oxygen atoms of the water molecules (Co(1)–N(1) 2.180(3), average Co(1)–O(w) 2.079(3) Å, angles at the Co atom 87.9(1)–92.1(1)°). Supramolecular pseudometallocycles are formed in the structure through the O(w)–H…N(1) hydrogen bonds between the coordinated H2O molecules and the terminal nitrogen atoms of the 2-methylpyrazine molecules. Their interaction results in the formation of supramolecular layers joined by the NO3 groups into a three-dimensional framework.  相似文献

A new complex [UO2CrO4{CH3CON(CH3)2}2] (I) was studied by thermal analysis, IR spectroscopy, and X-ray crystallography. The crystals are monoclinic: a = 13.8108(11) Å, b = 8.6804(7) Å, c = 13.0989(10) Å, β = 104.777(1)°, V = 1518.4(2) Å3, space group P21/c, Z = 4, R = 2.39%. The structure of I contains infinite chains of the [UO2CrO4{CH3CON(CH3)2}2] composition running along [001]; the complex belongs to the AT11M1 2 crystal-chemical group (A = UO 2 2+ , T11 = CrO 4 2? , M1 = CH3CON(CH3)2) of uranyl complexes. The chains are linked into a three-dimensional framework due to hydrogen bonds between oxygen atoms of chromate ions and hydrogen atoms of methyl groups of the dimethylacetamide.  相似文献

IR spectroscopic and quantum chemical methods are used to study the competition between water and methanol molecules in the formation of the simplest stable proton disolvates and their subsequent solvation in the case of solutions of KOH in CH3OH and CH3OK in H2O with similar stoichiometries (~1:3-3.5). The complexes found in these solutions are analysed to determine their composition and structure: they are found to be heteroions (CH3O?H?OH) solvated by two similar solvent molecules. In both cases, there are virtually no complexes of the second possible type (CH3OH·(CH3O?H?OCH3)··H2O or CH3OH·(HO?H?OH)·H2O), which appears to be due to the stoichiometric compositions of the solutions. It is shown that a DFT calculation (B3LYP/6-31++G(d,p)) of linear complexes with strong (~15-30 kcal/mol) H bonds reproduces, with good accuracy, the IR spectra of the solutions, which consist mainly of these complexes.  相似文献

The present research work reports the study on crystal structure, vibrational spectroscopy and thermal analysis of organic-inorganic hybrid compound (C6H5(CH2)2NH3)2CdCl4. Single crystals of bis(phenethylammonium)tetrachlorocadmate (C6H5(CH2)2NH3)2CdCl4 (PEA–Cd) were obtained by diffusion at room temperature. This compound crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group C2cb with unit cell parameters a = 7.4444(2) Å, b = 38.8965(3) Å, c = 7.3737(2) Å and Z = 4. Single crystal structure has been solved and refined to R = 0.036 and wR = 0.092. The structure consists of an extended [CdCl4]2– network and two [C6H5(CH2)2NH3]+ cations to form a two-dimensional perovskite system. The infrared (IR) spectrum of the title compound was recorded at room temperature. Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) was used to investigate the phase transition; this compound exhibits a reversible single solid-solid phase transition.  相似文献

The potential energy surfaces of the (CH3)nH3?n M+ ions, where n = 1, 2; M = Si, Ge, were scanned using the B3LYP method with 6–31G* and aug-cc-pVDZ basis sets. The major attention was given to isomeric species having the form of complexes of the HM+ and CH3M+ ions with hydrogen, methane, and ethane molecules. These species were characterized previously neither by experimental nor by theoretical methods. It was found that these species become more stable in going from Si to Ge; the complex [CH3Ge+CH4] is the second isomer in the energy after (CH3)2HGe+. However, the heights of the activation barriers to formation of these complexes from the most stable isomer, though decreasing in going from Si to Ge, remain relatively high and, what is particularly important, somewhat exceed the activation barrier to formation of the complex [H3Ge+·C2H4].  相似文献

The crystal structure of bis(semicarbazido)copper(II) nitrate [Cu(NH2NHC(O)NH2)2](NO3)2 has been studied by X-ray diffraction. Monoclinic crystals, a = 6.835(2) Å, b = 7.733(2) Å, c = 10.320(3) Å, β = 105.701(3)°, V = 525.1(2) Å3, space group P21/c, Z = 2, d msd = 2.136 g/cm3, μ(MoK α) = 2.143 mm−1. The structure was solved with the program for automatic analysis of Patterson’s function and refined by full-matrix least squares in an anisotropic approximation for all non-hydrogen atoms using 753 independent reflections; R 1 = 0.0203. The square environment of the Cu atom is formed from the amino nitrogen atoms of the hydrazine fragments and the C=O oxygen atoms of the two semicarbazide bidentate molecules (Cu-N 1.928 Å, Cu-O 1.999 Å). The axial positions are occupied by the O atoms of the NO 3 outer-spheric anions (Cu-O 2.505 Å). In the structure, the complex cations and the NO 3 anions are linked into a framework by N-H...O type hydrogen bonds. Original Russian Text Copyright ? 2007 by G. V. Romanenko, Z. A. X-ray diffraction (XRD) and differential thermal analysis (DTA) methods are used to analyze tetramethylammonium hexafluoridozirconate of the composition [N(CH3)4]2ZrF6. In the temperature range between 96-110 °C, the crystals undergo a reversible phase transition from the low-temperature trigonal modification (space group R3 ) to the high-temperature cubic modification (space group Fm3m). The cubic phase is composed of regular [ZrF6]2–octahedral and tetrahedral (CH3)4N+ cations linked by ionic interactions and the С–H???F hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The structures of palladium carbonylcarboxylate clusters [Pd2(CO)2(RCOO)2] n (n = 2, R = CH3, CH2Cl, CF3, n = 3, R = CMe3, CHMe2, n-C5H11) are studied in benzene and tetrahydrofuran solutions by IR and 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy. The clusters in the solid state have a planar cyclic metal framework with pairs of the carbonyl and carboxylate ligands alternately coordinated on its sides. In solutions, compounds under consideration contain one-type carbonyl ligands and one-type carboxylate ligands; their structures are similar to thaso in the solid state.  相似文献

The hydrothermal reaction of a mixture of V2O5, VCl3, 2,5-pyridinedicarboxylic acid and diluted H2SO4 for 68 h at 180°C gives a blue colored solution which yields prismatic blue crystals of IV 2 IV O2(SO4)2(H2O)6] (1) in 32% yield (based on V). Complex 1 was investigated by means of elemental analysis (C, H and S), TGA, FT-IR, manganometric titration, Single Crystal X-ray Diffraction Methods and also comparative antimicrobial activities. Crystal data for the compound: monoclinic space group P21/c and unit cell parameters are a = 7.3850(12) Å, b = 7.3990(7) Å, c = 12.229(2) Å, β = 108.976(12)° and Z = 2. Although structure of 1 as a natural mineral has been previously determined, this work covers new preparation method and full characterization of 1 along with comparison of antibacterial activity between 1 and the commercial vanadium(IV) oxide sulfate hydrate compounds, VOSO4 · xH2O (Riedel-de Haën and Alfa Aesar brand names). 1 was evaluated for the antimicrobial activity against gram-positive, gram-negative bacteria, yeasts and mould compared with the commercial VOSO4 · xH2O compounds. 1 showed weak activity against bacteria Bacillus cereus, Nocardia asteroides and yeast Candida albicans. A good antimicrobial activity was recorded against Cirtobacter freundii (15 mm). There are only a few reproducible well-defined vanadium(IV) starting materials to use for exploring the synthesis of new materials. VCl4, VO(acac)2, VOSO4 · xH2O and [V(IV)OSO4(H2O)4] · SO4 · [H2N(C2H4)2NH2] are common starting materials for such applications. In addition to these compounds, 1 can be used as an oxovanadium precursor.  相似文献
