Single crystals of a new organic–inorganic compound, (C5H6N5)2Cr2O7 (1), adeninium dichromate, were grown by the slow evaporation technique and characterized by X-ray diffraction, infrared absorption, and the optical properties were also investigated by UV-vis absorption spectroscopy. The compound crystallizes in the triclinic system and P-1 space group with a = 11.6850(2) Å, b = 11.7531(5) Å, c = 14.5603(7) Å, α = 83.956(3)°, β = 70.481(4)°, γ = 61.863(2)°, V = 1658.70(12) Å3. The structure of the compound consists of four adeninium, (C5H5N2)+, cations, and two dichromate dianions with all the atoms situated in general positions. Each dichromate anion is formed by two tetrahedral CrO4 joined through shared O atoms and are linked to the cations with several weak hydrogen bonding interactions resulting in an extended network. 3-D Hirshfeld surface analysis and 2-D fingerprint plots indicate that the packing is dominated by H?O/O?H and H?N/N?H contacts.  相似文献

Two lanthanide complexes, (mnH)2[EuIII(egta)]2·6H2O (1) (H4egta = ethyleneglycol-bis-(2aminoethylether)-N,N,N,N′-tetraacetic acid) and (mnH)4[EuIII2(dtpa)2]·6H2O (2) (H5dtpa = diethylenetriamine-N,N,N,N″,N″-pentaacetic acid), have been synthesized and characterized by FT-IR spectroscopy, thermal analysis, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. X-ray diffraction reveals that 1 is multinuclear nine-coordinate and crystallizes in the monoclinic crystal system with space group C2/c. The obtained cell dimensions are a = 38.513(3)?Å, b = 13.5877(8)?Å, c = 8.7051(5)?Å, β = 99.6780(10)°, and 4490.6(5)?Å3. Each methylamine (mnH+) cation in 1, through hydrogen bonds, connects three adjacent [EuIII(egta)]? anions. The [EuIII(egta)]? anions connect one another forming a 1-D multinuclear zigzag chain structure along the c-axis. Complex 2 is nine-coordinate binuclear structure with tricapped trigonal prismatic conformation and crystallizing in the monoclinic crystal system, but with space group P21/n. The obtained cell dimensions are a = 9.9132(8)?Å, b = 24.1027(18)?Å, c = 10.7120(10)?Å, β = 109.1220(10)°, and 2418.2(3)?Å3. For 2, there are two kinds of methylamine cations (mnH+) connecting [EuIII2(dtpa)2]4? complex anions and lattice waters through hydrogen bonds, leading to formation of a 2-D ladder-like layer structure.  相似文献

In the title compound, C4H12N22+·2C8H7O3?·2CH4O, the cations lie across centres of inversion and are disordered over two orientations with equal occupancy; there are equal numbers of (R)‐ and (S)‐mandelate anions present (mandelate is α‐hydroxy­benzene­acetate). The anions and the neutral water mol­ecules are linked by O—H?O hydrogen bonds [O?O 2.658 (3) and 2.682 (3) Å, and O—H?O 176 and 166°] into deeply folded zigzag chains. Each orientation of the cation forms two symmetry‐related two‐centre N—H?O hydrogen bonds [N?O 2.588 (4) and 2.678 (4) Å, and N—H?O 177 and 171°] and two asymmetric, but planar, three‐centre N—H?(O)2 hydrogen bonds [N?O 2.686 (4)–3.137 (4) Å and N—H?O 137–147°], and by means of these the cations link the anion/water chains into bilayers.  相似文献

Complexes based on different halogen-substituted nitronyl nitroxide radicals and Cu(II), Cu3(hfac)6(NIT-Ph-F)2 (1) and Cu3(hfac)6(NIT-Ph-Cl)2 (2) (hfac = hexafluoroacetylacetonate; NIT-Ph-F = 2-(4′-fluorophenyl)-4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-imidazoline-1-oxyl-3-oxide; NIT-Ph-Cl = 2-(4′-chlorphenyl)-4,4,5,5-tetramethylimidazoline-1-oxyl-3-oxide), were synthesized and characterized structurally and magnetically. X-ray crystal structure analyses show that 1 and 2 have similar centrosymmetric five-spin structures consisting of three Cu(II) ions bridged by two nitroxide ligands. The Cu(II) is coordinated by six oxygens to form an octahedron, while the five coordination of the terminal Cu(II) ion is square pyramidal. Magnetic measurements reveal strong antiferromagnetic interactions between Cu(II) ions and radicals in 1 (J = ?38.9 cm?1) and weak antiferromagnetic interactions between Cu(II) ions and radicals in 2 (J = ?1.23 cm?1), which may be explained by the bond length of the Cu–Orad (2.468(2) Å) in 1, which is shorter than that (2.514(2) Å) in 2, and the dihedral angle (73.17(1)°) of the plane O7–O8–Cu(2)–O7A–O8A with the moiety O5–N1–C11–N2–O6 in 1 is smaller than (77.82(1)°) in 2.  相似文献

Crystal structures of 1‐N‐(β‐d‐glucopyranosyl)chloroacetamide (1), an inhibitor of glycogen phosphorylase, and the corresponding galactopyranosyl amide (2) have been determined. Both crystals belong to P212121 space group with 1 having the unit cell dimensions of a = 7.939(3), b = 9.547(3) and c = 14.157(2) Å, while those of 2 are, a = 7.636(10), b = 9.004(8) and c = 14.807(5) Å. The sugar ring takes a 4 C 1 conformation and the amide linkage exists in Zanti conformation in both crystals. The torsion angle O5–C1–N1–C1′ is ? 93.9(5) for 1 and ? 111.5(3)° for 2. The conformational preference of Cl and N1 in 1 and 2 is found to be between anti and gauche. The molecular assembly in both 1 and 2 is stabilized by a finite chain of hydrogen bonds starting from N1H and ending at O1′, whereas a ten membered hydrogen‐bonded ring involving O4H and O5 is observed in 1.  相似文献

Crystals of the title compound, C18H20N4O4, contain equal numbers of (R,R) and (S,S) mol­ecules, but these are not precise enantiomorphs, neither are they related by crystallographic symmetry; in addition, each mol­ecule exhibits approximate, but not exact, twofold rotational symmetry. There are intramolecular N—H?O hydrogen bonds [N?O 2.609 (4)–2.638 (5) Å; N—H?O 125–132°] and the mol­ecules are linked into molecular ladders by C—H?O hydrogen bonds [C?O 3.306 (6)–3.386 (6) Å; C—H?O 146–160°].  相似文献

Abstract

Two new uranyl coordination compounds, [C9H17N2]3[(UO2)2(CrO4)2Cl2(H2O)2]Cl·5H2O (1) and (C9H17N2)[(UO2)(C2O4)Cl] (2), have been synthesized by adding potassium dichromate (K2Cr2O7) or oxalic acid dihydrate (H2C2O4·2H2O) solution into an aqueous solution of uranyl nitrate and 1-butyl-2,3-dimethylimidazolium chloride [Bmmim]Cl. [Bmmim]Cl provides the charge balance and Cl ions that coordinate with uranyl ions. The fundamental building units of 1 and 2 are UO6Cl pentagonal bipyramidal structures. Compound 1 exhibits a graphene-like structure with a system molar ratio of 1:1 for U:Cr and crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group Pbca, with a = 25.644(3) Å, b = 12.996(14) Å and c = 29.198(4) Å. 16-Membered rings are formed by CrO42? and UO22+ in the crystal structure of 1. Compound 2 crystallizes in monoclinic space group P21/n, with a = 10.759(3) Å, b = 11.395(3) Å, c = 14.149(4) Å, β = 102.962(9)° and shows one-dimensional (1D) serrated chains. Within the crystal structures of 1 and 2, C–H[Bmmim]Cl?O hydrogen bonds are identified. O–Hwater?Cl hydrogen bonds are also detected in the crystal structure for 1.  相似文献

The adduct 1,6‐di­amino­hexane–1,1,1‐tris(4‐hydroxy­phenyl)­ethane (1/2) is a salt {hexane‐1,6‐diyldiammonium–4‐[1,1‐bis(4‐hydroxyphenyl)ethyl]phenolate (1/2)}, C6H18N22+·2C20H17O3?, in which the cation lies across a centre of inversion in space group P. The anions are linked by two short O—H?O hydrogen bonds [H?O 1.74 and 1.76 Å, O?O 2.5702 (12) and 2.5855 (12) Å, and O—H?O 168 and 169°] into a chain containing two types of R(24) ring. Each cation is linked to four different anion chains by three N—H?O hydrogen bonds [H?O 1.76–2.06 Å, N?O 2.6749 (14)–2.9159 (14) Å and N—H?O 156–172°]. In the adduct 2,2′‐bipyridyl–1,1,1‐tris(4‐hydroxy­phenyl)­ethane (1/2), C10H8N2·2C20H18O3, the neutral di­amine lies across a centre of inversion in space group P21/n. The tris­(phenol) mol­ecules are linked by two O—H?O hydrogen bonds [H?O both 1.90 Å, O?O 2.7303 (14) and 2.7415 (15) Å, and O—H?O 173 and 176°] into sheets built from R(38) rings. Pairs of tris­(phenol) sheets are linked via the di­amine by means of a single O—H?N hydrogen bond [H?N 1.97 Å, O?N 2.7833 (16) Å and O—H?N 163°].  相似文献

Assembly of orotic acid (H3Or, 1,2,3,6-tetrahydro-2,6-dioxo-4-pyrimidinecarboxylic) and Cd(NO3)·6H2O yielded a coordination polymer, [(Cd(Hor)·2.5H2O)2]n (1), which has been characterized by X-ray single-crystal diffraction, TGA, and ?uorescence spectra. Single-crystal X-ray structural analyses reveal that 1 is a hydrogen-bonded binuclear Cd-orotate coordination polymer in which both Cd2+ ions have different coordination environments with identical distorted octahedral geometry. Crystal data for 1: monoclinic, space group P21/n, a = 7.0209(10) Å, b = 13.974(2) Å, c = 17.541(3) Å, β = 98.842(2)°, V = 1700.5(4) Å, Z = 4, R1 = 0.0269, wR2 = 0.0612, θmax = 25.960. The emission spectrum of the Cd-complex recorded with 265 nm excitation wavelength reveals the complex has strong blue luminescence with the peak maximum 420 nm (2.95 eV) as a result of the nπ* and ππ* transitions on the H3Or ligand.  相似文献

The title compound, [Ni2(C8H4O4)(C10H24N4)2(H2O)2](ClO4)2, contains two independent octahedral NiII centres with trans‐NiN4O2 chromophores. The bridging benzene­dicarboxyl­ate ligand is bonded to the two Ni atoms, each via one O atom of each carboxyl­ate, while the other O atom participates in an intramolecular N—H?O hydrogen bond, forming an S(6) motif. The cations are linked to the perchlorate anions via O—H?O and N—H?O hydrogen bonds [O?O 2.904 (6) and 2.898 (6) Å; O—H?O 158 (6) and 165 (6)°; N?O 3.175 (7) and 3.116 (7) Å; N—H?O 168 and 166°] to form molecular ladders. These ladders are linked by further O—H?O and N—H?O hydrogen bonds [O?O 2.717 (6) and 2.730 (5) Å; O—H?O 170 (4) and 163 (6)°; N?O 3.373 (7) and 3.253 (7) Å; N—H?O 163 and 167°] to form a continuous three‐dimensional framework. The syntheses and crystal structures of the closely related but non-isostructural Cd2(C19H21N3O3F)4(H2O)2?·?4H2O (1) and Pb2(C19H21N3O3F)4?·?4H2O (2) are described, where C19H21N3O3F? is enrofloxacinate (enro). Both compounds contain centrosymmetric, binuclear, neutral complexes incorporating a central diamond-shaped M2O2 (M?=?Cd, Pb) structural unit. The Cd2+ coordination polyhedron in 1 is a CdO6 trigonal prism, including one coordinated water. The Pb2+ coordination polyhedron in 2 can be described as a very distorted square-based PbO5 pyramid, although two additional short Pb?···?O (<3.1?Å) contacts are also present. In the crystal of the cadmium complex, O–H?···?O hydrogen bonds lead to a layered structure. In the lead compound, O–H?···?O and O–H?···?N interactions lead to chains in the crystal. Two rare-earth metal coordination compounds, (NH4)4[SmIII2(Httha)2]·16H2O (1) (H6ttha?=?triethylenetetramine-N,N,N,N′′,N′′′,N′′′-hexaacetic acid) and (NH4)4[SmIII2(dtpa)2]·10H2O (2) (H5dtpa?=?diethylenetriamine-N,N,N,N′′,N′′-pentaacetic acid), have been synthesized through reflux and characterized by FT-IR spectroscopy, thermal analysis, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction techniques. SmIII of (NH4)4[SmIII2(Httha)2]·16H2O (1) is nine-coordinate, forming tricapped trigonal prismatic coordination with three amine nitrogens and six oxygens, in which four oxygens are from one ttha and two from the other ttha. (NH4)4[SmIII2(Httha)2]·16H2O (1) crystallizes in the monoclinic crystal system with P2(1)/c space group. The crystal data are: a?=?13.9340(13) Å, b?=?22.890(3) Å, c?=?20.708(2) (14) Å, β?=?99.521(2)°, and V?=?6513.7(13) Å3. There are two –NH+– groups in the [SmIII2(Httha)2]4?. The polymeric (NH4)4[SmIII2(dtpa)2]·10H2O (2) also is nine-coordinate with tricapped trigonal prismatic conformation and crystallizes in the triclinic crystal system with P–1 space group. The cell dimensions are: a?=?9.8240(8) Å, b?=?10.0329(9) Å, c?=?13.0941(11) Å, β?=?77.1640(10)°, and V?=?1227.30(18) Å3. In (NH4)4[SmIII2(dtpa)2]·10H2O, there are two types of ammonium cations, which connect [SmIII2(dtpa)2]4? and lattice water through hydrogen bonds, leading to a 2-D ladder-like layer structure.  相似文献

N,N-Di-R-N′-(4-chlorobenzoyl)thiourea (Di-R: diethyl, di-n-propyl, di-n-butyl and diphenyl) ligands (HL1–4) and their Pt(II) complexes (cis-[Pt(L1–4-S,O)2]) have been synthesized and structurally characterized by elemental analyses, FT-IR and NMR spectroscopy. HL2 ligand and cis-[Pt(L4-S,O)2] metal complex have been also characterized by a single-crystal X-ray diffraction study. HL2, C14H19ClN2OS, crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/n (no. 14), with Z = 4, and unit cell parameters, a = 11.1405(16) Å, b = 9.7015(12) Å, c = 14.790(2) Å, β = 106.547(7)°. The cis-[Pt(L4-S,O)2], C40H28Cl2N4O2PtS2: triclinic, space group P-1 (no. 2), a = 8.9919(3) Å, b = 14.7159(6) Å, c = 15.7954(6) Å, α = 113.9317(18)°, β = 97.4490(18)°, and γ = 105.0492(16)°. Single crystal analysis of complex, cis-[Pt(L1–4-S,O)2], revealed that a square planar coordination geometry is formed around the platinum atom by two sulfur and two oxygen atoms of the related ligands, which are in a cis configuration. In addition, the thiourea derivative ligands and their complexes were evaluated for both their in-vitro antibacterial and antifungal activity. The results have been reported, explained, and compared with fluconazole and ampicillin, used as reference drugs.  相似文献

A non-Schiff base (Te, N, O) ligand MeOC6 H4TeCH2CH2NHCH(CH3)C6H4–2–OH (LH) having a chiral center and its palladium(II) complex [PdClL]·CH2Cl2 (1) have been synthesized. Both have characteristic 1H and 13C NMR spectra. The single crystal structure of the complex 1 has been determined by X-ray diffraction methods. The monoclinic crystals of 1 (space group P21/n) have a=14.581(5) Å, b=13.160(5) Å and c=20.249(5) Å, β=99.398(5)°. The Te $\cdots A non-Schiff base (Te, N, O) ligand MeOC6 H4TeCH2CH2NHCH(CH3)C6H4–2–OH (LH) having a chiral center and its palladium(II) complex [PdClL]·CH2Cl2 (1) have been synthesized. Both have characteristic 1H and 13C NMR spectra. The single crystal structure of the complex 1 has been determined by X-ray diffraction methods. The monoclinic crystals of 1 (space group P21/n) have a=14.581(5) ?, b=13.160(5) ? and c=20.249(5) ?, β=99.398(5)°. The TeCl secondary interactions [3.303(2)–3.352(2) ?] between two nearly square planar palladium complex molecules results in a bimolecular aggregate having a PdPd distance 3.203(1) ?. The Pd–Te, Pd–N and Pd–O bond lengths are 2.5005(7)/2.4914(7), 2.060(4)/2.061(4) and 2.054(3)/2.044(3) ?, respectively.  相似文献

In ferrocene‐1,1′‐diyl­bis­(di­phenyl­methanol)–2,2′‐dipyridyl­amine (1/1), [Fe(C18H15O)2]·C10H9N3, (I), there is an intramolecular O—H?O hydrogen bond [H?O 2.03 Å, O?O 2.775 (2) Å and O—H?O 147°] in the ferrocenediol component, and the two neutral molecular components are linked by one O—H?N hydrogen bond [H?N 1.96 Å, O?N 2.755 (2) Å and O—H?N, 157°] and one N—H?O hydrogen bond [H?O 2.26 Å, N?O 3.112 (2) Å and N—H?O 164°] forming a cyclic R(8) motif. One of the pyridyl N atoms plays no part in the intermolecular hydrogen bonding, but participates in a short intramolecular C—H?N contact [H?N 2.31 Å, C?N 2.922 (2) Å and C—H?N 122°].  相似文献
