For the first time decomposition was investigated of 4-alkoxy-5-amino-3-methylthiophene-2-carbonitriles under the conditions of electronic (70 eV) and chemical (reagent gas methane) ionization. At the electronic ionization the compounds under study [except for 4-(1-ethoxyethoxy) and 4-(ferrocenylmethoxy) derivatives] form stable molecular ions that decompose mainly by the cleavage of an alkyl radical from the alkoxy-substituent. Further fragmentation of the arising ion [M–Alk]+ depends on the substituent nature in the amino group. In the mass spectrum of 4-(ferrocenylmethoxy)-substituted thiophene peaks of the ion [FcCH2]+ and its fragmentation products prevail. In the mass spectra of chemical ionization predominant peaks belong to ions M, [M + H]+ and [M + C2H5]+, and fragment ions are absent.  相似文献

The alkylation of 4,5-dihydro-1H-imidazole-2-thiol with 1-iodomethyl(dimethyl)phenylsilane, 1-(iodomethyl)-1,1,3,3,3-pentamethyldisiloxane, and 1,3-bis(iodomethyl)-1,1,3,3-tetramethyldisiloxane involved iodine-catalyzed cleavage of the Si–Csp 2 and Si–O bonds with liberated (in situ) hydrogen iodide to afford 2-({[(4,5-dihydro-1H-imidazolium-2-ylsulfanyl)methyl]-1,1,3,3-tetramethyldisiloxanylmethyl}sulfanyl)-4,5-dihydro-1H-imidazolium di- and tetraiodides. Replacement of iodide ion in the products by triiodide gives new organosilicon ionic liquids with several charged fragments.  相似文献

Rh2(OAc)4-catalyzed reaction of 2-(2-carbonylvinyl)-3-phenyl-2H-azirines with diazo esters proceeds through an intermediate generation of azirinium ylide suffering a nonstereoselective ring opening to form (3Z)- and (3E)-2-azahexa-1,3,5-trienes. The former depending on configuration of the C 5 =C 6 bond may undergo cyclization either in derivative of 2,3-dihydropyridine, or in pyrrolium ylide that isomerizes into a derivative of 1H-pyrrole. According to DFT calculation, the preferred formation of pyrroles at increasing volume of Z-substituent at the atom C 6 and of substituents at the atom C 1 of 2-azahexatriene occurs due to the destabilization of more sterically loaded transition states of 1,6-cyclization.  相似文献

The syntheses and crystal structures of the layered coordination polymers M(C8H8NO2)2 [M = Mn (1), Co (2), Ni (3) and Zn (4)] are described. These isostructural compounds contain centrosymmetric trans-MN2O4 octahedra as parts of infinite sheets; the ligand bonds to three adjacent metal ions in μ3-N,O,O′ mode from both its carboxylate O atoms and its amine N atom. In each case, weak intra-sheet N–H?O and C–H?O hydrogen bonds may help to consolidate the structure. A new copper(II) complex of 1,10-phenanthroline (C12H8N2) and the meta-aminobenzoate ion (m-amb; C7H6NO 2 ? ), having the formula Cu(C12H8N2)(C7H6NO2)Cl?0.5H2O, is prepared and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, and single crystal X-ray diffraction. The structure is built up from monomeric units in which the coordination environment around the metal ion is a square plane arising from a bidentate 1,10-phenanthroline molecule, a monodentate m-amb anion, and a chloride ion. A very long (Cu–N = 2.856(5) Å) bond to the nitrogen atom of an adjacent m-amb ion generates [101] polymeric chains in the crystal. The crystal structure is consolidated by N–H???O and O–H???O hydrogen bonds and C–H???O, C–H???Cl, and aromatic π–π stacking interactions. The isolation of stable carbenes of the Arduengo (1a) and Wanzlick (2a) type has prompted us to look for stable nitrenium ions of the related structural type 1-ethyl-3-(phenyl)-1,2,3-triazolium perchlorate (6+). The title compound C10H14Cl N3O4 was isolated and structure was investigated by X-ray crystallography. It crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/c with cell parameters a=6.697(4) Å, b=9.724(9) Å, c=19.844(2) Å and Z=4. The final residual factor is R1=0.0471 for 1545 reflections with I>2σ(I). The structure exhibits intermolecular hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

A new mixed-ligand one-dimensional copper(II) coordination polymer [Cu(en)(sal)Cl] n where en = ethylenediamine(C2H8N2) and Hsal = 2-hydroxybenzoic acid (salicylic acid; C7H6O3) is synthesized and characterized by FTIR spectroscopy and single crystal X-ray diffraction. The structure contains Cu2+ ions in two different distorted octahedral coordination environments: an axially extended CuN4Cl2 moiety arising from a pair of bidentate en ligands and a CuO4Cl2 moiety arising from a pair of asymmetrically coordinated sal anions. The chloride ions bridge the copper ions into a zigzag chain propagating in [001]. The structure is consolidated by N–H???O and N–H???Cl hydrogen bonds which generate a layered network. Two complexes [Zn(SALIMP)(CH3CO2)]2 (1) and [Cu(SALIMP)Cl] (2) are obtained by the reactions of zinc(II) and copper(II) salts with a tridentate Schiff base ligand 2-[[(2-pyridinylmethyl) imino]methyl]phenol (HSALIMP). Their structure is determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction. A series of new (E)-1-{2-[(1-benzyl-1H-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl)methoxy]phenyl}-3-(3-aryl-1-phenyl-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)prop-2-en-1-ones (3a–3i) has been synthesized via copper-catalyzed 1,3-dipolar azide-alkyne cycloaddition reaction (CuAAC) of benzyl azide with substituted (E)-3-(3-aryl-1-phenyl-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)-1-[2-(prop-2-ynyloxy)phenyl]prop-2-en-1-ones (2a–2i). The synthesized compounds have been characterized by their IR, lH, 13C NMR spectra, and mass spectroscopy data. All the compounds have been screened for antimicrobial activity.  相似文献

The treatment of o-diaminobenzene with Zn ( OAc )2 · 2H2O in alcohol results in the formation of mononuclear bis(o-diaminobenzene)diacetate Zinc, Zn[C8H11N2O2]2. Its structure was determined by X-ray diffraction analysis. The complex is also characterized by elemental analysis, 1H NMR and IR. Single crystals of 1-cyclohexylpiperazine-1,4-diium dichromate(VI), (C10H22N2)[Cr2O7], were obtained by slow evaporation at room temperature from an aqueous solution of potassium dichromate, hydrochloric acid and 1-cyclohexylpiperazine. (C10H22N2)[Cr2O7] is triclinic (P\(\bar 1\)) with a = 10.351(2) Å, b = 12.766(3) Å, c = 6.111(1) Å, α = 91.50(2)°, β = 104.26(3)°, γ = 94.91(2)°, V = 778.8(3) Å3, and Z = 2. The structure determination performed from single crystal X-ray diffraction data leads to R1/wR2 reliability factors of 0.032/0.078. The asymmetric unit of the title salt C10H22N22+·Cr2O72?, consists of one 1-cyclohexylpiperazine-1,4-diium dication and one dichromate dianion. These entities are linked together by N–H···O hydrogen bonds to form {(C10H22N2)[Cr2O7]}n infinite chains lying parallel to the (100) plane and running along the c axis. The intermolecular N–H···O hydrogen bonds link these chains into a two-dimensional network structure consolidated through C–H···O weak interactions.  相似文献

The molecular and crystal structures of 1,2-bis(3,4-dimethoxyphenyl)ethane-1,2-dione (TMBZ = tetramethoxybenzil) were determined by a single-crystal X-ray diffraction, 1H NMR, and FT-IR spectroscopy. The compound TMBZ (C18H18O6, M r = 330.32) crystallized in the orthorhombic Fdd2 space group wherein: a = 39.145(4), b = 18.167(2), c = 4.3139(5) Å and β = 90°, Z = 8. The packing of the molecules in the crystal lattice is stabilized by intermolecular C–H?O contacts in the herringbone arrangement. The molecular geometry and harmonic frequencies of TMBZ in the ground state were calculated utilizing density functional (B3LYP) method with the 6-311++G(d, p)-basis set. The density functional theory optimized the geometric structure, and vibrational wave numbers of TMBZ in gas phase were compared with the experimental data. A complete assignment of the fundamentals was proposed based on the total energy distribution calculation.  相似文献

Two dinuclear complexes [Zn(μ-L)(NO3)(H2O)]2 (1) and [Cu2(μ-L)2(HL)2](NO3)2(C12H8Br2)0.5·H2O (2), (HL = 3-(2-pyridyl)pyrazole, C12H8Br2 = 4,4′-dibromobiphenyl) are synthesized under hydrothermal conditions and characterized by elemental analysis and X-ray single crystal diffraction. Complex 1 and 2 are both dinuclear structures which are further packed into a 1D supramolecular chain and a 3D supramolecular framework via weak C–H…O hydrogen bond interactions respectively.  相似文献

It has been demonstrated by 13C NMR and quantum-chemical calculations that alkylation of 5-(2-hydroxyphenyl)-3-methyl(vinylphenyl)-1H-1,2,4-triazoles with dialkyl sulfates in aqueous DMSO in the presence of alkali occurs exclusively in the 2-position of the triazole ring to give 3-(2-hydroxyphenyl)-1,5-dialkyl(alkylvinylphenyl)-1H-1,2,4-triazoles. Emission spectra of these compounds show two weak bands (λ max fl = 317–346 and 430–447 nm, φ = 0.002–0.007), whereas their zinc complexes emit in the violet range of the visible spectrum (λ max fl = 373–377 nm, φ = 0.20–0.25).  相似文献

Ethyl 2-amino-5-(2-aryl-2-oxoethylidene)-4-oxo-1H-4,5-dihydrofuran-3-carboxylates and 2-amino- 5-(2-aryl-2-oxoethylidene)-4-oxo-1H-4,5-dihydrofuran-3-carbonitriles reacted with alcohols in the presence of a catalytic amount of concentrated aqueous HCl to give the corresponding 5-alkoxy-2-amino-5-(2-aryl-2- oxoethyl)-4-oxo-1H-4,5-dihydrofuran-3-carboxylic acid derivatives. Crystalline dihydrate of hemi-(diazonium-18-crown-6) isocyanurate of isocyanuric acid, 0.5[H2DA18K6]2+?(C3H2N3O3)??C3H3N3O3?2H2O, was prepared and investigated by X-ray crystallography. In the given structure the dication DA18K6 is center-symmetric and possesses crown conformation of approximate D3h symmetry. Molecule of isocyanuric acid and its anion are nearly planer. This molecule possesses approximate D3h symmetry and its anion possesses approximate C2v symmetry. With sufficient precision were determined geometrical parameters (bond lengths, bond angles etc.) of ions and molecules and was determined their packing in the given crystalline structure in which there is developed system of intermolecular (interion) hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The crystal structure of an antimony(III) fluoride complex of the composition (C5H12NO2)SbF4·H2O (I) involving a cation of α-amino isovaleric acid (DL-valine, Val) is determined. Crystals are monoclinic: a = 12.2024(2) Å, b = 6.1636(1) Å, c = 15.5167(3) Å, Z = 4, space group P21/c. The structure is formed of DL-valinium (C5H12NO2)+ cations, complex [SbF4]nn? anions having a polymeric chain structure, and crystallization water molecules. The [SbF4]nn? complex anions consist of trigonal SbF4E bipyramids joined together by asymmetric bridging Sb–F(3)···Sb bonds. The structural units are organized into a threedimensional framework via N–H···F, N–H···O, and O–H···F hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The [Eu(HDTBA)3]n complex (I), HDTBA is 1,3-diethyl-2-thiobarbituric acid (C8H12N2O2S) is synthesized and its structure is determined by X-ray crystallography. The crystals of I are triclinic: a = 11.0205(2) Å, b = 11.8811(3) Å, c = 12.7312(2) Å, α = 100.933(1)°, β = 109.704(1)°, γ = 101.161(1)°, V = 1479.88(5) Å3, space group P-1, Z = 2. Each of three independent DETBA ions is a bridging μ2-O,O′-coordinated ligand. The coordination polyhedron of Eu(III) is a distorted octahedron. Bridging DETBA organize the octahedra into an infinite two-dimensional layer. The structure contains intramolecular hydrogen bonds but intermolecular hydrogen bonds and the π–π interaction are absent. The results of IR spectroscopy and photoluminescence agree with the single crystal X-ray diffraction data. The main product of the thermal decomposition of I at 900°С is oxysulfate Eu2O2SO4.  相似文献
