This paper concerns indecomposable preprojective modules over the path algebra of a finite connected quiver without oriented cycles. For each such module, an explicit formula in terms of the geometry of the quiver gives a unique, up to a certain equivalence, shortest (+)-admissible sequence such that the corresponding composition of reflection functors annihilates the module. An efficient way to compute the module is to recover it from its shortest (+)-admissible sequence. The set of equivalence classes of the above sequences has a natural structure of a partially ordered set. For a large class of quivers, the Hasse diagram of the partially ordered set is isomorphic to the preprojective component of the Auslander-Reiten quiver. The techniques of (+)-admissible sequences yield a new result about slices in the preprojective component.  相似文献

It is proved that any cluster-tilted algebra defined in the cluster category 𝒞(H) has the same representation type as the initial hereditary algebra H. For any valued quiver (Γ, Ω), an injection from the subset 𝒫?(Ω) of the cluster category 𝒞(Ω) consisting of indecomposable preprojective objects, preinjective objects, and the first shifts of indecomposable projective modules to the set of cluster variables of the corresponding cluster algebra 𝒜Ω is given. The images are called “preprojective cluster variables”. It is proved that all preprojective cluster variables other than ui have denominators u dim M in their irreducible fractions of integral polynomials, where M is the corresponding preprojective module or preinjective module. In case the valued quiver (Γ, Ω) is of finite type, the denominator theorem holds with respect to any cluster. Namely, let x = (x1,…, xn) be a cluster of the cluster algebra 𝒜Ω, and V the cluster tilting object in 𝒞(Ω) corresponding to x, whose endomorphism algebra is denoted by Λ. Then the denominator of any cluster variable y other than xi is x dim M, where M is the indecomposable Λ-module corresponding to y. This result is a generalization of the corresponding result of Caldero–Chapoton–Schiffler to the non-simply-laced case.  相似文献

The set of equivalence classes of the above sequences is a partially ordered set that contains a great deal of information about the preprojective component of the Auslander-Reiten quiver. The Auslander-Reiten quiver of a finite-dimensional associative algebra encodes information about the indecomposable finite-dimensional representations of and their homomorphisms. A component of the Auslander-Reiten quiver is called preprojective if it does not admit oriented cycles and each of its modules can be shifted into a projective module using the Auslander-Reiten translation. Preprojective components play an important role in the present research on algebras of finite and tame representation type. We present an algorithm which detects all preprojective components of a given algebra.

We determine the PBW deformations of the wreath product of a symmetric group with a deformed preprojective algebra of an affine Dynkin quiver. In particular, we show that there is precisely one parameter which does not come from deformation of the preprojective algebra. We prove that the PBW deformation is Morita equivalent to a corresponding symplectic reflection algebra for wreath product.  相似文献

A conjecture of Kac states that the polynomial counting the number of absolutely indecomposable representations of a quiver over a finite field with given dimension vector has positive coefficients and furthermore that its constant term is equal to the multiplicity of the corresponding root in the associated Kac-Moody Lie algebra. Let (Γ,I) be the bound quiver of a cyclic quiver whose vertices correspond to the Abelian group Zd. In this paper, we list all indecomposable representations of (Γ,I) and give the conditions that those representations of them can be extended to representations of deformed preprojective algebra Πλ(Γ,I). Let A be a finite dimensional, basic and connected algebra (associative, with 1) over an algebraically closed field k. Denote by e1,...,en a complete set of primitive orthogonal idempotents in A and by Ai= A/AeiA. A is called a minimal algebra of infinite representation type provided A is itself of infinite representation type,whereas all Ai, 1≤i≤n,are of finite representation type. The main result gives the classification of the minimal algebras having a preprojective component in their Auslander-Reiten quiver. A famous result by Drozd says that a finite-dimensional representation-infinite algebra is of either tame or wild representation type. But one has to make assumption on the ground field. The Gabriel-Roiter measure might be an alternative approach to extend these concepts of tame and wild to arbitrary Artin algebras. In particular, the infiniteness of the number of GR segments, i.e. sequences of Gabriel-Roiter measures which are closed under direct predecessors and successors, might relate to the wildness of Artin algebras. As the first step, we are going to study the wild quiver with three vertices, labeled by 1, 2 and 3, and one arrow from 1 to 2 and two arrows from 2 to 3. The Gabriel-Roiter submodules of the indecomposable preprojective modules and quasi-simple modules τiM, i≥0 are described, where M is a Kronecker module and τ=DTr is the Auslander-Reiten translation. Based on these calculations, the existence of infinitely many GR segments will be shown. Moreover, it will be proved that there are infinitely many Gabriel-Roiter measures admitting no direct predecessors.  相似文献

Maximal green sequences were introduced as combinatorical counterpart for Donaldson-Thomas invariants for 2-acyclic quivers with potential by B. Keller. We take the categorical notion and introduce maximal green sequences for hearts of bounded t-structures of triangulated categories that can be tilted indefinitely. We study the case where the heart is the category of modules over the preprojective algebra of a quiver without loops. The combinatorical counterpart of maximal green sequences for Dynkin quivers are maximal chains in the Hasse quiver of basic support τ-tilting modules. We show that a quiver has a maximal green sequence if and only if it is of Dynkin type. More generally, we study module categories for finite-dimensional algebras with finitely many bricks.  相似文献

We give a criterion for the Kac conjecture asserting that the free term of the polynomial counting the absolutely indecomposable representations of a quiver over a finite field of given dimension coincides with the corresponding root multiplicity of the associated Kac–Moody algebra. Using Grothendieck's semicontinuity theorem for half-exact functors,we derive two semicontinuity results on Hochschild cohomology.We apply these to show that the first Hochschild cohomogy groupof the mesh algebra of a translation quiver over a domain vanishesif and only if the translation quiver is simply connected. The finite dimensional tame hereditary algebras are associated with the extended Dynkin diagrams. An indecomposable module over such an algebra is either preprojective or preinjective or lies in a family of tubes whose tubular type is the corresponding Dynkin diagram. The study of one-point extensions by simple regular modules in such tubes was initiated in [Ri].

We generalise this approach by starting out with algebras which are derived equivalent to a tame hereditary algebra and considering one-point extensions by modules which are simple regular in tubes in the derived category. If the obtained tubular type is again a Dynkin diagram these algebras are called derived Dynkin extensions.

Our main theorem says that a representation infinite algebra is derived equivalent to a tame hereditary algebra iff it is an iterated derived Dynkin extension of a tame concealed algebra. As application we get a new proof of a theorem in [AS] about domestic tubular branch enlargements which uses the derived category instead of combinatorial arguments.  相似文献
