Amphiphilic block‐graft copolymers mPEG‐b‐P(DTC‐ADTC‐g‐Pal) were synthesized by ring‐opening polymerization of 2,2‐dimethyltrimethylene carbonate (DTC) and 2,2‐bis(azidomethyl)trimethylene carbonate (ADTC) with poly(ethylene glycol) monomethyl ether (mPEG) as an initiator, followed by the click reaction of propargyl palmitate and the pendant azido groups on the polymer chains. Stable micelle solutions of the amphiphilic block‐graft copolymers could be prepared by adding water to a THF solution of the polymer followed by the removal of the organic solvent by dialysis. Dynamic light scattering measurements showed that the micelles had a narrow size distribution. Transmission electron microscopy images displayed that the micelles were in spherical shape. The grafted structure could enhance the interaction of polymer chains with drug molecules and improve the drug‐loading capacity and entrapment efficiency. Further, the amphiphilic block‐graft copolymers mPEG‐b‐P(DTC‐ADTC‐g‐Pal) were low cytotoxic and had more sustained drug release behavior. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A series of amphiphilic graft copolymers P(HFMA)‐g‐P(SPEG) comprising poly(hexafluorobutyl methacrylate) (PHFMA) backbones and poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG) side chains were synthesized by copolymerization of HFMA and SPEG macromonomer with the p‐vinylbenzyl end group. The SPEG macromonomer was synthesized by reacting Methoxy poly(ethylene glycol) (MPEG) with p‐chloromethylstyrene in THF in the presence of NaH. The macromonomer and amphiphilic graft copolymer were characterized by FTIR, 1H NMR, 19F NMR, and gel permeation chromatography (GPC). The critical micelle concentration (CMC) of the amphiphilic graft copolymer was measured by surface tension technique. The results showed that the CMC decreased with increasing HFMA contents in the graft copolymers. The interaction between P(HFMA)‐g‐P(SPEG) and bovine serum albumin (BSA) was studied by fluorescence spectroscopy, transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and photon correlation spectroscopy (PCS). The fluorescence spectrum showed that the fluorescence intensity of BSA increased with increasing content of HFMA in P(HFMA)‐g‐P(SPEG) and concentration of P(HFMA)‐g‐P(SPEG) in the P(HFMA)‐g‐P(SPEG)/BSA solution. TEM micrographs showed that P(HFMA)‐g‐P(SPEG) mainly formed core‐shell structure micelles. When BSA was added, the micelles changed from a core‐shell structure into a worm‐like, vesicle‐like and hollow‐like structure with different initial concentrations of the copolymer. The size distribution of the micelles increased proving that the copolymer micelles encapsulated the bovine serum albumin. © 2009 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Degradable, amphiphilic graft copolymers of poly(ε‐caprolactone)‐graft‐poly(ethylene oxide), PCL‐g‐PEO, were synthesized via a grafting onto strategy taking advantage of the ketones presented along the backbone of the statistical copolymer poly(ε‐caprolactone)‐co‐(2‐oxepane‐1,5‐dione), (PCL‐co‐OPD). Through the formation of stable ketoxime ether linkages, 3 kDa PEO grafts and p‐methoxybenzyl side chains were incorporated onto the polyester backbone with a high degree of fidelity and efficiency, as verified by NMR spectroscopies and GPC analysis (90% grafting efficiency in some cases). The resulting block graft copolymers displayed significant thermal differences, specifically a depression in the observed melting transition temperature, Tm, in comparison with the parent PCL and PEO polymers. These amphiphilic block graft copolymers undergo self‐assembly in aqueous solution with the P(CL‐co‐OPD‐co‐(OPD‐g‐PEO)) polymer forming spherical micelles and a P(CL‐co‐OPD‐co‐(OPD‐g‐PEO)‐co‐(OPD‐gpMeOBn)) forming cylindrical or rod‐like micelles, as observed by transmission electron microscopy and atomic force microscopy. © 2010 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Comb‐like amphiphilic poly(poly((lactic acid‐co‐glycolic acid)‐block‐poly(ethylene glycol)) methacrylate (poly((PLGA‐b‐PEG)MA)) copolymers were synthesized by radical polymerization. (PLGA‐b‐PEG)MA macromonomer was prepared by ring‐opening bulk polymerization of DL ‐lactide and glycolide using purified poly(ethylene glycol) monomethacrylate (PEGMA) as an initiator. (PLGA‐b‐PEG)MA macromonomer was copolymerized with PEGMA and/or acrylic acid (AA) by radical polymerization to produce comb‐like amphiphilic block copolymers. The molecular weight and chemical structure were investigated by GPC and 1H NMR. Poly((PLGA‐b‐PEG)MA) copolymer aqueous solutions showed gel–sol transition behavior with increasing temperature, and gel‐to‐sol transition temperature decreased as the compositions of the hydrophilic PEGMA and AA increased. The gel‐to‐sol transition temperature of the terpolymers of the poly((PLGA‐b‐PEG)MA‐co‐PEGMA‐co‐AA) also decreased when the pH was increased. The effective micelle diameter obtained from dynamic light scattering increased with increasing temperature and with increasing pH. The critical micelle concentration increased as the composition of the hydrophilic monomer component, PEGMA and AA, were increased. The spherical shape of the hyperbranched polymers in aqueous environment was observed by atomic force microscopy. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Biodegradable and biocompatible PCL‐g‐PEG amphiphilic graft copolymers were prepared by combination of ROP and “click” chemistry via “graft onto” method under mild conditions. First, chloro‐functionalized poly(ε‐caprolactone) (PCL‐Cl) was synthesized by the ring‐opening copolymerization of ε‐caprolactone (CL) and α‐chloro‐ε‐caprolactone (CCL) employing scandium triflate as high‐efficient catalyst with near 100% monomer conversion. Second, the chloro groups of PCL‐Cl were quantitatively converted into azide form by NaN3. Finally, copper(I)‐catalyzed cycloaddition reaction was carried out between azide‐functionalized PCL (PCL‐N3) and alkyne‐terminated poly(ethylene glycol) (A‐PEG) to give PCL‐g‐PEG amphiphilic graft copolymers. The composition and the graft architecture of the copolymers were characterized by 1H NMR, FTIR, and GPC analyses. These amphiphilic graft copolymers could self‐assemble into sphere‐like aggregates in aqueous solution with diverse diameters, which decreased with the increasing of grafting density. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A three‐step process, combining nitroxide‐mediated polymerization (NMP) and reversible addition‐fragmentation chain transfer (RAFT) polymerization techniques, for synthesizing well‐defined amphiphilic and thermosensitive graft copolymers with fluorescence poly(styrene‐co‐(p‐chloromethylstyrene))‐g‐poly(N‐isopropylacrylamide) (P(St‐co‐(p‐CMS))‐g‐PNIPAAM), was conducted. Firstly, the NMP of styrene (St) and p‐chloromethylstyrene (p‐CMS) were carried out using benzoyl peroxide (BPO) as the initiator to obtain the random copolymers of P(St‐co‐(p‐CMS)). Secondly, the random copolymers were converted into macro‐RAFT agents with fluorescent carbazole as Z‐group through a simple method. Then the macro‐RAFT agents were used in the RAFT polymerization of N‐isopropylacrylamide (NIPAAM) to prepare fluorescent amphiphilic graft copolymers P(St‐co‐(p‐CMS))‐g‐PNIPAAM with controlled molecular weights and well‐defined structures. The copolymers obtained were characterized by gel permeation chromatography (GPC), 1H nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy, and FT‐IR spectroscopy. The size of self‐assembly micelles of the resulting graft copolymers in deionized water was studied by high performance particle sizer (HPPS), the results showed that the Z‐average size of the micelles increased with the increase of molecular weights of PNIPAAM in side chains. The aqueous solution of the micelles prepared from P(St‐co‐(p‐CMS))‐g‐PNIPAAM using a dialysis method showed a lower critical solution temperature (LCST) at ~ 27.5 °C, which was below the value of NIPAAM homopolymer (32 °C). © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Novel and well‐defined amphiphilic dendrimer‐star copolymer poly(ε‐caprolactone)‐block‐(poly(2‐(2‐methoxyethoxy)ethylmethacrylate‐co‐oligo(ethylene glycol) methacrylate))2 with Y‐shaped arms were synthesized by the combination of ring‐opening polymerization (ROP) and atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP). The investigation of thermal properties and the analysis of crystalline morphology indicate that the high‐branched structure of dendrimer‐star copolymers with Y‐shaped arms and the presence of amorphous P(MEO2MA‐co‐OEGMA) segments together led to the complete destruction of crystallinity of the PCL segments in the dendrimer‐star copolymer. In addition, the hydrophilicity–hydrophobicity transition of the dendrimer‐star copolymer film can be achieved by altering the external temperatures. The amphiphilic copolymers can self‐assemble into spherical nanomicelles in water. Because the lower critical solution temperature of the copolymers can be adjusted by varying the ratio of MEO2MA and OEGMA, the tunable thermosensitive properties can be observed by transmittance, dynamic laser light scattering, and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The release rate of model drug chlorambucil from the micelles can be effectively controlled by changing the external temperatures, which indicates that these unique high‐branched amphiphilic copolymers have the potential applications in biomedical field. © 2011 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A series of well‐defined double hydrophilic graft copolymers containing poly(poly(ethylene glycol) methyl ether acrylate) (PPEGMEA) backbone and poly(2‐vinylpyridine) (P2VP) side chains were synthesized by successive single electron transfer living radical polymerization (SET‐LRP) and atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP). The backbone was first prepared by SET‐LRP of poly(ethylene glycol) methyl ether acrylate (PEGMEA) macromonomer using CuBr/tris(2‐(dimethylamino)ethyl)amine as catalytic system. The obtained homopolymer then reacted with lithium diisopropylamide and 2‐chloropropionyl chloride at ?78 °C to afford PPEGMEA‐Cl macroinitiator. poly(poly(ethylene glycol) methyl ether acrylate)‐g‐poly(2‐vinylpyridine) double hydrophilic graft copolymers were finally synthesized by. ATRP of 2‐vinylpyridine initiated by PPEGMEA‐Cl macroinitiator at 25 °C using CuCl/hexamethyldiethylenetriamine as catalytic system via the grafting‐ from strategy. The molecular weights of both the backbone and the side chains were controllable and the molecular weight distributions kept relatively narrow (Mw/Mn ≤ 1.40). pH‐Responsive micellization behavior was investigated by 1H NMR, dynamic light scattering, and transmission electron microscopy and this kind of double hydrophilic graft copolymer aggregated to form micelles with P2VP‐core while pH of the aqueous solution was above 5.0. © 2011 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Novel biodegradable amphiphilic graft copolymers containing hydrophobic poly(ester‐carbonate) backbone and hydrophilic poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG) side chains were synthesized by a combination of ring‐opening polymerization and “click” chemistry. First, the ring‐opening copolymerization of 5,5‐dibromomethyl trimethylene carbonate (DBTC) and ε‐caprolactone (CL) was performed in the presence of stannous octanoate [Sn(Oct)2] as catalyst, resulting in poly(DBTC‐co‐CL) with pendant bromo groups. Then the pendant bromo groups were completely converted into azide form, which permitted “click” reaction with alkyne‐terminated PEG by Huisgen 1,3‐dipolar cycloadditions to give amphiphilic biodegradable graft copolymers. The graft copolymers were characterized by proton nuclear magnetic resonance (1H NMR), Fourier transform infrared spectra and gel permeation chromatography measurements, which confirmed the well‐defined graft architecture. These copolymers could self‐assemble into micelles in aqueous solution. The size and morphologies of the copolymer micelles were measured by transmission electron microscopy and dynamic light scattering, which are influenced by the length of PEG and grafting density. © 2011 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A series of ferrocene‐based well‐defined amphiphilic graft copolymers, consisting of hydrophilic poly[poly(ethylene glycol) methyl ether acrylate] (PPEGMEA) backbone and hydrophobic poly(2‐acryloyloxyethyl ferrocenecarboxylate) (PAEFC) side chains were synthesized by successive single‐electron‐transfer living radical polymerization (SET‐LRP) and atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP). The backbone was prepared by SET‐LRP of PEGMEA macromonomer, and it was then treated with lithium di‐isopropylamide and 2‐bromopropionyl bromide at ?78 °C to give PPEGMEA‐Br macroinitiator. The targeted well‐defined graft copolymers with narrow molecular weight distributions (Mw/Mn ≤ 1.32) were synthesized via ATRP of AEFC initiated by PPEGMEA‐Br macroinitiator, and the molecular weights of the backbone and side chains were both controllable. The electro‐chemical behaviors of graft copolymers were studied by cyclic voltammetry, and it was found that graft copolymers were more difficult to be oxidized, and the reversibility of electrode process became less with raising the content of PAEFC segment. The effects of the preparation method, the length of hydrophobic PAEFC segment, and the initial water content on self‐assembly behavior of PPEGMEA‐g‐PAEFC graft copolymers in aqueous media were investigated by transmission electron microscopy. The morphologies of micelles could transform from cylinders to spheres or rods with changing the preparation condition and the length of side chains. © 2011 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A straightforward strategy is proposed for the synthesis of novel, amphiphilic block–graft MPEG‐b‐(PαN3CL‐g‐alkyne) degradable copolymers. First, the ring‐opening polymerization of α‐chloro‐ε‐caprolactone (αClCL) was initiated by hydroxy‐terminated macroinitiator monomethoxy poly(ethylene glycol) (MPEG) with SnOct2 as the catalyst. In a second step, pendent chlorides were converted into azides by the reaction with sodium azide. Finally, various kinds of terminal alkynes were reacted with pendent azides by copper‐catalyzed Huisgen's 1,3‐dipolar cycloaddition, and thus a “click” reaction. These copolymers were characterized by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), 1H NMR, IR, and gel permeation chromatography. By fixing the length of the MPEG block and increasing the length of PαClCL (or PαN3CL) block, an increase tendency in Tgs was observed. However, the copolymers of MPEG‐b‐PαClCL and MPEG‐b‐PαN3CL were semicrystalline when the Mn of MPEG was above 2000 g mol?1. The block–graft copolymers formed micelles in the aqueous phase with critical micelle concentrations (CMCs) in the range of 1.4–12.0 mg L?1 depending on the composition of polymers. The lengths of hydrophilic segment influence the shape of the micelle. The mean hydrodynamic diameters of the micelles from dynamic light scattering were in the range of 90–160 nm. In vitro hydrolytic degradation of block–graft copolymers is faster than the corresponding block copolymers. The drug entrapment efficiency and the drug loading content of micelles depending on the composition of block–graft polymers were described. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A series of new well‐defined amphiphilic graft copolymers containing hydrophobic poly(tert‐butyl acrylate) backbone and hydrophilic poly(ethylene oxide) side chains were reported. Reversible addition‐fragmentation chain transfer homopolymerization of tert‐butyl 2‐((2‐bromopropanoyloxy)methyl)acrylate was first performed to afford a well‐defined backbone with a narrow molecular weight distribution (Mw/Mn = 1.07). The target poly(tert‐butyl acrylate)‐g‐poly(ethylene oxide) (PtBA‐g‐PEO) graft copolymers with low polydispersities (Mw/Mn = 1.18–1.26) were then synthesized by atom transfer nitroxide radical coupling or single electron transfer‐nitroxide radical coupling reaction using CuBr(Cu)/PMDETA as catalytic system. Fluorescence probe technique was employed to determine the critical micelle concentrations (cmc) of the obtained amphiphilic graft copolymers in aqueous media. Furthermore, PAA‐g‐PEO graft copolymers were obtained by selective acidic hydrolysis of hydrophobic PtBA backbone while PEO side chains kept inert. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Self‐assembly of amphiphilic ABA random triblock copolymers in water serves as a novel approach to create unique structure micelles connected with flexible linkages. The ABA triblock copolymers consist of amphiphilic random copolymers bearing hydrophilic poly(ethylene glycol) and hydrophobic dodecyl pendants as the A segments and a hydrophilic poly(ethylene oxide) (PEO) as the middle B segment. The A block is varied in dodecyl methacrylate content of 20%–50% and degree of polymerization (DP) of 100‐200. By controlling the composition and DP of the A block, various architectures can be tailor‐made as micelles in water: PEO‐linked double core unimer micelles, PEO‐looped unimer or dimer micelles, and multichain micelles. Those PEO‐linked or looped micelles further exhibit thermoresponsive solubility in water. © 2018 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J. Polym. Sci., Part A: Polym. Chem. 2019 , 57, 313–321  相似文献

The synthesis and self‐assembly properties in aqueous solutions of novel amphiphilic block copolymers composed of one hydrophobic poly (lauryl methacrylate), (PLMA) block and one hydrophilic poly (oligo ethylene glycol methacrylate) (POEGMA) block are reported. The block copolymers were prepared by RAFT polymerization and were molecularly characterized by size exclusion chromatography, NMR and FT‐IR spectroscopy, and DSC. The PLMA‐b‐POEGMA amphiphilic block copolymers self‐assemble in nanosized complex nanostructures resembling compound micelles when inserted in aqueous media, as supported by light scattering and TEM measurements. The encapsulation and release of the model, hydrophobic, nonsteroidal anti‐inflammatory drug indomethacin in the polymeric micelles is also investigated. © 2016 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J. Polym. Soft tissues, such as fat and skin, present high flexibility and are capable of withstanding large deformation in various functions. Hydrogels that can resemble the mechanical performance of soft tissue are unique and widely demanded. In this study, micellar hydrogels based on biocompatible poly(l ‐glutamic acid) (PLGA) were designed with the enhanced capacity to bear large deformation. Amphipathic triblock copolymer poly(ethylene glycol) acrylate‐co‐poly(ε‐caprolactone)‐co‐poly (ethylene glycol) acrylate (APEG‐PCL‐APEG) with two terminal double bonds was synthesized and self‐assembled into micelles. At the same time, graft copolymers, poly(l ‐glutamic acid)‐g‐hydroxyethyl methacrylate (PLGA‐g‐HEMA) with double bonds were synthesized. APEG‐PCL‐APEG micelles and PLGA‐g‐HEMA were mixed to construct micellar hydrogel via radical polymerization. The crystalline structure and hydrophobic aggregation of copolymers (APEG‐PCL‐APEG) were found to associate with PCL molecular weight. Due to the hydrophobic stress dissipation and crystalline structure of the micelles, the softness and toughness of hydrogels were promoted, exhibiting a 25% increase in ultimate strain. Moreover, the micellar hydrogels were able to load proteins with long‐term retention. In addition, under dynamic mechanical stimulation, the release of proteins could be accelerated. Besides, the micellar hydrogels also supported rabbit adipose‐derived stem cells (rASCs) growth, thus exhibiting the potential toward soft tissue engineering. © 2019 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J. Polym. This study synthesized thermo‐sensitive amphiphilic block‐graft PNiPAAm‐b‐(PαN3CL‐g‐alkyne) copolymers through ring‐opening polymerization of α‐chloro‐ε‐caprolactone (αClCL) with hydroxyl‐terminated macroinitiator poly(N‐isopropylacrylamide) (PNiPAAm), substituting pendent chlorides with sodium azide. This was then used to graft various kinds of terminal alkynes moieties by means of the copper‐catalyzed Huisgen's 1,3‐dipolar cycloaddition (“click” reaction). 1H NMR, FTIR, and gel permeation chromatography (GPC) was used to characterize these copolymers. The solubility of the block‐graft copolymers in aqueous media was investigated using turbidity measurement, revealing a lower critical solution temperature (LCST) in the polymers. These solutions showed reversible changes in optical properties: transparent below the LCST, and opaque above the LCST. The LCST values were dependant on the composition of the polymer. With critical micelle concentrations (CMCs) in the range of 2.04–9.77 mg L?1, the block copolymers formed micelles in the aqueous phase, owing to their amphiphilic characteristics. An increase in the length of hydrophobic segments or a decrease in the length of hydrophilic segments amphiphilic block‐graft copolymers produced lower CMC values. The research verified the core‐shell structure of micelles by 1H NMR analyses in D2O. Transmission electron microscopy was used to analyze the morphology of the micelles, revealing a spherical structure. The average size of the micelles was in the range of 75–145 nm (blank), and 105–190 nm (with drug). High drug entrapment efficiency and drug loading content were observed in the drug micelles. © 2011 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J Polym Sci Part A: Polym Chem, 2011  相似文献

A series of well‐defined double hydrophilic double‐grafted copolymers, consisting of polyacrylate backbone, hydrophilic poly(2‐(diethylamino)ethyl methacrylate) and poly(ethylene glycol) side chains, were synthesized by successive atom transfer radical polymerization. The backbone, poly[poly(ethylene glycol) methyl ether acrylate] (PPEGMEA) comb copolymer, was firstly prepared by ATRP of PEGMEA macromonomer via the grafting‐through route followed by reacting with lithium diisopropylamide and 2‐bromopropionyl chloride to give PPEGMEA‐Br macroinitiator of ATRP. Finally, poly[poly(ethylene glycol) methyl ether acrylate]‐g‐poly(2‐(diethylamino)ethyl methacrylate) graft copolymers were synthesized by ATRP of 2‐(diethylamino)ethyl methacrylate using PPEGMEA‐Br macroinitiator via the grafting‐from route. Poly(2‐(diethylamino)ethyl methacrylate) side chains were connected to polyacrylate backbone through stable C? C bonds instead of ester connections, which is tolerant of both acidic and basic environment. The molecular weights of both backbone and side chains were controllable and the molecular weight distributions kept relatively narrow (Mw/Mn ≤ 1.39). The results of fluorescence spectroscopy, dynamic laser light scattering and transmission electron microscopy showed this double hydrophilic copolymer was stimuli‐responsive to both pH and salinity. It can aggregate to form reversible micelles in basic surroundings which can be conveniently dissociated with the addition of salt at room temperature. © 2009 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A new stratagem for the synthesis of amphiphilic graft copolymers of hydrophilic poly(ethylene oxide) as the main chain and hydrophobic polystyrene as the side chains is suggested. A poly(ethylene oxide) with pending 2,2,6,6‐tetramethylpiperidine‐1‐oxyls [poly(4‐glycidyloxy‐2,2,6,6‐tetramethylpiperidine‐1‐oxyl‐co‐ethylene oxide)] was first prepared by the anionic ring‐opening copolymerization of ethylene oxide and 4‐glycidyloxy‐2,2,6,6‐tetramethylpiperidine‐1‐oxyl, and then the graft copolymerization of styrene was completed with benzoyl peroxide as the initiator in the presence of poly(4‐glycidyloxy‐2,2,6,6‐tetramethylpiperidine‐1‐oxyl‐co‐ethylene oxide). The polymerization of styrene was under control, and comblike, amphiphilic poly(ethylene oxide)‐g‐polystyrene was obtained. The copolymer and its intermediates were characterized with size exclusion chromatography, 1H NMR, and electron spin resonance in detail. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A series of amphiphilic silica/fluoropolymer nanoparticles of SiO2g‐P(PEGMA)‐b‐P(12FMA) were prepared by silica surface‐initiating atom transfer radical polymerization (SI‐ATRP) of poly(ethylene glycol) methyl ether methacrylate (PEGMA) and poly dodecafluoroheptyl methacrylate (P12FMA). Their amphiphilic behavior, lower critical solution temperature (LCST), and surface properties as protein‐resistance coatings were characterized. The introduction of hydrophobic P(12FMA) block leads SiO2‐g‐P(PEGMA)‐b‐P(12FMA) to form individual spherical nanoparticles (~150 nm in water and ~170 nm in THF solution) as P(PEGMA)‐b‐P(12FMA) shell grafted on SiO2 core (~130 nm), to gain obvious lower LCST at 36–52 °C and higher thermostability at 290–320 °C than SiO2‐g‐P(PEGMA) (LCST = 78–90 °C, Td = 220 °C). The water‐casted SiO2‐g‐P(PEGMA)‐b‐P(12FMA) films obtain much rougher surface (125.3–178.4 nm) than THF‐casted films (11.5–16.9 nm) and all SiO2‐g‐P(PEGMA) films (26.8–31.3 nm). Therefore, the water‐casted surfaces exhibit obvious higher water adsorption amount (Δf = ?494 ~ ?426 Hz) and harder adsorbed layer (viscoelasticity of ΔDf = ?0.28 ~ ?0.36 × 10?6/Hz) than SiO2‐g‐P(PEGMA) films, but present loser adsorbed layer than THF‐casted films (ΔDf = ?0.29 ~ ?0.63 × 10?6/Hz). While, the introduction of P(12FMA) segments does not show obviously reduce in the protein‐repelling adsorption of SiO2‐g‐P(PEGMA)‐b‐P(12FMA) films (△f = ?15.7 ~ ?22.3 Hz) compared with SiO2‐g‐P(PEGMA) films (△f = ?8.3 ~ ?11.3 Hz) and no obvious influence on water adsorption of ancient stone. Therefore, SiO2‐g‐P(PEGMA)‐b‐P(12FMA) is suggested to be used as protein‐resistance coatings. © 2015 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J. Polym. Sci., Part A: Polym. Chem. 2016 , 54, 381–393  相似文献
