Synthesis of new 1-substituted 4-(2-phenylquinazolin-4-yl)-and 4-(2-phenylquinazolin-4-ylidene) thiosemicarbazides

Two new 1-substituted 4-(2-phenylquinazolin-4-yl)-and 4-(2-phenylquinazolin-4-ylidene) thio-semicarbazides were formed by a multistep domino reaction of imidoyl isothiocyanate derivative with 1,1-di-R-hydrazine in acetone solution. Application of hydrazine hydrate under the same reaction conditions afforded 4-(2-phenylquinazolin-4(3H)-ylidene)-2-(propen-2-yl)-1-(propan-2-ylidene) thio-semicarbazide via a six-step triple-component domino reaction. 用抑制型离子色谱法测定白酒中的F~-、cl~-、NO_2~-、H_2PO_4~-、NO_3~-。流动相为4mmoL/L Na_2CO_3-3mmoL/L NaHCO_3混合溶液,流速为1.5mL/min,进样量为0.5mL,在最佳色谱条件下,5种无机阴离子10min内实现基线分离。F~-、cl~-、NO_2~-、H_2PO_4~-、NO_3~-的检出限分别为0.008、0.012、0.030、0.068、0.077mg/L。测定结果的相对标准偏差分别为1.86％、1.30％、2.06％、1.82％、1.50％,回收率分别为108.0％、94.0％、101.0％、98.7％、94.4％。

为了解除人畜常被杀虫剂有机磷酸酯所致的中毒症状,文献曾报道一系列乙酰胆碱酯酶复能剂的研究和机理探讨^[1],其中用于临床的有吡啶2-甲醛肟碘或氯甲烷盐等.ciba公司和schnekenburger等曾先后合成若干肟醚类和吡啶N-氧化物甲醛肟酯类季铵盐.作者设想合成若干吡啶甲醛肟酯季铵盐^[2,3].

The transformations of 7-methyl-7H- and 8-methyl-8H-pyrazolo[4, 3-d]tetrazolo[1, 5-b]pyridazines 1, 2, 9 and 10 into 8-methyl-8H- and 9-methyl-9H-pyrazolo[3, 4-H]-s-triazolo[4, 3-b]pyridazines 7 and 8 , and 1-methyl-1H-and 2-methyl-2H-imidazo[1, 2-b]pyrazolo[3, 4-d]pyridazines 13 and 14 are described.     

The reaction of benzotriazoles with 3,4-dihydro-4H-pyrane and 2-acetoxymethyl-3,4-dihydro-2H-pyrane

From the reaction of benzotriazoles with 2,3-dihydro-4H-pyrane and 2-acetoxymethyl-3,4-dihydro-2H-pyrane the corresponding 1-(2-tetrahydropyranyl)benzotriazole and cis-and trans-1-(6-acetoxymethyl-2-tetrahydropyranyl)benzotriazole derivatives were obtained. The structures and conformations of these compounds were confirmed by UV and NMR spectra.     

Synthesis of 4-and 5-substituted 2-methyl-and 2-(2-carboxyethyl)-1,2,4-triazino-[2,3-a]benzimidazol-4(5)H-3-ones

High-Performance Liquid Chromatographic Behavior of 2-,4- and 6-Hydroxylated Bile Acid Stereoisomers

Abstract

High-performance liquid chromatographic behavior has been investigated for 40 stereoisomeric 2-, 4- and 6-hydroxylated bile acids, most of which possess a vicinal glycol structure, as their 4-nitrophthalimidomethyl (NPM) ester derivatives on a reversed-phase column using methanol-water systems as a mobile phase. The bile acid NPM esters were further derivatized to the so-called “mixed” acetonide-NPM esters, whereby the stereochemical relationships (α, α-and β,β-cis, diaxial trans or diequatorial trans) of 2,3-, 3,4-and 6,7-diol groups in the molecules were reflected to changes in the capacity factors of bile acids.     

Reactions of 1,1,4,4-tetramethylsemicarbazide with prop-2-ynyl bromide, allyl bromide, and 1,3-dibromoprop-1-yne

1,1,4,4-Tetramethylsemicarbazide readily undergoes alkylation with prop-2-ynyl bromide and allyl bromide at the tertiary nitrogen atom of the hydrazine fragment to give 1-(prop-2-yn-1-yl)-and 1-(prop-2-en-1-yl)-1,1-dimethyl-2-(dimethylaminocarbonyl)hydrazinium bromides, respectively. A new procedure was proposed for the synthesis of 6-bromomethylidene-2-dimethylamino-4,4-dimethyl-5,6-dihydro-4H-1,3,4-oxadiazin-4-ium bromide by reaction of 1,1,4,4-tetramethylsemicarbazide with 1,3-dibromoprop-1-yne in acetonitrile.     

Synthesis of isomeric 2-oxazolidinones from (1<Emphasis Type="Italic">R</Emphasis>,2<Emphasis Type="Italic">R</Emphasis>)-and (1<Emphasis Type="Italic">S</Emphasis>,2<Emphasis Type="Italic">S</Emphasis>)-2-amino-1-(4-nitrophenyl)-1,3-propanediols

A synthesis is reported for (4R,5R)-and (4S,5S)-4-hydroxymethyl-5-(4-nitrophenyl)oxazolidin-2-ones and (1′R,4R)-and (1′S,4S)-4-[hydroxy(4-nitrophenyl)methyl]oxazolidin-2-ones from (1R,2R)-and (1S,2S)-2-amino-1-(4-nitrophenyl)-1,3-propanediols. Deoxydative substitution of pyridine 1-oxides by thiols. Part XX. Reactions of (2, 3, and 4-phenyl)-, 3-acetamido-, 3-bromo-, 3-acetoxy-, 3-ethoxypyridine 1-oxides with 1-adamantanethiol in acetic anhydride

Substitutions of 2, 3, and 4-substituted pyridine 1-oxides by 1-adamantanethiol in acetic anhydride takes place at available α-, to a lesser degree at β-, and rarely at γ-ring carbons. It was found that 2-phenylpyridine 1-oxide produces a mixture of 5- and 6-(1-adamantylthio)-2-phenylpyridines, and 4-phenylpyridine 1-oxide a mixture of 2- and 3-isomeric sulfides. Substitutions of the 1-oxides of 3-phenyl-, 3-acetamido-, 3-acetoxy-, 3-bromo-, and 3-ethoxypyridine by 1-adamantanethiol in acetic anhydride led to mixtures consisting predominantly of 2- and 6-sulfide, and to a lesser extent, the 5-sulfide. When triethylamine is present in otherwise identical reaction mixtures, the ratio of α to β-sulfides increases. From the reactions of 3- and 4-phenylpyridine 1-oxides, there were isolated some N-acetyl hydroxy (or acetoxy) 1-adamantylthio substituted 1,2,3,4-and 1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridines, whose structures are discussed.

Synthesis of (+)-(4S, 8R)hyphen;8hyphen;Epi- and (−)-(4R, 8S)-4-Epi-β-bisabolol

The first total enantioselective synthesis of (+)-(4S, 8R)-8-epi-β-bisabolol(+)- 1 and of (?)-(4R, 8 S )-4-epi-β-bisabolol ((?))? 1 ) is reported. The key step in the synthesis is the kinetic resolution of (±)? 5 by means of the Sharpless epoxidation yielding (?)- and (+}? 6 , respectively. Reduction of the epoxides with LiAlH₄ gave the diols (+)-and(?)? 7 which were transformed into (+)- and (?)? 8 , respectively, via the corresponding mesylate. Reaction of these epoxides with the Grignard reagent derived from homoprenylbromide, assisted by Li₂CuCl₄, finished the synthesis of the target compounds 1 with high diastereo- and enantioselectivity.     

Hydrogen bond and the structures of 2-, 3-and 4-biphenylmethanols

Density functional theory (B3LYP/6-31G*) is applied to calculate structures, energy, dipole moment, polarizability, frequencies of normal vibrations in the harmonic approximation and intensities in vibrational spectra of 2-, 3-, and 4-biphenylmethanol molecules and their H-complexes that can form in crystalline, amorphous, and liquid phases. Based on the analysis of simulation results, the effect of the position of a methanol group in the molecule on its vibrational spectrum is discussed. The structure forming role of a hydrogen bonds in biphenylmethanols and the possibility of realization of two polymorphic modifications in 2-biphenylmethanol are stated. These modifications are: metastable monoclinic, in which each of four molecules of the unit cell is a link of a chain H-associate; and stable triclinic, in which four molecules of the unit cell organize an H-complex in the form of a cyclic tetramer. It is found that crystalline samples of 3-and 4-biphenylmethanols consist of chain H-associates. A glass-like sample of 2BPhM being a mixture of H-complexes consisting of cyclic tetramers and chain associates contains crystalline nuclei of triclinic and monoclinic polymorphous modifications in the supercooled state. In a liquid sample of 2BPhm, chain H-associates and free molecules are realized.     

Synthesis and reactivity of 5-and 6-hydroxy-benzo[b]furan-2-selenolates

Treatment of 2,4-and 2,5-diacetoxyacetophenone semicarbazones with selenium dioxide gave 4-(2,4-and 2,5-diacetoxyphenyl)-1,2,3-selenadiazoles which were readily deacylated by the action of hydrochloric acid. 4-(2,4-and 2,5-Dihydroxyphenyl)-1,2,3-selenadiazoles thus obtained underwent decomposition in the presence of potassium carbonate in acetonitrile with formation of 5-and 6-hydroxybenzo[b]furan-2-selenolates which were subjected to alkylation.     

Synthesis of some nitro and amino derivatives of 1, 2, 4-triazole-5-thiones and 1, 2, 4-triazoles

Isomeric 3-(nitrophenyl)-1, 2, 4-triazole-5-thiones are synthesized by cyclizing 1-nitrobenzoylthiosemicarbazides. 1-(4-Nitrophenyl)-1, 2, 4-triazole-3-thione is prepared by condensing 4-(4-nitrophenyl) thiosemicarbazide with formic acid. Oxidation converts the triazolethiones to nitrophenyltriazoles, and the latter are reduced to aminophenyltriazoles.     

Synthesis and thermal decomposition of haloalkoxy-sym-triazines 5. Thermal decomposition of 2-methoxy(methylthio)-4-[1,3-dichloropropoxy(3-chloro-1-propoxy)]-6-dimethylamino-sym-triazines

2-Methoxy (methylthio)-4-(1, 3-dichloropropoxy)-and 2-methoxy (methylthio)-4-(3-chloro-1-propoxy)-6-dimethylamino-sym-triazines were synthesized and subjected to thermolysis, as a result of which chloromethyltetrahydrooxazolo-, N-2, 3-di-chloropropyl-sym-triazines and tetrahydrooxazino-and tetrahydrothiazino-sym-triazines, respectively, were obtained. The thermolysis of haloalkoxy-sym-triazines proceeds via a concerted mechanism. See [4] for communication 4. 新型磷酸钒孔道结构化合物(H3NCH2CH2NH3)3- [ (VO)4(PO4)2 (HPO4)4]的水热 合成及结构表征

以有机分子乙二胺作为模板剂合成了新型磷酸钒孔道化合物(H3NCH2CH2NH3)3^-[(VO)4(PO4)2(HPO4)4,并通过X射线单晶衍射实验进行了结构表征,晶体学数据为：C2/c,a=1.8505(9)nm,b=0.7089(4)nm,c=2.3304(10)nm,β=96.43(3)°,V-3.038(3)nm^3,Z=8,R=0.067,Rw^b=0.1635,该化合物具有非常独特和规整的二维孔道骨架结构,进一步的晶体化学研究表明该化合物为一新的VPO物相。     

Synthesis and structure of 5-oxo-1-phenylpyrazoline-3- and 4-alkanoic acids. Antiinflammatory agents

Condensation of appropriate β-keto esters with phenylhydrazine gave 5-oxo-1-phenyl-2-pyrazoline-3-and 4-alkanoic esters 1 and 3 which were saponified to the corresponding alkanoic acids 2 and 4 . Analogous condensation of the same β-keto esters with hydrazobenzene gave 5-oxo-1,2-diphenyl-3-pyrazoline-3-and 4-alkanoic esters 5 and 7 which were similarly converted to acids 6 and 8 . The structures of the oxopyrazolines as revealed by their infrared absorption are discussed, and results of their antiinflammatory screening are reported.
