A simple and efficient method for the synthesis of ultrasmall Pd nanoclusters(NCs) has been developed. The as-obtained Pd NCs displayed uniform size with an average diameter of 1.8±0.2 nm. The ultrasmall Pd NCs and carbon nanotubes(CNTs)-supported Pd NCs also showed outstanding catalytic activity for nitrobenzene reduction and Suzuki coupling reactions. Notably, the reactions were conducted under mild conditions with high yield and selectivity.  相似文献

A simple and efficient method for the synthesis of chiral biphenylbisoxazoline ligands was developed. The bishydroxylamide precursors of ligands showed a dynamic atropselective resolution effect in the crystallization process. When biphenylbisoxazoline ligands were coordinated to tetrakis(acetonitrile)copper(I) hexafluorophosphate, it resulted in the formation of only a single diastereomer complex (S,aS,S), which behaved as a catalyst for the enantioselective allylic oxidation of cycloolefins. The enantioselectivity, yield, and rate of this reaction were optimized under different conditions, such as a change of solvents, temperature, and additives and also using various copper salts. The use of SBA-15 mesoporous silica as an additive played a crucial role in increasing the efficiency of the reaction.  相似文献

The stereoselective synthesis of amino acids is of great importance for the construction of optically active natural products and pharmaceuticals. Apart from enzymes, a broad repertoire of chiral reagents, auxiliaries, and catalysts can be used for the formation of amino acids. Asymmetric reactions using catalytic amounts of chiral molecules provide efficient methods for the generation of optically active proteinogenic and nonproteinogenic amino acids. This minireview collects recent work on catalytic asymmetric synthesis of alpha- and beta-amino acids.  相似文献

Two asymmetric polyoxomolybdates Na(6){Mo(2)O(5)[(Mo(2)O(6))NH(3)CH(2)CH(2)CH(2)C(O)(PO(3))(2)](2)}·16H(2)O (1) and (NH(4))(7)Na{MoO(2)[(Mo(2)O(6))NH(3)CH(2)CH(2)CH(2)C(O)(PO(3))(2)]}(4)·H(2)O (2) have been synthesized by the reactions of alendronic acid with molybdate. Structure analysis revealed that the polyoxoanions 1 and 2 can be described as dimeric and tetrameric aggregates of the {MoO(3)[(Mo(2)O(6))NH(3)CH(2)CH(2)CH(2)C(O)(PO(3))(2)]} units respectively. Their tetrabutylammonium salts show efficient selective oxidation of benzyl alcohol to benzaldehyde with 72.5% and 81.5% benzyl alcohol conversion, and 87.1% and 82.4% benzaldehyde selectivity, respectively.  相似文献

A novel and efficient, two-step route to axially chiral biaryls is demonstrated. In a direct asymmetric cross-cyclotrimerization in the presence of a chiral cobalt(I) catalyst, axially chiral biaryls bearing phosphoryl moieties have been prepared, and through indirect evidence the authors have been able to clarify the origin of the stereochemical induction and the nature of the central intermediate in the catalytic cycle. By subsequent reduction of the phosphoryl moiety to the corresponding phosphine, a very efficient and atom-economical approach to chiral systems has been developed. These chiral systems clearly have great potential use as axially chiral monodentate P- or bidentate P,O-ligands, as has been demonstrated by the employment of the novel NAPHEP as a new monodentate acting ligand in an asymmetric hydrosilylation reaction.  相似文献

This article describes the generation of chiral palladium enolates and their application to several kinds of catalytic asymmetric reactions. Two methods to generate chiral enolates were developed using novel cationic palladium complexes 1 and 2 . In these processes, water or a hydroxo ligand on palladium metal plays an important role as a nucleophile to promote the transmetallation or as a Brønsted base to abstract an acidic α‐proton of the carbonyl group. These enolates showed sufficient reactivity with various electrophiles. Using a chiral Pd enolate as a key intermediate, highly enantioselective reactions such as catalytic aldol reactions, Mannich‐type reactions, Michael reactions, and fluorination reactions were developed. A chiral bis-hydroxamic acid (BHA)-molybdenum complex was used for the catalytic asymmetric oxidation of sulfides and disulfides utilizing one equivalent of alkyl peroxide with yields up to 83% and ee up to 86%. A mild formation of transient acylnitroso intermediates using a copper chloride catalyst and 1 atm of air as the terminal oxidant is described. The mild reaction conditions enable the inter- and intramolecular acylnitroso ene reaction with a wide range of functionalized alkene partners, as well as the first asymmetric variant. Notably, this transformation provides a practical and operationally simple method for effecting allylic amidation using an environmentally benign oxidant and a readily abundant transition metal.  相似文献

Chromium-containing mesoporous silica material Cr-MSU-1 was synthesized using lauryl alcohol-polyoxyethylene (23) ether as templating agent under the neutral pH condition by two-step method. The sample was characterized by XRD, TEM, FT-IR, UV-Vis, ESR, ICP-AES and N2 adsorption. Its catalytic performance for oxidation of styrene was studied. Effects of the solvent used, the styrene/H2O2 mole ratio and the reaction temperature and time on the oxidation of styrene over the Cr-MSU-1 catalyst were examined. The results indicate that Cr ions have been successfully incorporated into the framework of MSU-1 and the Cr-MSU-1 material has a uniform worm-like holes mesoporous structure. After Cr-MSU-1 is calcined, most of Cr3+ is oxidized to Cr5+ and Cr6+ in tetrahedral coordination and no extra-framework Cr2O3 is formed. The Cr-MSU-1 catalyst is highly active for the selective oxidation of styrene and the main reaction products over Cr-MSU-1 are benzaldehyde and phenylacetaldehyde. Its catalytic performance remains stable within five repeated runs and no leaching is noticed for this chromium-based catalyst.  相似文献

One-pot condensation of PhPH2, phthaloyl chloride, and the azine of 2-carboxybenzaldehyde (1) results in the new phosphine, rac-N,N'-phthaloyl-2,3-(2-carboxyphenyl)-phenyl-3,4-diazaphospholane (rac-2), in 88% yield. Resolution via selective crystallization of the diastereomeric alpha-methylbenzylamine salts followed by coupling with amino acids and other amines provides rapid access to new collections of chiral phosphines (3). Pd-catalyzed alkylation of 1,3-dimethylallyl acetate and 1,3-diphenylallyl acetate at room temperature in the presence of 3 exhibits enantioselectivities as high as 92% ee and 97% ee, respectively, with strong sensitivity to the nature of the amino acid appendages. The presence of PF6- salts profoundly affects both the yield and the selectivity of catalytic allylic alkylation.  相似文献

A highly active phase-transfer catalyst was conveniently prepared from the known, easily available (S)-4,5,6,4′,5′,6′-hexamethoxybiphenyldicarboxylic acid. This catalyst exhibited the high catalytic performance (0.01-1 mol %) in the asymmetric alkylation of N-(diphenylmethylene)glycine tert-butyl ester and N-(p-chlorophenylmethylene)alanine tert-butyl ester compared to the existing chiral phase-transfer catalysts, thereby allowing to realize a general and useful procedure for highly practical enantioselective synthesis of structurally diverse natural and unnatural α-alkyl-α-amino acids as well as α,α-dialkyl-α-amino acids.  相似文献

Investigations were carried out on the oxidation of sulfides to sulfoxides catalyzed by the commercial Cp2Ti(X)2 (X=Cl, OTf)/t-butyl hydroperoxide (TBHP). A new catalytic system was developed for the direct catalytic asymmetric aldol reaction of thioamides. The new lithium-free Cu catalyst (second-generation catalyst) exhibited enhanced catalytic efficiency over the previously developed catalyst comprising [Cu(CH3CN)4]PF6/Ph-BPE/LiOAr (first-generation catalyst), which required a tedious catalyst preparation process. In the reaction with the second-generation catalyst, the intermediate Cu-aldolate functioned as a Brønsted base to generate thioamide enolate, efficiently driving the catalytic cycle. The present aldol methodology culminated in a concise asymmetric synthesis of atorvastatin (Lipitor®: atorvastatin calcium), a widely prescribed HMG-CoA reductase inhibitor for lowering low-density lipoprotein cholesterol.  相似文献

A new type of bisoxazoline ligand 4 (abbreviated as SpiroBOX) containing a chiral spirobiindane scaffold were easily prepared in high yields from enantiomerically pure 1,1′-spirobiindane-7,7′-diol (SPINOL) with 1,1′-spirobiindane-7,7′-dicarboxylic acid as the key intermediate. Ligands 4 were applied to the Cu-catalyzed asymmetric cyclopropanation of styrenes with menthyl diazoacetate and allylic oxidation of cyclic alkenes with tert-butyl perbenzoates. The copper complexes of ligands 4 showed high activities and moderate to good enantioselectivities.  相似文献

Two new cinchona phase transfer catalysts are prepared from dihydrocinchonidine using 13-picenylmethyl bromide and 1-pyrenylmethyl bromide, respectively. A total contrast in catalytic efficiency is observed during the asymmetric alkylation of glycinate esters; with one catalyst, the reaction is either incomplete or the enantioselectivity is very poor (15% ee) while the other catalyst afforded high selectivity up to 94% ee.  相似文献
