ICP-AES测定多目标水地球化学普查样品中的14种微量元素

采用IRIS Intrepid Ⅱ SXP ICP光谱仪,对地球化学普查水样中Ba、Be、Cd、Co、Cr、Cu、Fe、Mn、Mo、Ni、P、Pb、Sr和Zn等元素的测量条件进行了探讨,优化了实验条件,进行了大批量实际样品的测定.方法简便,快速.检出限、精密度和准确度均符合质量管理的要求.     

ICP-OES同时测定婴幼儿营养食品中的14种元素

采用湿式消解处理电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-OES)对婴幼儿营养食品中的钾、钠、钙、镁、铜、铁、锰、锌、硼、铬、镍、铝、钡和磷等14种元素同时测定.结果显示检出限能达到0.0001-0.076mg/kg,RSD%小于2.39%.

ICP—AES同时测定钴酸锂中13个杂质元素

利用全谱直读ICP-AES分析技术,对试样处理方法、元素分析谱线、基体干扰、背景校正、仪器分析参数等进行了研究,综合确定了最佳实验条件。将钴酸锂试样用硝酸、高氯酸处理后,再用盐酸与硝酸溶解残渣,ICP-AES同时测定铜、铁、镍、锰、铂、铋、铅、金、铝、镉、钯、锡、砷等13个杂质元素。样品加标回收率为85.2%—113.0%,相对标准偏差为1.0%—7.7%。方法操作简便、快速、准确。     

Atomic-emission spectrum analysis of soil

A method of the atomic-emission spectrum analysis of soil has been developed for control of the accumulation of technogenic impurities in environmental objects. A sample, after calcination at 550°C, is evaporated in an arc discharge. Spectra are recorded by a DFS-8 spectrograph. Simultaneously, determination is made of Li, Ba, Sr, Cu, Zn, Cr, Ni, Co, Pb, Bi, Mo, V, Ge, Ga, Y, Nb, Sn, Cd. For the majority of the elements the detection limits are lower than their percent abundance in the crust and their maximum permissible concentrations. Integration of Hybrid Dendrimers and Their Generations for Modulated Spatio-Temporal Action

Hybrid dendrimers constitute a unique class of well-defined complex architecture featured with a central domain and bifurcated branches with two different dendritic sequences for their atomic configuration and functional groups at the periphery. This review article pioneers the field of new hybrid dendrimers using different generations by nanoconjugation with metals, carbohydrates, nucleotides, proteins/peptides, carbosilane, urea, silica, stem cells, guanidine, etc. The smart dendrimers contain desirable electrical, magnetic, optical, and biological attributes to increase surface area, monodisperse behavior, dose reduction, dissolution, permeability, long-term stability, and significant decrement in nanotoxicity studies. The higher encapsulation of lipid soluble and insoluble moieties explores an excellent platform for the delivery of drugs (ibuprofen, indomethacin, etc.), nucleic acids (oligonucleotide, siRNA, and aptamer), genetic materials , and chemical diagnostic agents (gadolinium chelates and superparamagnetic iron oxide particles) for imaging. Owing to their flexibility in structural adaptability, different health conditions like glaucoma, inflammation, microbial infection, neurodegenerative problems (Alzheimer's disease and Parkinsonism), and cancer are benefited using such long-lasting drug delivery. Advancements in molecular engineering techniques, 3D printing, artificial intelligence, robotic, green synthesis, and microwave-assisted methods aid in the development of economically reliable and personalized pharmaceutical hybrid dendritic systems resembling antibodies, globular proteins, stem cells, enzymes, and genetic materials.

采用醋酸缓冲溶液对固体废物样品进行浸提,经硝酸-盐酸消解后,ICP-AES测定消解液中的钡,铍,镉,铬,铜,镍,铅和锌。本方法具有检出限低、再现性好、分析效率高等优点,适用于固体废物浸出毒性的测定。

Short-pulse Calorimetric Load for High Power Millimeter-wave Beams

A spherical compact matched load, for high vacuum operation suited for short pulses (2 MW, 0.1 s) precise measurement has been designed to test high power gyrotrons Bruschi, Gandini, Muzzini, Spinicchia, Cirant, Gittini, Granucci, Mellera, Nardone, Simonetto, and Sozzi (Fusion Eng. Des. 56–57:649–654, 2001); Bruschi, Cirant, Gandini, Granucci, Mellera, Muzzini, Nardone, Simonetto, Sozzi, and Spinicchia (Nucl. Fusion 43:1513–1519, 2003); Bruschi, Cirant, Gandini, Gittini, Granucci, Mellera, Muzzini, Nardone, Simonetto, Sozzi, Spinicchia, Angella, and Signorelli (Development of CW and short-pulse calorimetric loads for high power millimeter-wave Beams, 23rd Symposium on Fusion Technology, September 20–24, 2004, Venice, Italy). In order to enhance the power handling capability of the load and to reduce the operation problems that may arise from an excessive reflection from the load, a ray tracing code has been written to model the power distribution on the inner surface and the pattern of the reflected radiation. The outcome of this code has been used to select a more convenient profile for the spreading mirror of the load and to optimize a pre-load specially conceived to minimize the power reflected fraction.     

AAS法对几种调味品中微量元素的测定

本文采用原子吸收法测定了六种调味品中Sr,Ba,Fe,AI,Cu,Cr,Zn,Mo,Ni,Co,Mn,Cd,Mg等十三种微量元素含量。结果表明,不同的调味品中各微量元素含量均有较大差别。本实验同时对姜粉中各元素进行了回收实验,回收率在90％－108％之间。
