The effect on colour resulting from substitution in the phenyl and naphthyl rings of 7H-benzimidazo [2,1-a]benz[de]isoquinolin-7-one (I) is discussed; dycing and fastness properties of these dyes on synthetic fibres are described and the synthesis of some new 1,8-naphthalimides and derivatives of I recorded.  相似文献

The spectral similarities of 10 and 11 substituted 7H-benzimidazo[2,1-a]benz[de]isoquinolin-7-ones hinder the identification of the individual isomers. Preparation of the 13-methyl p-toluenesulfonate salts of these compounds has allowed the assignment by the use of NOE techniques. Saturation of the N-methyl caused an NOE at H-12. The coupling pattern of H-12 then provides identification of the compound.  相似文献

A simple synthesis of benzo[d,e]imidazo[2,1-a]isoquinolines is described. Heating a mixture of acenaphthoquinone, a benzil, and ammonium acetate under solvent-free conditions afforded 9,10-diaryl-7H-benzo[d,e]imidazo[2,1-a]isoquinolin-7-ones in good to excellent yields.  相似文献

On interacting 2-(chloromethyl)-, 2-(bromomethyl)benzonitrile or methyl 2-(bromomethyl)benzoate with 1-R-1H-imidazoles and 1-R-1H-benzimidazoles quaternary diazolium salts are formed, the heating of which with bases (K2CO3, Et3N) led to the intramolecular acylation products, 1-alkyl-10-amino-1H-imidazo[1,2-b]isoquinolin-4-ium halides, 5-alkyl-6-amino-5H-benzimidazo[1,2-b]isoquinolin-12-ium halides, or 1-alkyl-1H-imidazo[1,2-b]isoquinolin-4-ium-10-olate halides.  相似文献

Derivatives of two new molecular structures, namely, 7,8-dihydro-6H,10H-[1,2,5]thiadiazolo[3′,4′:4,5]pyrimido[2,1-b][1,3]thiazin-10-one and 6,7-dihydro-9H-thiazolo[3,2-a][1,2,5]thiadiazolo[3,4-d][pyrimidin-9-one, and derivatives of N-substituted sulfamic acid, namely, (8-amino-3,4-dihydro-2H,6H-pyrimido[2,1-b][1,3]thiazin-6-on-7-yl)sulfamic acid and (7-amino-2,3-dihydro-5H-thiazolo[3,2-a]pyrimidin-5-on-6-yl)sulfamic acid, were separated out as by-products in the reduction reaction of 8-amino-3,4-dihydro-7-nitroso-2H,6H-pyrimido[2,1- b][1,3]thiazin-6-one and 7-amino-2,3-dihydro-6-nitroso-5H-thiazolo[3,2-a]pyrimidin-5-one derivatives, respectively, with sodium hydrosulfite. A mechanism of reaction, which hypothesizes the action of sodium hydrosulfite in an asymmetic form, is proposed. The results of single-crystal X-ray investigation on 7,8-dihydro-6H,10H-[1,2,5]thiadiazolo[3′,4′:4,5]pyrimido[2,1-b][1,3]thiazin-10-one (R = 0.032 for 863 reflections) and (8-amino-3,4-dihydro-2H,6H-pyrimido[2,1-b]- [1,3]thiazin-6-on-7-yl)sulfamic acid, sodium salt (R = 0.028 for 3507 reflections) are reported.  相似文献

2-(2,6-Dimethylpyrimidin-4-ylaminobenzimidazole) (VIIa) and 2-(1,3,4-thiadiazol-2-ylamino)benzimidazole (VIIb) underwent a ring-closure reaction with phosgene giving 1,3-dimethyl-12H-benzirnidazo[1,2-a]pyrirnido[6,1][-d][1,3,5]triazin-12-one (IIa) and 5H-benzimidazo[1,2-a][1,3,4]thiadiazolo[2,3-d][1,3,5]triazin-5-one (IIb) two hitherto unknown heterocyclic systems. Several 1 1-amino-5H-pyrrolo[2,1-c][1,4]benzodiazepines have been used as starting material to prepare a number of derivatives of 9H-imidazo[1,2-a]pyrrolo[2,1-c][1,4]benzodiazepines and 10H-pyrimido[1,2-a]pyrrolo[2,1-c][1,4]benzodiazepines. The imidazole nucleus was built by reaction of amidines with ethyl bromopyruvate or aminoacetaldehyde dimethylacetal. Several derivatives of imidazo[1,2-a]pyrrolo[2,1-c][1,4]benzodiazepine have been prepared by formylation of the pyrrole ring followed by formation of thioamides. Condensation of 11-amino-5H-pyrrolo[2,1-c][1,4]benzodiazepines with diethyl ethoxymethylenemalonate afforded intermediate diesters which were transformed into the corresponding 10H-pyrimido[1,2-a]pyrrolo[2,1-c]-benzodiazepines.  相似文献

The preparation of 7-amino-2,3-dihydro-8-nitro-1H-pyrrolo[1,2-a]benzimidazole from 1,4-diacetamido-2,3-dinitrobenzene is described. Reaction of this compound with 2,5-dimethoxytetrahydrofuran produces 2,3-dihydro-8-nitro-7-N-pyrrolo-1H-pyrrolo[1,2-a]benzimidazole, which can be cyclised to produce two new heterocyclic ring systems, 9,10-dihydro-8H-pyrrolo[1,2-a]pyrrolo(1′,2′:1,2]imidazo[5,4-f]quinoxaline and 9,10-dihydro-8H-pyrrolo[2,1-c]pyrrolo[1′,2′:1,2]imidazo[4,5-h][1,2,4]benzotriazine. The corresponding diamine, 7,8-diamino-2,3-dihydro-1H-pyrrolo[1,2-a]benzimidazole undergoes a variety of condensation reactions to produce several new heterocyclic systems, for example, with formic acid, 1,7,8,9-tetrahydroimidazo-[4,5-e]pyrrolo[2,1-6]benzimidazole is formed and with diacetyl, 9,10-dihydro-2,3-dimethyl-8H-pyrrolo-[1′,2′:1,2]imidazo[5,4-y]quinoxaline is obtained.  相似文献

We have developed a metal-free radical cascade reaction of N-substituted 2-aryl indoles with readily available sulfonyl hydrazides for the rapid construction of arylsulfonyl-substituted indolo[2,1-a]isoquinolin-6(5H)-one derivatives. With the TBAI–TBHP catalytic system, a broad series of structurally diverse indolo[2,1-a]isoquinolin-6(5H)-one derivatives were obtained in moderate to excellent yields. The reaction features mild reaction conditions, operationally easiness, scaled-up feasibility, and high functional-group-tolerance.  相似文献

Reaction of di-4-morpholinylphosphinic chloride on 5,10-dihydro-9H-pyrrolo[2,1-c][1,4]benzodiazepin-11-one 9 afforded 11-(di-4-morpholinylphosphinyloxy)-5H-pyrrolo[2,1-c][1,4]benzodiazepine 10 . Displacement of di-4-morpholinylphosphinyloxy group of 10 by formylhydrazine with concomitant intramolecular cyclization led directly to 9H-pyrrolo[2,1-c]-s-triazolo[4,3-a][1,4]benzodiazepine 7, a novel nitrogen heterocyclic ring of pharmaceutical interest. Derivatives of two new molecular structures, namely, [1,3]thiazino[3,2-a]purine and [1,2,3]triazolo[4,5-d]-[1,3]thiazino[3,2-a]pyrimidine, were synthesized together with other heterocyclic compounds. Retrosynthetic analysis of their molecular skeletons suggested a simple way of obtaining 3,4-dihydro-7,8-diamino-2H,6H-pyrimido[2,1-b][1,3]thiazin-6-one, which is a useful intermediate for their synthesis. This intermediate and the thiazole homologue were obtained directly by reaction of 5,6-diamino-2,3-dihydro-2-thioxo-4(lH)-pyrimidi-none with 1,3- or 1,2-dibromoalkane, respectively.  相似文献

Oxidation of 2-[2-(3-indolyl)ethyl]-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroisoquinoline (I) with mercuric acetate gave 5,6,8,9,14,14b-hexahydrobenz[a]indolo[3,2-h]quinolizine (IV) and 8,9-dihydro-14H-benz[a]indolo[3,2-h]quinolizin-7-ium iodide (VI), as well as starting material. The base (IV) was oxidized with iodine and potassium acetate to VI and on Palladium carbon - maleic acid dehydrogenation yielded 5,6-dihydro-14H-benz[a]indolo[3,2-h]-quinolizin-7-ium iodide (IX), and 14H-benz[a]indolo[3,2-h]quinolizin-7-ium iodide (X). Heating the iodide (VI) with Palladium-carbon brought about an irreversible rearrangement to VII and both these salts with base yielded the red anhydro base 8, 9-dihydrobenz[a]indolo[3,2-h]quinolizine (VIII). This base was also obtained from IV by oxidation in air. The corresponding 8, 9-dehydroanhydro base (XI), benz[a]indolo[3,2-h]quinolizine, was readily obtained from X and alkali. The quinolizinium salts (VI), (VII), and (IX), on catalytic, zinc dust and acetic acid, or sodium borohydride reduction, regenerated the base (IV). Selenium degradation of IV gave, among other products, 1-(2-ethylphenyl)-β-carboline. An analogous series of products was obtained with the 6, 7-dimethoxy derivative of I. Various other aspects of these and related transformations are described.  相似文献

The reactions of methyl α-(2-formyl-1H-pyrrol-1-yl)carboxylates with N-substituted aliphatic 1,2-, 1,3-, and 1,4-diamines afford new pyrrole-containing heterocyclic systems: 1,2,3,10b-tetrahydroimidazo[1,2-a]pyrrolo[2,1-c]pyrazin-5(6H)-ones, 1,3,4,11b-tetrahydro-2H-pyrrolo[2′,1′:3,4]pyrazino[1,2-a]pyrimidin-6(7H)-ones, and 1,2,3,4,5,12b-hexahydro-pyrrolo[2′,1′:3,4]pyrazino[1,2-a][1,3]diazepin-7(8H)-ones. The total synthesis of chromeno[4,3,2-cd]isoindolin-2-ones 6a-d and chromeno[4,3,2-de]isoquinolin-3-ones 15a-b from 4-methoxy-9H-xanthen-9-one is reported. The construction of the nitrogenated ring was attempted by both intramolecular electrophilic and anionic cyclizations of the corresponding carbamate precursors. Only anionic cyclization was possible for isoindolinones, but for isoquinolinones the electrophilic and anionic routes both afforded excellent yields.  相似文献

2,3-Dioxpyrrolo[2,1-a]isoquinolines react with 1,8-naphthalenediamine in 2-propanol in the presence of p-toluenesulfonic acid to give 2-spiro-(1,2-dihydroperimid-2-yl)-5,5-dialkyl-2,3,5,6-tetrahydro-pyrrolo[2,1-a]isoquinolin-3-ones whose structure was confirmed by X-ray analysis.
