复合材料襟翼壁板屈曲失稳行为的栅线投影实验研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
本文利用栅线投影测量方法研究了蜂窝夹层板、工字型及T型加筋板三种不同结构形式复合材料襟翼壁板在压缩载荷下的屈曲失稳行为,得到了不同形式结构件屈曲的全场离面位移分布规律,分析了各自的屈曲失稳模式.研究结果表明,栅线投影测量方法在大尺度复合材料结构失稳变形测试中具有可行性;在相同面板尺寸条件下,工字型加筋复合材料襟翼壁板屈曲临界载荷最大,承载能力最强.本文结果可为飞机复合材料结构设计提供实验依据.  相似文献

研究了正交铺设层合板的蠕变失稳问题。为了更好地模拟实际情况,在单层板的本构关系中,材料各主方向模量的松也时间均取不同值,并在建立控制方程时考虑了横向剪切变形的影响,通过理论分析,得到了粘弹性层合板的瞬时弹性临界载荷和持久临界载荷,并在算例中首次利用时间增量方法得到了有初始度层合板在长期受地的蠕变变表,计算结果表明了持久临界载荷对于粘弹性层合板的具体含义,从而使粘弹性层合板的为屈曲问题有了较为完整的  相似文献

This paper presents an efficient mathematical model for studying the buckling behavior of geometrically perfect elastic two-layer composite columns with interlayer slip between the layers. The present analytical model is based on the linearized stability theory and is capable of predicting exact critical buckling loads. Based on the parametric analysis, the critical buckling loads are compared to those in the literature. It is shown that the discrepancy between the different methods can be up to approximately 22%. In addition, a combined and an individual effect of pre-buckling shortening and transverse shear deformation on the critical buckling loads is studied in detail. A comprehensive parametric analysis reveals that generally the effect of pre-buckling shortening can be neglected, while, on the other hand, the effect of transverse shear deformation can be significant. This effect can be up to 20% for timber composite columns, 40% for composite columns very flexible in shear (pyrolytic graphite), while for metal composite columns it is insignificant.  相似文献

The application of holography to stress analysis of opaque, anisotropic composite plates subjected to static or dynamic transverse and in-plane loads is presented. The equations of motion show that, for flexed, anisotropic, laminated composite plates, the complete state of stress at a generic point in any lamina, plus the moments and shear forces, are related to the temporal and spatial partial derivatives of the transverse displacement of the middle surface. Interferometric holography is shown to be well suited for obtaining the transverse displacement. Methods of determining the required spatial and temporal partial derivatives are discussed, an example being demonstrated. The holographic determination of anisotropic-material properties, stress and strain concentrations and the nondestructive evaluation of critical buckling loads for composite structures, plus the use of holographically obtained isopachics to supplement photoelastic analyses of composites, are also discussed. Experimental results for statically and dynamically loaded composite plates and beams with and without geometric discontinuities are presented to illustrate the concepts and techniques.  相似文献

基于结构稳定性理论,推导出正交各向异性纤维树脂增强复合材料箱型结构各板连接处旋转约束刚度的近似表达式.与以往的经验公式相比,考虑了材料的正交各向异性和截面尺寸的影响.通过对箱型结构的正交各向异性比、截面属性以及纵横比对旋转约束刚度的影响进行参数研究,验证了旋转约束刚度新公式的精确性和适用范围.通过比较采用不同近似表达式得到的结果与有限元计算结果的对比,表明本文的旋转约束刚度新公式可以更精确地用来计算箱型结构的临界屈曲载荷.  相似文献

A higher-order global–local theory is proposed based on the double-superposition concept for free vibration and dynamic buckling analyses of viscoelastic composite/sandwich plates subjected to thermomechanical loads. In contrast to all theories proposed so far for analysis of the viscoelastic plates, the continuity conditions of the transverse shear and normal stresses at the layer interfaces and the nonzero traction conditions at the top and bottom surfaces of the sandwich plates are satisfied. Another novelty is that these conditions may be satisfied for viscoelastic plates with temperature-dependent material properties and nonlinear behaviors subjected to thermomechanical loads. Furthermore, transverse flexibility is also taken into account. Some dynamic buckling/wrinkling analyses of the viscoelastic plates are performed in the present paper, for the first time. Comparisons made between results of the paper and results reported by well-known references confirm the accuracy and the efficiency of the proposed theory and the relevant solution algorithm.  相似文献

A refined higher order shear deformation theory is used to investigate the dynamic instability associated with composite plates with delamination that are subject to dynamic compressive loads. Both transverse shear and rotary inertia effects are taken into account. The theory is capable of modeling the independent displacement field above and below the delamination. All stress free boundary conditions at free surfaces as well as delamination interfaces are satisfied by this theory. The procedure is implemented using the finite element method. Delamination is modeled through the multi-point constraint approach using the transformation matrix technique. For validation purposes, the natural frequencies and the critical buckling loads are computed and compared with three-dimensional NASTRAN results and available experimental data. The effect of delamination on the critical buckling load and the first two instability regions is investigated for various loading conditions and plate thickness. As expected, the natural frequencies and the critical buckling load of the plates with delaminations decrease with increase in delamination length. Increase in delamination length also causes instability regions to be shifted to lower parametric resonance frequencies. The effect of edge delamination on the static and dynamic stability as well as of delamination growth is investigated.  相似文献

In this paper, we propose a variation of the use of Murakami’s zig-zag theory for the analysis of laminated plates. The new theory accounts for through-the-thickness deformation, by considering a quadratic evolution of the transverse displacement with the thickness coordinate. The equations of motion and the boundary conditions are obtained by the Carrera’s Unified Formulation, and further interpolated by collocation with radial basis functions. This paper considers the analysis of static deformations, free vibrations and buckling loads on laminated composite plates.  相似文献

In this paper, the postbuckling behavior of rectangular orthotropic laminated composite plates with initial imperfections under inplane shear load is investigated in a closed-form analytical manner. The plates under consideration are assumed to be infinitely long in the longitudinal direction. At the longitudinal edges, two different sets of boundary conditions are considered, specifically 1) simply supported edges and 2) fully clamped edges. Using Timoshenko-type shape functions for both the initial bifurcational buckling analysis and the subsequent Marguerre-type postbuckling studies, closed-form analytical solutions for the buckling loads and for the postbuckling state variables are derived. A comparison with geometrically non-linear finite element computations shows that the derived analysis approaches are suitable for postbuckling studies in load ranges not too far beyond bifurcational buckling as they are currently relevant for e.g., composite airframe structural analysis and design. Due to their strictly closed-form analytical nature, the presented analysis methods can be used conveniently in engineering practice for all application purposes where computational time is a crucial factor, especially for preliminary analysis and design or optimization procedures.  相似文献

We are going to find out the minimum critical loading for cantilever rectangular plates subjected to various edge loadings symmetrically on a pair of opposite free edges. Critical buckling load is important in investigation of behaviors of thin plates or shells. The presence of cracks in these structures can affects their safety factor with respect to the common modes of failure such as buckling. Some analytical solutions were obtained for un-cracked plates with different boundary conditions. Their numerical results have good agreement with these solutions. In this paper, we also studied the effects of lateral loads and constraints on the critical buckling load of cracked plates under axial compression, experimentally and numerically. Effects of length and orientation of cracks are investigated in presence of the lateral loads. Finally, tests data are compared with the results of numerical calculations.  相似文献

An analysis of buckling/snapping and bending behaviors of magneto-elastic-plastic interaction and coupling for cantilever rectangular soft ferromagnetic plates is presented.Based on the expression of magnetic force from the variational principle of ferromagnetic plates,the buckling and bending theory of thin plates,the Mises yield criterion and the increment theory for plastic deformation,we establish a numerical code to quantitatively simulate the behaviors of the nonlinearly multi-fields coupling problems by the finite element method.Along with the phenom- ena of buckling/snapping and bending,or the characteristic curve of deflection versus magnitude of applied magnetic fields being numerically displayed,the critical loads of buckling/snapping, and the influences of plastic deformation and the width of plate on these critical loads,the plastic regions expanding with the magnitude of applied magnetic field,as well as the evolvement of deflection configuration of the plate are numerically obtained in a case study.  相似文献

铁磁弹性薄板的磁弹性屈曲问题一直作为电磁——弹性力学相互作用的一个基本模型进行研究,而作用在其磁介质上的磁力计算则是定量理论预测准确与否的关键.到目前为止,文献上已有的理论模型对悬臂铁磁梁式悬臂板在横向磁场中磁弹性屈曲的理论预测值始终高于实验值,有的甚至相差100%左右.本文基于电磁力计算的微观安培电流模型,严格给出了软铁磁薄板等效横向磁力的宏观计算表达式.在此基础上,建立了电磁——力学相互耦合作用的非线性理论模型.该模型能描述铁磁薄板结构在非均匀横向磁场环境中的磁弹性失稳(或屈曲).其定量分析采用了有限元法和有限差分法相结合.数值结果显示:本模型给出的磁弹性屈曲的临界磁场值与实验值符合良好.与此同时,文中还对文献中认为较成功的Moon-Pao模型的基本假设进行了分析.定量结果发现:Moon-Pao理论模型的基本假设仅在梁式板的长厚比L/h比较大时(约在200左右),是可以接受的,而当L/h较小时,该假设将导致理论值与实验值的较大误差.L/h比值越小,理论值与实验值的误差越大  相似文献

In Part 1, a theoretical analysis was used to study the secondary buckling of a simply supported plate. In Part 2, a clamped plate is analysed by the finite element method. The stability criterion for a non-linear post-buckling equilibrium state is evaluated by the sign of the determinant of the stiffness matrix. It should be noted that the secondary buckling loads of clamped plates are unexpectedly smaller than those of simply supported plates and are only one and a half times the primary buckling loads. In previous analyses, only a quarter segment of the plate was considered by assuming a stable equilibrium state with symmetrical mode. However, instability can also be predicted by considering the unsymmetrical mode over the whole plate. Results of experimental analysis of secondary instability of clamped square plates under uniaxial compression agreed with the numerical results.  相似文献

A dynamic method is described for determining the linear buckling loads of elastic, perfectly flat, rectangular plates. The proposed method does not require the application of in-plane loads; it requires only vibrational excitation of the plate. The buckling load is determined from the measured normal modes of vibration. The method is applicable to isotropic as well as anisotropic plates with any type of edge support. The accuracy of the dynamic method was evaluated by tests in which buckling loads of aluminum and graphite fiber-reinforced-epoxy composite plates were determined both by the dynamic method and by imposing static in-plane loads on the plates. 基于经典屈曲理论,研究了轴向受压黏弹性复合材料层合圆柱壳的临界屈曲载荷. 利用Boltzmann线性积分型本构关系描述铺设单层的各向异性黏弹性行为. 结合解析与数值 方法,由Donnell型屈曲控制方程以及边界条件的Laplace变换导出相空间的特征方程,根 据Laplace逆变换的极值定理,获得层合圆柱壳的瞬时弹性临界载荷与持久临界载荷. 针对 多组铺设方式,通过数值算例重点分析了临界载荷随铺设角的变化特征,两种临界载荷的峰 值点差异程度与铺设方式、几何参数以及材料类型的关系,得到了一些对黏弹性层合圆柱壳 的优化设计有参考价值的结论.  相似文献

As an essential model of magnetoelastic interaction between magnetic field and mechanical deformation, the study on magnetoelastic buckling phenomenon of soft ferromagnetic plates in a magnetic environment has been conducted. One of the key steps for the theoretical prediction of the critical magnetic field is how to formulate magnetic force exerted on the magnetized medium. Till today, the theoretical predictions, from theoretical models in publications, of the magnetoelastic buckling of ferromagnetic cantilevered beam-plate in transverse magnetic field are all higher than their experimental data. Sometimes, the discrepancy between them is as high as 100%. In this paper, the macroscope formulation of the magnetic forces is strictly obtained from the microscope Amperion current model. After that, a new theoretical model is established to describe the magnetoelastic buckling phenomenon of ferromagnetic thin plates with geometrically nonlinear deformation in a nonuniform transverse magnetic field. The numerical method for quantitative analysis is employed by combining the finite elemental method for magnetic fields and the finite difference method for deformation of plates. The numerical results obtained from this new theoretical model show that the theoretical predictions of critical values of the buckling magnetic field for the ferromagnetic cantilevered beam-plate are in excellent agreement with their experimental data. By the way, the region of applicability to the Moon-Pao's model, or the couple model, is checked by quantitative results.
