The present study deals with the visualization of the droplet condensation phenomenon that can occur in ejectors powered by moist air. The condensation process is visualized through a numerical model of non-equilibrium condensation in high speed flows implemented by the present authors in a CFD code. The evolution of the region of condensation in the ejector with the primary stagnation pressure is examined both in the case without secondary flows and in the case with free entrainment of induced air. Laser tomography visualization is used to validate the computational results. The effects of some parameters such as the primary stagnation pressure and the humidity ratio in the primary and secondary air flows are also examined. Limitations of the present numerical model are discussed.  相似文献

Results of a numerical study of performance characteristics of supersonic ejectors with nozzles of different types are reported. The work was carried out with the aim of developing a high-performance ejector for pressure recovery systems of supersonic chemical lasers. A specific feature of the operation of ejectors in pressure recovery systems consists in that, in this case, the ejecting and ejected gases, as they undergo mixing, have different thermodynamic properties, and the ejection coefficient depends on the ratio between the temperatures of the gases and on the ratio of their molecular masses. Since the operation of an ejector is based on the mixing process, the task consisted in intensification of this process using nozzles of special geometries. The performance of ejectors was judged considering an integral parameter, the product of induction by compression ratio. The calculations of the 3D viscous gas flow in the ejector channel were performed using ANSYS software. In verifying the numerical model, a comparison with experimental data obtained earlier on a model ejector facility and during tests of real pressure recovery systems in operation with supersonic chemical lasers was performed.  相似文献

Properties of gas-jet ejectors with converging mixing chamber operated under critical and subcritical flow conditions are examined. Establishment of the critical operation mode in such ejectors started up with and without the secondary gas flow is considered. The mechanism underlying the emergence of flow pulsations at low rates of the low-head flow is described. Results of an experimental study aimed at the improvement of ejector discharge characteristics by chamber-length reduction and related mixing enhancement are reported. As flow-mixing elements, slotted heads, chevrons, and tubs are considered. The best discharge characteristics were obtained with nozzles provided with tubs. A chemical oxygen-iodine laser (COIL) is an electronic transition, low pressure, high throughput system. The field use of this laser demands the development of suitable pressure recovery systems. Ejector based pressure recovery systems form a potent alternative for open cycle COIL operation. The two possible configurations of motive gas injection in ejectors are peripheral and central. The present paper focuses on the investigation of a central injection low pressure ejector operated with a small scale supersonic COIL (SCOIL). The ejector handles a motive flow of nearly 120 g s−1 and an entrained laser flow of nearly 3 g s−1. The predicted geometry using integral methods has been validated numerically by employing Fluent 6.1 software in a 2-d axisymmetric viscous turbulent flow formulation. The numerical predictions have been experimentally validated, which indicate a pressure recovery of 63 Torr at design conditions. The results also show that the recovered pressure improves to 75 Torr for an off-design condition of higher motive flow rate.  相似文献

单重态氧发生器作为氧碘化学激光的核心部件,为化学激光器提供化学能。通过对工业喷射器及旋风分离器的研究,结合产生单重态氧的化学反应环境,进行了大量模拟及设计改进工作,研制了一种新型喷射型单重态氧发生器,并进行了相关实验研究。喷射型单重态氧发生器利用喷嘴能够产生比传统发生器类型更多的气液表面,获得足够的反应效率,可以大幅度降低发生器液体使用量,从而减小发生器辅助系统,提高体积效率。为满足O2(1)停留时间短及分离效率高的要求,利用气液两相喷射的高初速度以旋风分离器完成气液分离。新型发生器氯气利用率可达97%~99%,其O2(1)产率为40%~50%。  相似文献

 在保持主气流流量和副气流中I2的流量不变的条件下,改变副气流中He的流量,数值模拟氧碘化学激光器拉伐尔喷管内的流场混合特性。结果表明,随着副气流中He的流量的增加,副气流垂直穿透主气流的深度逐渐变大,主、副气流混合状态也逐渐变好,直至氧碘气流混合均匀。  相似文献

为研究在重力作用下主镜支撑系统对经纬仪主镜处于不同工作角度时面形误差的影响,以600 mm口径主镜为研究对象,利用Abaqus软件分别建立了600 mm主镜在加工状态下和工作状态下的有限元支撑模型,并进行了重力变形分析,然后借助4D干涉仪对在不同支撑系统下的主镜进行相关的面形检测。实验结果表明,在吊带支撑系统和主镜室支撑系统下,主镜的自身面形误差RMS为16.18 nm和16.90 nm。利用有限元分析了理想状态的主镜在不同仰角工况下的面形误差,结合主镜自身的面形误差,计算得到了主镜面形误差在光轴由水平变化到竖直的过程中逐渐变大,其RMS最大为19.58 nm,表明该主镜室支撑系统具有良好支撑效果,可满足工程要求,同时也验证了主镜室支撑系统有限元理论模型的准确性。  相似文献

在二阶微扰近似条件下, 采用导波模式展开分析方法研究了圆管结构中周向导波的非线性效应. 伴随基频周向导波传播所发生的二次谐波, 可视为由一系列二倍频周向导波模式叠加而成. 从动量定理出发, 结合柱坐标系下非线性应力张量及其散度的数学表达式, 针对圆管中某一基频周向导波模式, 推导出相应的二倍频应力张量及二倍频彻体驱动力的数学表达式, 建立了确定二倍频周向导波模式展开系数的控制方程, 得到了伴随基频周向导波传播所发生的二次谐波声场的形式解. 理论分析和数值计算表明, 当构成二次谐波声场的某一二倍频周向导波模式与基频周向导波的相速度匹配时, 该二倍频周向导波模式的位移振幅表现出随传播周向角积累增长的性质; 当两者的相速度失配时, 二倍频周向导波的振幅随传播周向角表现出“拍”效应.  相似文献

研究了采用时滞反馈来控制扭转振动系统的振动问题.在一个带有非线性动力吸振器的扭转振动系统中,采用时滞反馈来控制主系统的振动.研究了反馈增益系数和时滞对主系统振动的影响.研究结果表明,对某一固定的反馈增益系数,存在时滞的某段调节区间,可以通过调节时滞来抑制主系统的振动.在时滞的调节区间内存在一个最佳点,主系统的振动被抑制到最小值.可以同时调节反馈增益系数和时滞两参数,当反馈增益系数和时滞都调节到最佳值时,主系统振动的振幅由0.24减小到0.03,取得了很好的减振效果. 关键词: 时滞反馈 扭转振动 减振  相似文献

The evolution of primary soot particles is studied experimentally and numerically along the centreline of a co-flow laminar diffusion flame. Soot samples from a flame fueled with C2H4 are taken thermophoretically at different heights above the burner (HAB), their size and nano-structure are analysed through TEM. The experimental results suggest that after inception, the nascent soot particles coagulate and coalesce to form larger primary particles (?~?5 to 15 nm). As these primary particles travel along the centreline, they grow mainly due coagulation and condensation and a layer of amorphous hydrocarbons (revealed by HRTEM) forms on their surface. This amorphous layer appears to promote the aggregation of primary particles to form fractal structures. Fast carbonisation of the amorphous layer leads to a graphitic-like shell around the particles. Further graphitization compacts the primary particles, resulting in a decrease of their size. Towards the flame tip the primary particles decrease in size due to rapid oxidation. A detailed population balance model is used to investigate the mechanisms that are important for prediction of primary particle size distributions. Suggestions are made regarding future model development efforts. Simulation results indicate that the primary particle size distributions are very sensitive to the parameterization of the coalescence and particle rounding processes. In contrast, the average primary particle size is less sensitive to these parameters. This demonstrates that achieving good predictions for the average primary particle size does not necessarily mean that the distribution has been accurately predicted.  相似文献

利用量子化学从头计算的方法对甲基乙烯醚的两个异构体之间的转化、臭氧与甲基乙烯醚的环加成反应、臭氧化物的裂解以及主要臭氧化物异构体的之间的转化的反应通道进行了研究,并用经典过渡态理论在280~440 K计算了反应的速率常数.对于臭氧和甲基乙烯醚的反应,考虑了臭氧从两个可能的不同方向进攻甲基乙烯醚.计算结果表明,顺式-甲基乙烯醚是比较稳定的,但是反式-甲基乙烯醚与臭氧反应所要跨越比较低的能垒, 分别为1.7和7.5 kJ/mol,而其产物更稳定,在形成的臭氧化物中占绝对比例,臭氧化物的裂解主要导致CH2-OO的生成,在298 K时的反应速率常数为4.8×10^-17 cm3/(molecule?s).  相似文献

The mechanisms of active noise control in a duct are examined. Acoustical measurements are used to determine directly the acoustic power flow associated with both primary and secondary sources as a function of secondary to primary source strength ratio and volume velocity relative phase angles. A complete analytical model is also developed which allows calculation of individual source power flows and total downstream power flow as a function of source strengths and relative phase angles for finite size sources. It is evaluated for monopole and dual secondary source arrangements, but can be extended easily to any number of secondary sources. The model considers a finite size primary source in the plane of the duct cross section and evaluates the effect that the secondary sources have on the primary source power output. Measurements of individual source output powers and total downstream acoustic powers agree well with theoretical predictions. It is demonstrated that, for the monopole system, sound attenuation is achieved primarily by suppression of the primary source acoustic power output, with a little remaining power being absorbed by the secondary source. For the dual secondary source system, it is shown that the power is primarily absorbed by the secondary sources, but that, at phase and amplitude values slightly different to optimum, noise reduction is achieved by a combination of energy absorption and primary source power suppression. The analysis also demonstrates the dependence of the achievable noise reduction on secondary source size and location with respect to the primary source.  相似文献

叙述了现代空间相机对主镜的特殊要求。总结了主镜对空间相机性能具有重要影响的主要因素,即形状、材料、轻量化形式、支撑方式、微重力的影响和热尺寸稳定性等,并说明了在设计时应考虑的问题。重点论述了在对主镜进行分析时的多学科集成仿真方法、一般分析过程和迭代仿真分析策略,以及有限元法的工程分析的误差和光学元件面形评价方法。实践证明,该研究方法在空间相机设计与制造中是切实可行的。  相似文献

基于微小卫星平台对高分辨相机的重量约束,以高分微纳卫星CX6-02数字超分辨相机研制为例,提出一种基于低体分SiC/Al主镜框的空间相机主支撑的结构形式,并开展主镜框一体拓扑优化设计分析和试验验证。Zernike多项式计算及光机热集成仿真结果验证了低体分SiC/Al主镜框作为空间相机主支撑结构的有效性。热光试验数据及在轨成像结果表明,兼具主支撑功能的低体分SiC/Al主镜框的空间相机试验数据与仿真数据基本吻合,且性能稳定,可为未来采用低体分SiC/Al主镜框作为主支撑的航天相机轻量化设计和研制提供理论与技术参考。  相似文献

在晶化物理模型中添加扩散系数对晶化过程的影响, 采用相场方法研究初始形核率和初始形核半径对一次晶化过程中微观组织和生长动力学的影响。结果表明: 随着初始形核率的增加, 相同时间内非晶一次晶化的晶粒数量逐渐增加, 晶粒尺寸逐渐减小。晶化分数随着演化时间和初始形核率的增加逐渐增大, 初始形核率越大, 相同演化时间内的晶化分数越高。不同初始形核半径情况下, 非晶一次晶化过程中的晶粒数量和尺寸随着演化时间的增加基本保持不变。晶化分数随着演化时间的增加而增大。不同初始形核率和初始形核半径情况下所对应的生长指数均小于1, 表明初始形核率和初始形核半径对晶化方式无影响, 均为一次晶化。改变初始形核率和初始形核半径可调控一次晶化微观组织结构, 而晶粒尺寸及晶化分数直接关系到合金性能。  相似文献

Titanium oxide nanoparticles are synthesized by laser ablation of Ti target in oxygen atmosphere under well-controlled temperature profiles in a tubular furnace. The size and the shape of generated nanoparticles are varied by changing the temperature of furnace. The mobility-based size distributions of generated air-borne nanoparticles are measured using a scanning mobility particle sizer, and the size distributions of primary particles are analyzed by a scanning electron microscope. When the particles are generated by laser ablation at the room temperature, the particles are agglomerates in gas phase with the average mobility diameter of 117 nm and the mean diameter of primary particles of 11 nm. The primary particle diameter increases from 11 to 24 nm by raising the furnace temperature up to 800 °C. Since the mass of Ti vapor ablated from a target is found to be constant regardless of the furnace temperature, this particle growth may be attributed to the reduction in nuclei number as a result of mild quenching at higher temperatures. As the temperature reaches higher than 1,000 °C, the mobility diameter suddenly drops and the primary particle diameter increases due to sintering, and at 1,200 °C the mobility diameter coincides with the primary particle diameter. Since the laser oven method offers an independent control of vapor concentration and the temperature of surrounding atmosphere, it is an effective tool to study the formation process of nanoparticles from primary particles with a given size.  相似文献

An approach is presented to investigate the nonlinear vibration of stiffened plates. A stiffened plate is divided into one plate and some stiffeners, with the plate considered to be geometrically nonlinear, and the stiffeners taken as Euler beams. Lagrange equation and modal superposition method are used to derive the dynamic equilibrium equations of the stiffened plate according to energy of the system. Besides, the effect caused by boundary movement is transformed into equivalent excitations. The first approximation solution of the non-resonance is obtained by means of the method of multiple scales. The primary parametric resonance and primary resonance of the stiffened plate are studied by using the same method. The accuracy of the method is validated by comparing the results with those of finite element analysis via ANSYS. Numerical examples for different stiffened plates are presented to discuss the steady response of the non-resonance and the amplitude-frequency relationship of the primary parametric resonance and primary resonance. In addition, the analysis on how the damping coefficients and the transverse excitations influence amplitude-frequency curves is also carried out. Some nonlinear vibration characteristics of stiffened plates are obtained, which are useful for engineering design.  相似文献

采用远心离轴三反成像系统的空间遥感仪器前有光束限制装置时,要求系统具有实入瞳与之匹配。为了满足这一需要,研究了孔径光阑位于主镜前与系统物方焦平面重合的离轴三反系统的设计问题,推导了主镜和三镜共面时离轴三反系统结构参数计算式及物方焦点与主镜间隔表达式,确定了实现系统物方焦点为实焦点的条件及其解法。据此,针对光谱范围为1.0~2.5μm、F数为4、有效焦距为360mm、视场为5°的设计要求,设计出整个波段全视场像质接近衍射极限的具有实入瞳的远心离轴三反系统,系统非球面最高次数为4次。设计结果表明,这种设计方法可用于实入瞳远心离轴三反成像系统的设计。  相似文献

Monte Carlo simulations of extensive air shower at the “knee” region are carried out by use of four kinds interactive models according to the condition of Tibet Yangbajing ASγ hybrid experiment.The characters of shower for different interactive models are analysed,and the parameters closely related with primary particle mass are given. The BP artificial neural network(ANN)is used to select the proton events from the simulation results,and the relation between the abilith of primary particle identification and interactive models is studied. The results show that the primary proton events can be effectively identified by ANN methed from simulation data of different interactive models with similar identification capabilities.  相似文献
