本文考虑了多个客户订购不同种类的工件,工件生产完后需要运输到客户的单机供应链排序问题.由于工件属于不同的种类,在加工不同种类工件前要有一个准备时间.每个客户分布在不同位置,客户的每个工件都有一个交货期,工件是分批配送的,每一批配送需要花费一定的时间及费用.考虑了两个与交货期有关的目标函数,分别给出了它们的最优算法.  相似文献

This paper proposes to investigate learning and forgetting effects on the problem of scheduling families of jobs on a single machine to minimize total completion time of jobs. A setup time is incurred whenever the single machine transfers job processing from a family to another family. To analyze the impact of learning and forgetting on this group scheduling problem, we structure three basic models and make some comparisons through computational experiments. The three models, including no forgetting, total forgetting and partial forgetting, assume that the processing time of a job is dependent on its position in a schedule. Some scheduling rules and a lower bound are derived in order to constitute our branch-and-bound algorithm for searching an optimal sequence. In addition, an efficient and simply-structured heuristic is also built to find a near-optimal schedule.  相似文献

We study the coordinated scheduling problem of hybrid batch production on a single batching machine and two-stage transportation connecting the production, where there is a crane available in the first-stage transportation that transports jobs from the warehouse to the machine and there is a vehicle available in the second-stage transportation to deliver jobs from the machine to the customer. As the job to be carried out is big and heavy in the steel industry, it is reasonable assumed that both the crane and the vehicle have unit capacity. The batching machine processes a batch of jobs simultaneously. Each batch occur a setup cost. The objective is to minimize the sum of the makespan and the total setup cost. We prove that this problem is strongly NP-hard. A polynomial time algorithm is proposed for a case where the job transportation times are identical on the crane or the vehicle. An efficient heuristic algorithm for the general problem is constructed and its tight worst-case bound is analyzed. In order to further verify the performance of the proposed heuristics, we develop a lower bound on the optimal objective function. Computational experiments show that the heuristic algorithm performs well on randomly generated problem instances.  相似文献

考虑需要安装时间的平行多功能机排序问题。在该模型中,每个工件对应机器集合的一个子集,其只能在这个子集中的任一台机器上加工,称这个子集为该工件的加工集合;工件分组,同组工件具有相同的加工时间和加工集合,不同组中的工件在同一台机器上连续加工需要安装时间,目标函数为极小化最大完工时间。对该问题NP-难的一般情况设计启发式算法:首先按照特定的规则将所有工件组都整组地安排到各台机器上,然后通过在各机器间转移工件不断改进当前最大完工时间。通过与下界的比较检验算法的性能,大量的计算实验表明,算法是实用而有效的。  相似文献

We consider a batch scheduling problem on a single machine which processes jobs with resource dependent setup and processing time in the presence of fuzzy due-dates given as follows:1. There are n independent non-preemptive and simultaneously available jobs processed on a single machine in batches. Each job j has a processing time and a due-date.2. All jobs in a batch are completed together upon the completion of the last job in the batch. The batch processing time is equal to the sum of the processing times of its jobs. A common machine setup time is required before the processing of each batch.3. Both the job processing times and the setup time can be compressed through allocation of a continuously divisible resource. Each job uses the same amount of the resource. Each setup also uses the same amount of the resource.4. The due-date of each job is flexible. That is, a membership function describing non-decreasing satisfaction degree about completion time of each job is defined.5. Under above setting, we find an optimal batch sequence and resource values such that the total weighted resource consumption is minimized subject to meeting the job due-dates, and minimal satisfaction degree about each due-date of each job is maximized. But usually we cannot optimize two objectives at a time. So we seek non-dominated pairs i.e. the batch sequence and resource value, after defining dominance between solutions.A polynomial algorithm is constructed based on linear programming formulations of the corresponding problems.  相似文献

The following single machine scheduling problem is studied. A partition of a set of n jobs into g groups on the basis of group technology is given. The machine processes jobs of the same group contiguously, with a sequence independent setup time preceding the processing of each group. The setup times and the job processing times are controllable through the allocation of a continuously divisible or discrete resource to them. Each job uses the same amount of the resource. Each setup also uses the same amount of resource, which may be different from that for the jobs. Polynomial-time algorithms are constructed for variants of the problem of finding an optimal job sequence and resource values so as to minimize the total weighted job completion time, subject to given restrictions on resource consumption. The algorithms are based on a polynomial enumeration of the candidates for an optimal job sequence and solving the problem with a fixed job sequence by linear programming. 本文考虑下述由多工类工件组成的订单的单机排序问题:每一个客户提供一个由若干工件组成的订单,总共n个工件又分成k个类.当机器从加工某类中的工件转向加工不同于它的第i类工件时,需一调整时间si.每一订单有一给定的应交工时间,订单的完工时间定义为该定单所含全部工件完工时的时间.我们希望适当排列这n个工件,使得订单的迟后范围最小.相应这一排序问题,文中依不同的背景给出了以下二种模式:同类工件一起连续加工,工件的完工时间为其所属类中全部工件完工时的时间,用GT,Ba来表示;同类工件一起连续加工,工件的完工时间为其本身的完工时间,用GT,Ja来表示.对于这两种模式的排序同题,我们均证明了其NP-hard性并给出了对应的分枝定界算法.  相似文献

This paper deals with a problem of determining lot-sizes of jobs in a real-world job shop-scheduling in the presence of uncertainty. The main issue discussed in this paper is lot-sizing of jobs. A fuzzy rule-based system is developed which determines the size of lots using the following premise variables: size of the job, the static slack of the job, workload on the shop floor, and the priority of the job. Both premise and conclusion variables are modelled as linguistic variables represented by using fuzzy sets (apart from the priority of the job which is a crisp value). The determined lots’ sizes are input to a fuzzy multi-objective genetic algorithm for job shop scheduling. Imprecise jobs’ processing times and due dates are modelled by using fuzzy sets. The objectives that are used to measure the quality of the generated schedules are average weighted tardiness of jobs, the number of tardy jobs, the total setup time, the total idle time of machines and the total flow time of jobs. The developed algorithm is analysed on real-world data obtained from a printing company.  相似文献

In many realistic scheduling settings a job processed later consumes more time than the same job processed earlier – this is known as scheduling with deteriorating jobs. Most research on scheduling with deteriorating jobs assumes that the actual processing time of a job is an increasing function of its starting time. Thus a job processed late may incur an excessively long processing time. On the other hand, setup times occur in manufacturing situations where jobs are processed in batches whereby each batch incurs a setup time. This paper considers scheduling with deteriorating jobs in which the actual processing time of a job is a function of the logarithm of the total processing time of the jobs processed before it (to avoid the unrealistic situation where the jobs scheduled late will incur excessively long processing times) and the setup times are proportional to the actual processing times of the already scheduled jobs. Under the proposed model, we provide optimal solutions for some single-machine problems.  相似文献

In this paper, we present a mixed-integer fuzzy programming model and a genetic algorithm (GA) based solution approach to a scheduling problem of customer orders in a mass customizing furniture industry. Independent job orders are grouped into multiple classes based on similarity in style so that the required number of setups is minimized. The family of jobs can be partitioned into batches, where each batch consists of a set of consecutively processed jobs from the same class. If a batch is assigned to one of available parallel machines, a setup is required at the beginning of the first job in that batch. A schedule defines the way how the batches are created from the independent jobs and specifies the processing order of the batches and that of the jobs within the batches. A machine can only process one job at a time, and cannot perform any processing while undergoing a setup. The proposed formulation minimizes the total weighted flowtime while fulfilling due date requirements. The imprecision associated with estimation of setup and processing times are represented by fuzzy sets.  相似文献

We study a coordinated scheduling problem of production and transportation in which each job is transported to a single batching machine for further processing. There are m vehicles that transport jobs from the holding area to the batching machine. Each vehicle can transport only one job at a time. The batching machine can process a batch of jobs simultaneously where there is an upper limit on the batch size. Each batch to be processed occurs a processing cost. The problem is to find a joint schedule of production and transportation such that the sum of the total completion time and the total processing cost is optimized. For a special case of the problem where the job assignment to the vehicles is predetermined, we provide a polynomial time algorithm. For the general problem, we prove that it is NP-hard (in the ordinary sense) and present a pseudo-polynomial time algorithm. A fully polynomial time approximation scheme for the general problem is obtained by converting an especially designed pseudo-polynomial dynamic programming algorithm.  相似文献

We study a problem of scheduling n jobs on a single machine in batches. A batch is a set of jobs processed contiguously and completed together when the processing of all jobs in the batch is finished. Processing of a batch requires a machine setup time dependent on the position of this batch in the batch sequence. Setup times and job processing times are continuously controllable, that is, they are real-valued variables within their lower and upper bounds. A deviation of a setup time or job processing time from its upper bound is called a compression. The problem is to find a job sequence, its partition into batches, and the values for setup times and job processing times such that (a) total job completion time is minimized, subject to an upper bound on total weighted setup time and job processing time compression, or (b) a linear combination of total job completion time, total setup time compression, and total job processing time compression is minimized. Properties of optimal solutions are established. If the lower and upper bounds on job processing times can be similarly ordered or the job sequence is fixed, then O(n3 log n) and O(n5) time algorithms are developed to solve cases (a) and (b), respectively. If all job processing times are fixed or all setup times are fixed, then more efficient algorithms can be devised to solve the problems.  相似文献

We consider a scheduling problem where the firm must compete with other firms to win future jobs. Uncertainty arises as a result of incomplete information about whether the firm will win future jobs at the time the firm must create a predictive (planned) schedule. In the predictive schedule, the firm must determine the amount of planned idle time for uncertain jobs and their positions in the schedule. When the planned idle time does not match the actual requirements, certain schedule disruptions occur. The firm seeks to minimize the sum of expected tardiness cost, schedule disruption cost, and wasted idle time cost. For the special case of a single uncertain job, we provide a simple algorithm for the optimal planned idle time and the best reactive method for schedule disruptions. For the case of multiple uncertain jobs, a heuristic dynamic programming approach is presented.  相似文献

This paper considers a two-machine multi-family scheduling problem with reentrant production flows. The problem consists of two machines, M1 and M2, and each job has the processing route (M1, M2, M1, M2). There are identical jobs in the same family and the jobs in the same family are processed in succession. Each machine needs a setup time before the first job in a family is processed. The objective is to minimize the maximum completion time. Examples of such a problem occur in the bridge construction, semiconductor industry and job processing on numerical controlled machines, where they usually require that the jobs are reprocessed once and there are identical jobs in the same family. This problem is shown to be NP-hard. A branch-and-bound algorithm is proposed, and computational experiments are provided.  相似文献

针对以总完工时间与总外包费用加权和为优化目标、总外包费用不超过给定上限的单机单转包商调度与外包联合优化问题,设计出一种改进的剔除型启发式算法。该算法通过运用动态规划技术求解新的辅助问题来获取初始外包工件集,并引入判定条件提前从初始外包工件集中剔除特定工件。为满足对总外包费用的上限约束,还利用新型的启发式筛选次序族逐一确定从当前外包工件集中剔除的工件。在仿真实验中,通过生成大量的测试算例,对比分析了改进算法与另2种已报道算法在求解质量、计算时间上的表现情况。实验结果表明所提出的改进算法在解的整体质量上具备显著的比较优势,并且能在5.6秒内完成对工件总数为1500的测试算例的求解。  相似文献

研究一类储存时间有上限的两阶段供应链排序问题.两阶段是指工件先加工,后运输:加工阶段是一台加工机器逐个加工工件;运输阶段是无限台车辆分批运输完工的工件.工件的运输完成时刻与完工时刻之差定义为工件的储存时间,且有相应的储存费用,且任意工件的储存时间都不超过某一常数.若工件的运输完成时刻早于(晚于)交货期窗口的开始(结束)时刻,则有相应的提前(延误)惩罚费用.目标是极小化总提前惩罚费用、总延误惩罚费用、总储存费用、总运输费用以及与交货期窗口有关的费用之和.先证明该问题是NP-难的,后对单位时间的储存费用不超过单位时间的延误惩罚费用的情形给出了伪多项式时间算法.  相似文献
