A simple and concise method catalyzed by nanocrystalline ZnZr4(PO4)6 ceramics has been reported for the synthesis of a series of trans-2-benzoyl-3-(aryl)-2H-furo[3,2-c]chromen-4(3H)-ones using a multicomponent reaction of 2,4′-dibromoacetophenone, benzaldehydes and 4-hydroxycoumarin under microwave irradiation. This method provides several advantages including easy workup, excellent yields, short reaction times, using of microwave as clean method, recoverability of the catalyst and little catalyst loading.  相似文献

5-Substituted 2-(1-aryl-5-methyl-1H-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl)-1,3,4-oxadiazoles were synthesized by reaction of 1-aryl-5-methyl-1H-1,2,3-triazole-4-carbonyl chlorides with the corresponding 5-substituted 1H-tetrazoles. 5-Methyl-1-phenyl-1H-1,2,3-triazole-4-carbonyl chloride reacted with N′-hydroxybenzimidamides to give 3-aryl-5-(5-methyl-1-phenyl-1H-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl)-1,2,4-oxadiazoles. Reactions of 4-(5-methyl-1H-1,2,3-triazol-1-yl)benzoic acid with N′-hydroxybenzimidamides resulted in the formation of 3-aryl-5-[4-(5-methyl-1H-1,2,3-triazol-1-yl)phenyl]-1,2,4-oxadiazoles.  相似文献

Novel 6-phenyl-6H-chromeno[4,3-b]quinoline derivatives have been prepared by reaction of 4-chloro-2-phenyl-2H-chromene-3-carbaldehyde with various aromatic amines using 5 mol % of Sc(OTf)3 in acetonitile. This is the first example of one-pot synthesis of 6-phenyl-6H-chromeno[4,3-b]quinoline from 4-chloro-2-phenyl-2H-chromene-3-carbaldehyde at ambient temperature. Preliminary evaluation of cytotoxic activity of these chromeno[4,3-b]quinoline derivatives has been carried out. Some products exhibited anti cancer activity against two carcinoma cell lines A549 and B-16.  相似文献

N-(2,2,2-Trichloroethylidene)arenesulfonamides react with 1H-pyrrole and 1-methyl-1H-pyrrole to give the corresponding N-[2,2,2-trichloro-1-(1H-pyrrol-2-yl)ethyl]arenesulfonamides. The reaction of N-(2,2,2-trichloroethylidene)trifluoromethanesulfonamide with pyrrole leads to a mixture of 2-mono-and 2,5-disubstituted pyrroles, whereas in the reaction with 1-methyl-1H-pyrrole only the 2-substituted compound is formed. N-(2,2-Dichloro-2-phenylethylidene)-4-methylbenzenesulfonamide reacts with 1H-pyrrole to form N-[2,2-dichloro-2-phenyl-1-(1H-pyrrol-2-yl)ethyl]-4-methylbenzenesulfonamide, and its reaction with 1-methyl-1H-pyrrole gives a mixture of 2-and 3-monosubstituted derivatives. The results of quantum-chemical calculations of the initial reactants and products indicate that the process is orbital-controlled. A good agreement is observed between the experimental data and theoretical conclusions concerning the dependence of the reaction regioselectivity on the nature of substituents in the electrophile molecule.  相似文献

Ethyl 1-aryl-4-acetyl-5-methyl-1H-pyrazole-3-carboxylates reacted with phenylhydrazine to give the corresponding hydrazones, ethyl 1-aryl-5-methyl-4-[1-(phenylhydrazinylidene)ethyl]-1H-pyrazole-3-carboxylates, which were converted to ethyl 1′-aryl-4-formyl-5′-methyl-1-phenyl-1H,1′H-3,4′-bipyrazole-3′-carboxylates by treatment with the Vilsmeier–Haack reagent. No indole derivatives were formed from the same hydrazones under the Fischer reaction conditions, but cyclization to 2-aryl-3,4-dimethyl-6-phenyl-2,6-dihydro-7H-pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyridazin-7-ones was observed.  相似文献

We describe regioselective synthesis of pyrazolo[3,4-b]quinoline derivatives by multicomponent reaction of dimedone, 5-aminopyrazolone, and aromatic aldehydes in presence of H3PW12O40 as catalyst. When this multicomponent reaction was investigated without catalyst under reflux conditions, a mixture of products was obtained, while the reaction successfully proceeded to formation of pyrazolo[3,4-b]quinoline in presence of H3PW12O40. Good product yield, short experimental time, and low-cost catalyst provide convenient synthesis for formation of pyrazolo[3,4-b]quinoline pharmacological compounds.  相似文献

Minimum energy pathways of propane oxidative dehydrogenation to propene and propanol on supported vanadium oxide catalyst VO x /TiO2 were studied by periodic discrete Fourier transform (DFT) using a surface oxygen radical as the active site. The propene formation pathway was shown to consist of two consecutive hydrogen abstraction steps. The first step includes Cβ–H bond activation of propane followed by the formation of a surface hydroxyl group V–O t H and a propyl radical n-C3H7. This step with the activation energy E* = 0.56 eV (54.1 kJ/mol) appears to be rate-determining. The second step involves the reaction of the bridging O b oxygen atom with the methylene C–H bond of propyl radical n-C3H7 followed by the formation of a hydroxylated surface site HO t –V4+–O b H and propene. The initial steps of the C–H bond activation during propane conversion to propanol and propene by ODH on V5+–(O t O b )? active sites are identical. The obtained results demonstrate that participation of surface oxygen radicals as the active sites of propane ODH makes it possible to explain relatively low activation energies observed for this reaction on the most active catalysts. The presence of very active radical species in low concentration seems to be the key factor for obtaining high selectivity.  相似文献

Rh2(OAc)4-catalyzed reaction of 2-(2-carbonylvinyl)-3-phenyl-2H-azirines with diazo esters proceeds through an intermediate generation of azirinium ylide suffering a nonstereoselective ring opening to form (3Z)- and (3E)-2-azahexa-1,3,5-trienes. The former depending on configuration of the C 5 =C 6 bond may undergo cyclization either in derivative of 2,3-dihydropyridine, or in pyrrolium ylide that isomerizes into a derivative of 1H-pyrrole. According to DFT calculation, the preferred formation of pyrroles at increasing volume of Z-substituent at the atom C 6 and of substituents at the atom C 1 of 2-azahexatriene occurs due to the destabilization of more sterically loaded transition states of 1,6-cyclization.  相似文献

A series of new tweezers amido-amine ligands containing pyrrole, bipyrrole, and dipyrrolylmethane fragments were synthesized by reaction of 2-thioxothiazolidin-3-yl derivatives of α-pyrrolecarboxylic acids {5-[1-(5-carboxy-3-methyl-4-phenyl-1H-pyrrol-2-yl)-1-methylethyl]-4-methyl-3-phenyl-1H-pyrrole-2-carboxylic acid, 5-[(5-carboxy-3-methyl-4-phenyl-1H-pyrrol-2-yl)phenylmethyl]-4-methyl-3-phenyl-1H-pyrrole-2-carboxylic acid, 5-(5-carboxy-3-methyl-4-phenyl-1H-pyrrol-2-yl)-4-methyl-3-phenyl-1H-pyrrole-2-carboxylic acid, and 3,4-dimethyl-pyrrole-2,5-dicarboxylic acid} with o-phenylenediamine. All compounds obtained were characterized by elemental analysis, NMR and mass spectra.  相似文献

The interaction of oxythiamine chloride hydrochloride with a solution of palladium chloride in hydrochloric acid affords a salt of protonated oxythiamine [H2OT][PdCl4] (I) (HOT is 4-methyl-3-[(2′-methyl-4′-oxo-3′,4′-dihydropyrimidinyl-5′)methyl]-5-(2-hydroxyethyl)thiazolium, C12H16N3O2S+). The crystal structure of salt I is determined by X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystals are monoclinic: a = 9.474(3) Å, b = 13.822(2) Å, c = 13.626(4) Å, β = 93.42(2)°, V = 1781.2(3) Å3, Z = 4, space group P21/n. The structural units of salt I are doubly-charged cations [H2OT]2+ and anions [PdCl4]2? joined by hydrogen bonds and electrostatic interaction into dimeric supermolecules. The thiazolium and pyrimidine rings in the cation are planar (the dihedral angle between the planes is 89.6°) and oriented relative to the linking methylene center to form torsion angles Φ t = 64.9° and Φ p = 49.9° characteristic of the V′ conformation.  相似文献

The hydrothermal reaction of a mixture of V2O5, VCl3, 2,5-pyridinedicarboxylic acid and diluted H2SO4 for 68 h at 180°C gives a blue colored solution which yields prismatic blue crystals of IV 2 IV O2(SO4)2(H2O)6] (1) in 32% yield (based on V). Complex 1 was investigated by means of elemental analysis (C, H and S), TGA, FT-IR, manganometric titration, Single Crystal X-ray Diffraction Methods and also comparative antimicrobial activities. Crystal data for the compound: monoclinic space group P21/c and unit cell parameters are a = 7.3850(12) Å, b = 7.3990(7) Å, c = 12.229(2) Å, β = 108.976(12)° and Z = 2. Although structure of 1 as a natural mineral has been previously determined, this work covers new preparation method and full characterization of 1 along with comparison of antibacterial activity between 1 and the commercial vanadium(IV) oxide sulfate hydrate compounds, VOSO4 · xH2O (Riedel-de Haën and Alfa Aesar brand names). 1 was evaluated for the antimicrobial activity against gram-positive, gram-negative bacteria, yeasts and mould compared with the commercial VOSO4 · xH2O compounds. 1 showed weak activity against bacteria Bacillus cereus, Nocardia asteroides and yeast Candida albicans. A good antimicrobial activity was recorded against Cirtobacter freundii (15 mm). There are only a few reproducible well-defined vanadium(IV) starting materials to use for exploring the synthesis of new materials. VCl4, VO(acac)2, VOSO4 · xH2O and [V(IV)OSO4(H2O)4] · SO4 · [H2N(C2H4)2NH2] are common starting materials for such applications. In addition to these compounds, 1 can be used as an oxovanadium precursor.  相似文献

The complex [Co(2-Me-Pyz)2(H2O)4](NO3)2 is synthesized and its structure is determined. The crystals are monoclinic: space group P21/n, a = 10.685(2) Å, b = 6.837(1), c = 12.515(3) Å, β = 91.84(3)°, V = 913.8(3) Å3, ρcalcd = 1.042 g/cm 3, Z = 2. The Co2+ ion (in the inversion center) is coordinated at the vertices of the distorted octahedron by two nitrogen atoms of methylpyrazine and four oxygen atoms of the water molecules (Co(1)–N(1) 2.180(3), average Co(1)–O(w) 2.079(3) Å, angles at the Co atom 87.9(1)–92.1(1)°). Supramolecular pseudometallocycles are formed in the structure through the O(w)–H…N(1) hydrogen bonds between the coordinated H2O molecules and the terminal nitrogen atoms of the 2-methylpyrazine molecules. Their interaction results in the formation of supramolecular layers joined by the NO3 groups into a three-dimensional framework.  相似文献

A facile, green, and efficient method has been developed for the synthesis of biologically important pyrano [4,3-b] pyrans in the presence of nano-cellulose-OSO3H as a new solid acid catalyst. The reaction involves the use of 4-hydroxy-6-methyl-2H-pyran-2-one, malononitrile, and aldehydes. A wide range of aldehydes is compatible in this reaction, producing excellent yields in short time. The morphology of nano-catalyst (nano-cellulose-OSO3H) was observed using a scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The cellulose-OSO3H surface was studied by the energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX) method to find out the chemical composition. The decomposition steps and thermal stability of the catalyst were investigated by thermal analysis techniques (TGA/DTG). In addition, the vibrational spectrum analysis (FT-IR) and X-ray diffractogram (XRD) of the catalyst have been performed.  相似文献

Chemical preparation, crystal structure, and NMR spectroscopy of a new trans-2,5-dimethylpiperazinium monophosphate are given. This new compound crystallizes in the triclinic system, with the space group P-1 and the following parameters: a = 6.5033(3), b = 7.6942(4), c = 8.1473(5) Å, α = 114.997(3), β = 92.341(3), γ = 113.136(3), V = 329.14(3) Å3, Z = 1, and Dx = 1.565 g cm?3. The crystal structure has been determined and refined to R = 0.030 and R w(F 2) = 0.032 using 1558 independent reflections. The structure can be described as infinite [H2PO4] n n? chains with (C6H16N2)2+ organic cations anchored between adjacent polyanions to form columns of anions and cations running along the b axis. This compound has also been investigated by IR, thermal, and solid-state, 13C and 31P MAS NMR spectroscopies and Ab initio calculations.  相似文献

Crystal data are: C2/m space group, a = 14.813(1) Å, b = 14.772(1) Å, c = 9.2122(6) Å, β = 119.085(2)°, V = 1761.7(2) Å3, d x = 3.318 g/cm3, R = 0.0585 (1); I41/amd space group, a = 16.0018(3) Å, c = 14.7186(5) Å, V = 3768.81(16) Å3, d x = 3.169 g/cm3, R = 0.0489 (2); P21/c space group, a = 9.0452(4) Å, b = 15.8065(7) Å, c = 15.2951(6) Å, β = 103.700(2)°, V = 2124.57(16) Å3, d x = 2.957 g/cm3, R = 0.0245 (3). The Sm2S3-Sm2O3 phase diagram was studied by physicochemical methods of analysis from 800 K up to melting. Two oxysulfides are formed in the system: Sm10S14O with tetragonal crystal structure (space group I41/acd; unit cell parameters: a = 1.4860 nm, c = 1.9740 nm; microhardness: H = 4700 MPa; solid decomposition temperature: 1500 K) and Sm2O2S with hexagonal structure (space group P-3m1; a = 0.3893 nm, c = 0.6717 nm; H = 4500 MPa; congruent melting temperature: 2370 K). Within the extent of the Sm2O2S-based solid solution (61–70 mol % Sm2O3) at 1070 K, a singular point appears at the compound composition on property-composition curves. The eutectic coordinates: 23 mol % Sm2O3 and 1850 K; 80 mol % Sm2O3 and 2290 K.  相似文献
