This is the first report of application of molten ionic liquid (MIL) for the synthesis of heterocyclic polyureas. An inexpensive and readily available MIL, tetrabutylammonium bromide (TBAB) was used for the synthesis of polymers. Therefore, polycondensation of 4-(4-dimethylaminophenyl)-1,2,4-triazolidine-3,5-dione (DAPTD) with various commercially available diisocyanates was performed in molten TBAB with or without dibutyltin dilurate (DBTDL) as a catalyst. The polymerization reaction gave similar results in the presence or absence of DBTDL, indicating that, the catalyst was not needed in this process. Various polyureas were obtained with high yields and moderate inherent viscosities ranging from 0.26 to 0.38 dL/g. This method was compared with the polymerization reaction in conventional solvent and in the presence of DBTDL as a catalyst. In the case of using TBAB, higher yields and inherent viscosities were obtained. This process was safe and green since toxic and volatile solvent such as N,N-dimethylacetamide (DMAc) was eliminated.  相似文献

A new and efficient methodology is proposed for obtaining 3,4-dihydropyrimidin-2(1H)-ones/-thiones through Biginelli reactions. It is based on the use of less than the stoichiometric amount of p-sulfonic acid calixarenes as organocatalysts. A number of aromatic aldehydes as well as urea or thiourea can be employed for successfully synthesizing the corresponding Biginelli adducts. The described methodology is devoid of metal-containing catalysts, which in turn is very attractive for safely producing 3,4-dihydropyrimidin-2-(1H)-ones/-thiones of pharmacological interest. In addition, the catalyst efficiency is not compromised after its successive use in reactions. This is the first report about the application of calixarenes as catalysts in the multicomponent Biginelli reaction.  相似文献

A practical modification of the Gassman 3-(methylthio)oxindole synthesis is reported. In our method, substituted anilines and 2-(methylthio)acetamide were reacted under mild reaction conditions, in the presence of N-chlorophthalimide as a chlorinating agent to give α-amidosulfides, which, in the next step of the process, were cyclized to give 3-(methylthio)oxindoles. The method was successfully applied for the synthesis of the key intermediate, 2-(2-amino-3-benzoylphenyl)-2-(methylthio)acetamide, in the process of the preparation of nepafenac, a commonly used ophthalmic drug.  相似文献

Reactions of 3-substituted chromones (3-formylchromone, 3-formylchromone-3-oxime, and 3-cyanochromone) with hydroxylamine in alkaline medium were reinvestigated, and a proof of structures and a probable reaction pathway are presented. Syntheses of 2-aminochromone-3-carboxamide, 3-amino-4H-chromeno[3,4-d]isoxazol-4-one, and 3-(diaminomethylene)chroman-2,4-dione were developed.  相似文献

The synthesis of primary carbamates from structurally diverse compounds containing a hydroxyl group has been performed in high yields and purity, and without any epimerization under solvent-free conditions using HClO4-SiO2 as a mild, convenient, and effective reagent. An facile and efficient protocol for the synthesis of 13-aryl-indeno[1,2-b]naphtha[1,2-e]pyran- 12(13H)- ones has been developed that proceeds via the one-pot three-component sequential reaction of an aromatic aldehyde with β-naphthol and 2H-indene-1,3-dione under solvent-free conditions in the presence of a poly(4-vinylpyridinium)hydrogen sulfate (P(4-VPH)HSO4) catalyst. The catalyst can be reused several times, making this procedure facile, practical, and sustainable. The simple experimental procedure, solvent-free reaction conditions, use of an inexpensive catalyst, short react time, and excellent yields are some of the major advantages of this methodology.  相似文献

The versatility of the 4-(N,N-dimethylamino)benzoate (DMAB) group embedded in host 1 as a signaling subunit for anion recognition was elucidated in terms of 1H NMR, CD, and fluorescence studies. Host 1 showed 1:1 complexation with monovalent anions and stepwise 1:1 and 2:1 (host 1: anion) complexation with divalent phosphate anions. The binding constants between host 1 and anions were determined by means of 1H NMR titrations in CD3CN (HPO42−: log K1:1=6.2, log K2:1=4.9; H2P2O72−: log K1:1=4.4, log K2:1=1.8; AMP2−: log K1:1>7, log K2:1>5) and the affinity of host 1 toward divalent anions, HPO42−, H2P2O72−, and AMP2−, is stronger than that toward monovalent anions, NO3, BF4, ClO4, HSO4, and PF6. The CD exciton chirality studies of host 1 with divalent anions, HPO42− and AMP2−, revealed that the two DMAB groups in the 2:1 complexes were arranged with negative chirality (counterclockwise). The dual fluorescence behavior of the DMAB group demonstrated not only the complexation stoichiometry but also the role(s) of the lipophilic countercation such as tetrabutylammonium and/or the hydrophilic residue in AMP during anion recognition.  相似文献

Trityl chloride (Ph3CCl) efficiently catalyzes the condensation of 3-methyl-1-phenyl-1H-pyrazol- 5(4H)-one and aromatic aldehydes under mild and solvent-free conditions, affording 4,4''- (arylmethylene)-bis(3-methyl-1-phenyl-1H- pyrazol-5-ol)s in high to excellent yields and in short reaction time. The presence of the requisite organocatalytic trityl carbocation (Ph3C+) species was confirmed by analysis of infrared, 1H NMR, and ultra violet spectral data. A plausible mechanism was proposed for the reaction based on the observations and literature precedent.  相似文献

Novel condensation reaction of tropone with N-substituted and N,N′-disubstitued barbituric acids in Ac2O afforded 5-(cyclohepta-2′,4′,6′-trienylidene)pyrimidine-2(1H),4(3H),6(5H)-trione derivatives (8a-f) in moderate to good yields. The 13C NMR spectral study of 8a-f revealed that the contribution of zwitterionic resonance structures is less important as compared with that of 8,8-dicyanoheptafulvene. The rotational barriers (ΔG) around the exocyclic double bond of mono-substituted derivatives 8a-c were obtained to be 14.51-15.03 kcal mol−1 by the variable temperature 1H NMR measurements. The electrochemical properties of 8a-f were also studied by CV measurement. Upon treatment with DDQ, 8a-c underwent oxidative cyclization to give two products, 7 and 9-substituted cyclohepta[b]pyrimido[5,4-d]furan-8(7H),10(9H)-dionylium tetrafluoroborates (11a-c·BF4 and 12a-c·BF4) in various ratios, while that of disubstituted derivatives 8d-f afforded 7,9-disubstituted cyclohepta[b]pyrimido[5,4-d]furan-8(7H),10(9H)-dionylium tetrafluoroborate (11d-f·BF4) in good yields. Similarly, preparation of known 5-(1′-oxocycloheptatrien-2′-yl)-pyrimidine-2(1H),4(3H),6(5H)-trione derivatives (14a-d) and novel derivatives 14e,f was carried out. Treatment of 14a-c with aq. HBF4/Ac2O afforded two kinds of novel products 11a-c·BF4 and 12a,c·BF4 in various ratios, respectively, while that of 14d-f afforded 11d-f. The product ratios of 11a-c·BF4 and 12a-c·BF4 observed in two kinds of cyclization reactions were rationalized on the basis of MO calculations of model compounds 20a and 21a. The spectroscopic and electrochemical properties of 11a-f·BF4 and 12a-c·BF4 were studied, and structural characterization of 11c·BF4 based on the X-ray crystal analysis and MO calculation was also performed.  相似文献

Silica gel supported TaBr5 (5-10 mol %) is a new solid-support catalyst that can be used under solvent-free conditions for the facile and efficient isomerization of 2′-aminochalcones to the corresponding 2-aryl-2,3-dihydroquinolin-4(1H)-ones. The catalyst is easily prepared, stable and employed under environmentally friendly conditions.  相似文献
