Nitration of 2,3-dihydro-1H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-2-one gave its 5-nitro derivative which was subjected to alkylation with dimethyl sulfate, diethyl sulfate, and benzyl(dimethyl)phenylammonium chloride. The resulting 1,3-dimethyl-, 1,3-diethyl-, and 1,3-dibenzyl-5-nitro-2,3-dihydro-1H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-2-ones were reduced to the corresponding 1,3-dialkyl-5-amino-2,3-dihydro-1H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-2-ones, and the latter reacted with itaconic acid to produce 1-(1,3-dialkyl-2-oxo-2,3-dihydro-1H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-5-yl)-5-oxopyrrolidine-3-carboxylic acids. 1-(2-Oxo-2,3-dihydro-1H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-5-yl)-5-oxopyrrolidine-3-carboxylic acid was obtained by analogous reaction with 5-amino-2,3-dihydro-1H-imidazo[4,5-b]-pyridin-2-one.  相似文献

X-ray structural analysis has been performed for two complex compounds: Cu(en)2(o-HB)2H2O (I) (a = 16.873(4) Å, b = 8.713(2) Å, c = 14.803(3) Å, β = 91.15(2)°, V = 2175.8(8) Å3, C2/c, Z = 4, R(F) = 0.0263, 1516 reflections with I > 3σ (I)) and [Cu(en)2(OH2)2]2+(o-AB?)2 (II) (a = 7.488(5) Å, b = 22.122(8) Å, c = 7.856(5) Å, β = 118.77(2)°, V = 1140.7(11) Å3, P21/n, Z = 2, R(F) = 0.0432, 1684 reflections with I > 3σ(I)) synthesized under identical conditions (en is ethylenediamine, o-HB is o-hydroxybenzoate, and o-AB is o-aminobenzoate). Although the compounds were assumed to have similar structures and the Cu-Lig bond lengths and the cis and trans angles are acceptable for an octahedral structure, the geometric parameters of o-HB suggest that the copper atom has a plane square environment.  相似文献

A novel metal chalcogenide HgCd4S5 (1) was synthesized from solid-state reactions and structurally characterized. Compound 1 crystallizes in the space group C2221 of the orthorhombic system with four formula units in a cell: a = 12.5661(5) Å, b = 7.2551(5) Å, c = 10.7520(7) Å, V = 980.2(1) Å3, Cd4HgS5, M r = 810.49, D c = 5.492 g/cm3, S = 1.010, μ(MoK α) = 25.128 mm?1, F(000) = 1408, R = 0.0611 and wR = 0.1495. Compound 1 is characterized by a 3-D cadmium sulfide framework structure with the infinite mercury sulfide chains located in the cavities.  相似文献

Nitration of 1,3-dihydro-2H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-2-one and its N-methyl derivatives at 0–5°C and 60°C gives 5-nitro-and 5,6-dinitro-1,3-dihydro-2H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-2-ones, respectively. The latter can also be obtained by nitration of 5-mononitro derivatives under similar conditions. The nitration of 6-chloro-and 6-bromo-1,3-dihydro-2H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-2-ones and their N-methyl-substituted analogs leads to the formation of the corresponding 6-chloro(bromo)-5-nitro compounds. The same products are formed in the nitration of 5,6-dichloro-and 5,6-dibromo-1,3-dihydro-2H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-2-ones. In this case, the process involves replacement of the halogen atom in position 5 of the pyridine fragment by nitro group. The nitration of 6-bromo-5-methyl-1,3-dihydro-2H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-2-one is accompanied by oxidation of the 5-methyl group to carboxy.  相似文献

N-Aryl-3-oxobutanethioamides react with 2-amino-1,3-thiazole (2-amino-1,3-benzothiazole) in acetic acid to give mixtures of 7-methyl-5H-[1,3]thiazolo[3,2-a]pyrimidine-5-thione (2-methyl-4H-pyrimido-[2,1-b][1,3]benzothiazole-4-thione) and 5-arylimino-7-methyl-5H-[1,3]thiazolo[3,2-a]pyrimidines (4-arylimino-2-methyl-4H-pyrimido[2,1-b][1,3]benzothiazoles), whose ratio depends on the nature of the aryl substituent in the initial butanethioamide.  相似文献

A couple of novel electrochromic materials poly(2,3,4,5-tetrakis(2,3-hydrothieno[3,4-b]dixin-5-yl)-1-methyl-1H-pyrrole) (P(t-EDOT-mPy)) and poly(5,5′,5′′,5′′′-(thiophene-2,3,4,5-tetrayl)tetrakis(2,3-dihydrothieno[3,4-b][1,4]dioxine)) (P(t-EDOT-Th)) are electrodeposited via multi-position polymerization of their tetra-EDOT substituted monomers t-EDOT-mPy and t-EDOT-Th, respectively. Compared with the linear 2D structured poly(thiophene) (E g=2.2 eV) and poly(2,5-bis(2,3-dihydrothieno[3,4-b][1,4]dioxin-5-yl)thiophene) (E g=1.7 eV), P(t-EDOT-Th) (E g=1.62 eV) has the lowest band gap. Hence, we speculate that the band gaps of the two polymers, having 3D structures, are decreased in contrast to non-substituted polymers or bi-EDOT substituted polymers, thiophene and 1-methyl-1H-pyrrole. The results indicated that P(t-EDOT-Th) thin films are more stable and show higher transmittance amid two polymers, which may find their utilization in organic optoelectronics.  相似文献

Reactions of 5-nitropyridin-2(1H)-one and its N-methyl derivative with hydrazine hydrate led to the formation of (1H-pyrazol-3-yl) acetohydrazide. Under analogous conditions, 1,3-dimethyl-5-nitropyridin2(1H)-one gave rise to 2-(1H-pyrazol-3-yl)propionohydrazide, while 6-methyl-5-nitropyridin-2(1H)-one was converted into (5-methyl-1H-pyrazol-3-yl)acetohydrazide. Hydrazinolysis of 4-methyl-5-nitropyridin-2(1H)-one resulted in the formation of 3-methyl-4-nitro-1H-pyrazole. The mechanism of recyclization of nitropyridine derivatives by the action of hydrazine hydrate was studied using 5-nitropyridin-2(1H)-one and 1-methyl-5-nitropyridin-2(1H)-one as examples.  相似文献

Analogous reaction of 1,3-dialkyl-5-amino-1,3-dihydro-2H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-2-ones with ethyl acetoacetate led to the formation of ethyl 3-(1,3-dialkyl-2-oxo-1,3-dihydro-2H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-5-ylamino)but-2-enoates whose cyclization afforded 1,3-dialkyl-8-hydroxy-7-methyl-1,3-dihydro-2H-imidazo[5,4-b][1,8]naphthyridin-2-ones.  相似文献

N-Allyl-5-amino-1H-pyrazole-4-carboxamides in reactions with polyphosphoric acid, with N-halosuccinimides in chloroform, and with (chlorosulfanyl)benzenes in nitromethane in the presence of lithium perchlorate underwent cyclization involving the N-allylamide fragment to give 4-[5-methyl(halomethyl)-4,5-dihydrooxazol-2-yl]-1H-pyrazol-5-amines and 2-(5-amino-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)-5-[(arylsulfanyl)methyl]-4,5-dihydro-1,3-oxazolium perchlorates, respectively. Analogous reactions of N-propargyl-5-amino-1H-pyrazole-4-carboxamides with polyphosphoric acid afforded 4-(5-methyloxazol-2-yl)-1H-pyrazol-5-amines, and with (chlorosulfanyl) benzenes, 2-(5-amino-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)-5-[(arylsulfanyl)methylidene]-4,5-dihydro-1,3-oxazolium perchlorates.  相似文献

The treatment of o-diaminobenzene with Zn ( OAc )2 · 2H2O in alcohol results in the formation of mononuclear bis(o-diaminobenzene)diacetate Zinc, Zn[C8H11N2O2]2. Its structure was determined by X-ray diffraction analysis. The complex is also characterized by elemental analysis, 1H NMR and IR. Oxidation of N-aminophthalimide with lead tetraacetate in the presence of 1,5-diaryl-3-[(E)-2-arylethenyl]-1H-pyrazoles, as well as of 1,3-diphenyl-5-[(E)-2-phenylethenyl]-1H-pyrazole, gives adducts at the exocyclic C=C bond, the corresponding phthalimidoaziridinylpyrazoles. From 1,5-diphenyl-3-[(1E,3E)-4-phenyl-1,3-butadienyl]-1H-pyrazole, only product of addition at both exocyclic C=C bonds was obtained. In the reaction with 1-phenyl-3-[(1E, 3E)-4-phenyl-1,3-butadienyl]-5-[(E)-2-phenylethenyl]-1H-pyrazole, the adduct at the styryl C=C bond was isolated. Analogous 4,5-dihydropyrazoles, 1,5-diphenyl-3-[(1E, 3E)-4-phenyl-1,3-butadienyl]-4,5-dihydro-1H-pyrazole and 1-phenyl-3-[(1E, 3E)-4-phenyl-1,3-butadienyl]-5-[(E)-2-phenylethenyl]-4,5-dihydro-1H-pyrazole, turned out to be inert in oxidative addition of N-aminophthalimide.  相似文献

Stereochemistry of the oxidation of N-arylbicyclo[2.2.1]hept-5-ene-endo-and-exo-2,3-dicarboximides at the double bond with peroxyacetic acid generated in situ in the presence of sulfuric acid and with an anhydrous dioxane solution of peroxyacetic acid was studied. In both cases, the reaction was stereospecific, regardless of the substituent in the N-aryl group and configuration of the imide ring, but the reaction direction depended on the presence of water in the system. In the first case, the corresponding trans-5,6-dihydroxy derivatives were formed, while in the second, exo-5,6-epoxy derivatives. The oxidation of N-arylbicyclo[2.2.1]-hept-5-ene-endo-and-exo-2,3-dicarboximides with a solution of potassium permanganate in aqueous acetone gave the corresponding N-aryl-cis-5,6-dihydroxybicyclo[2.2.1]heptane-endo-and-exo-2,3-dicarboximides. The exo,cis,exo and exo,cis,endo configurations of the synthesized compounds were determined by 1H NMR spectroscopy.  相似文献

The hydrogenation of 2-amino-5-R-7-R′-4,7-dihydro-1,2,4-triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidines with NaBH4 led to the formation of 2-amino-5-R-7-R′-4,5,6,7-tetrahydro-1,2,4-triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidines. Acylation, sulfonylation, and alkylation of these compounds depending on conditions and the reagent character occur at the amino group, atoms N3 or N4. The treatment with alkali of 2-amino-3-benzyl-5-R-7-R′-4,5,6,7-tetrahydro-1,2,4-triazolo-[1,5-a]pyrimidinium bromide resulted in 2-amino-3-benzyl-5-R-7-R′-3,5,6,7-tetrahydro-1,2,4-triazolo[1,5-a]-pyrimidine, similar reaction of 2-acetamido-3-benzyl-5-R-7-R′-4,5,6,7-tetrahydro-1,2,4-triazolo[1,5-a]-pyrimidinium bromide gave a mesoionic product of a hydrogen elimination from the amide nitrogen atom.  相似文献

Background

Under iron-deficient conditions, Chlamydomonas exhibits high affinity for iron absorption. Nevertheless, the response, transmission, and regulation of downstream gene expression in algae cells have not to be investigated. Considering that the MAPK pathway is essential for abiotic stress responses, we determined whether this pathway is involved in iron deficiency signal transduction in Chlamydomonas.

Results

Arabidopsis MAPK gene sequences were used as entry data to search for homologous genes in Chlamydomonas reinhardtii genome database to investigate the functions of mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) gene family in C. reinhardtii under iron-free conditions. Results revealed 16 C. reinhardtii MAPK genes labeled CrMAPK2CrMAPK17 with TXY conserved domains and low homology to MAPK in yeast, Arabidopsis, and humans. The expression levels of these genes were then analyzed through qRT-PCR and exposure to high salt (150 mM NaCl), low nitrogen, or iron-free conditions. The expression levels of these genes were also subjected to adverse stress conditions. The mRNA levels of CrMAPK2, CrMAPK3, CrMAPK4, CrMAPK5, CrMAPK6, CrMAPK8, CrMAPK9, and CrMAPK11 were remarkably upregulated under iron-deficient stress. The increase in CrMAPK3 expression was 43-fold greater than that in the control. An RNA interference vector was constructed and transformed into C. reinhardtii 2A38, an algal strain with an exogenous FOX1:ARS chimeric gene, to silence CrMAPK3. After this gene was silenced, the mRNA levels and ARS activities of FOX1:ARS chimeric gene and endogenous CrFOX1 were decreased. The mRNA levels of iron-responsive genes, such as CrNRAMP2, CrATX1, CrFTR1, and CrFEA1, were also remarkably reduced.

Conclusion

CrMAPK3 regulates the expression of iron-deficiency-responsive genes in C. reinhardtii.

Reaction of 3,5-di-tert-butyl-1,2-benzoquinone with 5-amino-4-chloroquinolines gave derivatives of a new fused heterocyclic system, substituted quinolino[4,5-bc][1,5]benzoxazepines. The molecular structure of 9,11-di-tert-butyl-2,4,6-trimethyl-7H-quinolino[4,5-bc][1,5]benzoxazepine was determined by X-ray analysis. 3,5-Di-tert-butyl-1,2-benzoquinone reacted with o-nitro-, o-acyl-, and o-methoxycarbonylanilines and some amino-substituted nitrogen-containing heterocycles to form the corresponding sterically hindered N-aryl-(hetaryl)-o-aminophenols. Di-tert-butyl-substituted phenoxazines were obtained as a result of thermal cyclization of intermediately formed quinone imines.  相似文献

The crystal structure of [Os(NH3)5Cl][ReCl6] has been refined by X-ray powder analysis: a = 11.645(3) Å, b = 8.3788(2) Å, c = 15.277(4) Å, β = 91.029(6)°, V = 1490(1) Å3, d x = 3.163 g/cm3, space group P21/m, Z = 4.
