The reaction of salicylic aldehydes with malononitrile was reinvestigated, and the reaction pathway was followed by 1H NMR spectroscopy. A delicate control of the experimental conditions allowed the synthesis of 2-imino-2H-chromene-3-carbonitriles 1, (2-amino-3-cyano-4H-chromen-4-yl)malononitriles 2, 4-amino-5-imino-2,7-dimethoxy-5H-chromeno[3,4-c]pyridine-1-carbonitrile 12, and (4,5-diamino-1-cyano-1,10b-dihydro-2H-chromeno[3,4-c]pyridin-2-ylidene)malononitrile 13. Two novel 2-iminochromene dimers, with structures 8 and 9, were isolated and fully characterized. The activity of compound 8a on Aspergillus spp. growth and on ochratoxin A production was evaluated. The results of the bioassays indicate that compound 8a, applied at concentrations of 2 mM, totally inhibited the growth of the fungi tested. Ochratoxin A production by Aspergillus alliaceus was reduced by about 93% with a 200 microM solution of this compound. A moderate inhibitory effect was observed for the analogous structure 8b, and no inhibition was registered for compounds 2 and 1, used as synthetic precursors of the dimeric species 8.  相似文献

An efficient and practical procedure for direct synthesis of 3,5‐diaryl‐1,2,4‐thiadiazoles by thioamides with 2,4,6‐trichloro‐1,3,5‐triazine (TCT) and dimethylsulfoxide using 1‐butyl‐3‐methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate as an eco‐friendly reaction medium under ambient temperature is described. The watermiscible room temperature ionic liquid 1butyl3methylimidazolium tetrafluorob orate ([bmim] [BF4]) is a model system for studying the interactions between ionic liquid and water molecules. In this work the orientational structure of the low concentrated aqueous solution of [bmim] [BF4] at the air/liquid interface was investigated by sum frequency gener ation vibrational spectroscopy. It has been found that at very low concentrations, the butyl chain exhibited a significant gauche defect, indicating a disordered conformation; and the cation ring oriented with a fairly small tilting angle at the surface. When the concentration increased, the cation ring tended to lie flat at the surface, and the gauche defects of the butyl chain decreased due to the intermolecular chainchain interactions and the consequent more ordered interfacial molecular arrangement. Additionally, the antisymmetric stretching mode in the PPP and SPS spectra exhibited a peak shift, showing that there exists more than one kind of orientation or chemical environment for the butyl CH3 group. These results may shed new light on understanding the surface behavior of watermiscible ionic liquids as well as the imidazolium based surfactants.  相似文献

4,6,3′,4′‐Tetrasubstituted aurones were prepared by a protection‐deprotection route with an alumina‐catalyzed condensation of 3( 2 )H‐benzofuranones with substituted aldehydes as the key step. Aureusidin ( 6 ) was obtained by demethylation of 4,6,3′,4′‐tetramethoxyaurone ( 5 ), a natural product from Cyperus capita‐tus. 4,6,3′,4′‐Tetrabenzyloxyaurone ( 9 ) was converted in a one hydrogenation‐deprotection step to dihy‐droaureusidin ( 10 ).  相似文献

Zirconium(IV) chloride catalyzed efficient one-pot synthesis of β-amino/β-acetamido carbonyl compounds at room temperature is described. In the presence of ZrCl4, the three-component Mannich-type reaction via a variety of in situ generated aldimines, with various ketones, aromatic aldehydes and aromatic amines in ethanol, led to the formation of β-amino carbonyl compounds and the four-component Mannich-type reaction of aromatic aldehydes with various ketones, acetonitrile and acetyl chloride resulted in the corresponding β-acetamido carbonyl compounds in high to excellent yields. This methodology has also been applied towards the synthesis of dimeric β-amino/β-acetamido carbonyl compounds.  相似文献

We report here domestic microwave‐induced perchloric acid‐catalyzed solvent‐free synthesis of various 4‐aryl‐3,4‐dihydropyrimidones for the first time. In all the cases the yields are excellent and the mechanism follows a simple Biginelli condensation to produce the dihydropyrimidones in a few seconds. This procedure has been successfully employed to synthesize the mitotic kinesin EG5 inhibitor Monastrol (Figure I).  相似文献

Reaction of 3,5‐dimethyl‐4‐isoxazolyl‐diazonium tetrafluoroborate ( 2 ) with two equivalents of potassium acetate and five mole percent of 18‐crown‐6 in ethanol‐free chloroform produce 3‐methyl‐4H‐pyrazolo[3,4‐d]isoxazole ( 3 ) in good to excellent yield. Pyrazole ( 3 ) was subjected to acylation/aroylation to afford the corresponding 4‐N‐acetyl/aroyl derivatives by reaction with CH3COCl/ArCOCl in Et3N.  相似文献

Radical catalyzed thiol‐ene reaction has become a useful alternative to the Hüisgen‐type azide‐yne click reaction as it helps expand the variability in reaction conditions as well as the range of clickable entities. In this study, the direct generation of a hyperbranched polyether (HBPE) having decyl units at the periphery and a pendant allyl group on every repeat unit of the polymer backbone is described; the allyl groups serve as a reactive handle for postpolymerization modifications and permits the generation of a variety of internally functionalized HBPEs. In this design, the AB2 monomer carries two decylbenzyl ether units (B‐functionality), an aliphatic ? OH (A‐functionality) and a pendant allyl group within the spacer segment; polymerization of the monomer readily occurs at 150 °C via melt transetherification process by continuous removal of 1‐decanol under reduced pressure. The resulting HBPE has a hydrophobic periphery due to the presence of numerous decyl chains, while the allyl groups that remain unaffected during the melt polymerization provides an opportunity to install a variety of functional groups within the interior; thiol‐ene click reaction with two different thiols, namely 3‐mercaptopropionic acid and mercaptosuccinic acid, generated interesting amphiphilic structures. Preliminary field emission scanning electron microscope (FESEM) and Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM) imaging studies reveal the formation of fairly uniform spherical aggregates in water with sizes ranging from 200 to 400 nm; this suggests that these amphiphilic HBPs is able to reconfigure to generate jellyfish‐like conformations that subsequently aggregate in an alkaline medium. The internal allyl functional groups were also used to generate intramolecularly core‐crosslinked HBPEs, by the use of dithiol crosslinkers; gel permeation chromatography traces provided clear evidence for reduction in the size after crosslinking. In summary, we have developed a simple route to prepare core‐clickable HBPEs and have demonstrated the quantitative reaction of the allyl groups present within the interior of the polymers; such HB polymeric systems that carry numerous functional groups within the core could have interesting applications in analyte sequestration and possibly sensing, especially from organic media. © 2013 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Rate constants, kA, for the aromatic nucleophilic substitution reaction of 2‐chloro‐3,5‐dinitropyridine with aniline were determined in different compositions of 1‐(1‐butyl)‐3‐methylimidazolium terafluoroborate ([bmim]BF4) mixed with water, methanol, and ethanol at 25°C. The obtained rate constants of the reaction in pure solvents are in the following order: water > methanol > ethanol > [bmim]BF4. In these solutions, rate constants of the reaction decrease with the mole fraction of the ionic liquid. Single‐parameter correlations of log kA versus normalized polarity parameter (E), hydrogen bond acceptor basicity (β), hydrogen bond donor acidity (α), and dipolarity/polarizability (π*) do not give acceptable results in all solutions. Dual‐parameter correlations of log kA versus E and β also α and β gave reasonable results (e.g., in solutions of water with [bmim]BF4, the correlation coefficients are 0.994 and 0.996, respectively). The proposed dual‐parameter models demonstrate that the reaction rate constant increases with E, β, and α. The increase in the rate constant is attributed to hydrogen‐bonding interactions (donor and acceptor) of the media with an activated complex of the reaction that has the zwitterionic character. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The mechanism of reaction between 3‐hydroxy‐3‐methyl‐2‐butanone and malononitrile for the synthesis of 2‐dicyanomethylene‐4,5,5‐trimethyl‐2,5‐dihydrofuran‐3‐carbonitrile catalyzed by magnesium ethoxide was investigated by density functional theory (DFT). The geometries and the frequencies of reactants, intermediates, transition states, and products were calculated at the B3LYP/6–31G(d) level. The vibration analysis and the IRC analysis demonstrated the authenticity of transition states, and the reaction processes were confirmed by the changes of charge density at bond‐forming critical point. The results indicated that magnesium ethoxide is an effective catalyst in the synthesis of 2‐dicyanomethylene‐4,5,5‐trimethyl‐2,5‐dihydrofuran‐3‐carbonitrile from malononitrile and 3‐hydroxy‐3‐methyl‐2‐butanone. The activation energy of reaction with magnesium ethoxide decreased by 102.37 kJ mol?1 compared with that of the reaction without it. Azido Complexes of Zirconium: ZrCl3N3, [ZrCl4N3]22?, [ZrCl4(N3)2]2?; Crystal Structure of (PPh4)2 [ZrCl4N3]2 Highly explosive ZrCl3N3 is formed by the reaction of ZrCl4 with iodine azide in dichloromethane suspension. According to the i.r. spectra, the compound is polymeric by azide and chlorine bridges. Zirconium tetrachloride reacts with one and two moles of tetraphenylphosphonium azide respectively, forming the thermally and mechanically stable complexes (PPh4)2[ZrCl4N3]2 and (PPh4)2[ZrCl4(N3)2]. The crystal structure of (PPh4)2[ZrCl4N3]2 was determined by X-ray methods (1942 reflexions, R = 6.5%). The complex crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/n with two formula units per unit cell. The structure consists of tetraphenylphosphonium cations and dimeric anions [ZrCl4N3]22?, in which the Zr atoms are linked by the α-N atoms of the azide groups, forming a centrosymmetric Zr2N2 ring with symmetry D2h. According to the i.r. spectra, the azide groups in the complex (PPh4)2[ZrCl4(N3)2] are covalently bonded at the Zr atom in trans positions.  相似文献

New spiro[3H‐2‐benzazepine‐3,4′‐piperidines] and their precursors, N‐substituted 4‐allyl‐4‐N‐benzyl‐aminopiperidines, have been prepared as potential psychotic agents from readily available 4‐iminopiperidines, by a sequence of reactions that included nucleophilic addition of Grignard reagents and Bronsted acid‐mediated intramolecular cyclisation. Some of the compounds prepared have been tested in albine mice for spontaneous motor activity. All compounds prepared were characterized by ir and 1H nmr spectroscopies and cg‐ms spectrometry.  相似文献
